Henkilökunta oli mukava ja auttoi järjestämään meille retken Angkor Watiin. Heillä oli myös paljon muitakin palveluja tarjolla ja vinkkejä, mitä kannattaa ja ei kannata tällä säällä tehdä. He myös kysyivät joka päivä tarvitsemmeko siivouksen ja antoivat uudet vedet. Sijainti oli loistava ja majoituspaikassa oli hiljaista.

Lakanat alkavat olla aika kuluneet ja kellertävät, joten ne voisi vaihtaa.

We had a room with a fan, it was nice considering how hot it can be there. The room is nicely situated and you can also book some activities with them as well as scooters. The staff is very nice.

The staff was a bit loud sometimes so if you’re looking for a very quiet hotel it won’t be this one but everyone apart from that was very nice !

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I would recommend this place for staying in siem reap

Otel sahipleri ve personel son derece yakın davrandılar. Personel adeta kardeşlerim gibiydi, çok dostça ve ilgiliydiler. Otel sahibi ve eşi çok naziktiler.

Nous avons pas séjourné dans cet établissement, ils nous ont direct proposé d’être upgrader dans un autre hôtel partenaire car nous sommes arrivés à 9h du matin. Accès à la chambre directement sans frais supplémentaires. 15 minutes à pieds de l’autre hôtel mais ils nous ont amenés en scooter gratuitement, piscine super agréable, chambre bien confortable

L’hôtel partenaire est un peu plus éloignés du centre ville il faudra marcher 20-25 minutes à pieds

Good value guesthouse in a central location. Close walk to the centre and local shops and markets. The staff spoke very good English and were really helpful with anything asked of. The room was fine for its purpose and there was free water in the communal area and WiFi throughout. The guesthouse also does bike and motorbike rentals as well!

Good location, staff is friendly and I rent them a motorbike to explore Angkor it was fine. Price is good for Siem Reap for a twin bed room with fan.

Mattress and pillow hard

Posizione centralissima, a 5 minuti a piedi da Pub Street e vicina ai servizi e a molti supermercati. Lo staff è gentilissimo e super disponibile, ci hanno anche fatto mettere il motorino all’interno della struttura per non lasciarlo fuori sulla strada. Offrono anche il free refill dell’acqua.

Abbiamo preso consapevolmente la stanza senza l’aria condizionata ma con il ventilatore, però faceva veramente caldissimo! Nei corridoi invece si stava bene, quindi penso fosse quella stanza in particolare che era più esposta al sole

Bon emplacement et chambre spacieuse

À cause de travaux dans la chambre, nous avons dû être changé d’hôtel lors de notre arrivée. Le deuxième hôtel était très bien, c’est juste que nous aurions aimé être prévenu par message pour nous rendre directement à ce deuxième hôtel.

Nous avions demandé une chambre avec ventilateur. Le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas bien, nous avons donc mis au courant le personnel de ce problème et au lieu de nous changer de chambre, ils nous ont donnés un ventilateur qui faisait énormément de bruit…

Room is spacious, workers are polite, location is convenient.

The default booking does not include AC, I didn't read carefully and discovered only when I arrived there with 30 C at night. The rooms actually have AC, but they only let you turn it on if you pay U$5 per night. I paid, but the AC was really weak and I slept with AC and fans on. Not only that, you cannot shower and have the AC on otherwise electricity goes out, and you have to ask reception to turn them on again, multiple reviews have mentioned that, still not fixed. The place is located in a muddy dirt roat, I arrived in the rain and got mud in my suitcase and shoes.

Lovely people that always go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Got caught in the rain, towels provided and staff even came outside with an umbrella whilst we were packing our bags in the taxi. Great location and the room was nice!

Great size room with balcony. Lovely and clean and perfect for what we wanted. Booked a tuk tuk tour for Ankor Wat and I think it was great value for money. Great stay all round

They are the best ❤️ both in service and in cleanliness. They upgraded me to their sister hotel with pool, the trade off is that it's a bit further from the center, but really still close by, and there is a bar next door but that's not their fault and so far I had no problem with the noise really. They are so very kind and helpful. And its so very clean and good. The room, the pool. All is so clean. I came from a very bad place where I had to leave and they made it all good. I feel safe and at ease now and had my first 2 good sleeps. I extended by 5 nights and might stay even longer since I'm stuck in Asia due to the war in middle east and can now finally exhale for a bit. Thank you so much Golden Papaya and sister hotel ❤️

The tv is not working and the mattresses are very hard (at the sister hotel, golden papaya is replacing the mattresses for new ones!) but I still sleep and I feel safe so really, I'm just very thankful to be here now ❤️

Good location, good firm bed, quiet, helpful staff, bicycles available for rent. Took a tour to Angkor Wat organised via the hotel, it was excellent.

