La casa era tranquilla e con tutti gli elettrodomestici utili che si possono richiedere, la posizione di per sé era ottima a pochi minuti dalla metro linea 5. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile ed è venuta a spiegarci tutte le regole di casa e della raccolta differenziata coreana pochi minuti dopo il nostro arrivo, indicandoci anche dov'era il kombini e il supermercato più vicino. Gli spazi erano ben divisi e anche il bagno nonostante fossimo un po' preoccupate per la doccia attaccata al lavandino aveva una buona gestione degli spazi e non si allagata completamente ad ogni doccia.

Avevamo prenotato una casa di tre camere ma purtroppo ne abbiamo trovata una chiusa, è vero che eravamo in due ma essendo gli spazi non estremamente ampi avrebbe fatto comodo avere una stanza in più banalmente per mettere i vestiti ad asciugare o dove lasciare le buste dello shopping. In più io sono abbastanza alta e dovevo stare attenta a come camminavo perché le luci erano piuttosto basse e capitava che sbattessi la testa contro le lampadine.

The location was great because it was in the hub of lots of local Korean restaurants and cafe's. You could walk in every direction and find local Korean cuisine. It was also close to the subway and buses. We loved the area and would definitely stay again. It was safe to walk around at 2 am in the morning if you wanted to stroll.

The beds were a lot more harder than what we are used to but I was able to make it work.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, liegt etwas außerhalb aber Bus und U-Bahn ist direkt in nächster Nähe. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat uns auch bei einigen Dingen gut geholfen.

Loistava emäntä, auttoi ja neuvoi pyyteettömästi. Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti. Metro lähellä. Vieressä myös ihanat patikkapolut Achasan ja Yongsan vuorilla. Paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja aivan lähellä.

Being 5 minutes from subway. Quite good English. Very helpful.

Old. Neglected. Lights flickering. Over reacting about recycling. House full of warning signs. Toilet base leaking water, getting your pajamas wet when you went to the bathroom especially ugly in the middle of the night...

I recommend this property. The owner is very kind and helpful. The property is very clean and well-equipped: stove, washing machine, refrigerator, dryer, etc. Comfortable beds. The property is in a good location.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Zwar nicht im Zentrum, jedoch ist alles nötige in unmittelbare Nähe. Restaurants, Geschäfte, U-Bahn, Buse, etc. Das Apartment hatte alle nötigen Sachen vorhanden wie Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher vorhanden und alles war sehr gut gekennzeichnet, wie also z.B. das Recycling in Korea funktioniert. Falls man Fragen hatte bekam man immer schnell eine Antwort. Preis/Leistung-Verhältnis war echt sehr gut.

Bei sehr kalten Temperaturen muss man Heißwasser ein wenig rennen lassen beim Wasserhahn. Es ist nicht ärgerlich, jedoch leicht vergessbar, wenn man nicht unbedingt die Temperaturen im Kopf behält.

I love your place ,i also recieve many concern to keep your place clean and funtional as many rules .,that cost me to much worry during i stayed. Yoour place has good location , i love its. I really cannott relax due to i worried to broken your stuff in your place.

空間寬敞、應有盡有! 而且也維持得非常乾淨整齊。 離地鐵站走路只需要5分鐘，且附近有大創、Olive Young、Mega咖啡等觀光客們常去的店，也有很多餐廳! 房東也很貼心地會傳一份周邊推薦的美食或可以去的景點介紹。 可以感受到房東很用心地維護她的房子與環境整潔，入住時也會一一介紹垃圾分類方式及環境。 離KSPO場館很近，實際搭乘地鐵的時間只需要10分鐘，當看完演唱會很累的時候可以立刻回到住宿休息這點很不錯~~ 到市區各景點基本上也是轉乘1次就可以到，推薦給要去KSPO或奧林匹克公園看演唱會的追星族。

가격에 비해 넓습니다. 시설물들이 충분했습니다.

기숙사 느낌입니다. 규칙이 많습니다. 샤워하고 나서 바닥 물기까지 닦아놔 달라고 요청하는 숙소는 처음 묵어봅니다.

It is a very pleasant house. I was able to sleep very well and it is very clean. You can see that the host really does her best to make the house as comfortable as possible.

Very clean, all the amenities you need. Quick walk to the Achasan station and plenty of convenience stores nearby if you need something quick.

Cozy apartment, clean and easy to navigate around

The location was fantastic, close to the metro and easy to navigate around. Food options around the location were also good. Rooms were clean and plenty of space for the three of us staying there.

Close to the subway! Near restaurants, coffee shops. Quiet building, lovely rooms. Near a big park for children.

Great place to stay at!

The apartment was very clean and cozy.

We liked how close it was to the train station and how spacious the whole place is for 2 people. There’s also laundry so we can wash clothes.

Since it is an apartment, you have to carry your luggages through stairs if your room is in the 2nd floor. It isn’t that bad though since it is just one level.

Clean & minimalist space with nice natural light!Location was convenient with restaurants, coffee shops and stores nearby, as well as close to the subway!

Location is great, less than 5 min walk from Achasan station, which is a good subway line to be on. There is everything you need in the apartment, like dishes and microwave, french press for coffee, washing machine, etc. It is very hot in Seoul in the summer so being able to do laundry was essential. The place is cute and clean and I would stay there again.

Seoul has strict rules surrounding recycling, so I had to sort recycling into a many categories and take to the central area for disposal. It's not really a big deal once you understand it.

The owner was very friendly. They also gave us a great welcome and clear instructions (english and korean) for the care of the apartment. The apartment was clean and well sized. There were the amenities needed to allow us to cook and stay well. The road was quiet but also close to many restaurants and bars. The metro is only a few minutes walk away, too, with easy link into the city centre.

Nice, quiet place, close to the metro. Very friendly and helpful hostess. There is everything for living. We recommend!
