We had a wonderful stay !! The room was beautiful,very comfortable and had so many lovely details. We especially loved the outdoor area, the pool and the view were absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening.Everything felt peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time !!

The apparent was modern and clean, amazing views and the staff was truly amazing and very helpful. The location was perfect as well with only a short walk into the main town.

I can’t fault our stay

Immaculately clean and very well laid out suite., complete with private balcony and hottub. Every area of this property is cleaned daily by staff who clearly take great pride in their hotel. Headed up by what must be the hardest working man in Santorini, Panos is an amazing host. Timely and prompt communication from before we even left the UK and all the way through the 7 hour delay we had getting there. Even though we did not make it to Kudos Suites until midnight Panos was there to help with our bags, show to our room and tell us about the area. Panos also arranged breakfast for us the following morning which was incredible and well worth the money. They went out of their way to ensure my partners celiac friendly breakfast was every bit as good as mine. He also arranged for a quad we wanted to hire to be brought to the hotel and then helped arrange the taxi back to the airport. We had already made most of our dinner reservations in advance but we did over hear him making reservations for other guests in restaurants. Impeccable customer service. The facilities are great, lovely quite pool area where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and catch some sun, a short easy walk to the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants and a really handy mini market just over the road should you need an snacks. On the whole if you want to go to Santorini you need to book Kudos Suites.

Everything! We cannot fault it. The location was perfect; a five minute walk from the beautiful Fira. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We loved going to the Bakery every morning on our way out exploring the island. Panos, was the most helpful, kind and friendly Host - he couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. From the communication, to arranging our Quad Rental, to local information and Airport Transfers. Panos even gave us fresh beach towels every day. We are so truly grateful. The aesthetic of our apartment was beautiful; spotlessly clean, comfortable and one of the most amazing showers. We loved our private Jacuzzi on our balcony. The Swimming Pool area was wonderful - spotlessly clean, a great shower and comfortable oversized beanbags and beds. The breakfast was delicious; plenty to choose from and beautifully presented and delivered to your apartment. Heaven. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing place to stay in santorini, in a very calm zone but still super accessible by foot to the main areas of Fira, me ans my girlfriend explored all the island by foot and bus while staying here, the heated jaccuzi is the best thing ever, the view is insane, and the staff is super caring and friendly, the main pool is a vibe. Would go here again in the future for sure

Und Dank des netten Herrn an der Rezeption hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt, er war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt, sodass wir die Tage richtig genießen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Alles ist reibungslos abgelaufen und der Rezeptionist ist sehr nett und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Das Zimmer war toll, mit schönem Ausblick und Pool. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Bad geräumig. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir konnten sehr einfach ein Auto vom Hotel aus mieten. Wenn benötigt auch Transfer zum Hafen vorhanden für Aufpreis. Wir konnten auch schon früher einchecken was sehr angenehm war.

The outstanding service is definitely the best part. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, making sure every single one of our needs was taken care of! The room was spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated, and offered a gorgeous view. Both the private jacuzzi and the shared pool were kept sparkling clean!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!! L’hôtel est incroyable, la chambre est magnifique et très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le jacuzzi a bonne température. Je vous conseille vraiment de prendre le petit déjeuner à 15€ il est vraiment excellent. Le personnel est adorable, à l’écoute et disponible 24h/24.

Beautiful property. Quiet enough to be peaceful but only a 5/10 min walk away from all the action. The staff and service were impeccable. Would 100% visit again! Ask for Panos if you do make it out there - he helped make our anniversary trip so so special. Also highly recommend the breakfast, excellent food all freshly made and really good value for money compared to some of the restaurants.

Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war überall sehr sauber. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurden stets gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkte luxuriös und hochwertig. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Firostefani ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Santorini zu erkunden, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Aussichtspunkte sind bequem erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel Kudos uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We had a wonderful experience with Kudos suites. Our flight arrived into Santorini late but we were able to book a smooth transfer from the airport to Kudos suites with help from our host Panos. He greeted us on arrival after hours and welcomed us. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony and private outdoor hot tub. Our room was cleaned every morning and stocked with fresh towels. Panos was so helpful throughout our stay offering tips and advice and always made sure we were looked after with the greatest care. Kudos suites is within 10 mins comfortable walking distance from Fira and close to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend choosing Kudos suites if staying in Santorini.

The breakfast was a lot of food. I could not finish it so I only had it one day. My son and his girlfriend had breakfast several times. If there is down side to the hotel, it would be the inflexibility of adjusting the breakfast. I never thought I would say too much food was an issue.

Besides too much food, I cannot think of anything else that the hotel could do something about.

