Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en el Riad. Destacar el excelente trato recibido por parte de todo el personal del Riad y el desayuno que sirven.

Non siamo riusciti a far andare la jacuzzi sul tetto e nella notte abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio enorme in bagno. Da prestare più attenzione

Camere grandi, spaziose, e pulite. Quartiere non super centrale, ma davvero tranquillo. WiFi funzionante.

Colazione buona ma potrebbero avere più scelta, soprattutto con più attenzione a diversi regimi alimentari (es vegani). Piscina interna del riad non pulita per mancato ricircolo (cosa tipica in Marocco). Jacuzzi sul tetto, poco utilizzabile vista la posizione sotto il sole cuocente.

Struttura molto bella, pulita, si trova all'interno della medina a 10 minuti dalla piazza principale. Il personale gentilissimo, ci ha informati dettagliatamente su come muoversi all'interno della medina, fornendo anche una mappa. Inoltre è pronto ad accogliere qualsiasi richiesta.

Location was ideal being 10 minutes from the Medina, yet quiet.. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms a good size, though the beds a little firm for me.

El Riad es espectacular. Lo elegimos dos veces porque es fantástico. Abyoud y hussein son dos personas encantadoras que hacen que tú estancia sea memorable. Las camisas, el baño y la limpieza son fantásticas

Un Riad muy bonito, tranquilo y acogedor, el desayuno es muy completo y la piscina viene de lujo en los días de calor, lo mejor sin duda son los chicos del riad, son un encanto y se desviven por ayudarte en todo lo posible, sin olvidarnos de la gata que es cariñosa y muy bonita. Cuando vuelva a Marrakech sin duda nos alojaremos aquí.

Beautiful riad in a great location. The staff was very helpful and showed us where to go and how to get around. The breakfast was very nice.

El riad es precioso, el desayuno un 10, y el personal estupendo. La gatita es un amor. La habitación leila 100% recomendada. Especial mención a Hussein, ha sido de lo mejor del riad. Queremos darle las gracias de corazón por todo. Es una persona absolutamente encantadora, amable y divertida, siempre atento, con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que sea. Ojalá volver muy pronto!!

Our host, Ayoub, was incredibly kind and welcoming. We were initially a little apprehensive about staying in the area since we arrived late at night, and with it being Eid, everything was closed. However, Ayoub immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. He even went out of his way to arrange breakfast for us because we had to leave early the next morning for an excursion. A special mention to the adorable resident cat, Baghera, who made our stay even more memorable! 😊

A beautiful Riad, with few rooms so it feels private and exclusive. Lovely facilities for the price, and excellent air con. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had an excellent experience overall. Would highly recommend. We also booked a Hammam at the Riad which was a great experience! Good facilities, and service

Airport transfer was late by nearly 45 mins. Had we not phoned I don’t think they would have come. Since this was a paid service I didn’t think this was up to standard. But that was my only complaint, and it’s certainly a strong 9/10.

Molto silenziosa ed elegante la camera quadrupla Suite Sultana. Bagno Meraviglioso con doccia grande e perfettamente funzionante e doppio lavandino (senza bidet, ma all'estero è sempre così...). Phon e prodotti per il corpo; tanti asciugamani, compresi teli ed accappatoi con ciabattine. La micia Baghera nera come la pantera è una dolcissima padrona di casa. Staff eccezionale.

A superb Riad located in the heart of Marrakesh medina, only a short walk to the Jama el fina, the location was superb. Finding the place can be a little tricky at first as the taxis don't go all the way in due to narrow streets (similar to all other Riad's here) but the hotel staff are happy to come receive and drop you off to the taxi. The staff were exceptionally brilliant, one of the most helpful I have ever met in my travels, they made sure our stay was stress free and relaxed. They went out of their way to help arrange transport during a busy festive period, gave a lovely guide to Marrakesh on arrival and were always happy to provide tea and snacks when requested. Communication was very easy. The pool in the courtyard was small and not a proper swimming pool, but the jacuzzi on the roof was a great experience (which the staff made sure was clean and ready for our use when requested). All in all, a brilliant experience, would definitely come back soon. p.s. It was a pleasure meeting the resident cat, Bagheera, who by all accounts is the actual owner of the Riad

