We arrived earlier than expected and the lovely lady cleaning the apartment was incredibly kind and helpful. She contacted the host so we could leave our luggage and return later. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect — we could walk everywhere and enjoyed staying in such a beautiful part of Athens.

Unfortunately, although the apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos, it felt much too small and narrow in reality. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small, and we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, making it difficult to move around. We booked it for a family with older children, and although we knew the types of beds, one of them is really only suitable for a child around 7–8 years old. I would recommend that the host make this clearer in the description. I would also recommend adding another sleeping pillow to the bed, or replacing the current one with a larger, higher-quality sleeping pillow.

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Ausstattung ebenfalls. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass auch während unserer Abwesenheit durchgehend Strom vorhanden war, sodass beispielsweise die Waschmaschine weiterlaufen konnte. Auch in puncto Sicherheit haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Im Badezimmer haben uns ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen gefehlt. Die vielen Schalter für Licht und Rollos waren anfangs etwas kompliziert und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Außerdem wäre ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon sehr praktisch gewesen. Der 24/7-Parkplatz direkt gegenüber ist leider sehr teuer – für einen ganzen Tag wären etwa 87 € angefallen. Wir haben deshalb in den freien Gassen weiter oberhalb geparkt und hatten dort während unseres Aufenthalts keinerlei Probleme.

Small but very nicely decorated one bed apartment. Great for a couple of nights with a family of 4 to get around the city. Walking distance to great restaurants and sights. The breakfast boxes were a great touch.

מבנה מאוד מוזר של חדר, עם חלל משותף קטן ובקומה נפרדת, המון מדרגות בתוך החדר לעלות למרחב המשותף ובכלל להגיע לחדרים, מעלית הבניין עוברת בתוך החדר. זה מפריע כי שומעים אותה בכל פעם שהיא זזה ברחבי הבניין. כשהגענו הסקוצ במטבח היה משומש (הוחלף רק למחרת, וזה כי ב15:00 מסתיימים שרותי משק בית) זה מלון בשרות עצמי, אבל לא היה מענה בווצאפ לשאלותינו, רק בהודעות דרך אתר בוקינג. תקשורת קשה יותר ופחות זמינה. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד לא נוחה. מגיעה בקופסאות עץ ענקיות, למשפחה של 5 נפשות זו ממש התעמלות בוקר לסחוב את כל הקופסאות הללו. ממליצה לוותר ולרדת לאחד מבתי הקפה הקרובים.

None. Small note that you would need to carry your luggage up a few stairs before reaching the elevator that take you upstairs to the beautiful flats- people with mobility issues or traveling with lots of luggage might need to take that into account

Excellent location to walk around the city center of Athens. Convenient for 3 adults.

I would expect better attention to detail regarding maintenance. When we arrived, the entrance of the building was full of trash and bags, with food and cans left lying around. On the second day, painting works were happening. We booked the top duplex apartment for 3 adults, but the toiletries were only for 2 people. There was hair from previous tenants left uncleaned in the upstairs bathroom, stains on the walls (presumably from luggage), and a destroyed mosquito screen outside one of the bedrooms. A tad disappointing for the service expected from this establishment.

Doors open by code. In case of error, the owner is not reachable on WhatsApp. No clothes dryer on the balcony. No towel hangers in the bathroom. Weak water pressure in the shower.

Perfect location. Panos the host is amazing - space is great and breakfast is huge!

Only thing is the cleanliness of the floors. needs to be levelled up to the rest of the space.

Location was perfect , away from the hoards of tourists but close enough to walk to acropolis and centre of town . The host Panos was such a nice guy , super helpful and responsive with all our requests and questions . Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed for the duration of the stay , would definitely stay there again .

Get the breakfast - it was included in our booking and arrived in a cute box daily. It was so much food - almost too much! Fresh, delicious and plentiful.

If we had to pick one criticism - the floors need a better cleaning around edges and corners.

Clean, Comfortable and quiet part of Athens. Host was very welcoming and we liked that we were able to access the property during early morning hours after a long international flight. Rental is well decorated and equipped with everything you need. From the slippers & robes, to the toiletries, coffee & welcome bottle of wine. We would book with them again if we visit Athens in the future. This place is also very secure, so that made us feel more at ease while traveling abroad.

