What can be said about MIROS hotel Goa, India? Is it the beautiful setting outside of the busyness of Panjim? No. Is it the delicious individually cooked vegetarian or vegan cuisine? No. Is it the immaculate rooms and hotel provisions for a perfect restful stay? No. Is it the staff? YES. The staff at this hotel make this place what it is. They are a small team and cannot do enough for their guests. From arranging private boat trips, to specially cooked meals, to taxis, to excursions, and local restaurant guides. We spent 7 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful, when you close the gate after entering you are in a world of peace, beauty and tranquility. Thank you to Michelle, Rishi, Pranesh, Chef Biplab and all the team. We will never forget you.

They were working on the roof for the start of the Monsoon season, so at times it was a little noisy in our room which was directly under the roof work.

We’ve stayed in many hotels in India during our visits and this hotel is hands down the best. It’s on par with the Leela palace but has a much more intimate vibe as the property has only around ~10 rooms. The room itself was gorgeous with all the necessary amenities like A/C, a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, a beautiful hot shower with great water pressure and a smart TV. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens and towels were soft & spotlessly clean. The pool and spa are also excellent, as is the food. The staff are the highlight of the experience and they couldn’t do enough for us while we were there and they made our experience feel absolutely effortless we never had to ask for anything as they’re able to anticipate your needs before you even ask. They’re wonderful thank you so much to everyone at Miros. The property is also only a short walk into the town where there’s some beautiful churches and great walking tours you can take. We used the GoaMiles app to get around as uber doesn’t work in Goa. Miros is a great base as you’re not too far from either the airport or the beaches but you still have a lovely calm place to come back to in the evening to relax.

Breakfast was good, healthy and holistic, location was ok too. There was nothing not to like as chef Biplap pretty much prepared anything you wanted and as a matter of fact encouraged to try everything. All the personnel staff was the very best, they actually and genuinely wanted you to enjoy food and recommended so many things.

Stunning property in a great location just outside Old Goa and Panjim. The hotel is beautifully presented and the staff are out of this world. Michele and her team, particularly Pranesh, attended to us like we were VIP’s for the whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel is located in old goa in a convenient location. It is spotlessly clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is pure veg and although not very extensive, it is pretty good. The best part was the activities that one can do at the hotel such as tennis, archery, cricket, basketball, etc

The breakfast lacked consistency in terms of portion size and item proportions.

Sorry to say, but can't recommend their cocktails... the negroni seemed more like a weak campari soda, etc. - but really, I would have been happy being served plain water while sitting by that pool under the stars! :)

Ich bin allein gereist – und genau deshalb war dieses Hotel für mich etwas ganz Besonderes. Es war sehr persönlich und professionell. Die Mitarbeiter*Innen waren immer da und doch unsichtbar. Ich fand das unglaublich schön und habe es sehr genossen.

Staff were so helpful in helping me book taxis and even made me packed breakfast as was having to leave early for a work event. Food was incredible. Really recommend!

I naively had thought it was a short walk to Old Goa but looked like a big road to walk down if I had tried. A little out the way, but then there isn’t much reason to leave.

Miros Hotel was an incredible stay. The hospitality is truly 5 star. Michele, the Guest Relationship Manager, is so polished, professional, and attentive you would think she is the owner! The entire team is wonderful, especially Vikram, who is exceptionally kind and friendly. The food is excellent. On mornings when I had an early start, the staff thoughtfully prepared some breakfast items to go. A good stay for those seeking a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Close proximity to Old Goa heritage sites and convenient access for other excursions such as spice plantations and dudhsagar waterfall. Highly recommend Miros.

Excellent, kind , courteous and professional customer service. I checked in at the last minute because of a personal emergency. I was welcomed very kindly and received a fabulous upgrade to the suite. The veg breakfast is authentic, organic and very delicious with variety my heartfelt thanks to Michelle who greeted me with beautiful smiles and joy this morning. Very helpful and arranged my transport for the old Goa church tours.

