Unfortunately, I did not like the place at all, and my experience was very disappointing. The villa is located very far from any services, and there are no nearby restaurants, shops, or essential facilities. The location also becomes very isolated and unpleasant at night. In addition, the towels were very dirty and appeared to have been used, and the coffee cups were extremely dirty as well. The bathrooms were not clean at all, and there were insects inside, which is completely unacceptable for an accommodation. I had originally booked the villa for 3 nights, but due to the poor cleanliness and unsuitable location, I was unable to continue my stay and had to leave after only one night. Unfortunately, I was also unable to get a refund for the remaining two nights that I did not use. Honestly, I expected a much higher standard in terms of cleanliness, location, and services. I recommend checking the reviews and ratings of this place on Google Maps and reading the experiences of previous guests before making a booking.

Magnifique villa privative avec piscine, aucun vis à vis, au calme, avec un magnifique jardin autour de la piscine. La salle de bain est très spacieuse et la baignoire fabuleuse. Petit déjeuner très copieux et d’excellente qualité ! Le personnel est très agréable, plusieurs warong (restaurants) à proximité de très bonne qualité et à des prix très abordables. Temple de Sebatu et cascades de purification de Sebatu accessibles à pied. Nous avons loué un scooter juste à côté pour rejoindre Ubud et les différents centres d’intérêts Sebatu est au Nord de Ubud et permet de rayonner vers beaucoup de sites

The breakfast was very nice, came on time, good quantity, smoothie bowl was very delicious! we love walking around the surrounding paddy fields in the early morning and evening, air is so fresh! there are some nice, quality restaurants within walking distance in case you want to stay around, going to Ubud centre would take some time but is very easy, not hectic, we did not even bother to drive, pick up service, taxi, getting a driver, all are very simple and convenient out there, we love staying at Maddu Suites!

The staff were super helpful and responsive. Room was nicely designed with cute details. The pool was nice and plants were beautiful, very relaxing atmosphere outside.

We were expecting a more luxurious feeling based from pictures and the price. The room was dirty, the floors were sticky, bed sheets and towels had visible stains and looked old. Our towels were not changed during our 5 night stay even though they were visibly dirty (from the floor swiping). The restaurants were mediocre for their price.

The location is beautiful and quiet, the villas are beautiful and very private. The staff are extremely kind and attentive (thank you to Indra, Agung, Joni, and Toni!!). The gym facilities are close by and well equipped.

The pool is cold, best used when it is very hot outside.

Off beat location in Bali for a calm and relaxed environment. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The view from the room with private pool in front and lush green plants around was very soothing. The room and bathroom was very big. There was ample space.

EVERYTHING - Maddu Suites was FANTASTIC. A true oasis. Really beautiful and comfortable space. Everything was so elegant and comfortable.

There were not many options nearby for meals, but grab and gojeck did deliver. A small price to pay for such a wonderful spot.

Quiet, peaceful location. Only a few private villa suites with superior service from staff. Couldn’t ask for more. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby within short walking distance.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und das Zimmer mit privatem Pool und Blick auf die Reisfelder wunderschön. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Gym ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und sehr modern! Frühstück liebevoll jeden Tag aufs Zimmer gebracht

Communications problem with at reception. They don't know english. Also no Veg food options in the breakfast menu. Non veg food taste was average. I would consider this not good for value.

I lived in the grand room, the size of the room is 100m2, so spacious and special, love the setting. And breakfast is the floating tray with fresh flowers. And the service is so good.

Located in a beautiful village outside of central Ubud, this is a newer traditional Balinese house with a warm team and beautiful decor. Bed was extremely comfortable, water was hot, bath tub was excellent, and garden was beautiful. The hotel arranged a driver which was super convenient, and they even waited up when I arrived quite late to take me to my room and assist with my bags. Very sweet team-- especially Indra! Thank you!

When I first arrived the team was overly communicative, calling to see if I wanted breakfast or cleaning. Mid-way through I had a hard time getting in touch with them to discuss a possible extension/ cost, discuss transportation, etc. Not a major thing and I got it sorted.

The property was lovely, clean and beautiful. The suite was huge and so spacious. If we needed everything the workers where there to help whenever will no problems. There were so polite and respectful. Our flight was delayed and we ended up getting there for 2 am which was out of the check in time, but a staff member was there and still showed us around without any issues. Really recommend this place to people. The only issue was it was a 45 min drive from ubud centre but we knew it was abit far out, but really quite safe peaceful place to stay.

Es tal cual las fotos, incluso más bonito. La cama es cómoda y no hemos visto mosquitos. El desayuno lo entregan en tu habitación a la hora que indiques y te dejan escoger qué quieres comer de un listado. Cada día dan agua gratis y limpian. Muy amables y te ayudan con todo. La piscina está limpia. Tienen motos para alquilar allí mismo. Escuchar la lluvia en la cama es maravilloso.

