La insonorización es pésima, sobre todo en una de las habitaciones. Por otra parte, hay un olor insoportable a cloaca en una de las habitaciones. Las duchas están descuidadas y sucias, con una gran cantidad de hongo negro en los bordes. Los sofás están sucísimos con manchas de mucho tiempo. En general, sucio, descuidado y ruidoso.

Das kleine Empfangsbüro liegt direkt auf der Hauptstraße und durch die Aufschrift Lagirio gut erkennbar, die eigentlichen Apartments befinden sich einen Häuserblock dahinter. Ganz tolle Lage (rund 8 Gehminuten zu Taksim und Metro sowie vielen Lokalen). Gut gepflegtes und rund um die Uhr bewachtes Gebäude. Sauberes und vor allem ruhiges Apartment. Mit allen Geräten ausgestattete Küche. Alles funktionell und sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber sehr gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. WLAN funktioniert tadellos. Eine gut durchdachte Homepage, auf der unglaublich viele Services gebucht werden können. Echte Freundlichkeit und Servicebereitschaft des Personals übertrifft jedes 5 Sterne Hotel. Einfach top.

Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment war vielleicht nicht so traumhaft, ein stillgelegtes Bauprojekt gegenüber, aber das wurde durch die vielen Vorzüge der Unterkunft mehr als kompensiert.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square, and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The apartment had everything we needed, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. A big plus was the free parking included with the accommodation. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was clean and modern.. We had a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment... It was perfect... The stuff there was perfect too... A lot of security guys stay at that place 24h... On the street, at the garage at the door - very friendly all of them and the guys from the office awesome... If you have any questions - they will help you... All very friendly. The apartment and the place in front of the apartments is very clean.. The area behind the apartment area isn't a, place for tourists... But straight ahead you are in the middle of crowded places in between 2minutes or 100m... Don't want to scare anyone - we felt safe all the time and we arrived normally at our apartment at night 11pm...with kids and by feet.!! It's Really a save! The garage is a little bit tricky but OK! We have been there as a family of 4 for 10 days and we also used the garage with our rental car... We would book that Place definitely another time! Greetings from Germany.

Poorly equipped, not clean. The apartment was dark and gloomy with a tiny bed compared to the photos - really disappointing! The check in process is a bit of a hassle as the apartment is not near.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum von Istanbul es liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Taksim Platz zu Fus entfernt von dort aus kann man mit der Metro alles erreichen oder auch dort verweilen wie mann gerne möchte das Apartment selber liegt in einem Neu gestalteten sehr schön gemachten Viertel welche sehr gut durch Sicherheitspersonal überwacht wird das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön ausgebaut und ausgestattet ist wo mann sich sofort wohl fühlt ich könnte immer weiter schreiben oder kurz und knapp gesamt mit einer 10 von 10 bewerten was ich wirklich mit gutem gewissen machen kann

Da es eine sehr befahrte Strasse ist, ist es doch lärmiger als erwartet. Für welche mit einem leichten Schlaf vlt nur mit Oropax zu empfehlen

Nice place overall, responsive staff.

Photos did not match the place we were given. For example, bunk bed instead of twin beds. We moved to a new place which was more accurate, but still only had a single combined unit for laundry wash/dry, not standalone units. The combined unit was unable to fully dry and I had to lay my clothes out on the balcony. We expected two separate units which should be able to do the job.

Este un loc deosebit. Ne-am simțit mereu în siguranță deoarece este non-stop firma care se ocupa cu paza.

Locație potrivită obiectivelor noastre.Cazare excelentă , curat , totul nou , nu ne a lipsit nimic .Bucataria complet utilată ,mașina spălat vase , mașina spălat rufe , frigider , TV , facilitatea călcat . Apartamentul are 2 balcoane f utile .Parcarea privată și gratuită într-o zonă atât de aglomerată este o raritate .

Din parcarea subterană se iese oarecum greoi . Vă recomand să apelați la cei de la recepție . Noi ne-am cam învârtit prin subsol , parcarea e f mare și întortocheată.

Comfortable and central

Staff need customer service training. They argue in a persistent and rude way. Also, the property needs to adverstise in full large print that they can't allow guests. We were a bunch of friends scattered, and we convene at times to which the property managers came running, threatening with police. Security concerns can be easily mitigated by taking IDs like other establishments do. While the management was swift in monitoring our naive flow of guests they were particularly lazy in cleaning the flat. Over the week we stayed the cleaner only arrived after us constantly begging online as well as on chat.

I selected the 1 bedroom apartment which booking stated it sleeps 4. The apartment was modern and clean. Late arrival was accommodated which was appreciated. The app for ordering food and groceries was great. The unit was well equipped with a dishwasher and washer for your clothes. I liked that they were 1 full bath and a half bath for the ones sleeping in the living room.

