Location was good and property was clean.

No choice for breakfast with no cutlery or bowls provided as you had to fetch them from adjacent kitchenette. Also you had to make your own tea for breakfast. Considerable Draft from windows and noise from street traffic was irritating and disruptive to sleeping. No TV in room.

Beautiful and thoughtful design throughout

An alarm went off at 2am but the host sorted it very quickly which was impressive for that time a night!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very nicely decorated. The pantry for guest use is a great idea!

There was nothing we didn't like, but the instructions for returning the keys weren't very clear (for us at least).

Beautiful lodgings. Room was spotless with gorgeous toiletries provided. We arrived late and kitchen had just closed. Robbie was really welcoming and organised 2 delicious chicken pies for us. We had to leave early next morning and were given a fabulous take away breakfast 😀 Staff were outstanding. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel Great location

Our room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. It also had a separate annex with two sofas and table and chairs all very tastefully decorate. It had very possible item one would need when attending a wedding eg iron, ironing board, steamer, hairdryer, clothes hangers! Brilliant

Decor was lovely. Private access to the rooms was appreciated. Small menu but well executed and you could taste the freshness of the produce. Extremely well priced. Staff were more than helpful.

Obviously only single pane windows in the bedroom as it was very noisy with traffic from outside. Shower plug hole also needed to have drain unblocker put down as the water was sitting and really slow to drain.

It is very well decorated. Extremely clean. Staff friendly. Side kitchen was available with cutlery etc. You can make hot drinks.

Well organised, beautiful decor in the rooms, excellent location, lovely breakfast.

The bed was small and there were no instructions on how to manage the heat control for the room. There was no TV.

This is an excellent place for a night away. Fabulous rooms with fantastic decor. Everything is so clean and comfortable. Th breakfast basket delivered to the room in the morning is a gorgeous touch. I will be returning again!

The rooms are lovely, with luxury toiletries and are very comfortable. Location is great to as it is in the centre of town

The only thing that I felt let this down was the breakfast as it was a very simple continental breakfast. We had our evening meal at the pub and it was excellent and I think a cooked breakfast option would have made this an excellent stay owing to the quality of the food

La stanza in sé non era male ma.......(Leggii cosa non mi è piaciuto)

Dopo aver ricevuto la mail per come fare all'arrivo, codice accesso per l'ingresso poi codice per poter ritirare le chiavi e essere salito al primo piano lungo scale tipicamente "nordiche" cioè strette ripide, sono arrivato nella stanza numero 2. Sul tavolo all'ingresso un messaggio con delle spiegazioni indicando anche che sarebbe stato portato alle 8.30 un cestino con la prima colazione. La camera in sé, come detto, con un bel lettone matrimoniale direi però un po' altino, dove io non ho avuto problemi ma i miei genitori anziani avrebbero avuto sicuramente dei problemi a salirci su, un bel bagno con lavandino, wc e doccia. Manca il televisore, cosa che non reputo importantissimo perché tramite Wi-Fi e PC o smartphone si riesce ad ovviare. La stanza da direttamente sulla strada principale molto trafficata da auto, camion e trattori e in un primo momento sembrava fossero aperte le finestre per via del rumore del traffico che passava che sembrava essere seduto fuori a un passo dalla strada. Ad un certo punto ho voluto chiudere le finestre per ridurre i rumori e perché mi sembrava anche che stesse entrando dell'aria freddina. Invece ho scoperto che le finestre erano chiuse, che sì erano di vetro rinforzato ma non doppio e non isolante il rumore e la temperatura. Ci sono delle persiane interne con alette che si possono far variare di posizione (alzare o scendere per fare buio o per fare in modo che non si possa guardare dentro) ma il rumore del traffico resiste come se le finestre fossero aperte e visto che il traffico di auto e soprattutto dei mezzi pesanti continuava anche durante la notte non ho dormito bene e di conseguenza anche il riposo non è stato un granché. La mattina alle 8.

The staff went over and beyond to help us get to a wedding. Customer service was first class. The breakfast bag was very cute and tasty.

This looked like a lovely clean, well located service but, unfortunately, I never got to experience it - i was specifically told that I could check-in anytime up to 12:30 am - i arrived around 11:00pm to find it closed and nobody available to let me in. I made multiple attempts to contact them for over 30 mins but to no avail - I had to find an alternative at very short notice - they made contact the next day to apologise for "getting the days mixed up" - not much consolation after being left in the rain trying to find alternative accommodation!!!

Ive never given such a negative review which is a real pity because the premises looked lovely & clean and are in a great location BUT there was nobody available to let me in - i was left knocking on doors & windows in the rain & there was nobody to answer calls or messages - im sorry to leave such a negative review but leaving me stranded left me out of pocket, frustrated and wet through!!!

