In the middle of istanbul,near from every point to visit, great breakfast

The room was too small i feel exactly like at ibis buget. The hotel is 3stars,not 4. I book at zagreb for pool,but suprise, the pool is deep 1.65m and have cold water(in july) ,there arent any stairs or place under 1.65m ,the pool have only the inox stairs. So if you are not swimmer you can't use it, a big dissapoint for my child.

The day staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The shower is very powerful with a plentiful supply of hot water. It's possible to walk to some of the main sites but a little far in the heat.

The rooms are very small, not really suitable for two people and two sets of luggage. The bathroom is also tiny but well equipped. I chose the hotel because it has a spa and planned to use it on our last morning but it doesn't open until 3pm.

Fint hotell, bra läge! Trevliga personal och väldigt familjevänligt! Dock var det små rum och lite dåligt att man ska behöva köpa dricksvatten! God frukost och bra utbud!

Små rum och väldigt dyrt område! Allt kostar dubbelt i restauranger/ affärer! Men det kan inte hotellet göra något åt!

Внимательный персонал, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники, которые примчатся по первой вашей просьбе и помогут в любом вопросе! Спасибо! Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности множество магазинов, остановок общественного транспорта, рынки, некоторые достопримечательности. Номер был совсем небольшой, не более 2 человек поместится. Чисто идеально, постель удобная, уборка ежедневно. Холодильник, чайник,фен, тапочки, пакетики чая и кофе. Вода всегда. Бассейн отличный с соленой водой, прекрасным видом на город и море( днем открывается крыша для принятия солнечных ванн) Хорошие завтраки. Хорошая звукоизоляция между номерами.

Ранним утром и поздним вечером сильный шум транспорта, мусоровозов, крики.Отель "поживший" - прокуренные помещения,кондиционер извергал неприятный запах, а если открыть окно, то очень шумно. Мы оплатили 3 ночи, но по факту были только две и один завтрак пропал и нам не был предложен бокс с закусками с собой в аэропорт, хотя это стандартная практика. Трансфер от отеля опоздал и мы очень понервничали перед вылетом. И как пожелание - очень не хватало большого зеркала в коридоре комнаты. Было бы неплохо его установить. Одного зеркала над раковиной недостаточно даже на два дня.

The pool was very welcoming during the warm days

Certain of the reception staff are very uninterested in their guest. The rooms are very small and housekeeping needs to improve on overall cleanliness. Inter room sound insulation is very poor and at times we could hear our adjacent neighbors conversations. The breakfast is very limited with Western food options but the fresh bread rolls makes up.

The location was excellent—everything you need is within easy reach. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Mr. Gazi and Mr. Teken at the reception. They truly made our stay enjoyable with their professionalism and kindness. The area also felt very safe, which made our experience even better. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

I think the breakfast is quite good, but it could be even better if they varied the menu from day to day. They served the same food every morning, so having more variety would make the breakfast experience much more enjoyable.

- Room recently refurbished - bathroom very good condition and good shower - Pool was nice and not many people - Breakfast was ok, with many choices and some change every day

- pillows - not much place where to put your things and clothes

Bardzo fajny hotel. Jestem w nim już kolejny raz. Otrzymałyśmy pokój na wyremontowanym piętrze. Pokój czyściutki, sprzątany codziennie. Miła i bardzo pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko tramwaju T1. Basen z otwieranym dachem - w upalne dni rewelacja. Śniadania mało urozmaicone, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jest to hotel do którego na pewno wrócę.

Personel çok kibardı.

The location is very good

I received a room that was not like the pictures shown.

It was clean and room fresh towels and bedding for the 2nights out of 5 that i actually stayed.

Initial room was very cramped and when I enquired about a change they said all rooms were the same.size. When I pointed out the room photos in reception he relunctantly moved me to a slightly bigger room. Night staff asleep on couch when I returned one evening!!!!

Only location

Staff attentiveness answering the phone call inquiries. Value for my money paid. Price was high in comparison with the other hotels in the surroundings.

