Points positifs; - Tres propre (malgré un bas oublié sous les rideaux du salon) - appartement extrêmement bien situé: * plusieurs bus juste en avant qui vous amènent directement au centre * Metro appx à 500m * 3 épiceries à 1 minute de marche * Restaurants et magasins à 350m sur la promenade beaucoup de choix * Quartier sécuritaire * Lit confortable * Réponses très rapides du management J’ai vraiment apprécié l’emplacement rendant les déplacements faciles peu importe l’heure, mais le manque de sommeil dû au bruit était difficile. Je comprends de ranger la clim, mais les températures chaudes durent plus longtemps maintenant. Un simple ventilateur sur pied aurait permis d’avoir de l’air et de garder les fenêtres fermées pour dormir. Emplacement 5* Tranquillité sans clim: 1* ( je suis certaine que notre expérience aurait été différente si la clim avait été en place pour couper le bruit pour dormir)

Points negatifs - Lorsque nous avons réservé, nous avions l’option climatisation. Cependant, à notre arrivée la climatisation portative avait été rangée pour la saison. Malgré la conversation avec le management, elle n’a pas été réinstallée et on ne nous a meme pas proposé un ventilateur sur pied pour aider. Nous avons donc du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car il faisait quand meme chaud et aucune autre circulation d’air. - Dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec des rues si passantes (bus, voitures avec musiques forte, scooter, passants qui parlent forts, etc) a été très difficile. Meme avec des bouchons aux oreilles, le bruit était fort. De plus l’odeur de cigarette des passants était présente à toutes les heures malgré le 2e étage. - L’équipement pour faire la cuisine est juste ok. ATTENTION: pas de four micro-ondes ce qui rendait difficile les choix de repas (aucun réchauffer) J’ai vraiment apprécié l’emplacement rendant les déplacements faciles peu importe l’heure, mais le manque de sommeil dû au bruit était difficile. Je comprends de ranger la clim, mais les températures chaudes durent plus longtemps maintenant. Mooi, ruim en vernieuwd appartement, op prima plek. Slaapkamer comfortabel, goede gordijnen. Goede sfeer.

Geen goede raambekleding boven, dus veel licht in de vroege ochtend, matig schoongemaakt en veel verkeersgeluiden.

Die Wohnung hat wirklich einiges zu bieten: Top-Lage, Öffis, Supermärkte und Lokale quasi ums Eck. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und Abreise war unkompliziert, die Schlüsselübergabe über die Schlüsselbox ebenfalls. Besonders praktisch: Unser Gepäck durften wir schon vor dem Check-in abstellen – sehr angenehm! Auch die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich schön: modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, farblich perfekt abgestimmt und insgesamt recht hochwertig. Die Betten waren bequem – wir haben also grundsätzlich sehr gut geschlafen. Zumindest solange man nicht versucht hat, die Wohnung mit frischer Luft zu versorgen. 😅

Die Esszimmerstühle bieten ein besonderes Erlebnisprogramm. Die bereits mehrfach geklebten Beine waren durchaus ein Hinweis, dass man ihnen vielleicht nicht mehr unbedingt sein volles Körpergewicht anvertrauen sollte. Leider haben wir diesen Hinweis etwas zu spät verstanden: Mein 7-jähriger Sohn ist tatsächlich mitsamt Stuhl zusammengebrochen und hat sich dabei am Kopf verletzt. Das ist dann doch eine Art von „Action“, die wir bei einer Unterkunft nicht unbedingt gebucht hatten. Die Stühle sollten wirklich dringend ersetzt werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschten in Wien außerdem Temperaturen, bei denen selbst die Donau vermutlich über eine Klimaanlage nachgedacht hat. Die Wohnung selbst hat keine Klimaanlage – kein Problem, solange man lüften kann. Dachten wir. Denn der Nachbar über uns besitzt offenbar eine Lüftungsanlage mit dem Konzept „Warum die heiße Luft in der Wohnung behalten, wenn man sie direkt zu den Nachbarn nach unten blasen kann?“ Die Abluft wurde genau vor unsere Schlafzimmerfenster geleitet. Ich stand also um 22 Uhr am Fenster und dachte ernsthaft, draußen wären noch ungefähr 40 Grad. Nein. Es war lediglich die freundliche Nachbarschaftshilfe in Form eines kostenlosen Heißluftgebläses. 😂 Auch die Ausstattung hatte ein paar charmante Überraschungen zu bieten: Ein Besen fehlte komplett. Mit zwei Kindern und entsprechendem Bröselaufkommen wäre dieser durchaus hilfreich gewesen. Dafür gab es keine Stöpsel in den Waschbecken, sodass das Abwaschen in der Küche konsequent unter fließendem Wasser stattfinden musste. Nachhaltigkeit war somit eher ein theoretisches Konzept.