1. Great location. A short walking distance from Fira, as well as many restaurants. Easy to get to any of the other towns by bus, car, ATV. But far enough from any hustle/bustle so you still feel like you can relax. There is a bus stop 6 min walk away that takes you to Oia. The bus from Oia will drop you off in Fira, about a 15 min walk back to the hotel. 2. The view is from the hotel is beautiful. You can watch the sun rise from bed:) 3. Clean, so clean. Every nook and cranny was SPOTLESS. The paint, floors, outdoor patio/jacuzzi were kept pristine. No cobweb in site, which is highly impressive. 4. The highlight of this accommodation is Panos. He went above and beyond, and his hospitality was unmatched. He communicated with us from the moment we arrived to ensure he could assist us during check-in, since our flight landed later in the evening. Panos helped us come up with an itinerary for our stay and assisted with any bookings (ATV rental, catamaran cruise, restaurant/nightlife recs you name it!). He is highly knowledgeable about the island, and gave us a wealth of information. When it was time to leave, he helped us arrange transport to the ferries, and the driver was professional, vehicle was clean. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort, he took care of us so well. You can tell he puts his whole heart into his family business. The hospitality was unmatched here! 5. Communication was spectacular. It was easy to message and call through WhatsApp. All responses always came in a timely manner. 6. The hotel breakfast was delicious and of high quality. More than enough food for 2 people. 7. I have no negative things to say

I thought I booked somewhere with a caldera view but this looks over the other coast. I didn’t mind, it was more peaceful and accessible. The suites are spotlessly clean, comfortable, have a sea view and jacuzzi and pool. We made use of both. The best part of our stay was the very accommodating Panos. He checked us in efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. He helped us with car hire (bonus of staying here is close by parking). When we had issues with our taxi to the airport not showing up he also helped resolve that. He is a wonderful young man. The housekeeping staff were also exceptional. I would recommend staying here

This was a fantastic place to stay in Santorini. It has a great location in Fira close to lots of things to do and places to eat. It was also extremely clean. Our host Panos was especially helpful and was there to assist us with so many questions that we had helped us with anything we need. We greatly appreciated his service. If we are ever in Santorini again we would definitely stay here again!

Η πιο όμορφη διαμονή μίας ημέρας σε μία από τις καλύτερες σουίτες που έχω διαμείνει! Από τα χαρακτηριστικά της σουίτας που μου έκαναν να εκπλαγώ είναι : η άνεση των χώρων και η διαρρύθμιση, καθώς ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρη και διέθετε δύο τηλεοράσεις και δυο air-condition. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, την ημέρα που διέμεινα είχα να παρακολουθήσω ένα αθλητικό γεγονός και η σύζυγός μου είχε την δυνατότητα να παρακολουθήσει άλλη εκπομπή κατά την ώρα εκείνη. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι πριν την άφιξή μας στο ξενοδοχείο, ερωτηθήκαμε μέσω της πλατφόρμας που έχουμε κάνει την κράτηση από το ξενοδοχείο για τις επιλογές που διαθέτει αναφορικά με το είδος του στρώματος που επιθυμούμε (μαλακό ή σκληρό), κάτι που μας εξέπληξε ιδιαίτερα καθώς η σύζυγός μου ήταν έγκυος και ήταν σημαντική η επιλογή του στρώματος για την διαμονή μας. Τόσο η εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση αλλά και τα ελάχιστα σκαλιά για την πρόσβαση στην σουίτα μας ήταν πραγματικά άλλο ένα πλεονέκτημα που διαθέτει αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο τόσο για την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και για τους ολοκαίνουργιους και πεντακάθαρους χώρους του οποίους διέθετε. Η Infinity pool με θέα θάλασσα και οι άνετες ξαπλώστρες προσέθεσαν άλλη μια πολυτελής εμπειρία στην διαμονή μας. Το σημαντικό και κύριο πλεονέκτημα του συγκεκριμένου ξενοδοχείου είναι η απόσταση του από το κέντρο των Φηρών. Κυριολεκτικά χρειαστήκαμε λιγότερο από 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια για να φτάσουμε στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο των Φηρών. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται δίπλα ακριβώς από mini-market αλλά και δίπλα σε μερικά από τα πιο value for money εστιατόρια του νησιού. Κατά την ημέρα της αναχώρησής μας, επιλέξαμε να πάρουμε το πρωινό μας στην σουίτα μας και αυτό ήταν πραγματικά μοναδική εμπειρία. Ο Παναγιώτης μας σέρβιρε το πρωινό μας σε ένα πλωτό δίσκο με σχήμα καρδιάς, το οποίο ήταν πραγματικά γεμάτο με υπέροχες φρέσκες και χειροποίητες επιλογές πρωινού και το απολαύσαμε στο ιδιωτικό μας τζακούζι.

We loved our stay here! The view of the sunrise was so beautiful from our room. We stayed in the Deluxe Triple which had a hot tub - everything was new and clean. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us suggestions of what to do and where to eat in Santorini. It’s also very close to Fira, only about a 7 min walk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a place to stay in Santorini!!

