Every thing, Actually I stayed at this apartment. It’s suitable for families or small groups as it is spacious and convenient. Mr. Ahmed is very responsive when you flag anything. I would like to thank him for being very responsive and understanding for our needs. Amin Suliman

شكرا لمصداقيتكم ولكفكم للامانه الإستاذ احمد من قبل الوصول وحتى الوصول وقبل الخروج بكل حب يتواصل ويسال ويهتم بالاحتياج وماوجدنا الا الترحاب وحسن الضيافه وهذا ليس بغريب من اهل مصر فله منا كل التقدير والاحترام على كل شي . اما بخصوص الشقة لست وحدي من قيمها بتقييم ممتاز ولكن لو يوجد اعلا من 10 في تقييم بوكنق لاعطيتها انصح الجميع بها خصوصا العوائل امان ونظافه وموقع مميز وكل احتياجاتكم بها وسوف اعتمدها دائما باذن الله

المره الثانية احجز في الشقه .. صاحب المكان محترم الأخ أحمد وخدوم جدا .. بواب العماره وزوجته محترمين وفالخدمه .. النظافه ومساحة الشقه .. والموقع استراتيجي جميل على افضل شارع في المقطم وكل الخدمات متوفره ..

كل شي في مقر السكن ممتاز ولا توجد اية ملاحظات سلبيه .. المالك الأخ أحمد محترم ومتعاون ، نظافة المكان ممتازه ، بواب العماره محترم .. موقع السكن على شارع مميز وجميل وفيه كل الخدمات قريبه .. فيه مصعد والشرفه واسعه

Nothing, the stay was really enjoyable all my family,friends and guests liked the place so much. Definitely will come back to this lovely apartment next time visiting Cairo.

We had a fantastic stay in Cairo at a spacious 3BHK apartment with a lovely balcony. The apartment was clean, neat, and well-maintained, making it ideal for groups and families. It offered plenty of space and a comfortable environment to relax during our trip. The owner, Ahmad Hafiz, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, providing snacks and complimentary refreshments that added a nice touch to our stay. The location was excellent, with good restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Royal apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. What I Loved: Outstanding Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Pristine Cleanliness: The property was impeccably clean, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Luxurious Comfort: My room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed. Ideal Location: it was the perfect base for exploring the area.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything I needed at my fingertips. The location was ideal, close to bakeries, restaurants, mosque, main road, ...etc. The host was proactive, reaching out in advance and checking in periodically to ensure I had everything I needed and was enjoying my stay. He was consistently cooperative and responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation, and it will certainly be my choice for future visits.

Loved it, especially if Mokattam is where you want to stay. The host, ahmed, was kind enough to let us check in early and was on the ground to receive us. Definitely staying here again.
