The hotel was very close to the train station, making it easy to get to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were friendly.

The aircon was broken in our room - it was very loud but the controls didn’t work and the room was so hot, making it difficult to sleep.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Marissa and can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but we would like to sincerely thank her for making us feel so welcome from the very beginning. A special thank you as well to Roberta, Matteo, and Julio, who all provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. They were warm, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Julio was especially kind and thoughtful, always greeting guests with a genuine smile and making everyone feel comfortable and at home. His wonderful attitude truly made a difference. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with convenient access to the train station, metro, and buses. There are plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the area. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Marissa exceeded our expectations. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable room, and—most importantly—the incredibly warm and welcoming staff made our stay truly special. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience and for your genuine hospitality. Gostei do café da manhã, o atendimento da recepcionista Roberta, a recepcionista do café da manhã, que nos ofereceu café mesmo sabendo que iríamos sair de madrugada para o voo, infelizmente tive que pegar outro hotel outro dia, mas ficaria lá novamente!!

Het was een prima hotel en voorzien van alles. Het is niet persee echt luxe, maar van alle gemakken voorzien en er wordt netjes elke ochtend schoongemaakt. Het hotel ligt naast het centrale bus/metro en trein station, waardoor je binnen een kwartier midden in het centrum bent of bij de bekende bezienswaardigheden. Wat betreft andere recensies over de veiligheid van de omgeving, wij als twee blonde jonge meiden hebben ons geen enkel moment onveilig gevoeld. Bij het station loopt allemaal beveiliging.

Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich gut: Man ist schnell an der Metro und kommt unkompliziert zum Flughafen. Leider war das für uns auch schon der größte Pluspunkt.

Zimmer: * Überhaupt nicht wie auf den Booking-Fotos: Unser Zimmer lag versteckt im hintersten Erdgeschoss, erreichbar durch den Lagerbereich des Reinigungspersonals. Ähnlichkeit mit den Fotos auf booking gleich 0 * Alt und lieblos: Überstrichene Wände, alter Fliesenboden und Nachttische aus Holzplatten, bei denen die Farbe abblättert. * Dunkel: Mini-Fenster in einen Innenlichtschacht. * Dreibettzimmer: Am dritten Bett weder Nachtlicht noch Steckdose. * Klimaanlage: Extrem laut und verlor Wasser – ein Handwerker musste kommen. * Hellhörig: Geräusche vom Flur und anderen Zimmern deutlich hörbar. Bad: * Stark renovierungsbedürftig: Rost, alte Armaturen und kaum Ablageflächen. * Dusche: Nach spätestens 15 Sekunden stand man bis zu den Knöcheln im Wasser. * Keine Lüftung: Das Mini-Fenster ließ sich mangels Griff nicht öffnen und hätte nicht rausgeführt * Heizung: Auf maximaler Stufe und nicht abschaltbar – bei 36 °C Außentemperatur besonders angenehm. * Kein Licht über dem Spiegel. * Föhn: Praktisch unbrauchbar. * Mülleimer: Zustand, bei dem man ihn lieber nicht anfassen möchte.

Property is very good location, close to the station and the metro and it’s only a 25-30 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fontana The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helped us search for my friends necklace when it slipped down behind the television unit. Lots of extras available to add onto your stay for free but this wasn’t explained to us so not utilised Stayed during a heatwave and the air con and ceiling fan were very very needed and worked well.

Despite the location being ideal unfortunately the surrounding areas are quite rough and we struggled with men continually approaching us. A staff member let themselves into our room at 8am as they knocked, we shouted hello as all still in bed or in the shower and they let themselves in. We did experience a power issue in the room as the fuse board had tripped and staff immediately presumed it was overloaded switches despite nothing being plugged in and the system still tripping. Room wasn’t always restocked properly - had to retrieve shower amenities but reception very helpful in doing so Booked as a triple single room but set up as a double and single on arrival - self remedies by requesting bedding from downstairs and we made the bed ourselves

The location was perfect and the room was spacious for 4 ladies

The room could have done with an extra mirror on the wall rather than just one in the bathroom, especially when there were 4 women trying to get ready all at once!! Also, the plug sockets/charging points were attached to the lights, so whenever you were plugging in something, you would touch the light switches resulting in the lights being turned on or off!!