AC dropped the water at the door complaint but no fixed it otherwise all ok

The Property is very clean and quiet . Close proximity most attractions. Walking distance to Reaturant and shopping

The view from my room was overlooking mosque and rooftops.

Часто останавливаюсь в этом отеле, мне он очень уютный, хорошее расположение, бассейн , порадовал свежий ремонт в номерах и на ресепшен

O café da manhã é um pequeno almoço. Muito bom. Chuveiro excelente.

Travesseiro, e o quarto é estreito e pequeno para duas pessoas com algumas malas. O serviço de arrumação deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto e do banheiro.

God pris og ok beliggenhed. Prisen var meget lav i forhold til, at hotellet havde en lille pool. Poolen ligger øverst oppe i hotellet, og ikke i en “kælder”, som på mange andre hoteller centralt i Istanbul. Værelserne er helt nyrenoverede, moderne og pæne. Rigtigt gode senge!

Airconditionen på værelserne er ustabil, og kan nogle gange ikke køle ordentligt ned. Morgenmaden lever ikke op til standarden på et 4-stjernet hotel i en international storby. At der kun serveres hvidt brød og ikke er nogen alternativer til allergier er ikke tidssvarende i 2026. Til gengæld var der 4 slags oliven, 4 slags kage, 4 slags hvid ost, hvilket ikke er dårligt, men ikke hvis man vil tiltrække gæster fra hele verden. Kaffen til morgenmaden er decideret elendig!

Очень грязно в номерах, была в 2-ух. Уборщицы не делают свою работу вообще. Всё в пыли! Даже чайник был весь в пыли.

Не работают в номерах кондиционер , в гостинице идет ремонт , грязь в капиллярах . В бассейне курит персонал ( в закрытом помещении) , никаких услуг в спа нету как заявлено , даже платных

The hotel boasts an excellent location. Major landmarks and markets are nearby, and transport connections are convenient. There are many restaurants in the vicinity.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. It is noisy, dirty, and smells of construction debris. Only one elevator is functioning properly; the others are under repair—though technically operational—and using the stairwells feels unsafe. The air conditioning does not work, despite being listed as an amenity. When I raised these issues, the staff suggested I simply open the window; however, sleeping with the window open is too noisy. If you book a room advertised as having air conditioning, that air conditioning should work. We were assigned a room that bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos posted online; it was unfinished. Staff members entered the room to clean, even though I had explicitly requested that they not do so—a clear violation of privacy. The pillows were atrocious. The swimming pool was out of order for several days, and when it finally reopened, the water was freezing cold. In response to my complaints, the receptionist told me that I was being mean. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

Tutto bene, forse la SPA a pagamento stona. Però tutto il resto è stato più o meno ok.

La pulizia, lo stanno rifacendo, è molto bene devo dire, ma se non curi la pulizia sin da subito ciao!!!!

Excelente localização. Café da manhã excelente, farto, com várias opções. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. Camas com um ótimo colchão. Toalhas muito perfumadas, banheiro.comRecomendado, Excelente excelente chuveiro, e água quente mesmo. Cortesia de chinelos descartáveis, produtos de higiene. Está entre duas estações para cima Metro Vezneciler, e abaixo na avenida o train Aksaray, fácil para se locomover até a pé para o Grande Bazar, Mesquita e Santa Sofia, claro se gosta de caminhar. Com muito comércio ao redor..

Achei um pouco falho a limpeza do quarto, em relação a passar um pano, ou varrer, Parte da piscina muito boa,, mas a Água não estava aquecida, um morno para frio, para eu poder usar, diante do frio que está no mês de abril todo, e a piscina foi um dos motivos que me chamou a atenção, pois tenho hábito de me exercitar todos os dias em piscina aquecida, por recomendação medica.

Curățenia se făcea zilnic .Mic dejun deși repetitiv era ok.Cafeaua la aparat ,dar slabă.

Hotelul era în renovare .La spa doar piscină era gratis în rest 10$ pe zi.Nu are parcare .

Camera foarte curată și confortabilă. Mic dejun diversificat și excelent la gust. Personalul foarte amabil și eficient. Locația extraordinară, aproape de tramvai și obiective turistice.
