Riad Tawkane

Riad jest w świetnej lokalizacji, idealnie by wpaść na szybki prysznic i odpoczynek w połowie zwiedzania. Śniadania były przepyszne, codziennie wieczorem już czekaliśmy na poranek na słonecznym patio. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, pokój czysty i zadbany. Całym sercem polecamy!

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De Riad Tawkane op zich is ok. Netjes opgeknapt. Airconditioning in de kamer.

* De Locatie is vreselijk! We zijn vreselijk geschrokken van de vuile, vervallen omgeving. * Minimaal 700 meter lopen door smalle stoffige straten. * Er komen geen taxi's nog bussen bij de locatie. * Slepen met de koffers door de vieze straten. * Durfden niet in het donker terug te lopen naar Riad Tawkane. * Geen TV in de kamer/het gebouw. * Enige vermaak is het bed in de kamer. 😟 * Geen stoelen in de kamer. * De Riad staat in een woonwijk. Tot heel laat in de avond/nacht spelende kinderen vlak onder onze kamer ➡️ Heel veel lawaai! * Alle andere gasten, zijn tijdens ons verblijf 1 tot hooguit 4 dagen gebleven. Tijdens ons verblijf van 2 weken (veel te lang) waren we vaak helemaal alleen in het gebouw.

Struttura molto pulita e curata. Ogni giorno ci cambiavano gli asciugamani e, su richiesta, anche le lenzuola. La colazione è ottima e il personale è stato sempre cortese, disponibile e davvero bravissimo. La struttura è molto carina e in una posizione strategica, centrale e vicina ai vari mercati, a circa 15 minuti dalla Medina. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non possiamo assolutamente lamentarci: davvero top! Un ringraziamento speciale anche al proprietario, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Siamo rimasti in contatto tramite Booking per qualsiasi esigenza e si è sempre dimostrato presente e pronto ad aiutarci. Siamo stati davvero bene e consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura!

Pobyt w Riadzie Tawkane był rewelacyjny. Piękny wystrój, wszystko niezwykle czyste, zadbane. Najwspanialsza była jednak obsługa - niezwykle pomocna i sympatyczna. Polecam gorąco!

Quand on loue un riad c'est qu'on a une envie d'être confronté au quotidien des habitants sans chercher le confort d'un hôtel qui propose tous les services avec une belle façade. Ici, le riad donne directement dans les ruelles. On est au coeur de la vie des habitants. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympatique et à l'écoute (Ayoub). Petit déjeuner au top en terrasse. La chambre et salle de bain : comme sur les photos. Chambre bien décorée. Navette depuis l'aéroport organisée à la demande. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine, 2 adultes et 2 ados (deux chambres).

Un petit plus serait peut-être un frigo.

Миниатюрный и очень красивый и уютный риад. Если бы я снова оказалась в Марракеше, то без сомнения снова остановилась бы здесь. Красота помещения в каждой детали, удобная кровать, чистота. Находится в Медине, но в тихой ее части, где нет никакого шума и сомнительных элементов. Самое роскошное здание Марракеша - Медресе Бен Юсефа в одной минуте ходьбы и любой выход в центр проходит через неё, что делает каждую прогулку нарядной. Меня встречал Ayoub. Все подробно рассказал о городе и его особенностях, всегда был на связи и не оставил без внимания ни одной просьбы (даже помог купить билеты в музей, тк моя карта не работает). Исключительный сервис. Спасибо за гостеприимство !

Alojamiento muy limpio y cuidado, buen desayuno y personal amable. Viajaba sola y mi vuelo salía muy temprano. No tenia como llegar al aeropuerto ya que no contraté con antelación el transporte privado, pero Ayoub me acompañó a buscar un taxi. Se agradece mucho en una ciudad que no conoces.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything I didn’t like. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the price was also very reasonable. Overall, everything was great.

Acogedor y local. Lo mejor sin duda el trato con el personal, en especial Ayoub. Este trabajador tiene un buen nivel de inglés que permite comunicarte fluidamente, muy recomendado en un país que solo hablan árabe y francés. Estuvo volcado, preocupado por nosotros, y ayudándonos durante toda la estancia cono si fuese nuestro propio guía. Las otras dos chicas del Riad también fueron super amables, y sus desayunos eran increíbles, se les veía muy trabajadoras, pero por la barrera del idioma nos comunicamos poco.

El personal que nos atendió para el servicio de desayuno y limpieza, eran encantadoras y muy dispuestas a todo tipo de ayuda.

De host was super vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat we bv het ontbijt een half uurtje vroeger kregen. Het bed was heel goed en de lakens enorm zacht.

