Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Posizione ottima, per la media di Roma il prezzo è straordinariamente basso; ovviamente bisogna avere uno poco di spirito di adattamento e non avere pretese irrealistiche per un prezzo del genere. Per un soggiorno molto breve, e con un po' di tolleranza, può andare bene.
La nostra stanza aveva il bagno cieco, sarebbe opportuno rimettere in funzione la ventola

The staff at night was really rude and didn’t speak much Italian or English. The AC was a bit loud. The bathroom was filthy.

Staff was not that helpful. When we asked for the wi-fi password (after searching inside the room), staff reluctantly gave us the password.

Extremely rude receptionist, doesn't speak Italian and no English. Wanted us to pay 14 euros of "expenses " wouldn't accept card absolute thief trying his luck, as it clearly states all fee and taxes are paid, he just needed to read booking.com then proceeded to shout and swear at my mother. Bathroom was discussing barley any pressure in the shower, the sheets had holes, the whole place needed a good clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The location is more than amazing, just 50 metres from Roma Termini and very near to the airport bus station.
The room is small; there is no Kettle to make hot water , also all the kitchen appliances are old. The room is not isolated; you can hear sounds from outside, and the single bed is very small. If you are not spending a lot of time in the room and just sleeping, it is a good option.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026L’emplacement à 2 minutes de la gare. L’accueil à notre arrivée pour le check in était chaleureux. Le matin nous avions droit à un croissant et un café dans un café à 2 minutes à pied de l’hôtel (binario zero cafe) et la qualité était superbe!
Odeur d’égout forte (je n’exagère malheureusement pas) dans la salle de bain de notre chambre (no.10) qui se faisait sentir dans notre chambre même si nous laissions la fan de la salle de bain ouverte en tout temps et que nous laissions la porte fermée. La chasse-d’eau de notre toilette ne fonctionnait pas et ne permettait pas d’évacuer le contenu de la toilette. Nous sommes allés voir la réception et on nous a dit qu’ils ne pouvait rien faire et nous ont suggéré d’utiliser les 2 toilettes communes de l’hôtel. Bien entendu c’était une réponse inacceptable. Le système d’entrée dans l’hôtel est épuisant. Nous avons une clé pour entrer dans l’immeuble et une clé pour la chambre mais pas de clé pour l’hôtel en soit . On doit sonner et attendre que quelqu’un nous ouvre (il y a quelqu’un 24h). Même chose pour sortir de l’hôtel, on doit attendre qu’un employé débarre la porte mais le matin tôt il n’y a personne.. on doit faire du bruit pour attirer l’attention du gars qui est de garde dans une autre pièce fermée. Vraiment un système horrible. Nous avons beaucoup regretté notre choix d’hôtel. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et nous avons trouvé cela très pénible.

La atención espectacular,la habitación cómoda y con aire acondicionado para los 37 grados que hicieron cuando estuve fue lo más. Es un edificio antiguo pero con todo lo necesario para una estadía sin problemas.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Останавливались в Риме в данном отеле на 2 ночи, номер был на 4х с ванной комнатой, все было чисто аккуратно, в наличии был кондиционер, фен, косметические принадлежности. Удобно что отель возле жд вокзала, прям очень близко.Ванная маленькая, отель не новый, но все необходимое было в комнате, на ресепшене приятный мужчина встретил нас в 3 часа ночи, ресепшен круглосуточный, для нас с ночным приездом это было важно, в день выселения есть возможность оставить чемоданы. Так же есть небольшая кухня которой можно пользоваться, микроволновка, чайник. Остались довольны пребыванием.
Хотелось бы поярче свет.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Viajamos en familia con niños, habitación cuádruple. Puntos fuertes: - La ubicación de 10! Esta fue la razón principal por la que reservamos. A 1 min andando desde termini. Genial si llegas o sales desde termini. Incluso pudimos ir y volver caminando al centro de Roma. - No extra coste por late check in. Mi vuelo se retrasó muchísimo, llegamos a hacer el check in súper tarde a las 5am y no nos cobraron ningún extra. - Nos guardaron las maletas en la consigna después del check out gratis. - Hay ascensor aunque estrecho. Es un primer piso. - La habitación era amplia - Las camas eran cómodas - El aire acondicionado iba bien y se agradecía mucho con la ola de calor de Roma, dormimos bien
Puntos en contra: - La limpieza deja mucho que desear - La toalla de los pies del baño y todo el baño en sí… sin comentarios.., aunque se veía venir en las fotos.. - La ducha fatal, o quema o fría. No sale mucho, la alcachofa muy alta, no se puede dirigir el chorro - El somier eran unas vigas atadas con bridas y mi niño se la clavó sin querer y se hizo una herida.