No me gustó nada, empezando porque el dueño me engañó diciendo que había aire acondicionado y diciendo que me iban a poner otro ventilador. Hemos pasado un calor horroroso, de hecho después de poner una reclamación para el reembolso parcial tuvimos que cambiarnos de alojamiento e irnos a uno con aire acondicionado. Las camas son incómodosimas, las escaleras de acceso un desastre, sucio y sin utensilios para limpiar. Faltaba menaje de cocina que anunciaban como completo. Pedí unos vasos y me los trajeron el último día. La chica de la limpieza vino un día y entró sin llamar. Un desastre todo. Para olvidar el viaje.

Good location, spacious flat, cosy flat.

So the bed is indeed very, very soft. It’s on a noisy street, so during the night you would hear a lot of cars and it’s very, very warm in the summer time as there’s no AC. One thing if you travel with BIKES - do not! I repeat - do not leave them in the courtyard! Ours got stolen. Most likely a neighbor as in the building you will see signs “airbnb is a crime” and despite the fact that there were 20 bikes of people who live there - only our 2 bikes were stolen from there and everything else was left untouched. The police can’t do much for you either as there are no cameras. So just dont stay there if you have bikes. It’s not safe. Everything else was decent for the price.

The location is excellent – the city center is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of public transport options, restaurants, and shops nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard, so it was peaceful at night. The apartment itself was comfortable, and well suited for our stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the host. Responses were prompt and friendly, and the self check-in process was smooth and straightforward. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage before the official check-in time, which was a great convenience.

The biggest drawback was the very strong unpleasant smell in the building's corridor. We never found out where it was coming from. It's a pity because otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. However, because of this smell alone, we would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent location, quiet, but near everything. Coffee shops and supermarkets are just around the corner. You can walk to the Museum Quarter or the city center 15/20 min. The apartment is in a building with a beautiful internal garden.

The only bad thing was the bad smell at the entrance; we stayed 5 days, and it didn’t disappear. We couldn’t clean anything; there was no broom or mop to keep the place clean if you stayed longer. On the third day, the floor was dirty, and then ants appeared. The garbage recycling door in the building was always closed; we didn’t know where to throw it. Some instructions about that will be helpful!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung in einer super Lage, mit einer schönen Loggia. Supermarkt 50 Meter, Bushaltestelle 50 Meter, U-Bahn 7 Minuten. Wir fanden es super und kommen gern wieder.

地點非常的好，房間也非常的實用美麗，我們在這裡住了五天，度過美好的時光。唯一要注意的是大門有的時候按密碼不能打開來，這時候就要用房門的鑰匙取開。

可能備品比較少，我事先知道，所以有將前一間旅館沒用完的衛生紙，小肥皂和洗髮精帶過來，所以沒什麼問題。唯一的建議就是地板的打掃可以更乾淨，謝謝。

Large apartment in good location close to shops and transport.

Lacked attention to detail - had no basic things like a even a sample of washing machine liquid, dish washing tablets, not even a tea towel to dry dishes. No where to hang clothes once washed.

The location is amazing, close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Also around 30min walking distance to almost everything

It’s an apartment in the ground floor so there was some smells in the apartment. also there was literally no hand soap (which is the bare minimum) and one of the towels provided had stains on it but thankfully there was plenty of towels in the apartment. Overall these can be improved but no major no go!

Das Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können, es war noch Staub und Haare am Boden in den Ecken. Es war außerdem nicht genügend Toilettenpapier für die Anzahl der Tage und Personen. Die Küche war nicht besonders ausgestattet.

Very nice, perfectly kept appartment in an old city house. Very quiet and relaxing setting with all kinds of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Public transport is closeby and staff is very helpful and quick in responding.

