Один из отелей отказал в бронировании за 4 часа до прибытия в Каир, экстренно искала варианты размещения и выбор пал на Jordan Hotel. Я предупредила персонал о своем прибытии, меня ждали. В целом персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Номер небольшой, но досточно комфортная кровать, горячая вода, кондиционер работал на тепло (что супер в зимнее время). Отличное расположение, рядом много мест, где можно поесть, площадь Тахрира, набережная в минутах 20 пешком. Все прошло очень хорошо.

السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاتو .. انا حابب اوضح شي واحد الي هوه المصدقيه ---- انا حجزت في الفندق يوم 25 الي 27 وكان وصولي الساعه 1:30 مساء يوم 25/11... اعطيتها الاموال والاوراق المطلوبه وكل شي كان تمام ولاكن عندما ذهبت الي الغرفه وجت انهااا صغيره جدا جدا وليس بها تلاحه مع اننا كنا محتجين التلاجه اكتر من اي شي لان زوجتي كانت تعبانه جدا معظم العلاج لازم تلاجه فارجت الاستقبال قلتها الاوضه صغيره جدا محتاج اغيرها بواحده كبيره حتا لو ادفع تاني. قلتلي للاسف مفيش مكان فاضي بكرا انشاء الله هغيرهالك وقولتها بالنسبه للتلاجه انا محتجها قلتلي علشان الغرفه صغيره جدا نحن لا حطين فيها تلاجه قبلت الموضوع للاننا كنا تعبنين جدا من سفر 8 ساعات بس كنا متفقين اليوم التالي 26/11 سوف تتغير الغرفه اليوم الثاني 26/11 ذهبت الي الاستقبال في الصباح الباكر حوالي 8 ص واعطيت مفتاح غرفتي للشخص في الاستقبال واخبرته الاستاذا متفقه معايا هتغير الغرفه ز ي مكنا. متفقين وكان ردو عليا بتمام يافندم .. الساعه 8:45 وجت رساله من booking تم تئكيد حجزك يوم 26 وبعتينلي تفصيل الاوضه الي انا فيها اتصلت به واخبرته يلغي الحجز لو متغيرتش الغرفه كان رودو عليا انت بلفعل جيت لا ينفع الغاء حجزك ولو مشكلتك ف التلاجه انا هحطهالك اتقبلت الموضوع لاني مطر ولاكن انتظرت ولا احد جاب تلاجه ولا تغير الغرفه لحين خروجي يوم 27 وعندما سجلت خروجي وجت الفناه الذي وجتها في اول المحادقه وكان اول ردها ليا نحن ارسلنا لك الغرفه والحجز ع booking نفس الغرفه تقريبا مفكراني غبي جدا تم تأكيد الحجز بعد يوم من وجودي ف الفندق باكل ثقه ترد وتقول مشكلتك مع بوكنك انا اسف اولا للرساله الطويه ف اولا الفندق نظيف جدا ولاكن ليس قيمه مقابل سعر لاكن هناك فنادق اخري ارخص وانظف واجمل والمصدقيه اهم شئ

مكان ممتاز قريب منك كل حاجه وسط البلد وموقع ممتاز و التعامل ممتاز زيارتي كانت 2025 اكتوبر

الحمام كان ضيق جدا ولا يوجد شبشب لدخول الحمام ولا يوجد ثلاجه

جميع العاملين بالفندق ممتازين والفندق قمة النظافة وموقع ممتاز بوسط البلد القاهره

Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfying at all. When we first arrived, the bed sheets were full of hair and clearly not clean. We had to request the staff to change them, which should never be the case in the first place. On top of that, there were no towels or basic amenities in the room. On the first morning, we were woken up at 7:30 AM because our room (503) was right next to the reception, and the staff were talking and laughing loudly without considering that guests were still sleeping. The hot water was not working, and when we reported it to the receptionist, he promised to check and get back to us, but no one followed up, and the issue remained unresolved. The TV also only worked after turning it off and on several times just to catch the signal. What made things worse was a major safety and privacy issue: at 8:00 AM, a Talabat delivery man came directly to our door and knocked, even though we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign active. We hadn’t ordered anything, and when we checked, the order was actually for another hotel. The shocking part is that the receptionist allowed him to come to our room without verifying anything, which is a very big mistake and shows there was no control over guest safety at all. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I truly hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves both the quality of service and the safety measures for future guests.

بعد الدفع بالعملة الصعبة ، تم إرجاع الباقي بالجنيه بسعر صرف غير مقبول و بأقل من سعر السوق . وبعد أخذ و رد تم احتساب المبلغ العادل .

مكان الفندق وسط البلد وتعامل الموظفين رائع

Every single person at this hotel was excellent, loving caring and we felt like staying with the family. Mr anas the owner was an excellent host. He was so caring and hospitable I can not say enough. They are all lovely guys. I specially thanks the receptionist isma , rania, nega and the night shift guy. The went extra mile for the comfort of us. The room was excellent, big and modern. Everything out class. Egypt is amazing and very welcoming. The hotel is the actually in the very heart of the everything. Less than 1 min walk plenty of restaurants, cafes and restaurant and juice bars. Loved it. This is my 3rd trip and I will be back again and will definitely be staying in Jordan hotel. I love these guys. I had stayed in Hilton Heliopolis (not complaining) I would recommend this hotel over Hilton. This hotel gives personalised care to every single guest and they care for you and listen to you

The room is very small, especially the washroom, you even couldn't turn around in the washroom. And the noise from outside is very big. Room is very small with only one bed. The sheet is not very clean.

The room was relatively small, especially the bathroom. Also the guy that work in the front desk made a lot of noise during the night by speaking on the phone.

Bathroom very small, shower over the toilet. Noisy, no isolation. Hotel name has changed and is not properly updated. Jordan in booking, jordan egy days in one label outside and egy days in the label inside the building.

Location is awesome. Good food and shopping is just next door. Beds. Best firm beds and most comfortable pillows I have slept in, in the past 20 days.

No electric kettle in room. Kitchen unclean. Not a single water bottle provided in 3 days. Very bad bathroom design. No pressure in shower. ALL WATER FLOWS OPPOSITE TO THE DRAIN. We have to push/mop water ourselves! Also someone was sleeping in our extra bed before we checked in, and it was not cleared before offering to us. Very bad service.

Not easy to find in google map, because of using different name.

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was good, air con was good.

The rooms weren’t clean and the bathroom/shower was in one room with electric sockets showing on the walls. I had to call the hotel to find out where it was. It was called Egy Days hotel and was on floor 5 of a large building that had other hotels within it. Don’t be fooled by the photos. The lift is very old.
