Hotel was amaxing clean wen arrived perfect spot hotwl staff amazing. The only problem was getting them to clean the room U had to ask and wen i was leaving for the dsy the staff were not thete to ask He said there was a short staff whitch i can understand ! But this hotel was exspencive clean the room any way its right on beach so loads of sand any way just clean rokm every day woth out asking Or leave a brush so we can bush the floor

The staff was very rude. When I tried to check out in the morning, I waited for hours, but there was no one at the reception desk. I couldn't get any help from the service team. Furthermore, they never informed me of the checkout time, which was unexpectedly early. To make matters worse, they charged me a late fee despite never telling me the policy

Schönes Hotel in einem wunderschönen tropischen Garten. Man hat einen wunderschönen Balkon zum Sitzen und auch das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Bademantel und Flip, Flops und Kühlschrank. Sowie einem Wasserkocher. Das ist für Unterkünfte in Kambodscha und speziell auf Koh Rhong nicht Standard. Das Personal war super freundlich und super nett. Ja, es ist nicht alles auf westlichen stand und auch baulich nicht auf westlichen stand, aber wir sind auf einer Insel wo alles per Schiff ran transportiert werden muss und auch nicht an jeder Ecke professionelle Bauarbeiter zu finden sind.

Leider kein Frühstück dabei. Bei diesen Preis hätte ich zumindest ein basic Frühstück erwartet. Leider fehlen richtiges Sonnenliegen am Strand. Dieses aber zu dem mit geschuldet, dass die Unterkunft am Dorf der Insel ist, wo sehr viel Leben ist und auch der Strand sehr zugebaut ist mit Restaurants und viel mehr los ist als am long Set beach. Mehr also entspannten ruhigen Strandurlaub haben will, ist hier auf jeden Fall nicht gut aufgehoben, sondern sollte er nach long set gehen. Der Weg zu dem Bungalows ist ein steiler Berg, das sollte in der Anzeige stehen. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen beim Gehen ist es daher nicht wirklich geeignet.

Because we were guest from the hotel we were able to rent a scooter without leaving our passport as a deposit, this is amazing! Rooms are super clean, spacious and quiet! The guy at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Just accrocs the street from the beach. Fridge in the room is convenient.

A fuir! Hôtel insalubre très cher pour ce que c'est, très salle draps tâcher sol non nettoyer douche moisi. Frigo qui pue insupportable! Et patron ou responsable hautain pour couronner le tous!! Ns étions 4 il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de bain pour lui c'était 'normal' ns avons dû en réclamer et en plus réclamer le nettoyage. A éviter avec des enfants. Hyper bruyant. Pas confortable!

Location , service , room but specially Ravy which was promptly there for any issue and request from us

I didn't like the loud music late in the night , but I know wasn't from the hotel but a bar very close to the hotel

Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer Bungalow. Das Bungalow ist gross und modern, an zentraler Lage. Das Bad ist einfach aber das Warmwasser funktioniert. Klimaanlage auch. Dadurch das es etwas zurückgesetzt ist hatten wir keine Probleme mit dem Lärm der Musik. Man kann direkt einen Roller an der Reception bestellen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Receptionist .

Schlechtes und sehr langsames Wi-Fi. Unakzeptabel heutzutage.

Not much if I'm honest, refund for the last night was helpful

I was really looking forward to staying in Koh Rong but I was very disappointed, Koh Touch itself was dirty and unappealing, long set beach was so much better, the room was tired and old, locks didn't work on my doors so had to use a bike lock to wrap around the handles to lock it, at first the key kept getting stuck in the lock so some WD40 was needed but I was worried it would get stuck while I was in my room and then not be able to get out. As a solo woman traveller this didn't give me much safety. Air conditioning leaked, the hose on the back of the toilet came loose then water was going all over the bathroom floor and I had to quickly reattach the bolt before it flooded. WiFI would be none existent sometimes so was unable to watch my ipad at night as there was no TV. Electricity would cut out a lot. Decor was worn and tired, didn't meet my expectations at all and I left a day earlier, they did refund me the last night though which was great. Maintenance and refurbishment is definitely needed but for me go to long set beach instead

The only issue was that the restaurant on site was having a refit and they started work around 7am

We stayed for 1 night. Paid 55$. Our bedsheets were dirty. There were different stains and last clients hair in our bed. They were very dirty actually. It is 1st time in our travel history when we had to change bed sheets in the evening by ourselves. Guy from reception did not understand much english. He asked if we want to change sheets today or tomorrow. Wait, what? :D There were hairs on our bathroom floor. And bathroom stinked so hard in the morning. For this money i do not suggest at all to stay in this resort.