No es que no me haya gustado. Pero si no tienes moto es un poco complicado moverse. Y por la zona no hay muchos restaurantes, sobre todo para cenar ya que cierran temprano, ni para cambiar dinero. Pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento.

Should improve by providing mineral water more . Secondly , breakfast is the biggest downfall here . The toilet bowl is little shaky . Otherwise the stay is good .

Endroit très calme et cosy idéal pour couple P’tit conseil si vous prévoyez de vous déplacé en voiture ( taxi ) il est un peut trop excentrer de la ville compter 25 min en scooter pour rejoindre la ville ) Mais bon Quand on veut la tranquillité il y a des concessions à faire ! Très bon, rapport qualité, prix pour Bali On recommande

Not technologically savvy. So much offered that wasn’t listed online to help long distance travelers prepare for their stay. I would have booked services with the hotel had I been aware they existed. I’m also plant based pescatarian and paid for the breakfast option only for there to be no breakfast options available for my diet.

Super freundliches Personal und ruhige Lage. Von unserer (super schönen) Suite hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick auf ein Reisfeld.

The pool was nice. Nice decoration. Staff was trying to be friendly. Came with mustique repellent who they did place outside.

The towels were not clean. We had our bed changed and there was bird shit , which we saw directly. The water in yhe shower was boilling hot or ice cold. It was constantly raining in our bathroom through both windows. My husband even slipped and fell. When we talked to the staff they did just smile. We told them weeks in advance that it is going to be our honeymoon and they did not do anything special like in the pictures. We asked during our stay multiple times but no effort was done. My husband told them it was my birthday and ordered a cake and again no effort was done. I celebrated my birthday without cake and we decided to depart one day earlier. You only have 6 plates to decide from for your breakfast. I did asked for vegetable as I could not eat 4 out of 6 breakfast as they were not glutenfree, no ajustement were made. I m truly disappointed, the reviews were so good but unfortunately not true. The neareat beach is 2 hours away by motorbike. They rented us bikes who were broken and the trips that they offer, they do not know were it is headed. The taxi driver they ordered for us was stopping at 3 gas stations to fill up his car, eventhough they know that we had to catch our flight. We did book a massage at the reception for the spa and they did not do any reservations. The morning when we arrived for the spa, they did not know of anything. We had to wait for the masseuses to come. The room was not correctly cleaned. And the doors are not closed correctly so every animal can come in.

La villa était encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout était propre que ce soit les pièces, la piscine, ou la robinetterie. Ménage fais tous les jours de la part du staff. Aucune bête/reptile dans la villa hormis des mini lézards et uniquement sur la terrasse. Le staff est incroyablement gentil, vraiment 10/10 pour notre séjour, quelle erreur d’y avoir était en première étape de notre voyage toutes les autres villas semblaient ridicules à côté.

Coupure d’eau pendant plus de 24h. L’hôtel s’est montré arrangeant lors du Check out pour le dédommagement. Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré.

It’s spacious, comfortable and very beautiful! And obviously the staff were very nice.

We would have preferred to have new and clean towels everyday.

The room was more breathtaking in real life, the staff were quick to any requests we had.

The accommodation was great, the location was perfect, and they support you if you need any help at any time. The place is also safe. All the locations were great. I thank my brother Perdi for his great support. I will come back to them again because you are great and special.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The place was great with a huge restroom, bathtub that viewed the outside and a private pool.

Absolutely exceptional place to stay - in your private villa with a pool and outstanding views of rice terraces outside, with beautiful, luxurious villa interior, tasteful decoration. We were able to relax and unwind. The staff is very kind and helpful, exceptional breakfast served in your room or on your own terrace by the pool. The location is perfect as in a waking distance you can find restaurants with great food and prices, as well as enjoy the quote surroundings. It is also a great location for exploring other parts of the island. I would strongly recommend Maddu Suites!

Lovely villa with a private pool. Staff were amazing. Always asking what they can do help. Beautiful setting. Location suited us as we wanted to explore but it is a long way from Ubud. The design of the villa was perfect and the bathroom very luxurious.

Breakfast was brought from another site. Would be better to offer an eat in voucher so people can go to the actual restaurant because the meal is cold by the time it gets to the villa. Bathroom skylights leak which causes a slip hazard. Water pump is noisey. The hot water wasn't hot enough to heat the stone bath so unless you like a Luke warm bath the bath wasn't usable. Hot water really needed to be hotter.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was amazing and the bathroom was huge! The property itself is quite new and well maintained.

Its located about 40 mins away from central Ubud.

I like the way our villa looked. It was spacious and it had a very large bed. The outside garden was nice with 2 terrace and one place to take your breakfast in shade. We had a nice private pool and from the garden you could see the rice fields. In the evening and morning you hear the nature sounds, feel the wind and it is the perfect place to relax.

Breakfast could be more varied.
