Sahara House

Die Lage war super und Hassan sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man kann Merzouga vom Sahara House aus prima erkunden und durch die Gärten ins Zentrum laufen. Und man kann mit Hassan auch eine interessante Tagestour in die Sahara, zu den Nomaden und den Gnauwa usw. machen. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Hassan is a absolut amazing guy. He pick us up in Errachidia and look about everything we need. He drive us to a beautiful place and we spend a lot of great days there. Hassan was allways there when we need him. We also book a quad tour and everything works fantastic. Hassan is a great, funny man and we feeling us very welcome. We would definitely come back.

Sahara House was such a comfortable space to stay. Hassan made us feel very welcome and at home from taking us to dinner after our late arrival, organising our Sahara tour and was very flexible with allowing us to use the facilities and space even after our check out time. We would definitely recommend!

El alojamiento está perfecto en el pueblo donde puedes ver la vida local los chicos que trabajan en el alojamiento son maravillosos en especial Hassan tenemos mucho para agradecerle. Hicimos experiencia con él por el desierto ( no te quedes solo en el pueblo ves con él a hacer una experiencia beréber de verdad sumergido en la cultura y verás la inmensidad de las dunas, si tienes muchos días haz un trekking organiza los días con él el desierto tiene muchos planes y muchas cosas para hacer mejor que estar en la ciudad aprovéchalo y llénate el corazón de cosas buenas de Hassan se convertirá en tu amigo y familia en pocos días incluso no querrás despedirte de él. Un abrazo a Hassan por esta experiencia que nos llevamos en el corazón para siempre.

Sahara house is the place to stay before going into the desert. Breakfast was delicious, host welcomed us for tea the second we got there and was super communicative over whatsapp. Located outside of the main center of merzouga so I would recommend only if you have a car to get food, or it would be quite the walk.

If I had to be picky, the beds are quite hard, and the wifi is quite slow...but your also on the edge of the desert so what can you expect..

La atención espectacular, la comida deliciosa, estuvo muy pendiente todo el tiempo, desde días antes de llegar, la hospitalidad de otro mundo, nos organizó un pequeño tour al desierto y a una población de nómadas.

Quit location away from the tourists. Excellent views from the terrace. Lovely comfortable rooms and well looked after by Hassan who said it’s more a home than a hotel.

L’intérieur très typique et propre. La disponibilité d’Hassan qui vous propose des activités et visites très intéressantes. Auberge dans le village à deux pas des premières dunes.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour mais rétabli pour la deuxième journée.

Very friendly people and they were very helpful with arranging the tours in the Sahara and they had free thee for us every hour of the day😃

I am still amazed by the hospitality in Merzouga and how kind and friendly people are over there! I spent two nights there (one on the desert because my friend and I bought a camel trip with sleeping under the stars). I highly recommend this place. I hope to get back one day! Inshallah <3

La comida muy buena y explendida, muy tranquilo y Hassan, el anfritión, super atento y amable, las habitaciones muy bonitas y comodas, a primera linea de la arena, te sientes como en casa.

En realidad nos cambiaron al Camel House, que es de la misma familia, todo amabilidad, un sitio precioso y con una relación calidad precio inmejorable. Muchas gracias.

W samym hotelu duży basen, bardzo duży pokój, niezłe śniadanie. Gospodarz zorganizował nam wycieczkę po skraju Sahary. Później załatwił nam nocleg w obozie na pustyni w luksusowym namiocie.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Hassan arranged the camel ride according to our needs (we were traveling with 2-years old daughter). Even after our leave, he contacted us making sure we arrived to our next destination. I am sure we will come back and will stay there once again!

Amazing service from hassan, we were delayed and he waited for us and even brought us to the diner location. You could ask him any question and he would help you.

The bed was a bit hard but then again that’s the default for marocco

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless and the bedding was clean and comfortable—none of those itchy polyester blankets you sometimes find elsewhere. In the evening, it was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. I spent time on the terrace enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and was truly mesmerized by the starry sky. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made the experience even more special. The next day, I went on a desert tour with the owner and it was simply perfect—well-organized, beautiful sights, and a great vibe throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing, will visit again.

I had an amazing experience with 2 brothers owner. After checking in, they took me to have a lunch in their family house and after that drove me to the lake, and had a dinner with them again. It was nice experience to see traditional Moroccan house inside and have the cuisine. I highly recommend here if you like to touch Merzouga local people.

I had a really nice stay in Sahara House. Hassan even picked me up from Errachidia airport so I did not need to organise anything. The house is very cozy and well located, close to the entrance to the dunes. A delicious dinner and a sunset trip in the dunes made my stay there just perfect.

Fantastic place walking distance from dunes you can walk at night time and admire millions of stars on the sky. A bit distant from Marzouga centre makes this place calm and quiet. The house itself is amazing and spacious , rooms as well. We couldn’t stay as booked because that night we had to work and there was WiFi malfunction , but the owner quickly organized a stay in a guesthouse right next to Sahara House in upgraded room, so we finally moved there. All in all, although we only visited the house and whole property and spent there short time I can absolutely recommend the place, Hassan the owner and his brother who also took care of us just after arriving. Last but not least I have to stress customer service and very good contact with Hassan who, by the way, can organize everything you may want to experience visiting Marzouga, additionally sharing quite practical and useful information, even before arrival.

All was ok. I only missed information about not working WiFi a bit earlier which could minimize unnecessary stress and let us re-organize a bit.

Beautiful guesthouse located in an interesting traditional area of ​​Merzouga with a great roof terrace and courtyard. Hassan is very friendly and concerned about the guests' well-being. He is happy to help and also offers exciting excursions into the area. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good and the bed was comfortable. The footpath to the center leads through the gardens. Very interesting. We can recommend it.