Washer & Dryer amenity was a plus, this is a two in one machine. Once you start it, the cycle (wash & dry) needs to be completed & cooled down before you can retrieve your clothes. So, make sure you have a few hours to spare if you plan on doing laundry. Tip for host: Washer/Dryer I think may need to be run on a self cleaning cycle with washer cleaning tablets to clean the drum.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Syntagma Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore Athens. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and everything felt new and well cared for. It was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens and would happily stay here again!

Χάσαμε μια τσάντα καινούργια ρούχα τα οποία είχα αγοράσει και είχα φέρει στο διαμέρισμα . Οταν ήρθαμε να παραλάβαμε τη βαλίτσα μας μετά το τσεκ ουτ δεν ήταν μέσα .Ίσως την είχα ξεχάσει μέσα στο διαμέρισμα και δεν βρεθήκανε ή κάποιος την πήρε από την βαλίτσα που αφήσαμε έξω από το διαμέρισμα για να παραλάβουμε πριν φύγουμε .

Panos was kind in allowing me to check in early and store my luggage upon departure, and he showed me where things were in the apartment. Nice to have a turntable, and the bed was very comfortable.

I booked this place because it said it had a bath, but in fact, it just has a shower with a separate toilet room. I felt it lacked something special for the price point and could have been better maintained when it comes to the little details-- doors and closures, cots and linens stored in common spaces, fruits offered were bruised, and even dog urine on the steps. Lights and blinds were tricky to figure out. Balcony includes metal stools without much view. If you want to be next to designer shopping, it is convenient.

Very comfortable and excellent location. Just a couple of minor enhancements suggested.

The Location was perfect in the City Center. The service was very professional and special. The Interieur was very cosy. And very very clean.

That we only stayed one night there … next time more

This was our third time visiting Athens, and we were extremely satisfied. The location is excellent—very close to all the shopping stores and central areas. As a family with children, we were very happy with all the amenities the apartment offered. Its proximity to the National Park was also a big advantage for us. The breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, and Panos’s kind hospitality and attentiveness were all outstanding. This will definitely be our preferred place to stay again!

Probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s really worth it for what you get. Starting with the location, it’s more than perfect. Very close to everything, with a metro station nearby. The apartment is spacious and very well designed, and everything feels super modern. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. I booked a room with breakfast and honestly it was more than enough. As someone who doesn’t like wasting food, I wished there were two breakfast sizes small and large because I wasn’t always able to finish it all. The breakfast itself was amazing! Delivered early in the morning.

The only small downside I can think of is that after a rainy day when the water dried, there was quite a lot of sand on the balcony and on the chairs. I chose this place mainly because of the balcony, so I wish it had been cleaned, as I couldn’t really enjoy sitting outside because of that. Also, during our whole week stay we only requested cleaning twice, so I think this kind of detail shouldn’t really be missed.

Great location, very safe neighbourhood, convenient checkin and checkout. The apartment itself is great for either short or longer stays, the kitchen is fully and spaciously equipped, very comfy couch, great bathroom, bedroom on the smaller side but still enough space for full-height mirror and a wardrobe. The balcony with couple of chairs was also amazing for enjoying breakfast while catching some sun. Clean, tidy, anything you would need. Also, upon calling the host and asking for later checkout, it was immediately granted and the host was super nice, warm and caring. Only the best!

Location is amazing. The apartment is amazing but what is the most amazing is the super attentiveness of the staff at Likno Athens! The apartment was spacious, immaculately appointed with the best location like stepping out from a super secure quiet home into the heart of Athens. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We were staying in room number 7, which is the loft. While the property is nice and renovated it is a bit inconvenient, as it’s over 3 floors. There is a lift you can use to go through the floors however we were 3 and had one card so was quite inconvenient. Rooms on the smaller side. The location is excellent though. Suitable for a short break.

There is no lift from the entrance on the ground floor to the lift, so you need to carry your luggages up 10-15 steps.

Daily, breakfast was delivered outside the room. It was always there by 8, sometimes by 7 am on request. They were able to accommodate a gluten and dairy allergy as well. Communications with the host were seamless, using WhatsApp. The Apartment was clean and efficient. The location was ideal, right next to Syntagma Square. The washing machine and full kitchen were perfect for our stay.