A minor issue, we booked 2 different rooms with a bath tub, but the drain plug wasnt working in either, so we could only take a shower. However the staff was aware of this and was waiting for a fix.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Zoraida. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The riad itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The rooftop terrace is a true highlight — a perfect spot to unwind and recharge, and sipping a traditional Moroccan mint tea up there is an absolutely blissful moment. What really stood out was how incredibly quiet and peaceful the riad is, a genuine refuge from the noise and bustle of the Souk and the Medina just steps away. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

Wir waren extrem zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön: ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist mitten drin. Am Anfang wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und mit einer Karte und vielen Tipps eingewiesen. Bei krankheitsbedingten Herausforderungen wurden wir wunderbar unterstützt. Das Frühstück ist gut mit kleinen Abwechslungen und liebevoll angerichtet! Spa ist ebenfalls gut. Alles wurde wunderbar organisiert.

Das gesamte Riad ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber war unglaublich, man fühlte sich wie Zuhause. Das Frühstück war absolut lecker und authentisch. Die Lage ist auch perfekt um Marrakech zu erkunden. Wir haben das Hammam + Massage gebucht, welches unfassbar entspannend war. Dieses Riad ist eine 12/10. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Riad Zoraida is a beautiful riad and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Issam was exceptional from day one: highly communicative, quick with city recommendations, and helpful in setting expectations for fair market prices. The rooftop jacuzzi is a highlight, catching gorgeous light at sunset. The pool, though we didn't use it, looks equally inviting. We stayed in the Yasmine Suite, a spacious room with tall ceilings, a large comfortable bed, and a full bathroom with bathtub. The room skews slightly dark, owing to the lamp choices and small windows, but nothing disqualifying. The breakfast was solid, and the team's attentiveness carried through to the small things: when I needed an iron, both iron and board appeared without fuss.

The one hiccup was a cat roaming the main garden that triggered a strong allergic reaction overnight. When I raised it with Issam the next morning, he immediately arranged a deep clean, and the rest of the stay was comfortable.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk! Je kon hen alles vragen en hielpen je overal mee. Je locatie is ook super, met nog geen vijf minuten lopen ben je aan het begin van de medina.

The location is very good and the staff is extremely friendly. I was extremely surprised by their patience and kindness.

The quiet sophisticated decor, the number of rooms, the air conditioning, the breakfast by the small pool. Quiet roof top area with views over the Bahia Palace .The beautiful lounge we didn't use much but we should have!. Not really suitable for small children so very quiet . 24 hour reception and airport transfers. Position close to taxis and the Medina souk. We did not avail of the possible meal arrangement but will do next time as we will book this stylish riad again ...

The short access after a taxi park is a little tricky along a bike route but you get use to it.! Many riads are like this as the number of motrbikes in Marrekesh has increased ..however the drivers are unusually careful or atleast have speedy reactions.

Tutto perfetto, camera molto spaziosa, possibilità di servizi extra molto gradita (massaggi, jacuzzi, piscina, transfer) e colazione ottima. Staff molto gentile e menzione a Baghera, la gattina dolcissima del Riad a cui abbiamo lasciato il nostro cuore!!

Per aprire il portone principale devi sempre bussare, il che è positivo per la sicurezza (in teoria ci dovrebbe essere sempre qualcuno), tuttavia può capitare che non arrivino subito al campanello. Ovviamente basta solo dare un colpo di telefono e arrivano. Semplicemente forse non è ottimale come sistema ma non ci ha arrecato disagi

La struttura è stata semplicemente perfetta: estremamente pulita, accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole, mentre il bagno, ampio e ben organizzato, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La colazione era davvero ottima, varia e di qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Issam, che al nostro arrivo ci ha accolte con grande cordialità e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per visitare al meglio la città. Senza alcun dubbio, sceglierei questo riad altre mille volte per un soggiorno a Marrakech. Consigliatissimo!

Sehr schönes Hotel in Marrakesch mit stilvoller, authentischer Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war lecker, das Personal durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir würden wiederkommen.

