Reviewed Mar 23, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very polite, the room amenities were comfortable,the room was clean ,we also loved the sauna and the delicious breakfasts. Special thanks to Dmitry for his kindness and politeness -he gave us helpful advice, and it was an unexpected pleasure to receive a gift from the hotel. I would happily return here again 🙂 P.S. An excellent place to watch the Northern Lights😍

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of different food options. The location on the main road was very convenient and free car parking. There was also a sauna available free to use and a pool table, which added to the experience. As a bonus, I was able to see the northern lights, which made the stay extra special.
Downside was that the fridge in the closet made quite a lot of noise, which was a bit disturbing. Additionally, the smoke detector was flickering between red and orange lights, which was noticeable and slightly distracting during the stay.

Koska asiointi englanniksi, perusasiat voisi olla myös kirjallisesti huoneissa esim. monelta aamiainen alkaa.

Il letto era molto grande e comodo, ma il piumone era troppo piccolo per due persone.

A equipe foi muito cordial com meu filho que festejou seu aniversario em sua propriedade. Cafe da manha muito bom, equipe extremamente simpaticos e atenciosos. o hotel possuia escorregadores

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026מלון יפה, שקט במיוחד, נקי ברמות. החיסרון שנוא רחוק מהסנטר וצריך לשלם לאובר, אוטובס או המונית בכל יום בכדי חהגיע לסנטר. היתרון שהוא רחוק מהאורות והצלחנו לראות את הזוהר הצפוני במלון עתמו בלי צורך לנסוע ולשלם עבור האטרקציה. העובדים מאד נחמדים, ארוחת בוקר סבירה והניקיון מעל ומעבר. יש סופר צמוד מלון שישי בו כמעט הכל.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Good beds and the rooms are clean, the breakfast is really good. The hotel is about 20 km outside the city but that doesn't matter, because it is a quiet and peaceful place. The staff was absolutely amazing, sweet and kind, especially the sweet girl with the glasses who welcomed us, I forgot my phone at the reception and she handed it over to me in our room. Good style. If my wife and I come to Rovaniemi again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026heavily overpriced, 35km from the city. middle of nowhere. reception closes at 11pm. rooms are not attached to the hotel, you need to walk outside to reach reception. they offered transport to the city, but refused to drop off at the address, stating that we can walk 500m (it was -15 celsius) rundown overall, the one good thing was the cleaningness of the rooms. Overall, disappointing. we booked a family room for 4 persons, there were 2 persons staying, yet on their system it showed as 1 person. even do we paid for a large family room for only 2 persons, they had us pay extra for the second person. reception is catered by a single person, and at one point that person was busy for 30 min, explaining some clueless guests about random things like history of the area and such. Even do we were waiting for something that a guest actually needs, the receptionist wasn't bothered and took 30 minutes for nonsense chat.

Purtroppo appena arrivati la sauna era spenta, ce la sognavamo dall'aereo e abbiamo dovuto rinunciare xkè ci mette almeno 1 ora a riscaldarsi. Non credo che sarebbe un costo così elevato accenderla per tempo concordando il checkin con il cliente.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026On avait la voiture donc c’était idéal pour visiter la ville. La chambre était nickel ménage équipements complets salle de bain chauffé. Petit déjeuné excellant et frais. Le personel était réactif et à l’écoute.
Tout était parfait. Nous avons juste eu du mal avec la literie très moelleuse car nous somme habitué à du plus ferme. Cela restait de très bonne qualité.

Lakanat oli kamalat, huoneissa todella kuuma, aamiaisella ei ollut suomalaisia elementtejä juuri ollenkaan. Suomenkielistä asiakaspalvelua ei ole saatavilla. Ruoan valmistus mahdollista vain hotellin aulan mikrolla.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026La struttura dista circa una mezz'oretta dall'aeroporto, sarebbe meglio noleggiare una macchina, cosa consigliata per non perdersi i meravigliosi panorami che la natura Lappone offre. Arrivati in hotel sia la sera stessa che l'indomani, abbiamo da subito visto l'aurora boreale sopra i tetti😍. La camera si presenta pulita, ordinata, impeccabile così come anche il bagno. Dietro la reception invece, si ha la possibilità di giocare a biliardo o a vari giochi da tavolo. La colazione molto varia ed abbondante e che dire dello staff: perfetto! Ci ha accolti oltre l'orario del loro servizio e per colazione hanno portato una torta con le candeline, per mio marito che aveva compiuto gli anni ❤️. Top veramente in tutto!

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Die Sauna war sehr schön. Schön, dass gleich nebenan ein Supermarkt war. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut beheizt.
Leider hatte man keine Möglichkeit, sich mal ausserhalb der Zimmer gemeinsam gemütlich hinzusetzen. Nur in der Lobby gab es eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit. An der Bar, die keine Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlte, konnte man zwar auch sitzen, aber nicht entspannt. Schade, dass es keinen Kamin gab. Da das Hotel sehr weit ausserhalb vom Zentrum liegt und kein Restaurant in der Nähe war, haben wir uns teilweise zum Abend vom Supermarkt versorgt. Zum Essen durften wir jedoch nicht den Frühstücksraum benutzen. Die Zimmer waren dafür aber viel zu eng. Es gab nur eine kleine Sitzmöglichkeit.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026L'hôtel est très facile d'accès parking superette juste à coté nous avions loué une voiture ce qui est indispensable mais l'hôtel se trouve à 20 mn de Rovaniemi la route est facile le personnel est très gentil le petit déjeuner est très correct buffet avec fruit charcuterie saumon pains viennoiseries fromage.. rien a dire nous étions en famille avec un enfant de 6 ans les chambres sont spacieuses avec une terrasse sur l'extérieur. a refaire !
