Staff was extremely helpful; thank you Sara R, Beatrice, Amalia, Shiva, Sara, Marzia and Simona. All accesses were with codes, easy to use. The location was great, almost in the heart of the city.

Unclear of how to access the site upon arrival & ended up waiting 45mins to hear/find someone. Once this was sorted, we had a great stay.

Que se pudieran dejar las valijas luego del check out. Fácil acceso a la habitación. Excelente ubicación. Atención justa y necesaria, sin excederse para lograr una buena puntuación (lo que es muy molesto) y con todos los datos que uno requiere.

Beautiful spot just next to Piazza Del Popolo. Lovely accommodation, fresh and clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff leading up to our stay were incredible. So helpful and they organised our airport transfer really easily as we arrived in the early hours of the morning. Beatrice, Sara, Sara R, Marzia, Amalia and Simona, Perfect place in Rome to get around the city, so close to the metro, 10 minute walk to Spanish steps and 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain. The air conditioning was the best thing that ever in 36°C heat. We will definitely be back to Rome again and can highly recommend a stay here.

Non posso fare altro che ringraziare le ragazze Amalia, Sara e Marzia per averci accolto con molta gentilezza e disponibilità, la camera pulitissima e dato il caldo ci hanno fatto anche trovare l'aria condizionata accesa il che è un accortezza da pochi!!!! A pochi passi dalla metro e in pieno centro molto soddisfacente e sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!! Grazie ancora e buon lavoro!!!!!!!!

Excellent location, walking distance from the main attraction and 9min away from the metro station. Big room and the mattress was super confortable.

Lovely, clean, staff were so hospitable and welcoming by offering lists of local recommendations and accommodating an early check in as our room was ready when we arrived. There is also a complementary coffee dock which we really appreciated with the busyness of our trip! It’s also a close walk to most attractions you want to visit.

Stayed here for 5 nights in August and I recommend it. You are within walking distance of pretty much all the main tourist attractions. The room has strong AC and looks very good The managers are all very helpful and quick to answer

The only not so great thing would be the weak wi fi. I think this would depend on the location of the room you get assigned relative to the position of the router, so this might not be a universal experience

Haben uns darauf eingestellt, dass es Frühstück geben wird, weil auf booking.com Bed and Breakfast stand; haben aufgrund der booking.com Fotos auch auf eine Gemeinschafts-Dachterrasse gehofft, die es im Endeffekt nicht gab. Das Zimmer hatte so gut wie keine Fenster für natürliches Licht auf die Straße, nur in den Innenhof.

Todo genial, una habitación preciosa, cómoda, con todo lo necesario (productos de baño, plancha, secador…) y en una ubicación muy buena. Destacar la limpieza de la habitación y la atención de Amalia, muy atenta y simpática. Además nos dejaron guardar las maletas el ultimo día después del check out. Muy contentos con la experiencia :)

Het was een perfecte ligging, zowel inchecken als uitchecken gingen super gemakkelijk. Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We konden onze bagage op elk moment daar laten om de stad verder te ontdekken. Aangename kamer die elke dag gekuist werd. Zeker een aanrader

My only complaint would be the air con wasn’t cold enough, but we were there during a heatwave so understandable

It was clean, we had enough space and we had everything we needed. As we had some problems with the AC, they took care of it really fast.

It was really loud outside. We couldn’t get enough sleep because of construction work outside. The AC didn’t work properly at first in hot Sommer of Rome so it wasn’t that pleasant for 1-2 nights to stay at room. We didn’t know how we come inside at beginning. They didn’t inform us properly before. There are plenty of bells named after Ripetta, unfortunately we didn’t know if we can and should ring at first or how we can come inside.

Excellent location, very close to transit, shopping and sites, and an amazing staff!! They went far and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The room was exactly as pictured, very clean and modern. The check in process was smooth and the apartment was very conveniently located to all the spots I wanted to visit. Marzia and Amalia were both very helpful hosts. They were responsive to messages and gave great local suggestions too!

Все было превосходно,отель оправдал ожидания,все было как на фото,даже лучше. Идеальная чистота,белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца, очень удобные подушки и матрас. Предоставили возможность заселиться раньше времени и оставить багаж после выселение!!!! Очень хорошая шумоизоляция,ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец,что тоже очень важно. Спокойный тихий район,в шаговой доступности кафе и магазины!!! Полная безопасность,все входные двери в здание на кодовых замках!!!!

Единственное что доставило неудобство-это слабый вай фай в номере,приходилось выходить в коридор,а в остальном все было просто замечательно!!!!

The location is very convenient! It's in 20-30min walking distance to many major highlights of the city, and 5min to the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They made sure that we were having a comfortable time, and recommended many activities/restaurants in the city. We were really happy with our stay.

A pochi passi da Piazza del Popolo e a qualche minuto a piedi da Piazza di Spagna, questa graziosa struttura è stata la base di appoggio perfetta per il nostro viaggio. Il personale ci ha accolte e trattate con estrema gentilezza, addirittura fornendoci una lista di ristoranti tipici e di attrazioni minori nei dintorni da esplorare. In particolare vogliamo menzionare Marzia e Amelia, con cui abbiamo interagito di più, ma ringraziamo anche Shiva, Sara e Simona: è merito di tutta la squadra se la nostra esperienza è stata così positiva. Grazie!