Special thanks to Ali so helpful at late night hour, going an extra mile to sort our problems out and make sure we got everything we needed. I felt safe and well looked after and it was a perfect stay overall and I definitely will book it again!
I believe it is perfect for the perfect price, should not expect a luxery, but the staff are just super friendly and helpful, so whatever you needed extra they were helping with, no problem, very good vibes.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026This property is a hostel, shared washroom but private and clean bedrooms. Perfect for a solo traveller that needs to be close to the train as it’s steps from Tremini station.
I don’t have many complaints; this property is perfect for a specific type of traveller and exactly what I needed. The room I stayed in would not work for a couple or a family. I was a little confused fining the place but once I figured out where to go it was super easy.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Ubytování splnilo očekávání. Někde o žádný luxus, ale vše bylo čisté a funkční. Oceňuji klimatizaci na pokoji. Recepční velmi milí a ochotní. Umístění u nádraží Termini je velká výhoda, skvělý výchozí bod k návštěvě památek. Všude v okolí spousta možností zajít na jídlo, kávu nebo nakoupit potraviny. Pokud máte ubytování jen na přespání tak je Roxena dobrá volba.

Il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare, problemi del bagno perché molto rumoroso, struttura molto attempata e una sera molto rumore nel cortile sottostante.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026La ubicación, a 100 metros de la estación de Termini. El personal muy atento y amigable, nos ayudaron muchísimo y estaban siempre dispuestos. Si buscas la opción más económica y cercana, y deseas una estancia para dormir y ducharte está bien.
Se nota que es un edificio antiguo y necesita muchas reformas. Los baños tenían algunos problemas como los mandos del lavabo que estaban sueltos o el vater que no estaba anclado al suelo. La limpieza, aunque nos pusieron toallas nuevas e hicieron las camas todos los días, no estaba demasiado bien.

Det är gammalt byggnaden. Det luktar inte så bra särskilt på badrummet, saknades locket på badrums vasken, lite mörk, inte den bästa wifi knappt har ingen kopplingen, tv:n fjärrkontroll har inga batteri, gamla möbler, inte välstädat och man måste gå till baren för att äta frukost.

Let’s be honest, it’s of course a 1 star hotel, but it was clean, we weren’t bothered with other guests, as it might be a bit badly soundproofed in Italy, so this was a nice surprise! The entrance is about 50 meters from the escalators from the subway. But the best part was our host, he was so very kind and friendly, and very helpful! I would definitely come back, mainly because of the super kind host! Thank you so much.
Of course it’s going to be maybe not the best quality, but we were very happy.

I corridoi puzzano molto. C'è proprio un brutto odore. Che fortunatamente non c'era nella camera. Ma essendo il bagno in comune, questo odore non era piacevole. L'arredamento è fermo agli anni 60, rendendo tutto molto triste. La notte sono stata divorata dalle zanzare.

La mattina del 22 maggio, il personale della reception mi ha dato il permesso di cucinare in cucina. La sera, invece, c'era un altro dipendente che prima mi ha spaventato alle spalle mentre ero in cucina, e poi mi ha rimproverato urlando solo perché stavo cucinando. Non sei capace di parlare con educazione? Il proprietario è molto caloroso e amichevole, ma il suo staff è pessimo. Discriminatory hotel. If you are non-white or not a local, please think twice before booking. I stayed here for four nights. On the morning of May 22nd, the front desk staff agreed to let me cook in the kitchen. However, a different staff member took over the night shift. He first snuck up behind me in the kitchen to scare me, and then loudly berated me for cooking. Is it that hard to speak like a civilized human being? The owner is very warm and friendly, but his staff is absolutely terrible.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Posizione a 3 minuti dalla stazione Termini! E dalla metropolitana. C'era il necessario per soggiornare a Roma: se volevo di più dovevo spendere di più! Spero di trovarla libera anche la prossima volta.
Migliorerei i trasporti pubblici romani, non sempre all'altezza di una città come Roma!! E l'esterno della Stazione Termini: i carabinieri ovunque danno sicurezza ma non eliminano i problemi!

Reviewed May 27, 2026Personale molto gentile e disponibile. I bagni sono in comune, ma la stiratura è pulita e le camere vengono sistemate ogni giorno con la biancheria nuova. Ottima la posizione, per raggiungere l’albergo basta attraversare la strada una volta usciti dalla stazione Termini.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Localização boa, a dois minutos da Termini, e fizeram nosso check in mesmo chegando muito tarde do aeroporto. O quarto era ok, passamos apenas uma noite curta e foi suficiente.
Poderia ser mais limpo, o banheiro estava um pouco sujo e os lençóis tinham manchas.
