Absolutely awful! The place looked nothing like any of the pictures there was 8 flights of stairs to go up to get into the property. There was 1 bed and the plugs were hanging off the sockets the area was not as described it was awful. We had to leave and re book another place the walls were terrible the fridge was disgusting it wasn’t cleaned !

Everything it was awful would never recommend to anybody and should not be on booking.com!

Sin duda el mejor apartamento en el que me he hospedado en marrakech. El trato de la anfitriona, el precio, la limpieza, equipamiento de la cocina, aire acondicionado, tv. Todo estupendo. Incluso cuna para el bebe y plancha, secador, espejo,lavadora. Calidady precio inmejorable

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de Noûmane, qui s'est montré très réactif, disponible et facile à contacter avant et pendant le séjour. Il était présent à mon arrivée pour me remettre les clés en personne, ce qui a permis un échange agréable et une prise en main rapide du logement. Il a également été très serviable en m'aidant dans mes déplacements alors que mon emploi du temps était particulièrement serré. C'est précisément ce qui fait le charme des locations avec hôte : pouvoir compter sur une personne qui connaît parfaitement les lieux, la ville et les services à proximité. Ses conseils, sa disponibilité et son sens de l'accueil ont été de véritables atouts et ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de nombreux services : cafés, épiceries, supermarchés, snacks et commerces du quotidien. J'ai également apprécié la présence d'une ligne de bus très pratique à quelques pas du logement, permettant de rejoindre facilement la place Jemaa el-Fna et pas que .... pour un tarif d'environ 0,40 €, un avantage non négligeable pour découvrir la ville de manière économique. Noûmane est de très bons conseils. Le logement était parfaitement propre, calme, confortable et bien équipé. Je recommande cet hébergement et son hôte sans hésitation.

The only positive aspect of the apartment was that it had a washing machine. However, even then, no laundry detergent was provided, so I had to buy my own detergent and cleaning products just to wash my clothes.

I was very disappointed with this apartment. The air conditioning was extremely weak, especially considering temperatures outside were around 40°C. The AC unit is only installed in the living room, and almost no cool air reaches the bedroom, making it impossible to sleep there. I ended up sleeping in the living room for all of my stay because the bedroom was unbearably hot. The listing also mentioned that breakfast was included, but when I asked about it, I was told it was not included and that I should go to Jemaa el-Fna to find a café instead. Likewise, the listing advertises an airport shuttle, but I was asked to pay an additional €20 for airport pickup. The shower water pressure was very weak throughout the stay, and on the last day there was no water at all. Cleanliness was another major issue, as I found numerous bugs inside the apartment. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs is extremely inconvenient. The terrace shown in the pictures is also misleading, as it is shared with the entire building and not private. Finally, the location is far from the city center, requiring about 30 minutes by bus. You often have to wait in the heat for public transport, and the last bus is around 10 PM, just when Marrakech nightlife is starting. After that, your only realistic option is a taxi, which can easily cost €10 or more each way. Overall, the listing did not match my expectations and I would not stay here again.

Apartmán byl dokonale čistý, útulný, dobrá lokalita, kousek od autobusu, v blízkosti pekárna, potraviny. Cena kvalita super. Okolí bylo klidné. Určitě doporučuji.

Musím vytknout pohodlnost matrací, ale je pravda že později jsem spala ještě na horších. Koupelna nepraktická, jít přes sprchu na záchod a když je sprcha zrovna mokrá, není to úplně pohodlné.

L'appartement Le quartier L'emplacement Les personnes. Très bon séjour à l’Appartement Atlas à Marrakech ! 🌴 L’appartement est impeccable : très propre, bien entretenu et confortable. On sent que l’hygiène est une priorité, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Même si le logement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, l’accès est très facile grâce au bus : il faut environ 20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre, ce qui est vraiment pratique et permet de profiter pleinement de Marrakech sans contrainte. La communication avec l’hôte est fluide et professionnelle, ce qui rassure dès la réservation. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour confortable, propre et bien connecté au centre-ville !

Asi jen to, ze jsme meli kde prespat. Fotografie neodpovidaji skutecnosti, je to tmave, z fotek to vypada jak prosluneny byt. Byla moznost parkovat auto v bocni ulici bez strachu poskrabani a bylo autem nedaleko do centra.

Nemohli jsme najit, byt, google maps odkazoval uplne jinam. Vsude kolem spina, uvnitr taky spinave.

Trygt, ryddig og romslig. Utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Fin beliggenhet ellers!

beh, la scala a chiocciola ripida per 5 piani, non rendeva molto agevole raggiungere l'appartamento, ma alla fine la terrazza con la vista a 360° sulla città, ripagava la fatica

Overall a great stay for the price! Host was nice. location is even tho far from the medina, it is safe and not too busy.

