Dusra room book kiya pay kiya aur room dusra de diya wo cleaning nhi tha and location bahut bekar hai aas pass koyi restaurant ya dhaba nhi hai ekdum ander calony me hai koyi aas pass khane ka bewastha nhi hai aur jo ye log khana mangwate wo bekar ekdum mehanga bhi no cleaning bekar hai

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Owner of the property is a good Person and helped alot. Property is nearby Mahakaal temple and accessible with many auto and cabs, it's also close to railway station of ujjain.
Some beda have bed bugs, toilet tiles are broken, extra charge for using electricity for cooking on induction or electric cooker.

I was given a different room, at the time of booking I selected the room the room given to me didn't match the pictures, firstly he said they don't keep solo travelers ,on request he agreed but gave the other room not the one I selected, the washroom was not clean there.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026The room was nice and comfortable. The owner was very sweet and explained everything clearly, so there was no confusion at all. They also provided all the necessary items at a very affordable price. Overall, we loved our stay here, and it was totally worth it.
There were no bathroom slippers provided, the soap was in poor condition, and one of the fans was not working, which slightly affected the overall comfort.
