יש רק חדר שירותים אחד. היה טוב אם היו שניים. ל- 7 אנשים זה היה קצת מעט... היו רק 2 גלילי נייר טואלט, שנגמרו די מהר ונאלצנו להשתמש בטישיו האישי. רצוי שיהיו בארון עוד כמה גלילים לגיבוי. כנ"ל גליל מגבות נייר אחד במטבח ואף מגבת מבד. בטוחה שאם היינו מבקשים היינו גם מקבלים, אז רצוי להזמין כבר בהתחלה.

Équipement de cuisine en dessous de la prestation de cet appartement. Il manque de tout (assiettes, couverts, ustensiles de cuisine, torchon… )

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Asunto on sisustettu hyvällä maulla.Asunto on tilava ja rauhallinen. Se sijaitsee erittäin hyvällä paikalla.Suosittelemme lämpimästi tätä asuntoa.
Keittiössä ei ole leikkuuveistä. Hunokuntoiset parvekkeen kalusteet ei sovi muuten tyylikkään asunnon tyyliin.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Teljesen gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció a szállásadóval, a nap bármely időszakában gyorsan, kedvesen és segítőkészen jeleztek vissza. Jól felszerelt fürdő- és hálószobák, a hatalmas nappali és a terasz varázslatos. Nagyszerű városközponti elhelyezkedés, mélygarázs a közelben.
A konyhából egy szeletelésre alkalmas kést hiányoltunk, minden más tökéletes.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Sehr gute Lage im Universtätsquartier. ÖV und Restaurants in der Nähe. Schnell überall in Wien, au zu Fuss istdie Innenstadt nicht Weit. Schönes Jugendstilgebäude. Maisonette Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse mit Sicht auf die Votiv-Kirche.
1) Leider nicht sauber gereinigt. Viel Staub und Haare an mehreren Orten, wirklich sehr unappetitlich, sodass wir uns bei Abieshomes beschweren mussten (mit Fotos). Daraufhin wurde die Wohnung nachgereicht. 2) Die Küchenausstattung ist zu mager. Keine Teelöffel, kleine Müslischalen, keine Schüsseln, keine Pfannendeckel, zu wenige Gläser etc. 3) Billigmöbel. Teils lotterige Sessel, und Kästen/Schränke.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Das Appartment war einmalig! Ein toller Blick von zwei Dachterrassen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Leider war die Küchenausstattung sehr mässig. Es gab keine Teetassen, keine Geschirrtücher, kein Brotmesser, keine kleinen Müslischüsseln und auch keine Salatschüssel. Der Backofen war nicht einwandfrei sauber und die Spülmaschine müsste dringend entkalkt werden. Auch die Toilette war etwas oberflächlich geputzt. Das lässt sich alles leicht beseitigen. Das Appartment ist ganz toll und vor allem der Blick einmalig! Mit etwas mehr Küchenausstattung ist sie perfekt.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es war zwar nicht das Appartment, das ich gebucht hatte, aber es war auch top!

It was the same this time. Everything went smoothly. The host was very helpful and communicative. Parking garage, metro and tram nearby, but you can also quickly get anywhere on foot. I hope we will have the opportunity to return a few more times.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss geht über 2 Etagen und bietet wirklich einen wunderschönen Ausblick! Sehr schön, sehr geräumig! Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Entgegenkommen bei der Schlüsselübergabe war prima.
Die Nachricht nach der Buchung, dass ich eine ID per WhatsApp oder E-Mail senden soll und 500 Euro Kaution zu zahlen seien, sonst gäbe es keinen Zugangscode, hatte mich abgeschreckt, aber es ließ sich klären. Ich brauchte nur die Daten für die Gästemeldung an die Stadt Wien bekanntgeben und zur Prüfung meines Ausweises kam die Facility Managerin extra ein paar Meter weiter zu dem Tagungsort, an dem ich war. Das war wirklich sehr fein.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location was amazing! It was a 3 min walk to Votivkirche and we could see it from out window. Each room had a balcony as well as the kitchen. We were only 10 min walk from the train or S Bahn and there is a grocery store and bakeries about 10-15 min walk. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go within 20 - 30 min, or we took the train easily to all the sites plus 5 Christmas markets. 3 of the markets were within an easy walk.
There is only one toilet but two other bathrooms with showers and sinks (and one had a washer). The one toilet was a little difficult with five people and as most people use the toilet more times a day than shower, I would have liked two toilets and one shower. However, we had such a good time that we would stay there again.

V pokoji zapáchala moč z koupelny. Ve skříni bylo nějaké oblečení. Na podlaze byli vlasy a lednice smrděla od předešlých nájemníků. Očekávala bych lepší čistotu.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Prelijep apartman, na odličnoj lokaciji. Tiha ulica u zaleđu Votiv crkve, pruža vam apsolutni mir i tišinu u apartmanu. Većina gradskih znamenitosti se nalazi na 10-20 minuta hoda prelijepim bečkim ulicama. Na 5 minuta hoda nalazi se čvorište gradskog prevoza (sve vrste), pa lako možete poći bilo gdje u gradu. Takođe, tu je i velika Votiv podzemna garaža, što može koristiti gostima koji dolaze automobilom. Apartman je veliki, komforan, opremljen svime što vam je potrebno. Namještaj je nov i moderan, a kreveti ogromni i veoma udobni. Poseban kvalitet ovog, a i ostalih Abieshomes apartmana, je pozicija na vrhu zgrade i veliki krovni prozori kroz koje vam se pogled pruža po vrhovima znamenitosti u Beču, a prije svega na prelijepu Votiv crkvu koja je u neposrednoj blizini. Iznad kreveta u kome su spavala djeca, je krovni prozor, pa su imali osjećaj da spavaju pod zvezdanim nebom. Apartmani izlaze na velike krovne terase, sa kojih je pogled na grad još bolji. Terase su opremljene kompletnim mobilijarom. Naš boravak je protekao u periodu hladnog vremena u Beču, ali je podno grijanje u apartmanu besprekorno, što nam je prijalo po povratku iz dugih šetnji gradom. Kupatilo je ogromno, sa neograničenom količinom tople vode. Čistoća kompletnog apartmana, a i čitave zgrade je na najvišem nivou. Domaćini nisu bili napadni, ali su se interesovali za naše utiske i nudili pomoć i dodatne usluge (peškire, kafu, i šta god treba ostalo). Na samo stotinak metara, nalazi se i veliki supermarket, za sve što vam je potrebno. Naravno, tu su i kafići i restorani. Apsolutno svaka pohvala i preporuka za Abieshomes apartmane i njihov tim!
Nemamo nikakvih zamjerki.

να εδιναν πιο πολλες πετσετες και να ηταν πιο καθαρο το χαλι και τα μαξιλαρια του καναπε καθως και το πατωμα. το μονο κακο ειναι οτι μυριζε το υπνοδωματιο οταν μαγειρευε καποιος απο διπλανο διαμερισμα.