From the moment we walked through the door of this fabulous hotel, we were made to feel so welcome and at home and nothing was too much trouble for Michele and all of the team. Our stay at Miros really was the highlight of our two week Goan experience! We have had some fabulous food in Goa but the breakfasts and dinners served at this hotel were in a different league. The chef and his staff clearly take great pride in the creation, preparation, presentation and service of the food. I really can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The property is as it shows in the photos , it’s a small 10 room only property, the staff is helpful pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre would put any 5 star to shame. The food isn’t something to write home about but their daal crusted kebabs were just amazing you can order to your hearts content . Breakfast is worth waking up for, and if you have 3 or 4 rooms it would be like your own personal getaway. Beautiful property without a doubt amazing staff and exceptional service

The food is average good vegan options for milk as very accommodating, it’s vegetarian only, but it would help if they had 1 or 2 signature dishes on the menu. Something they do really well.

O hotel é muito confortável e os quartos são excelentes e tranquilos. Fica muito próximo dos mosteiros e igrejas da velha Goa, para onde nos deslocamos a pé. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e serviram-nos um jantar ótimo, já fora de horas, dado que chegamos bastante tarde ao hotel. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e a nossa estadia foi excelente. O chuveiro é maravilhoso para quem aprecia um bom banho.

A quiet place, well maintained, clean enough and with great staff! I was very worried when I realised that the hotel is a vegetarian one but I was impressed how tasty their food was despite was vegetarian. The staff made our stay really exceptional with their kindness, assistance and friendly behaviour! A big thanks to Michele who was always available for us during our stay to this lovely place

For exploring Old Goa, the hotel was very well situated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome at Miros. The breakfast menu was fabulous, and each cooked to order item was delicious. We were at the hotel during Diwali, and as the local restaurants in Old Goa were a little low key, we had dinner each evening there, too. Our room was very spacious, the pool and gym excellent.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel, it was a real oasis. However, location-wise, besides the religious buildings, which were all wonderful to visit, there was not much else to do in Old Goa.

We planned on staying in the hotel to relax after a long trip but if you do want to leave you'll need taxis as there isn't anything in walking distance.

Large, clean, comfortable room in a modern hotel with excellent amenities-a gym and fabulous pool, and outstanding vegetarian restaurant. All the staff are impeccably polite, efficient and helpful. The historic sites of Old Goa are within walking distance.

Excelent! No complains aplicable. The facilities are simply marvelous, gym, sauna, rooms, restaurant - the chef himself speaks with the guests. The staff is incredible, very kind, professional and supportive. They went so far as to go to the farmacy for some last minute medicine I needed. A great place to recharge and enjoy yourself.

Breakfast was to our satisfaction. The a la carte option suited us best. We were welcomed by Michelle with utmost respect and hospitality. And all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A really classy establishment, just outside old Goa. Staff were exceptionally good and attentive, and extremely helpful in meeting my requests and helping me organise activities during my stay, and overcoming logistical problems. Very comfortable rooms, a excellent stay. Quiet, relaxing, just what I needed after Delhi.

I didn't *dislike* anything. For my personal tastes the menu lent too much towards a sort of cosmopolitan fusion cooking and too far from Indian, indeed Goan, dishes; that said, the food was extremely good. The hotel is a little out of Old Goa, but the walk into the old centre, and onwards (e.g. to the ferry) is not a long one, especially if one sets out early, and involves little tricky road crossing. One just needs to be a little organised about getting back if one dines out, but that is not really an obstacle.

Property has European feel and graden area and pool and other facilities are well maintained and managed. Staff are gem in this place they give attention to every little detail to make your stay wonderful. Michele at the front desk and her team are amazing made our stay memorable.

Everything was good.

Exceptional hospitality, beautiful property with luch green gardens, very welcoming and personal service, especially by property manager Mr Dwivedi. A true gem in the nice Old Goa area, a boutique hotel with personalised services, tasty vegetarian kitchen and a fabulous pool. Everything was clean, safe, good play area for kids. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

Very nice hotel, great location, very clean but the best thing about it was the staff! Every single one of them was attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. We felt at home straight away, definitely recommend!

This little boutique luxury hotel surrounded with fantastic pool and terraces, playground and chill zones. Breakfast was amazing, bedsheets snow white, rooms perfectly clean. Place is quiet, good for families and peace seekers. Staff did everything to make our stay perfect. Thanks for complimentary fruits in our rooms too!