Apartamento espaçoso e silencioso, localizado num bairro agradável, próximo de uma avenida principal com muitas lojas, restaurantes e supermercados. A cerca de 20min a pé do centro mas tem 2 estações de metro próximas. Boa comunicação e facilidade no check-in.

Апартаменты расположены рядом с остановкой общественного транспорта (автобус). Можно добраться куда Вам необходимо. Два продуктовых магазина Billa и Spar находятся через дорогу от апартаментов.

Posizione ottimale

The location was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

The kitchen staff was very old. I couldnt boil my baby’s water in the boiler because it was rusty. There was hair in the bathroom. Its should be more clear especially the toilet. Toilet brush should be changed..

A washing machine could be helpful, other than that we loved the place!

Great location near to Mariahilfe Street and walking distance to Vienna City Centre. The Mariahilfe street is good for shopping. Easy to find food at Billa and Spar near to the apartment.

Bed is not comfortable and no sofa bed. Apartment key located in the safe box beside the apartment door, was not clearly mentioned in the check in instruction.

Es un departamento amplio y cómodo. Bastante bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son grandes y las camas cómodas. La cocina está bastante bien provista con todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos días.

El check in era a la tarde pero supuestamente se podía dejar el equipaje antes, a partir de las 11.00 am. Por eso contratamos ese alojamiento, porque llegabamos temprano a la ciudad y para poder recorrerla necesitabamos dejar las cosas. Fuimos a la hora señalada. Para poder acceder al departamento y dejar nuestro equipaje nos dieron un código. Logramos abrir la cajita a donde van las llaves, pero no había ninguna llave. Tratamos de comunicarnos a través de booking y de un número de celular pero nadie contestó. Lo hicieron horas más tarde, cuando ya estaba todo solucionado. Estabamos con niños y todo el equipaje sin saber que hacer. Un rato más tarde aparecieron los huespedes anteriores que todavía no se habían ido y tenían ellos la llave para ingresar al departamento, así que recién ahí pudimos dejar nuestras pertenencias. Por otra parte, me resultó incómodo que el baño estuviera separado. Por una parte la ducha y en otro cuarto el inodoro, en donde había un lavamanos pero no funcionaba.

위치가 너무 좋았어요 체크인 과정도 너무 쉬웠습니다! 온수도 잘나오고 집이 따뜻해요 겨울에 여행해서 이 점이 참 좋았어요 아파트 크기도 크고 좋았어요 너무너무 만족한 숙박이어서 다음에 비엔나에 방문한다면 여기서 숙박할 것 같아요 교통이 정말 편리하고 마리아힐퍼거리가 도보권이에요 지하철역 버스정거장도 가깝습니다 그냥 집 앞이에요. 교통이 너무 좋아서 택시나 우버를 잘 타고 다니지 않았어요! 식기류나 냄비도 다 있어요. 세탁기도 있는데 세제는 없어서 가져오시는거 추천드리고, 저는 장기 숙박해서 휴지랑 쓰레기봉지가 부족해서 부족하다고 연락드렸더니 사라고 하셔서 장기 숙박하시는 분들은 가져오시는거 추천드려요 마트도 근처에 있어서 정말 편했어요! 최고의 숙소였습니다! 그리고 비포 선라이즈 장소인 카페 슈펠이나 알트앤누가 도보권이에요! 그만큼 중심부에 위치해있고 슈테판 성당광장도 지하철 타면 20분도 안걸렸던 것 같아요. 이 숙소 고민 중이시라면 전 강력 추천드려요

Rymlig lägenhet med bra läge.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und damit ideal für einen Kurztrip. Für 4 Personen hat das Apartment vollkommen ausgereicht, die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein, aber insgesamt war es sehr schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Very convenient location to public transport and a few supermarkets and cafes. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Das Apartment lag sehr zentral, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés befanden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet – besonders die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, egal ob zum Kochen oder für einen guten Kaffee, dank der Kaffeemaschine. Alles war sauber und funktional, auch das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann.

There are several issues such as Insufficient shampoo and toilet paper, as well as no cleaning of the hotel and no change of towels during the entire 5-night stay

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και είχε συνέχεια ζεστό νερό. Αν και στις οδηγίες αναφέρθηκαν μόνο οι σκάλες για την πρόσβαση στον δεύτερο όροφο, στο κτήριο υπάρχει και ασανσέρ.

