Our stay on Jocondo tel was so comfortable. The room has nice view it’s on the 11th floor it’s so so refreshing and soul healing when wind blows from your room on the 11th floor balcony has very nice city view and abd the pool view . Pool was free to use for our two children. They really enjoyed swimming. The room was comfortable with enough space for all of 5 of us. We loved having gas stove and Allen cooking utensils and crockery we could make our food Mr Omer and his staff is so welcoming and kind he was such incredible host his staff always met with warm smile to us and our children . Omer sell halal chicken and other grocery items so when we Medes anything we got it just in few minutes after we ordered. Lots of shops near my on the walking distance and open almost very late night 8 elven is 10 minure walk and open 24 hours. We really enjoyed our stay here.You said: Also mention to get taxi grab or motorcycle or joy ride is too easy and arrive in minutes

Our stay at Jocondo Tel was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The room is located on the 11th floor and offers a beautiful city and pool view. Sitting on the balcony and feeling the cool breeze was so refreshing and truly soul-healing. The swimming pool was free to use, and our two children absolutely loved spending time there. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for all five of us. We especially appreciated having a gas stove, complete cooking utensils, and crockery, which allowed us to prepare our own meals whenever we wanted. easy access to Grab taxis, JoyRide, and motorcycle taxis, which arrived within minutes whenever we needed Mr. Omer and his staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. They always greeted us and our children with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. Mr. Omer also sells halal chicken and other grocery items, so whenever we needed something, it was delivered to us within just a few minutes after ordering. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, many of which stay open until late at night. A 7-Eleven is only about a 10-minute walk away and is open 24 hours, making it very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place with wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again.

We like that it can accommodate a lot of people. There were extra mattresses you could just use.. It had good wi-fi connection and we could cook there. Also, there was a swimming pool for kids. Quick response from the staff through text messages was great.

1. We didn't like how stinky the comfort room would get. 2. The towels are not wet absorbent (it was kind of like useless using them you would still be dripping). 3. The rice cooker was not functioning properly. 4. There were no dishwashing liquid nor hand soap at least etc. 5. There were no hand towels. 6. The rag was not very absorbent either so the floor would be wet every time somebody came out of the restroom. They could have provided bathroom slippers in the comfort room so those who use it wont have to come out with wet feet, because it gets wet, and would feel dirty. 7. There was no shower holder and so you would have to hold the shower head when you take a shower. The shower seems broken--water came out only from some holes. 8. There was no hair blower, either (that could be used instead of the non-absorbent towels). If you came completely empty handed like without towels or hair blower, you might feel uncomfortable drying yourself. 9. It would also be great if there was a body mirror.

We were not informed that there's no dishwashing soap and it's hard to buy since no convenient store downstairs. Only 1 bath for 10 people was difficult. Pillows don't have cases.

Near the City

We appreciate the accommodation provided during our stay, however, there are several areas that really need improvement for guests’ comfort and convenience. The unit already appears quite old and some facilities were not functioning properly. The toilet and bidet were defective, and the flush was not working well. The kitchen utensils were also incomplete considering the unit accommodates 6 pax, yet only 2 sets of spoon and fork were prepared. The frying pan was dirty, and there was no hot and cold water dispenser available. The blankets provided were very small, almost towel-sized, which was uncomfortable for sleeping. We also noticed that the balcony door could not be locked, which raised safety concerns. In addition, the curtains looked unclean. We hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience of future guests.

We booked a room for our research defense online, and it turned out to be a perfect place since it was quiet and free from any disturbances. We appreciated that they provided useful amenities, and all the facilities were in good working condition except for the air condition. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

What we did not like was that it was quite hot while sleeping, as the air conditioner was not very effective. The bed and pillows were also somewhat itchy.

I really like how accomodating staff are. If you guys looking for a safe, comfortable, clean and affordable, i would recommend this place. You have everything you need here.

Recomiendo mirar bien las fotos de la habitación que se escoge. Nos equivocamos, pero el encargado del alojamiento nos cambió de habitación sin ningún problema y fue muy amable con nosotros. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Muy recomendable si solo vas a hacer noche de paso en Cebú.

The parking situation was extremely disorganized. We were not informed in advance about what to expect, which caused unnecessary confusion. Due to the lack of clear information, we ended up paying twice. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and poorly managed.

The location was great. Its close to everything, market, malls, etc...

The toilet. They should change their toilet bowl, and the bidet was broken so they need to change that too.

Safety concerns. - Electric outlet is on the side where the toilet is. - Jealousy window of toilet is at the place where CCD anyone can peak (along corridor) - In case of emergency situation (eg earthquake or fire), I don't think tenants will survive

The location is good because it is close to downtown, accessible by vehicles, such as taxis and jeeps.

I didn't like the beddings because it's old and musty, and the bathroom has a bit of a smell. My advise is change all beddings, so that, all your customers are satisfied and comfortable every time they check in. Thank you.

Late water arrival, water distruption

You feel at home. It was perfect for my family because we can cooked homemade foods and do laundry. It has a lots of storage cabinet and drawer and the bed was fantastic very comfortable. Very spacious inside.

The place was very affordable. I was able to book the place hours before my designated check-in. The place looks decent and there were appliances inside.

The corridors were a bit messy and there were cockroaches in the building, they even went inside the room. But not that many though.

Fast wifi with netflix subscription, good location near 7/11 and fast foods. Kitchen utensils provided including water dispenser. Security guards are accommodating.

Old building, elevator lacks safety feature, there's always a lot of people using the pool. Our room has no shower and hot water and no duplicate keys that's why it was not cleaned during our 3 nights stay.

Location was great. There is a church nearby so my family can still complete simbang gabi. Also, there are mini supermarket, drugstores and lots restaurants around so it is convenient staying here. Lots of jeepney routes go through the area. It can be accessed by grab and taxi. It is quite ordinary like the usual apartment. For a good price, you get the essentials like a private bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator and stove. We used the wifi and netflix well.

The sinks drain a bit slow but I can live with that.