There were several issues with the 8 days stay I had. The first issue I had is the booking.com policy, which I advise you review when selecting a non-hotel stay such as this one. Booking does not have the authority to refund your stay if unhappy with your stay. Upon arrival we were well received, however I had to request more towels. There were only 2 towels. Had to request the ironing board, clothing drying rack. In the future, I advise requesting all of those in advance prior to your arrival. The TV was not working so we needed to get that attended to. I would recommend that they have toiletries in the bathrooms. There were none. The unit we stayed was 26/40 and faced the street, almost like a corner unit, and it was extremely loud. The first night we arrived was a Friday night and the party noise from the street went on and on until 5AM and the same for Saturday night. The honking of cars and taxis were unbearable for me who is normally a deep sleeper but not accustom to such loud noises. The noise was so terrible I vacated the unit 4 days early and requested a refund but the company did not accept to refund. I was in communication with Omer and Mohamad continuously about the level of outside noise. I requested if they can move me to another unit on the other side of the building facing the inside street, however they stated there was nothing available. I also noticed there was a bigger unit available on booking.com which I requested if I could move into but they stated that the current guests were extending their stay in that unit although it was showing on booking. Without any avail I had to vacate and went to another hotel where I spent additional money just not to deal with the noise. It was very unfortunate. I am now very weary on using booking for non-hotels booking. I would rather use other platforms with a better protection! The neighborhood also in proximity wasn’t the best family friendly neighborhood in my opinion.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Ömer war ein großartiger Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar persönlich draußen empfangen, was wir besonders herzlich fanden. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Details gelegt wird. Man kann das Auto in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage abstellen. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren als Familie dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an Ömer für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location and garage spot are the biggest advantage. Istiklal Avenue is just around the corner as well as Taksim Square. From Taksim all types of public transport are available to all parts of Istanbul with tourist attractions. The building with the flat and its’ exact surrounding are great, cosy, silent, nicely arranged and clean. The flat was on 4th floor and is the one shown on the booking com pictures. It was clean and comfortable. There are two ACs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room area. The bed is comfortable. The view from the flat is great. The host Mohamad was very kind and helpfully.

There is a slight misleading regarding in which actual building the flat is located. On the booking com map another close by building is indicated, but that one was under construction works. However, that is s minor issue. The only annoying thing was the broken drawer under the wash basin in the bathroom which cannot close and hits one’s legs. There are a few broken things like ceiling lights, but this did not spoil the overall impression. The garage is a bit of a labyrinth, but it is not as tight as centre city underground garages can be. Actually, there is almost nothing to complain about.

Địa điểm vô cùng thuận tiện, vừa yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi. Nhưng lại rất gần phố đi bộ sầm uất với nhiều nhà hàng, quán bar, cửa hàng mua sắm…Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình hỗ trợ.

Thỉnh thoảng có tiếng kêu rất nhỏ từ hệ thống điện trong phòng ngủ, nhưng điều này cũng không ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ.

Super Einrichtung mit sehr gutem und zuvorkommendem Personal, Ömer bey ist einfach immer erreichbar und immer für einen da. Lage ist wirklich gut, man fühlt sich sicher, da 24 Stunden Securitys vor Ort sind. Ist das zweite Mal innerhalb eines Jahres, das wir dieses Hotel buchten und nicht das letzte Mal. Anbindung ist genial, man kommt eigentlich überall hin. Einfach nur top für Familien.

I stayed in this residence for the last 2 weeks of July. One bedroom apartment through booking and then 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartments were clean, the furniture was brand new. I recommend staying at this residence for families or friends. Few minutes walking from Istqlal street and within 10 minutes by taxi to most attractions. Mr. Uger, Omer and Mohammed all of them were so helpful and friendly.

The apartment was incredible beautiful. Very spacious and did not lack a single item from towels, cutlery, pots, and a wonderful living space. Very neat and clean when we arrived.

We loved everything : from the moment we arrived (by car) to Istanbul, Mohammad contacted us on whatsapp and offered to help us find the hotel, the garage and also the appartment. In there, we found everything we needed, plus some complimentary water and snacks. The AC is working perfectly, the appartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The area we stayed is in a fairly good wakable distance to Taksim Square & Galata Tower, and the building itself is new and very nice looking. In the end, i will take one more opportunity to thank Mohammad who was very helpful during our stay.

I guess this has nothing to do with the property, but i'm going to say it here just for the other guests not to have the same problem : if you come by car you will be shown the underground garage to park in. You have to be really careful because it's tight and abrupt. When we left, i accidentally touched a stepway with my car, and that wasn't so nice :(.

وصلنا صباحاً وكان الاستقبال مغلقاً دون رد على الاتصالات تحت الشمس. الشقة غير نظيفة ودورات المياه مسدودة ولا تصرف الماء. أثناء المغادرة تم خلف الاتفاق بتوفير سيارة للمطار وتجاهلونا تماماً، كما رفض الحارس مساعدتنا في حمل الحقائب رغم كوننا سيدتين. تعامل غير احترافي وإهمال كامل، لن أكرر الزيارة أبداً.