This is a modern luxury hotel with a lovely pool and excellent food. It is positioned on its own a little way from facilities (10-15 min walk into Old Goa) and there are a few teething problems but overall it is an excellent hotel and Michelle and her team are very helpful and efficient.

They were out of some things on the menu, no white wine etc. The dining area was in the large reception area which was a little odd. But these were minor quibbles.

Located in Old Town Goa, very close to Churches, museums, amenities and North Goa beaches/night life. Exceptional hotel (with additional grooming packs as well as standard hotel toiletries). Staff are very attentive. A fairly new hotel that offers all modern luxury but blends well with historic Old Town. Great standard of food although limited menu. Relaxation in pool/jacuzzi (other facilities are gym or activities). Hotel arranges tour days with guide choice of half day or full day (with little snack/drink bags).

1. The included breakfast for a 5 star hotel in its fledgling stage was a totally unfair deal and very disappointing. Many times our picks from the limited choices were not available. In many other cities we visited in India there was a generous breakfast buffet included. 2. The location is inconvenient without transportation to get around for visitors like us from out of the country. The cost of local transportation was highly unreasonable. 3. The stray dogs around the property were unsightly and a threat to enjoying leisurely walks.

The pool was fabulous, the breakfast was marvellous. The room was luxurious. The grounds were great...

Only 10 rooms & no bar, so lacked a bit of atmosphere for us, but I'm sure other people would like the exclusivity of the place.

The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Michele cheered us up after we arrived 12 hours later than planned early in the morning. This was due to a flight delay. She sorted out some food and drink for us, we felt like we had known her a long time! The room was beautiful. The food was cooked and served exceptionally well. One of the best hotel pools ever. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We would have preferred a menu which included some meat options It would have been good to have option of eggs at breakfast.

Felt perfectly welcome at this place by the entire staff. The property is outside the village on the hill, in a very quiet location. It has a beautiful garden, lots of outdoor space and a big pool to cool down and relax any time of the day. The chefs of the restaurant are remarkable, with much love for detail, fresh, locally grown and high quality ingredients. The dinners I had were all unforgettable delicious experiences !

Staff was so professional and couldn’t do enough to make our stay fabulous. The Chef was amazing, food was outstanding and the Chef came to meet us personally to recommend dishes ect… I have stayed all over the world and this hotel is up there as one of the best.

The property was marvelous and completely exceeded to my expectation, even though we received a discount rate.

It was an amazing experience. Michelle and other staff's were so helpful and an ambiance was so good. My Mom and I were together for saint Francis Xavier's Exposition...Highly recommending everyone to go for it and you will love it.

I like most location near to Exposition of St Francis Xavier. Rooms is spacious and AC very cold, with hot&cold shower, steamedbath, nice baby&adult pool and jacuzzi. Big elevator, daily, fresh fruit at the room. Gymn equipment for bodybuilder.

Secret🤣... Nothing, but honestly they are vegetarian, healthy food... No meat & fish.

The rooms were luxurious, food satisfying, amenities outstanding with an exceptionally attentive staff. All the sights of Old Goa were a short distance away - I could walk to MOCA, the Cathedral, Basilica, and the markets.

Breakfast was so tasty and they served with good manner. It was a good location which is very calm. And the place is very near to the st. Francis Xavier's church.

Our stay at Imperial was just great experience. All very clean and well kept. Rooms and all premises nicely designed, we enjoyed the pool and yoga deck.

I had booked this place for my parents who were on a pilgrimage to Goa for the exposition of St. Francis Xavier's relics. The wonderful and courteous front office staff of Michelle and Rishi were there to welcome my folks and see them to their room, overlooking a well maintained garden. They also accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check out to match the onward and return flights. Check in was very smooth. The chef and staff Sumeet were there to manage any personalised meal requests, especially as they were elderly. Each meal was prepared with care and love. The hotel guided us on local tourist information and also provided us with a rental car that was clean. My folks really felt at home, and I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and would definitely rebook this property the next time we visit Goa.

The property was even better than the photos. Very Morden with a really outstanding gym, spa facilities, pool, out door yoga deck all kept immaculately all the time

I would suggest they sell alcohol and also at the min eggs and chicken as it currently only vegetarian and no alcohol.
