I had no extra Blanckets it was cold and when I used the Aircon to keep my room warm,it was switched off on the DB box.There’s a group of guests which seemed to be a family that made a whole lot of noise since they arrived not bearing in mind that there are other guests and they kept on attempting to open my door a couple of times I don’t know why!!!Otherwise the Staf members are perfect!

Receptionist very unfriendly. Made it feel like a effort to assist us. Explained nothing. Gave us a remote for tv and didn't explain how to get to a Channel. Were not advised about getting hot water for coffee. No coffee or tea even offered. Had to go and buy coffee and flask and asked if we could rinse the stuff out, and it was a mission to respond to us. Bedding faded and looking old. Even had bedding hanging on balcony outside where we were sitting. Overall, felt unwelcome and made to feel like it was a mission to help us. Property has potential but seems like nobody is interested in it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this lodge. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The space wasn’t just slightly untidy, it felt dusty and unhygienic, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. The sleeper couch was visibly stained, which immediately raised concerns about how well the lodge is maintained. The extra blanket provided had a very strong, unpleasant odor, and the fleece was also dirty and smelled. These are basic essentials that should always be clean and fresh for guests. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness really affected the entire experience. I would not recommend this lodge unless there are significant improvements in hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Please read my notes that I sent you before I checked out. Would never recommend this place to anyone of class. I checked out as fast as I could and booked at the closest hotel. Pics and advertisements on the net is misleading and the staff was appalling. Filthy rooms and linen. That’s a place where hookers book in hence they rent out per hour as well.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The room was large, clean and the balcony was bigger than expected. The bathroom was incredible. Definitely one of the best rooms I've stayed in.
At around 8 or 9pm there was no hot water in the shower even though there didn't seem to be many guests there. The bathroom did have a lot of steps in awkward places, tripping hazards. The red bulb in the lamp gave the room a very awkward feel.

There was no water during our stay, there's a small Jojo tank which was not enough to sustain the facility until the water supply was restored. So it was quite unbearable not being able to take a shower or use the toilet overnight. A coffee/tea station in the rooms would really be of great benefit. The air-conditioner was not working.

The bedroom that was allocated to me was very dirty , I found a condom in one of the drawers. The towels were dirty and they didn't change them. My Stay there was not the best at all I even checked out a day before my checkout because the experience was horrible.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026I liked everything about that place, like it's quite, clean, reasonable and the Reception and the Security Guard, they are so nice 👌. I would recommend that to a Friend or Family. It's a very good place to refresh ♥️. I love it 👌.
It's not something I don't like, but I would like them to add a Bar fridge in the room and a small rubbish bin. Except that everything was perfect. Including the service.