A wonderful stay in Rome! We had a fantastic stay at Ripetta Suites. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully kept, but what truly made our stay special was the wonderful hospitality. A huge thank you to Simona, Shiva, and Amalia for being so helpful, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel right at home! We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

We loved our stay at Ripetta, clean bedding and towels everyday fresh room very clean close to all attractions amazzing place staff was very very friendly. Coffee at hand every morning noon night.The maid was lovely x

המארחת שקיבלה אותי אמיליה הייתה מקסימה ממש!!! קיבלתי חדר גדול יותר ממה שהזמנתי שזה תמיד כיף, ונכנסתי אליו בשעה 13:00 (איך שהגעתי למלון) למרות שכתבו לי מראש שצ׳ק אין יוכל להיות רק ב15:00 שזה היה מדהים להיכנס מהר לחדר. החדר מאוד גדול, מזמין, נקי ומסודר. חדר שירותים ומקלחת גדול ונקי מאוד! הייתה לי שהות מקסימה שם!

היה לי קצת נמלים בחדר, לא ברור מאיפה הגיעו אבל זה לא הפריע לי כל כך. המזגן היה קצת חלש והים במקלחת היו חמים אבל לא רותחים. חוץ מזה היה מהמם!

Posizione fantastica a due passi da piazza del Popolo, in una via molto Chic, dove si trovano diversi ristoranti ( anche molto rinomati) che porta diretta al BVLGARI hotel e poi a via del Corso e Via dei Condotti. Staff super cordiale e disponibile, avevamo chiesto di entrare prima visto il caldo torrido e siamo stati accontentati di mezz'ora, ma nella mattinata abbiamo potuto usufruire del bagno nella zona comune della struttura più il deposito bagagli. Camera grande, spaziosa con un letto aggiuntivo per posare bagagli vestiti ecc. presente qualsiasi tipo di confort, anche il ferro da stiro con l'asse! Bagno e doccia enormi. Lo staff al momento del check in ci ha dato anche informazioni molto gradite sulla ristorazione (non turistica) in zona, davvero apprezzato.

Nulla, aggiungerei la colazione e un kit di cortesia bagno che mancava.

Room was far smaller and was not as advertised so be aware. The room we actually got was far smaller and worn out than any of the pictures make out. As a previous reviewer said, there was nothing luxurious about it. So I would say it was overpriced for what it was .

The staff also let us leave our luggages at the hotel on check out day since our flight was later in the evening. This allowed us to freely enjoy our last day at Rome without having to carry our luggages with us. I Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and truly enjoyed our time here. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Since we were on our honeymoon, we were touched to find a handwritten card and thoughtful gifts waiting for us in our room. It was such a kind and heartfelt gesture that made our stay even more special. Although we experienced a few minor issues during our stay, they were far outweighed by the warm hospitality and kindness we received. Communication was always friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated all the support throughout our visit. Thank you for making our honeymoon in Rome such a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Cazarea a fost impecabil de curată, confortabilă și amenajată cu bun gust. Personalul de la Ripetta este foarte amabil și disponibil, iar comunicarea cu acestia a fost excelentă pe tot parcursul șederii. Multumim Shiva pentru primirea impecabila! Locația este foarte bună, aproape de principalele atracții și de mijloacele de transport, atat de metrou, cat si de autobuz. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță am reveni. Recomand cu încredere această cazare!

Location was good.

⚠️ WARNING! Our room was burglarized during our stay. At check-in, we were told, "Don't worry, you can even leave your luggage outside your room." Unfortunately, only a few hours later, we experienced the exact opposite. While we were out for dinner for about 2–3 hours, someone broke into our room. When we returned, the door had been forced open, the room was completely ransacked, and our personal belongings, including items with high financial and sentimental value, as well as cash, had been stolen. The incident was officially reported to the Carabinieri (Italian Police), and an investigation was opened. Even more worrying, this was not an isolated incident. Another room on the same floor was also burglarized that same night. The wall-mounted safe and luggage from that room were stolen as well. After the incident, we learned that the security camera covering our corridor was not working. There were also no security cameras at the building entrance or in the main hallways. We were lucky not to be inside the room during the burglary. The fact that someone could enter the rooms so easily made us seriously concerned for our own safety. During our stay, we also noticed twice that housekeeping staff left our room door open after cleaning. We do not know whether this was related to the burglary, but it further reduced our confidence in the property's security. After the burglary, the police inspected our room and we had to spend part of the night at the police station to give our statements. Much of the last night of our holiday was spent dealing with police procedures. The property refunded our accommodation cost, and we appreciate that. However, no satisfactory solution was offered regarding our stolen belongings or the financial and emotional loss we suffered.

Really good location. Host was amazing and responded with help, gave a really good detailed guide as well. Room was nice, clean and definitely worth it in comparison to others around.

Great location, I had a very nice little balcony, room was very well designed and nicely furnished, very cool decor. Loved everything about it. I could relax there on a sunny afternoon and read a novel after a morning of hectic sightseeing.

La limpieza impecable. Está en una buena ubicación, caminé siempre a los lugares turísticos (10 a 30min). Simona súper amable. Fácil acceso con clave digital. Volvería sin duda.

Todo muy bien. Solo por recomendar una máquina dispensadora de agua fría, aunque si pedía me daban botellita, pero sería más práctico.

The location was good, 15 min walkable distance from Pantheon, Trevi fountain. The apartment was very clean and the staff on site was helpful.

The room that we had, had no windows outside, just a small one to the internal yard, therefore the room did not feel pleasant. And the noise that the air con, which was fitted just outside the internal window, made was unbelievably loud. It used to wake me up during the night.

The property was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay in Rome, the location was perfect!

Would highly recommend! Staff were attentive from the moment we checked in and were always on hand to sort out transfers, and give recommendations. The location is only a 10-15 minute walk to major landmarks like the trevi fountain and Spanish steps, making it the perfect destination for your Rome trip, plus the air conditioning is AMAZING!!!