Il Riad è in una posizione comodissima. Bello, pulito e con un’ottima colazione. Il proprietario è simpaticissimo e gentile, parla molto bene inglese e ci ha dato diversi consigli per muoverci nella Medina.

La colazione era preparata fresca ogni mattina ed è stata uno degli aspetti migliori del soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare alle due signore addette, sempre molto gentili, disponibili e attente alle esigenze degli ospiti. Buono anche il sistema di aria condizionata, che ha funzionato efficacemente durante tutta la permanenza. L'acqua calda era sempre disponibile.

La camera assegnata, situata al piano terra, era piuttosto piccola e poco confortevole. Mancavano grucce per appendere gli abiti e una sedia o un appoggio per sistemare i propri effetti personali. Il tappeto risultava molto sporco e il piumino sul letto era eccessivamente pesante e non adatto alle temperature del periodo. Anche la biancheria da bagno appariva piuttosto usurata. Il bagno necessiterebbe di una migliore manutenzione: i rubinetti sono vecchi e rendono difficile regolare correttamente la temperatura dell'acqua. L'aspetto più negativo del soggiorno è stata però la presenza di blatte in camera, un problema che dovrebbe essere affrontato con urgenza. Nel complesso, la cordialità del personale e la buona colazione non sono riuscite a compensare alcune carenze importanti in termini di pulizia, manutenzione e comfort della camera

The riad is well designed, comfortable and clean. The staff, Ayoub, Aicha and Safaa were very welcoming and kind. We found the riad to be in the perfect location for exploring the medina. Would definitely recommend staying here, it had everything we needed and is good value for money.

Riad v centru Mediny, docházková vzdálenost k trhu, na náměstí. Snídaně se podává na terase, za nás byla dostačující a moc dobrá. Pan majitel je velmi příjemný a umí dobře anglicky.

V pokoji je velká vlhkost, byli jsme v pokoji v přízemí. A také byl slyšet hluk z okolních pokojů

Un piccolo gioiello nascosto nel cuore della Medina di Marrakech. Arrivarci è parte dell’esperienza: il contrasto con ciò che si vede intorno è fortissimo, quasi spiazzante, ma appena si apre la porta del Riad sembra di entrare in un altro mondo. Un luogo curato con amore, silenzioso, autentico e incredibilmente pulito. Le camere non sono grandi, ma sono dei veri bijoux: bellissime, accoglienti, con bagni impeccabili e un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il Riad ha poche stanze e questo rende tutto ancora più intimo e speciale. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Aicha e Safae, due ragazze meravigliose che ogni mattina preparano una colazione deliziosa, genuina e ricca di cose fatte in casa. La spremuta d’arancia fresca è indimenticabile, così come il tè marocchino servito con grande gentilezza anche nel pomeriggio. Il proprietario,Taouifiq, è una persona davvero cordiale e attenta: ama conoscere i suoi ospiti e riesce a creare un’atmosfera calda e familiare rara da trovare. Io me ne sono innamorata. Più che un soggiorno, è stata un’esperienza. Un posto autentico dove tornerei subito

Location - it is really convenient for visiting anything in the old part of the city! it is a bit sketchy to get to the riad (but then again, it's like that in whole Morocco :D ), but luckily, the staff is there if needed! Breakfast - it was really tasty, especially the strawberry jam!!! Rooms - they were quite comfortable, the bathroom is a bit different from what we are used to, but it really gives to the traditional vibe Rooftop - best part of the riad! it's so nice to sit there in the morning and evening! Staff - they walked us to/from the taxis when we needed transport, everyone was so nice, and special props to Aisha! Would stay here again for sure!

This was our second stay at Riad tawkane and it was just as amazing as the first. The location is perfect, not too far from the square and there are restaurants near by. The Riad is beautiful as are all the staff. Ayoub is the perfect host, he makes your stay hassle free and is always on hand to help. Highly recommended.

Sorprendida, me gustó muchísimo el alojamiento. Todo en muy buen estado, muy limpio y muy serviciales. Es tal cual las fotos. Cama, almohadas y nórdico súper cómodos!! También tiene aire acondicionado. El Riad es precioso.

Nuestro anfitrión Ayoub muy amable, pendiente siempre, dispuesto a dar recomendaciones, casi todas las tarde te recibe en el Riad para saber como estuvo tu día. Se sirve un desayuno muy rico, las chicas muy amables también. El lugar muy limpio, super cómodo muy cerca de la medina y de los puntos de recogida para los tours.

Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa. Ładny i czysty pokój. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko mediny - wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Polecam skorzystać z oferty taksówki proponowanej przez obiekt, aby nie mieć problemu z trafieniem - nie można podjechać pod drzwi a lokalizacja jest dość nieoczywista.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes

La chambre single est très mignonne mais vraiment très petite . Il n'y a pas d'endroit où poser ses bagages . Ils auraient pu gagner de l'espace pour cette chambre en empiétant sur le pourtour ( balcon ) du 1er étage . Ainsi il y aurait eu une mini alcôve pour poser les bagages ouverts et se servir directement dedans

La propreté, Bon petit déjeuner, La terrasse disponible sur les toits, L'organisation du transfert aéroport, La situation dans la médina mais très calme.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en konden zelfs vroeger op de dag in onze kamer terecht. De kamer was mooi en eenvoudig ingericht, netjes en voorzien van een gezellige badkamer. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig. Op de tweede ochtend moesten we al vertrekken voor het ontbijt geserveerd zou worden. We kregen een tasje met cake en bekers versgeperst appelsiensap mee.

Superior Double Room was far too small for us…measurements listed NOT correct…felt very cramped. Hard for two people to move around with our luggage. No hooks to hang things.

Very little soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear all the noises coming from the entrance, so bring earplugs!!

Een prachtige Riad midden in de Medina dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. Het heerlijke ontbijt werd geserveerd op het dakterras. Aanrader !!

Riad propre et au calme

Même si le Riad est au calme au niveau de la ville, vous entendrez tout le voisinage qui entre et sort pendant la nuit, comme ce fut le cas de jeunes qui sont rentrés à 4h du matin pour continuer leur soirée, il faut donc des boules quies, c'est l'inconvénient de ne pas avoir de fenêtres

Bon petit déjeuner sauf le café

Nous avions une chambre sous la terrasse. Les pieds des chaises sur la terrasses ne sont pas équilibrées, ce qui fait qu’au moindre mouvement de la personne assise dessus, cela fait énormément de bruit qui est également entendu depuis la chambre du 1er étage. Les occupants des autres chambres étaient très bruyants, à 2 h, 4h et minuit. Aucune intervention du gardien de nuit alors qu’ il était présent sur 2 nuits. Nous avons dû intervenir pour demander moins de bruit. Les chambres sont très étroites. Rien pour poser les valises dans une des chambres. Pas de cintres dans cette même chambre. Difficile de régler la température de l’eau de la douche, soit brûlante soit froide. L’eau déborde du bac à douche. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre

Ottima posizione, peccato per la stradina di accesso alla struttura priva di luce e a tratti fatiscente. Rispetta però i canoni marocchini.

Fijne plek, lieve mensen. Straal van de douche is echt heel zacht en ook geen handdouche wat echt heel ambetant was. Veel uitlaatgassen van brommers zodra je de raam open zet. Ontbijt niet zo uitgebreid.

La ubicación, lo bonito que era y la amabilidad de ayoub. La terraza muy bonita para el desayuno Es un Riad muy lindo, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y resulta incómodo o difícil abrir maletas y prepararse

Por decir algo, todos los días nos sirvieron huevos en el desayuno y el último día nos dijeron que no.

Bardzo mało miejsca w pokoju i łazience, nieróżnorodne śniadania, fajnie jakby obsługa uprzedziła że to normalna praktyka oddać klucze na prywatnym parkingu, na który nas skierowali (nie wiedzieliśmy czy to scam)

Laccueil, le service et la tres grande disponibilite et bienveillance de lequipe vous rassure des votre arrivee et vous vous sentez comme chez vous. Par ailleurs les lits sont vraiment confortables et les ghambres sont faits tous les jours ainsi que le changement des serviettes!

A ameliiorer 2ou3 ceintres pour suspendre les pulls par exempleseraient acceptables un miroir dans la chambre car la douche est faiblement eclairee et relever le rebords de douche pour que leau ne setale pas dans toute la douche cela evite davoir tout le temps les pieds mouilles ! L emplacement est un peu plus eloigne de la place avoir un bon gps car il ny a pas de panneau dindication et difficile a trouver en soiree!

I stayed at this riad for 3 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The riad is quite small, with only a few rooms, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was very clean, new, and tastefully decorated, and there is also a lovely rooftop terrace to relax on. The breakfasts were very good and nicely prepared, although adding some vegetables would make them even better. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything.

The riad is located in a quiet alley, which is great for avoiding the noise of the medina. However, the immediate surroundings are not very attractive, and taxis cannot reach the door, so you need to walk about 5 minutes from the nearest accessible point. The location is still very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk to the Ben Youssef Madrasa and around 15–20 minutes to the main square.

Lovely riad, tucked away in a quiet corner. The rooms, although small, were clean and smelt fresh with daily cleans. Also, private en suites that were pretty in itself. Breakfast was nice and served as you sat on the beautiful roof top. A total sun trap. All staff were friendly and happy. Making us feel at home.