The location is close to the center and Taksim square, but also close to some more dodgy areas if you don't know where you are going.

عدم وجود تكييف في الغرفة الرئيسية ويوجد مكيف في الصالة وصغير جدا لا يغطي مساحتها كما انه يحتاج صيانة لانه بدا يطلع ماء من فتحة الهواء واعدم ما تحته من اوراقنا

Светлые аппартаменты с балконом, вокруг много кафе, магазин и аптека в этом же здании. Рядом отличная кофейня Nero, где много вкусной выпечки. В пяти минутах ходьбы пешеходная улица, площадь Таксим. В апартаментах есть стиральная и сушильная машина, кофемашина, тостер, микроволновка и даже аэрогриль

Для нашей большой семьи из 5 взрослых и 2 детей было все таки мало места. Район очень грязный и очень шумный. Звукоизоляция отсутствует. Слышно всю ночь шум с улицы. В наших апартаментах бежала посудомоечная машина, хотя мы ей не пользовались ни разу. В ванной комнате ни одного крючка для одежды и полотенец, в душевой кабине нет полочки для геля и шампуня, куда их ставить, когда принимаешь душ(((

Excellent location. Well designed apartments with modern luxurious finishes.

Only minor issues. We were 5 people and only 4 bath towels were provided initially. But was provided with an additional towel the next day. We opted not to service our apartment every day. Some spare bin bags would have helped. A dish cloth would have been useful in the kitchen.

The apartment has great location, it’s absolutely silent, comfy, clean and the underground parking was a big plus.

Cleaner is suppose to come when requested. The second time I booked, nobody came to clean our apartment and I had to send many messages during 2 days to get attention about it.

De locatie op korte loopafstand van een van de belangrijke winkelstraten en met veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Ook makkelijk om van hieruit naar het Aziatische deel te reizen en naar Sultanahmet en Balat. Het appartement is ruim en modern ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht. Fijn dat er 2 badkamers waren en een wasmachine. Het personeel in het kantoortje is heel behulpzaam.

Het was af en toe moeilijk om de toegangsdeur van de buitenkant open te krijgen.

There was an issue with the lifts a couple of times which was a bit inconvenient. But these things happen

Easy communication with the host, smooth check-in and they propose services if needed. Nothing to add. Really close to Taksim square, where you can easily take the tram to go everywhere in Istanbul (we did walk everywhere), as well as being close to Kabatas port which was practical while enjoying the scenery.

Location, apartment amenities, host… I’m quite sure this property has one of best locations in Istanbul, specifically for those who first timers and those who need private parking. Our unit was on the top floor same as the roof garden, so we had direct access to get 360 views of the neighborhood. In-room amenities are well equipped, very proper for long stay. One thing that added up this as memorable stay was the Staff, all around friendly with good services, and Mohamad as the host, he’s clearly one of reasons why this property gains this high ratings.

No air conditioning at 2nd bedroom, can be bothersome in summer peaks.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Dank auch an Mohamad der immer zur Stelle war und sofort reagierte wenn ich ein Anliegen hatte 😊Die Unterkunft ist modern ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt in Istanbul braucht. In unmittelbarer nähe befinden sich Lokale und kleine Geschäfte. Die Istiklal Caddesi ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist mitten im Geschehen.

Einiges könnte man vielleicht wieder nachbessern ( Halterung in der Dusche, Dichtung vom Kühlschrank) sind Abnützungserscheinungen und kein großes Thema.

De service, hygiëne, locatie, faciliteiten, geen geluidsoverlast ondanks het feit dat het aan een drukke weg ligt. Ook enorm netjes dat bij aankomst in mijn studio een mandje met o.a. chocolade, chips, koekjes e.d. als welkomstcadeau was neergezet. Prachtig roomservice systeem waarmee je makkelijk met een QR code zowel eten als boodschapjes in het appartement kunt laten bezorgen. Enorm uitgebreide keuze qua eten en drinken. Met stip op nummer één staat de service van Ömer. Hij is ieder moment bereikbaar geweest en heeft uitstekend geholpen bij al mijn vragen en verzoeken.

Voor mij was alles helemaal top!

Очень классные апарты , я в восторге! Все чисто, стильно, есть больше, чем необходимо. В квартире есть электрогриль! Высокие потолки, очень удобная кровать, просторно, расположение 10/10 - 5 минут до улицы Истикляль Все, что нужно, делают моментально и приносят. Я в шоке, что в Стамбуле бывает настолько хорошо в отеле 🤣

Классное расположение, до улицы Истикляль не дольше 5 мин пешком. Рядом кофейня с вкусным кофе, продуктовый магазин 24/7. Персонал решает все вопросы очень быстро в любое время дня/ночи, очень гостеприимный и клиентоориентированный. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, все очень функционально. Приятный свежий ремонт, выполнен с хорошим вкусом.

Единственный момент, который стоит учитывать: лучше захватите с собой беруши, может быть чумно шумно с улицы.