Το στρώμα θέλει άμεσα αλλαγή! Ήταν πολύ μαλακό δεξιά και αριστερά και στη μέση ήταν σκληρό και έκανε βουναλάκι. Επίσης χρειάζονται αλλαγή τα μαξιλάρια! Καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν 2 μαλακά και 2 σταθερά για να μπορεί να επιλέξει καθένας αυτό που τον βολεύει.

A fost o experiență plăcută. Studioul este mare, curat, foarte primitor și călduros. Interacțiunea cu gazda a fost una foarte bună, totul a decurs profesional, cu mult respect.

Das WLAN funktionierte von Anfang an nicht und das KH Team war nicht in der Lage das Bus zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes zu reparieren.

Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Disponía de una terraza con encanto y cocina, el piso se notaba que estaba arreglado y limpio.

Faltaban utensilios para cocinar y papel de baño, que solo dejaron dos rollos, al final tantos días se acaba y tuvimos que comprar nosotros. No está en el centro, aunque el barrio tiene de todo y es una maravilla.

El apartamento está súper céntrico, tienes cafés y tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca. El apartamento está en excelentes condiciones súper espacioso y muy conveniente si viajan más de dos personas, puedes tener privacidad ya que el lugar se divide en dos plantas. El check in fue facilísimo no batallamos nada, tienes buen wifi y todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia cómoda y tranquila. El bus pasa justo enfrente del apartamento así que fue fácil movernos y transportamos al centro de la ciudad, como sugerencia No vallas al lugar de hamburguesas de abajo Voodo burgers dan un pésimo servicio, mejor ve a Maza Burger el chico super amable y las hamburguesas excelentes.

Очень мало посуды и она низкого качества для такой хорошей и большой квартиры.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Bushaltestellen vor der Haustür, mehrere Cafés ebenso. Die Wohnung ist über eine Galerie mit schönem Innenhof erreichbar. Wir hatten Erinnerungen an spanische Kolonialarchitektur auch wegen der gewaltig wuchernden Pflanzen mit riesigen Blättern vier Meter hoch. Die Maisonettewohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Die ins Dach geschnittene kleine Terrasse hat Charme .

Der Verkehr morgens. Mit geöffnetem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ruhig.

The mattress on the bed was too soft and the towels could have been changed, the one I got had a hole in it.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado, exatamente como nas fotos! O anfitrião foi muito gentil, deixando cápsulas de café à disposição e sempre respondendo rapidamente quando tivemos dúvidas. O apartamento é bem localizado, com fácil acesso ao metrô e várias opções de mercados próximos. Fica a poucos minutos dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Ficamos em quatro pessoas e todos saímos muito satisfeitos com a estadia!

Blick: ein ansprechend eingerichtetes Apartment.

Der 2. Blick: die Einrichtung ist von nicht allzu großer Qualität, die Betten sind extrem weich, das Apartment war nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Küche ist eher spartanisch bestückt

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Auch Check-In/Check-Out war sehr einfach und die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt waren sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlecht gedämmt - bei sehr warmen Temperaturen fast nicht auszuhalten. Und leider war der Deckenventilator im OG an die Treppenleuchte gekoppelt, daher in der Nacht nicht nutzbar. Hier bitte entweder entkoppeln oder beschriften wie man das machen kann. Die Basics an Ausstattung waren da (Fön, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier), jedoch hat in der Küche einiges gefehlt. Hier wäre es schön gewesen Geschirrspültabs, Küchentücher und eine Grundausstattung an Zutaten fürs Kochen zu haben.

Temiz ve düzenliydi. Çamaşır ve bulaşıl makinesi olması çok iyiydi.

İçeri girildiğinde biraz rutubet kokuyordu. Her gün havalandırılınca bu sorunda azaldı. Koltuk değiştirilebilir.

La ubicación es muy buena, con zona comercial muy cerca y medios de transporte para ir a cualquier sitio de visita turística. Muy silencioso y se descansa genial.

Para ir de turismo, que no se pasa mucho tiempo en el sitio, está bien, pero por el precio esperábamos mejor limpieza (cosas sucias y sin productos), elementos rotos o muy usados, vajilla escasa, etc. Le falta mantenimiento.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, el apartamento excepcional, muy buena ubicación, la atención con el anfitrión muy satisfactoria, sin duda volvería a repetir