The friendly staff, the comfort and the attention to detail, including the lovely surprise breakfast hamper in the morning. Top class! Highly recommend.

We were a group of nine . Breakfast was not good. Excellent last time I stayed but this time there was no coffee pods in kitchen . Tesco granola and yoghurt pot. Papery croissant no butter. Then a surprising salami cheese selection which was very good . Totally let down by other products. Last time it was homemade granola and bread , glenillen yoghurt all elevated delicious products. Very disappointed as all stayed on my recommendation

Fabulous room the decor is beautiful and classy. The bed was amazing with lovely crisp white linen and everywhere was spotless. It was more than I was expecting

Breakfast at 8:30 a little late for going to work @ 9am

The breakfast was continental and delivered to the room in a bag. There is use of a kitchen but no table or chairs to eat. The room has no table or chairs either although we asked for and got 1 chair to use. I don't know how you are expected to eat standing up.

The room had no table, chairs, TV, or dressing table. There was a small cupboard.....I wouldn't call it a wardrobe!! Overall the facilities were very poor. The place was spotless but the lack of normal facilities was very disappointing.

Gezellige kamers in het midden van Virginia. Sfeervolle bar/ eetcafé met ontzettend goed eten, bedacht door een van de beste chefs van Ierland. Heerlijke douche, fijn leren bankje op de kamer.

We had 2 rooms booked. Not enough furniture & fittings in rooms.. No chairs or table to sit in one room & only a mirror in bathroom in the other. Carpet in hall had a few stains & also our room had large stain on rug. The breakfast basket on Facebook looked so much nicer than the one we got. Also no coffee provided.

Would not have booked if I had known no TV in rooms . My husband had planned on watching a final and was looking forward to resting in room watching. I did have my iPad !

On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Ray who showed us to our spotless and beautiful room. Other staff we encountered including Fynn in the bar were friendly and keen to help if anything was needed. The breakfast hamper was impressive.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The entire place (pub, overnight accommodation, and breakfast) was delightful. The building has been nicely refurbished/renovated and is in great shape (clean and tastefully done).

There was no information about where to park the car. By not having a dedicated parking area (or any signs indicating where to park), it was a bit challenging to figure out when arriving in an unfamiliar area.

Breakfast was lovely surprise, really delicious! Everything was so fresh and if great quality. The croissants was amazing and the selection of salmi, cheese, granola and wheaten bread made for a prefect start to the day! Looked the voya products in bathroom!

Would have liked a family room as kids are young! Did not seem to have that option when booking! So we had two rooms, but beside each other as requested!

Location was fab. The staff were amazing so friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautiful exactly how they look on the pictures. 10/10

There was no TV in the rooms or cooked breakfast next morning.No parking. Didn't get to sleep for hours after going to bed, there was banging until 2.30am that kept me awake. I know it's above a pub but have some consideration for people paying €143 a night when cleaning up after pub closes constant banging for at least 2 hours definitely wouldn return for these reasons

Such a lovely experience from the moment we stepped inside the Deerpark Inn. Had some really nice bar food when we arrived and the staff were so attentive, professional and friendly. Rooms are spotless with all amenities. The next morning there was a real treat waiting at our door. A basket filled with the most beautiful continental breakfast and a coffee station outside of our room. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return. Thankyou to all the team.

Everything was perfect

Excellent location, on Main Street Virginia, with exceptional accommodation throughout, amazing decor, with its own raised terrace to the rear. Spotlessly clean and fresh, and a kitchenette with quality tea and coffee. Breakfast was faultless with ample granola, orange juice, fruit, salami, cheese and croissants coupled with the fact that a top rate bar/restaurant was just downstairs, was a great surprise. The food was excellent (fish pie as I’ve never tasted it before 👌) The staff were really nice and helpful, especially Victoria who made us feel so welcome. We look forward to staying here again. Fantastic.

The location is great - right on the high street. I had dinner in the pub. It was very nice food! The breakfast was fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, croissants, cheese, and ham. Very nice!

A very large comfortable suite with patio , in a great location .

We missed having a TV in the room , and also we didn't realise that the Inn was closed to customers on Monday and Tuesday so we were very disappointed that there was no Full Irish cooked breakfast .We were supplied with a delicious continental breakfast which suited myself but my wife is not so keen on this . It was a shame that we were unable to experience the full gastro pub experience - this was the main reason we chose it! Also there was no off street parking .

Beautiful room, greta location and amazing staff who went above and beyond. Special mention to Ciarán who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and ensure we had an extra special stay. The interior Design of the room was fantastic, it has all been finished to an excellent standard.

beautiful room, separate from the pub part. it was a huge room and the breakfast arrived in a beautiful wicker basket and was one of the very best hotel breakfasts ever! couldn't highly recommend more to stay at The Deerpark Inn