Was in the annex, seemed to be newer and fresh. Close proximity to the train station and super market.

The location of the property is excellent, bang opposite Roma Termini Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience and would definitely recommend this property.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Rome. My number one place whenever I go to Rome. Staff is wonderful, particularly Julio, he is very nice every time I stay at this hotel.

Last time the elevator was not working and people using the stairs was a real pain as they were very loud and I wasn't able to sleep. I was given a room near the elevator :(

The hotel was quite modern and very clean despite being located in an old building. Extremely nice and helpful staff (especially at the breakfast buffet). Good breakfast with both sweet and salty options. Free tours (I took the one guided by Mario and it was excellent). Good location just next to the train station.

It's possible to hear everything happening in the hall and in the rooms next to yours.

The location was good. We came from sorrento via train so was straight at the hotel. Good location for accessing metro as well which we used majority of the stay. The bed was very big and comfy. Very good air con, stays on all night. They will also happily keep your luggage for you if your flight is later on in the day after check out.

The bathroom was very very small. We only had a small hand held shower head in our bathroom which went from hot to cold during your shower. The whole flooring in the bedroom and bathroom is concrete so very cold on your feet. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything. Especially other people staying coming in and out of their rooms. We could actually hear our neighbours conversations word for word. The cleaners also start very early in the morning and make a lot of noise.

Просто потрясающий отель в самой удобной для передвижений локации! Относится к сети Bzaar hotels. Очень чисто и хорошие завтраки. Персонал отличный,если позднее заселение именно в этом отеле вам пришлют код от входной двери. В соседнем отеле этой же сети Madison есть круглосуточная стойка регистрации. Рядом вокзал там же метро. На цокольном этаже вокзала есть супермаркет,который работает допоздна. Особенно понравились просто огромные потрясающие ванные комнаты 😄♥️♥️♥️

Café não incluso. Descarga não funcionava bem, tivemos que utilizar um balde. Não tem chuveiro na parede, apenas uma ducha móvel. Cobraram para guardar as malas após o check out.

Gracias por hacernos la experiencia en Roma tan agradable. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Roma intentaré reservar con vosotros de nuevo. Hotel y personal, tanto de recepción como el de desayunos super agradable. Una mención especial para Julio y Alejandro son dos personas encantadoras y realizan su trabajo mucho más allá. De la habitación quisiera destacar lo amplia y buena climatización que ha sido por lo menos la que a mí me tocó. Con unos techos superaltos, una estancia muy agradable. Una climatización perfecta. La cama era muy cómoda y contaba con dos almohadas diferentes para cada uno, una más gruesa y otra más plana para poder escoger. El armario amplio, cosa que se agradece, y con perchas. El baño perfecto. Además tenía crema corporal con un olor super agradable. También unos amenities uno que era gorro de ducha, y la otra cajita con una goma de pelo, unos bastoncillos y algodones desmaquillantes. Lo único que pondría una pega en el baño sería la ducha que resbala, es un baldosín muy suave y resbala bastante, faltaría ponerle o alguna agarradera o algo, me daba un poco de susto resbalarme y caerme. Pero en conclusión 100% recomiendo y ya he recomendado este hotel. También quiero de resaltar el desayuno con estancias muy agradables y muy rico.

Nach 2 mal Zimmer wechseln, wegen Rauchbildung und Krabbeltieren konnte uns kein weiteres 3 Bett Zimmer angeboten werden, wir sollten aufgeteilt werden. Wir lehnten ab und wechselten lieber das Hotel und nun bekommen wir unser Geld nicht zurück. Booking kämpft nun an unserer Seite, vom Hotel kein entgegenkommen, die wollen alles an gelb behalten obwohl wir dort nicht schlafen, für uns doppelte Kosten und einen Tag von 4 in Rom verloren. On the first night, we were woken up by renovations in the building. At 2:00 PM, we were moved to another room that suffered from recurring power outages. Maintenance and cleaning staff entered our room twice while we were asleep! There was no communication with the hosts; messages went unanswered. It’s a real shame—the hotel isn't cheap and isn't worth the price; aside from the location, it is truly terrible בלילה הראשון התעוררנו משיפוצים בבניין. העבירו אותנו בשעה 14 לחדר אחר שהיו בו הפסקות חשמל חוזרות. נכנסו לנו אנשי תחזוקה וניקיון פעמיים לחדר כשאנחנו ישנים! אין תקשורת עם המארחים לא ניתן מענה להודעות שנשלחו - חבל מאד מלון לא זול ולא שוווה את המחיר - חוץ מהמיקום שלו הוא ממש גרוע

Great location for access to sites and station

Location was amazing for our purpose. We had a lay-over flight, so needed something close to the train station (it was 20m from the station wall). The room was really clean and spacious, exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel breakfast was really nice (although a little cramped meaning you had to reserve tables).

