Reviewed May 6, 2026The main highlight is the amazing staff they are all extremely polite and helpful and make you feel so at home. Real Old Fashioned Egyptian hospitality. Not only that, but the interiors of the hotel have obviously been modernised once again quite recently as the rooms and the lobby look so new and modern in stark contrast to the lovely retro style of the lovely Downtown area of Cairo in which they are located. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know coming to Cairo. Well Done!

8.8/10Staff and reception receive many compliments for professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness (several reviewers named reception staff and thanked the team).

Value for Money
6.3/10Several guests explicitly call the price very reasonable and praise the value, though limited amenities and simple F&B slightly temper the score.