Me and my friend stayed here for 6 nights and we honestly loved everything. We booked our room online for an incredible price, so we thought there would be some complications when we arrived. However the room was super nice and tidy, the staff was super friendly (would go back solely for the staff members) and we always got water, toilet paper, cleaning and towels whenever asked. Besides that the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend. :)

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett! Noch dazu konnten wir nach unserer Ankor Wat Tour mit dem Fahrrad uns anschließend duschen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt waren.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, la posizione è centrale , la pulizia ottima e le camere spaziose, grnade cortesia e disponinbiltà il tutto ad un ottimo prezzo tanto che ho prolungato il mio soggiorno.

I had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location is perfect, very central but still quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and relaxing. Everything was very clean. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the area.

Le prix du scooter est un petit plus cher que dans le centre ville. Bruyant le matin et peu d’insonorisation avec l’extérieur.

Small family run guesthouse with two floors. The staffs are friendly and able to speak good English. I rented bike ($7/day) and laundry ($1.5/kg).. Its kind of all service at one place. The students working as parttime staff are young and enthusiastic to talk. He helped me to book tuk-tuk to intercity bus stop. The location is next to an hospital and on dead end so very quite place. Two min walk to river side and 5 min walk to party area.

They can provide a electric pluck point near to bed for phone charging.

The location is quite good, in the town center, close to Pub Street, Old Market, Riverside Night Market, and Royal Garden. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the bathroom is too. The water flow from the tap, shower, and bum gun is strong. Toiletries are provided as well as two bottles of mineral water and coffee and tea sachet, along with the electric kettle. Free flow drinking water is available from the dispenser near the reception counter, just the water flow is very slow. The hospitality is quite good too. The young lady at the counter is friendly, welcoming, and helpful,. She helped me with my suitcase when I checked in and out. They also let the guests keep their luggage before or after checkout.

The position of the shower in both rooms I stayed has been very loose that if I moved it up, it kept falling down and I cannot stand upright to have a shower without holding it. Renting bicycles may require your passport kept. Ask clearly if that's the case because that's what I went through though they finally allowed me without my passport.

Nos cambiaron de hotel a otro de los mismos propietarios que acaban de abrir, porque quieren que se conozca este hotel (Hotel Golden Bakong Boutique) Está también muy bien situado (mejor incluso, en una zona más tranquila), tiene piscina, las habitaciones son grandes. A destacar el personal, que es súper amable y muy dispuesto. Gente joven con muchas ganas y todo el esfuerzo que pueden para que la gente esté a gusto. Estuvimos 5 noches y todo fenomenal.

Excellent location, close to the Old Market, Pup street, restaurants, etc. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a balcony. Staff were very helpful.

Screens on windows need to be repaired as they let the bugs in. Room comes equipped with a fan and air conditioning but you have to pay extra for the remote for the air conditioner.

Sehr gute Lage, nettes Personal. Zimmer wurden gut gereinigt. Sauberes Zimmer. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Es gibt einen Wasserspender.

Ich hatte meine Wäsche dort zur Reinigung abgegeben. Leider habe ich meinen eigenen Wäschesack nicht wieder bekommen.

Good location and staff were friendly although was sometimes difficult to communicate with but couldn’t fault them being nice and lovely.

Dated, the mattress was old and fraying, bed and pillows with said mattress made our backs hurt, the AC wasn’t working and the fan was barely spinning so it was extremely hot in the room, the bathroom was small and cramped for a wet room the shower was placed in a way that everything got wet, could hear people and children morning and evening running around screaming above us, there was also a big gap in the door allowing bugs and mosquitos into the room all day and night.

Une adresse bien située dans une petite impasse donc sans bruit tout en étant à 2 pas des rues animées. Je suis finalement restée 3 nuits, la chambre était spacieuse et je m’y suis sentie très bien.