Il riad Zoraida è molto bello, confortevole, pulito e in posizione molto comoda, a due passi dalla piazza Jemaa El-fna, dal palazzo El Bahia e dal quartiere ebraico. Si trova in un vicolo tranquillo, sicuro, dove sono presenti anche altri riad. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Sultana, molto ampia, arredata con gusto in stile marocchino, pulita e con un bel bagno grande con box doccia enorme e doppio lavabo. Lo staff è molto gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Colazione ottima, molto varia e abbondante composta di solito da crepes, brioche, dolci tipici, miele, marmellate, yogurt, frutta, tè e caffè. Bella la terrazza con splendida vista sulla città, dove ci si può rilassare, prendere il sole e fare il bagno nella jacuzzi. Soggiorno perfetto! Indimenticabile Marrakech!

El Riad es una maravilla, pero NO la habitación donde nos alojamos nosotros "Kaiss". Es una auténtica pena, porque viendo las imágenes del Riad estaba claro que iba a ser precioso y está genial todo, menos las dos habitaciones de la Terraza superior que no tienen nada que ver con el resto. Lo mejor es el entorno del propio Riad, la atención amable, pero no te alojes en nuestra habitación. El desayuno bien también. Lo preparan ellos de manera individual a cada huesped, pero te van sacando cosas, no preguntan que quieres.

La habitación pequeña, ruidosa, sucia... Huele a humedad y tenía muchos mosquitos. La zona de día con luz muy bien, pero de noche la zona da miedo con calles muy estrechas y poco iluminadas. No llegan los coches hasta el Riad, por lo que sí o sí, tendrás que hacer 5' a pie con las maletas desde donde te deje el taxi. Para mi lo peor fue que en el momento de salida, teníamos que dejar la habitación a las 12h y quisimos apurar hasta el último momento para hacer turismo, por lo que dejamos todo de cualquier manera hasta que volviésemos a cerrar maletas; y nos encontramos con que habían entrado a hacer la habitación el día del checkout, cama hecha y demás. Cosa que no tiene ningún sentido si tú aun no has dejado la habitación. En fin, una pena.

Sehr gute Lage zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten. Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Riad ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem schönen und ruhigen Innenhof. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück groß und lecker. Haben sogar am ersten Abend einen Stadtplan mit Erklärungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen (war sehr hilfreich um sich nicht zu verlaufen). Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine kleine Ruheoase mitten in der Medina.

Die Lage war weit genug von der Innenstadt entfernt um auch mal Ruhe zu haben aber nah genug um in 5 Minuten im Markt zu sein

Everything about this establishment was first class. On arrival we were cordially greeted by Ayoub who, in addition to the traditional Moroccan tea, easily spent 15 minutes going over a map of the area around the road (easily one of the best hotel area maps I have ever seen) including sightseeing, transport and restaurant recommendations. WiFi connection was quick and easy with a scanned QR code. The breakfast was tasty and substantial. Our room was neat and clean with really hot water for showers. Finally, the riad staff went out of their way to provide us with breakfast when we had to leave early and arranged an early morning taxi for our flight home, which can be problematic in the medina's narrow streets. This place absolutely earned the five star rating I gave it.

Really there was nothing to complain about.

The staff were so amazing and accommodating - they have made our time in Morocco simply enchanting. The Riad itself is beautiful and the location was very central to the medina. It was easy to find with location services, but don’t expect a taxi to take you all the way because the closer you get to the medina, the narrower the streets get.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. Room was a good size . The staff were great always willing to assist and give guidance. The cat! Great location for palace main sq and tinsmiths sq.

Would have liked the option to pay sundries final payment by card. However appreciate that Marrakesh is predominantly cash.

The staff at the Riad, Issam, Husain and Ayoub were very welcoming and offered plenty of local knowledge and advice, nothing was too much trouble. At least one of them was available at the Riad 24 hours a day. The location was within easy walking distance of the Medina. I would be very happy to return.

Ontbijt was uitstekend, vriendelijke staff maar na 5 dagen geen variatie in ontbijt. Mooi verzorgde kamers.

Schönes Riad, wie man es sich vorstellt. Geräumige Zimmer und ganz nette Belegschaft.

Massage und Jacuzzi waren eher Anfängerlevel. Ist aber auch günstig.

Chambre spacieuse. Personnel vraiment très aimable (Issam et un autre jeune homme dont je ne connais pas le nom), toujours présents pour nous donner des conseils, nous servir le petit déjeuner et nous offrir du thé.

L'eau chaude de la douche est capricieuse
