El lugar y la atmósfera totalmente tranquila en el que se encuentra el Hostel y no muy lejos de la carretera principal. Hay almacenes a pocos metros del Hostel más arriba por la ruta que va a Malana. Las camas cómodas y habitación amplia con locker. El personal muy amable siempre ayudando siempre sobre mis dudas. La comida muy rica a precio razonable. Buenas áreas comunes para socializar. Volvería sin ninguna duda!

Rohit the owner is incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable about the area, the hostel has a amazing social vibe with a great common area and amazing rooftop view. The beds are comfortable and clean with curtains which is great and the food is 10/10

The Location, facilities, hosts everything was kind of amazing. Away from chaos. Couldn't get much time to spend here but whatever we did, it was great.

The location was fine. They allowed us early check-in which was great.

1. No toiletries were provided, as mentioned in the room description—not even a single soap was available. 2. We were advised not to shower due to water issues. 3. Only halal non-veg food is permitted in the hostel. 4. Towels were also not provided in the rooms.

The accommodation of Yogesh & Medini was exceptional. We felt right at home, them attending every request we had with a smile. The place is secluded and beautiful, the view from the room is just amazing. The food was great and Buddy the house dog is the king (: The rooms were big and clean. A lovely stay next to Kasol, good value for money. A home away from home.

The Wifi was very weak and didn't work in some of the rooms. Some rooms state that they have a private balcony but all the balconies are actually shared. The hostel is outside of central Kasol and you need a taxi or a bus to get there.

I like the hostel it was nice place to chill out and make new friends. Host is great (Rohit Bhai). Enjoyed the food served with such mesmerizing taste. Overall love my trip because of hostel leave worries, sit with strangers enjoyed the air.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The communal areas are perfect for meeting fellow travelers and sharing stories of adventure. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the food is delicious and plentiful. But what truly sets this hostel apart is its sense of community and connection to nature. It's the perfect base for exploring the mountains, and the staff's knowledge and passion for the area are invaluable.

The hostel is located at a good location, the staff and caretaker are very friendly. The dorm was peaceful with comfortable bed. The food was delicious too specially the aloo paratha. Perfect place for escaping from fast paced life and enjoying quiet peaceful life.

Kasol Hostel is a perfect place if you want to explore Malana village, it has a very chill and peaceful location. Our private room for affordable prices offered amazing views over the mountains. The vibes in the hostel were also very positive. And I really connected to Medni and Yogesh who took great care of us, always making sure we were fed and comfortable!! Medni even prepared special non-spicy meals for me, sooo grateful !! Thanks for everything 🙏

Better water pressure in the shower would be nicer, also the flushing of toilet didn't work buuut water buckets were at disposal.

The owners and the staff were so friendly. We had never experienced such hospitality. Rohit and Simi are the best hosts ever.

I liked the location of the hostel and the view from the hostel. It’s about a kilometer away from Dunkhara Bus Stop so it gives you a chance to travel to and fro from the Kasol Market and enjoy the scenery, or for an enthusiast, a good peaceful walk back from the market. It’s around 8km from the Kasol Market, so it will take around 2-3 hours to walk. But there will be plenty of Tea Stalls and time for you to grab a snack or sit for a while.

The place is away from the hustle and bustle of kasol. Serene, peaceful and the cutest people at the hostel. Super helpful esp Rohit and simmi, the sweetest. Had an excellent stay, shall come back again. Excellent property, facilities, food. No complaints whatsoever.

There's nothing not to like about this place.

The hosts are amazing, super kind people and super available for every need. They cook amazing dishes and are always happy to share the receipts. There is always a really peaceful and respectful environment. The hostel is super clean, rooms, bathrooms and living room. They have ping pong, many board games, and interesting books. A great garden and big terrace! Can’t wait to come back in this beautiful place :))

Serenity n environment

We checked into the Kasol Hostel, for a 2 night stop over, during our Himachal Pradesh roadtrip. We had no expectations to be honest, and we had a packed itinerary for the 2 days we were scheduled to be there. As we were checking in, Buddy (our travelling puppy) made himself at home both in the property and with Bella (the property 's 7-year-old American Pitbull). That was the turning point for us, truly! Our 2 day stay, very quickly extended into a 8 night stay - and all our plans to step out vanished because WE FOUND HOME here! Rohit (the owner) and Simran (his wife who runs the kitchen) are easily the warmest and nicest hosts you'll ever come across. The hostel and the private rooms are cozy, clean, well equipped and wonderful. But the vibe of the place is what sets it apart from all the other places we've ever stayed at. Over the course of 8 days, we met and befriended an army of people from across India (and a wonderful couple from Bangladesh). We laughed harder than we had in a while, and we made memories (and friends) that were gonna last forever! Stay at the Kasol Hostel if you're happy, sad, content, lonely, a loner or an extrovert! There's something in it for EVERYONE, and I promise, you'll shed a tear (or a million as we did), when you leave! We can't wait to be back! Thank you Rohit, Simran and the entire team - for capping off our Himachal roadtrip with an absolutely priceless gem ❤️✨

Coming to my stay I was worried since it was my 1st experience in hostel which is unforgettable bcz facilities are good , superb delicious food by simmi Di , they arranged bonfire Dj nights overall experience was awesome good environment I just loved it thank u rohit bhai, suhesh for taking a proper care it ll b my 2nd home

Lovely hosts, food is very delicious and healthy. location of the hostel....nd many many more things which you can only find when you are there....so once ur in kosol go and feel the vibes of the place.

It was a great experience, the Host of this hostel is so wonderful and friendly and helpful. It has the perfect view almost the entire Parvati Valley will be Gazing at you. How can I forget Bella, She is so calm and cute and you get to pet a pitbull, Overall, if you are in Kasol, try staying here atleast once.

Oh I loved the charm and vibe of this hostel. The aesthetics from the rooftop and the garden area is a treat to watch. I literally can’t ask for more while staying away from home. Right from the room, to food, to common area and the amazing hosts. Rohit and Sushi bhaiya were amazing and it will be unjust to not credit Simran bhabhi for the delicious food.

The owner Rohit bhaiya is a gem of a person. He is very humble, patient and friendly. The property is at a very serene and beautiful location. Food is good too. Rooms were spacious and clean.

A little improvement can be done in terms of cleanliness. The location is quite far from the main centre and market of Kasol.

Overall, I had a great experience with the kasol hostel staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.
