City Apartment Snowberry

Absolutely unreliable, they canceled our reservation a few hours before checking without any heads up or explanation.

L’emplacement était très bien

Le lampadaire au salon était trop long plusieurs fois je me suis cogné la tête

Extremely cozy apartment with perfect location. We were able to watch the aurora just 500 meters away from the apartment.

Great location, lovely apartment with good facilities and decor.

Only a minor thing and definitely wouldn’t put us off from coming again, but as a British person, we’d love a kettle!

ENG: Flexible arrival, clean apartment, comfortable bed and sofa. We were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment before check-in, which was a great help to us. The four of us spent one night in the apartment, and the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Good location, big apartment with parking space. Easy check-in.

The wash basin in the bathroom was very small and the addtional layer on the bed was not really comfortable

cancel my booking at last minute. lack of credibility.

Great location Very helpful hosts - responded almost immediately with any questions Clean space

Very minor but would be useful to have somewhere to store clothes like a small wardrobe

Poloha, čistota a útulné ubytovanie priamo v centre mesta

It was very clean, simple scandinavian design apartment. Comfortable stay for us and the kids. It's in a residential building and quiet hours start from 9 pm. Which was good for us, as we wanted kids to sleep early. City center was just 5 mins walk away. There was a big playground. Kitchen had Moccamaster, we felt like home. Kitchen was were equipped. Host was really nice, they prepared the place early for us and also gave extra time for checkout (which we didn't use) but it was nice to hear from them we could stay late as there was no other booking and cleaner would come later in the day. They didn't demand any extra charges for that, which tell the host is a nice and welcoming person. So if you need some extra time, don't hesitate to ask, also pay for it you want to, host seemed nice person.

If I have to pick something, then kitchen towels were not there. Otherwise, all good.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. It's close to the center, has parking and it is a quiet area. We felt at home, warm, cosy.

overall everything is ok. Apartment clean, tidy, everything you need is there. close to the city center, close to everywhere. The TV had no sound, but it was not a problem for us, because having so many attractions, we did not bother about it. The window handles are suitable for repair - they fall out. Contact with the owner is fantastic - we could leave our luggage earlier before our day began. Thank you

The apartment was perfect so warm and comfortable it had everything you need , brilliant location just a few minutes walk to the centre. There was a cafe just down the street where you could go ice skating and have a hot drink.

Location and modern kitchen

Found leftover used hand towel in the bathroom and bath towel in the closet. The apartment is too small for a family of 5, and there is no place to sit in the living/TV room when the sofa beds were already laid/extended out. Couldn't check-in earlier than 4pm although notice of early arrival was provided.

The apartment was in a great location only a short walk from the main areas and the bus stop for Santa Village. My partners daughter was ill on our final day and the host allowed us a later check out as we weren't flying until the evening! Fabulous service and would definitely stay again!

N/A

Met at property, clean and lovely apartment, friendly welcome and recommended a great restaurant! Would stay again.

House cleaning and set up I experienced amazing. Kitchen set up, tools and all accessories well done. lighting and reindeer statue in the main hall like lot.........in the house. I like more and more, if any further chance happens for stay, definitely I will stay more days............

nothing.

Everything you could need there. Great location, really close to transport links.

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. It very comfortable for 2 people and very close to the city center.

There was no WiFi but we knew that when we booked.

Simply amazing!