Even though the place had warming aur con, its still chilly during winter. But its almost everywhere ive been in morocco :) Im not a fan of the bathroom arrangement.

Mon frère a séjourné avec sa femme et ils m'ont fait part de leur agréable séjour dans cet appartement. L'appartement était nickel , l'accueil du hôte et bien situé par rapport au centre. C'était parfait ! Nous vous remercions et nous vous recommandons les yeux fermés, foncez !

Ubytování 35 minut autobusem L66 z náměstí, 10 minut od letiště. V domě kavárna, přes ulici pekárna a v okolí mnoho obchodů. Jako základna k podnikání výletů po Maroku úplně ideální. Pan domácí vždy se vším poradil a pomohl.

The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well equipped for a short or or even longer stay. We were a little surprised at the location when we first arrived. This is certainly not the Medina. More like the suburbs where those who pedal the tourist dream by day return to spend time with their families. But once you relax into the particular vibe of this 'quartier populaire' you begin to understand that this is the authentic experience of modern day Morocco, not the illusion they sell you in the winding lanes of the souk.

It's pretty far from the centre of Marrakech. The key is to take the number 66 bus from the corner of the street which will take you all the way to Jemma el Fna for 4 dirhams. And since it's out towards the beginning of the bus line you will usually get a seat.

Appartamento molto bello e luminoso, con soggiorno ben curato e cucina abbastanza ben fornita. Bellissima terrazza, con vista sulla città. Personale molto professionale, accogliente e disponibile: l'ultima mattina, mi sono sentita poco bene e il proprietario ci ha permesso di rimanere nell'appartamento più a lungo, rispetto all'orario previsto per il check-out!

La zona è un po' rumorosa e abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto, quindi si sente bene ogni aereo che passa. In più non è vicino al centro, ma con una moto o un taxi ci si arriva in un attimo. A questo prezzo, ne vale più che la pena!

The apartment is in the suburbs, in a quiet area. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is wifi, washing machine, air conditioning. It has a large terrace from which you can see the city. Nearby there is a dentist, barber shop, ice cream parlor, bakery and shop. A taxi to the city market will take you for 50-70 (5-7 euros) dirhams. I felt very comfortable here.

The property was nice, clean and very presentable. All stuff was locally accessible, like food, coffee, fruit etc.

L' appartamento è molto accogliente e luminoso, è dotato di tutto il necessario e inoltre ha due enormi terrazze che sono ideali per un apertivo mentre ci si gode gli affascinanti colori del tramonto o anche per una cena sotto le stelle. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e rilassante ma allo stesso modo ben servita, infatti a pochi metri si trovano diversi mezzi di trasporto come taxi e autobus. Il proprietario è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di aiuto o informazione. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!

Cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom. No tea spoons, no large knives, no cutting board. Toilet roll holder broken. Shower not good. Light above sink flickering. Heating not adequate . No double sheets. Lighting throughout apartment not good.

Very good price, Basic kitchen equipment, Beautiful terrace and view- you can see Atlas, and almost whole city, Hot water, Good location- 5min to bus stop (30min ride to the city center), Nice and communicative host.

I walked into this property with little expectations as it was very cheap, however oh my God! Best place i’ve ever stayed in. The host was incredibly kind as well as the owner, the apartment is massive and has everything you might need even shampoo and toothpaste! For my muslim sisters and brothers the apartment comes with a prayer mat and amazing informative books, the owner even allowed me to take one for free. He allowed us to stay extra hours so we wouldn’t be stranded before our flight, there was extra blankets, extra pillows and extra towels, the property is in an amazing location with a pharmacy nearby, a cafe, a bakery and everything you might need. Everything was sparkly clean and it even has a really spacious terrace upstairs that overlooks the city of Marrakech. Honestly one of the best places i have stayed at, cannot recommend it enough. Will definitely be booking this place whenever I’m in Morocco. Thank you so much staff!! Truly amazing place.

My trip was absolutely pleasant. The apartment provided all necessary conditions to relax,rest, enjoy and feel comfortable. The value is perfect . Just in 20 minutes the city attractions could be reached only for twenty cents. The apartment is located in quiet safe area with nice bakery in front of it and friendly shop keepers. In my next opportunity to visit this city I will not look for another accomodation. I will come here again. Thank you for nice stay.

The apartment is quite spacious. It’s possible to cook and do your laundry as well. It’s in a residential neighbourhood, non touristic. It was nice to feel a different ambiance in Morocco.

The street was a bit noisy outside, so bring earplugs :)

Everything is great, they just need to mention that the building has no elevator and you've to walk to the 3rd floor.

For a budget apartment, I really couldn't as for more. Of course you get what you pay for, but for this money, I was impressed.