The shower was a little dated, but wasn't really an issue, still functioned well! The price was a little expensive, but given the location and the amenities, it was hard to argue.

Location was great, walking distance to a supermarket and the train station.

Stayed at Hotel Marisa for 4 nights up to 14th July 2026. Location was ideal only a couple of minutes walk from the Termini train station in Rome. It's about 30 minutes walk from the main attractions in Rome but it was very hot so we used the Metro, which you can pick up at the Termini. We stayed in the annex building which was about a 300m walk through the streets to the back of the building. There is a very small lift to the 4th floor that looks a bit ropey but is also a bit like the ones you see in old movies. The room was very clean and most importantly of all had excellent air con (vital for the summer months). Wifi was good. The towels were changed every day. We only had breakfast 1 of the mornings and that was nice, good value for 10€ a nice selection of fruit pastries, cereals, bread eggs & bacon. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Localização excelente para quem quer ficar perto da estação de trem. É em frente!!! Mas se seu objetivo é o centro histórico, fica bem longe! Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Limpeza boa. Instalações simples e antigas mas tudo funcionando direito!

Haviam poucas tomadas pelo quarto. O que dificultava bastante recarregar os aparelhos.

The photos do an exceptional job of hiding an old hotel that has had a minor facelift. There is no soundproofing and could hear other guests late at night, the air con did not go below 24 degrees and was extremely loud.

I loved how close this gorgeous hotel was to Roma Termini. The entrance and foyer was gorgeous and the room tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious with fabulous customer service. It was part of the BZAR hotel chain group that offers free tours and food/drink vouchers during your stay. I would definitely stay again just for these amazing options as I had spent a fortune on tours. Frederico our Secret Monti tour guide was so lovely and informative.

The staff's availability was impeccable, and the size of the room was the biggest surprise. We felt very comfortable at the hotel.

The walls were paper thin. It was impossible to sleep, guests were loud in the hallways. I complained to the front desk and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Then early in the morning, I was woken by the cleaning crew. There was a family staying on my floor who left their doors open for the kids to run. The staff refused to tell them to quiet down even at night.

El trato del personal fue excepcional, esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la terminal pero sin la inseguridad, también está cerca de un supermercado y una farmacia.

Las paredes no son muy gruesas por lo que si en las habitaciones hay huéspedes muy ruidosos los podrás escuchar

The location was excellent right next to the train station. The staff were very friendly and polite. There was plenty of places to eat nearby, was adequate for a one night stay. The Wifi was good.

The room was very dirty, and looked nothing like some of the photos. The bathroom had a really awful damp and sewage smell. I booked a single room, but the single bed I got was probably the smallest bed I have ever seen in a hotel. The layout of the room was also extremely strange, there was this small balcony area when you look out the window, but it was completely inaccessible. Considering the price I paid for this place, the rating of 3 stars and the quality of the room, I would consider this bad value for money.

We have spent 3 nights at Marisa hotel, it is a charming hotel with perfect location near Termini. The rooms are spacey, well air-conditioned and windows are excellently preventing the noises from the street. We had breakfast, it has a good variety of food and the staff, especially Julio, is very friendly.

Vind ik wel meer in hotels, dat de douchekoppen soms sneller vervangen mogen worden, water spoot ook hier beetje alle kanten uit, maar dat zjn details.

入住時發現門鎖壞掉時間大約是20:30，通知櫃檯後等到22:00才有人來修，修到大約23:00才修好，效率有點差⋯ 再來是要睡覺是，把棉被打開，發現裡面有一張前一天的車票，可能是上一個人留下來的，讓人懷疑有打掃換床單嗎