The only good thing about the property is being located close to the beach. The actual property itself was atrocious

-Non existent WiFi -non functioning toilet - no running water at times and when it did the sink severely leaked - no electricity at times which also meant that there was no air conditioning - 2 towels for a room of 4 people and they smelt awful. Would not give us more - broken windows allowing any and all insects to come in the room including mosquitos. - customer service was awful. They did NOT reply to my messages asking for help on getting to the island or the property. Extremely rude.

The setting where the bungalows were situated was perfect, the surrounding gardens lovely too 👍🏻

It was not cleaned properly after the previous guests had vacated, we had to go to reception to get some towels and request that the bathroom be cleaned as it was filthy, we went to make a coffee with the supplies in the room but upon opening the kettle there was a bunch of green leaves / plant inside, again left behind from previous guests, it was vile, for the money you charge I would expect a better quality, the rooms certainly DO NOT look like the pictures you advertise. The shower was pointing at the toilet area & when you used the sink it all leaked over the floor once you turned off the tap, again vile.

The room was lovely with a nice balcony and stunning. Views.

The shower was hard to use as it didn't point downwards. A rain shower would be much better. Also communal families non existent due to upgrading hence no bar no restaurant etc just a room currently. Lots close by though. Staff were very nice indeed.

The property was well situated on the island with the beach at your doorstep and the room was spacious for 3 guests with 2 sharing 1 double bed. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment on this.

Upon arrival, we discovered that our toilet was leaking a strange brown liquid and didn’t flush. We were kindly offered another room after the reception told us this would take a while to fix and we accepted. Once we moved rooms, we were told (when we moved all our belongings) that the lights in this room didn’t work either but they would be fixed and they never were. The shower then had no pressure and was freezing cold. The WiFi didn’t work and at times, the electricty just cut out including the AC which in 30 degree heat, isn’t ideal. It was also louddddd all the time with music blaring from both the bar closest on the beach, the reception area and nestival. We excepted nestival to be loud but not the hotel area itself..

Would not accept credit card payment although advertised and booked via this payment methord. Wi-Fi non existent on the property as it kept dropping and the connections normally only lasted 3 to 4 minutes. The main room had paint dropping off the ceiling and bathroom walls were covered in mould and infested with ants. The floor was constantly wet as the A.C. Drainage was directed into the bathroom floor. Within 50 meters of the hotel a bar would play loud music from around 11pm until 2 or 3 in the morning with no possibility of sleep. Maid service was difficult to obtain and when the service was provided the sheets and covers had unidentified stains.

The location was great! The walk from the pier is 5-10 minutes. The facilities were as expected knowing it is Cambodia and the island. Do not expect all being new and in good condition. The nature and the garden area were amazing touch to the stay. It was great walk to all cafes and restaurants on the beach. Lively atmosphere around.

Very loud music from Dream bar and beach bar, expect to wear earplugs at night. The music choice was horrible, 2000’s hits every day and all night. Please change the playlist to current music at least! The hotel needs a lot of touch up and fixes. My room lock wasn’t working at all, the staff had to improvise. They created an additional lock for me with a curtain rope and small luggage lock. At least i felt safe looking myself at night. The hotel is not for limited accessibility people as it is on the hill and the climb was challenging, especially after few drinks 🤣 Dream bar drinks didn’t have a great choice.

Comfy, large clean bed, modern complex, lovely helpful staff, additional laundry service which smelled great! Also had a bidget outside the property to clean any sand off feet.

Could hear music quite loud from a bar on the beach till 1am, but this isn’t the resorts fault. Rooms could do with repainting but aside from this a wonderful stay.

The Manager Welcomed like a VIP, Very good service, meet locals, eat & drink with them, even go fishing