Ήταν όλα τέλεια ο Παναγιώτης και ο Στέφανος ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι οικογενειακή επιχείρηση με σεβασμό και ευγένεια προς τον πελάτη, τα παιδιά ήταν πάντα εκεί για να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Το δωμάτιο είναι καινούργιο, άνετο ακόμα και για τρία άτομα η Θέα εξαιρετική και πάνω απο όλα ήσυχα ενώ είναι μόλις 2 λεπτά από το κέντρο τον Φηρών. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα παιδιά ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα.

Highly recommend staying at this property. It’s clean, close walking distance to the main part of Thira and the suites are stunning. They are equiped with everything you need for your stay. The property is brand new inside and out and has very modern features throughout. The rooms are equipped with everything you may need and more, from bathroom/shower supplies, a safe, smart tv, comfortable bed, towels for sunbathing & more. It is a family run business and they take pride in ensuring everything is perfect for guests. They really go above and beyond and are so generous. We became ill during our travels to Santorini which progressively became worse during the first days of our stay. The staff here ensured we were transferred to and from the hospital free of charge and sent a local speaker into the reception with us to ensure we were looked after and seen to. I have never felt so looked after before and it was very much appreciated by myself and my wife. Really great people running this place.

The hotel is modern and clean, well located a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Fira and the service was incredible I recommend having the breakfast which for €15 euros each was really good value. There’s a different menu everyday and they bring it up to your room. It was a huge spread and we ate it out on the balcony. The staff were great. Really helpful and really communicative. Helped us rent an ATV on one of the days and took all of the hassle out of it. There is a car park right next to the hotel which was ideal to be able to leave it.

We loved everything about Kudos Suites Firostefani. Our suite was modern and comfy, and our terrace/balcony was lovely. The service was also incredible, with Panagiotis on reception being incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him. The pool area was always so clean and tidy and spacious, and a lovely place to relax. Kudos Suites Firostefani location was great with a view of the sea and sunrise, with the island of Anafi in the distance. Everyone talks about Santorini sunsets, but you're probably out walking/eating dinner while watching the sunsets anyway - having sunrise from your suite like this is amazing. SantAnna is conveniently located very near to the centre of Firostefani, so was just a couple of minutes walk to the caldera path and maybe 10 minutes to the main area of restaurants. This means it's really quiet and calm because it's not immediately on the caldera - so no one walking past really close and nosing into your balcony/pool area! There was also loads of parking space for our car, which meant we could get out and explore the island whenever we wanted to and know we always had a space to come back to exactly 20m from the hotel. Last but not least, the breakfast! This was incredible! We had a lovely variety of great quality food every morning, and eating breakfast on our terrace in the sun was the best start each day. We asked to change our breakfast time quite often as we had different plans on different days, but the team were always really accommodating with this, and it came right on time every day :) Finally, I would like to make a mention of the private jacuzzi provided by the suite I chose, it was set to a specific temperature throughout our stay and was particularly hot, which made us not want to leave our suite! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

The most beautiful suite we’ve ever stayed in. The outstanding staff anticipated our needs and delivered a heavenly stay. Breakfast is overwhelming and you can enjoy the rich food while looking at it. We would like to thank the hotel staff for providing us with breakfast in our beautiful suite and we enjoyed our breakfast on our balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Our jacuzzi was set to a specific temperature throughout our stay and was particularly hot, which made us not want to leave our suite. Amazing swimming pool with great view and nice sunbeds. Finally, we never needed public transportation or any taxi to go to the center of the island, as the hotel is centrally located, next to the caldera and everything we needed such as restaurants, supermarkets and cafes were very close by. In summary, we would like to thank the entire Kudos Suites Firostefani team and the owner Mr. Dionysis for such a unique stay! More specifically, we chose the Honeymoon breakfast along with the room decoration and both my partner and I were completely satisfied. Both the quantity of food and the decor left us speechless.

We stayed in Room 1, which featured a private Jacuzzi — a highlight of our visit! The water was always perfectly warm, allowing us to relax and enjoy it throughout the day and night. From what I noticed, it seems that most, if not all, of the rooms are equipped with a Jacuzzi, which is a fantastic feature. Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast, which was plentiful, delicious, and a wonderful way to start our day. The front desk team was exceptional — very friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. They arranged our airport transfers at very reasonable rates and also helped us with reservations for local activities, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel also offers a beautiful public pool available to all guests, which is a great addition. Although we mostly preferred to relax in our private Jacuzzi, it’s definitely a wonderful option for those who want to enjoy a larger swimming area. Overall, I highly recommend Kudo Suites for anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and convenient stay in Santorini! I wil definetly come back.

Everything was great!

The Customer Service from Planos and his team was exceptional. Panos was incredibly responsive, always asking if there was something he could do when we passed by, and quick to help with restaurant, taxi reservations etc. The room was spotless, large and luxurious. Incredible breakfasts served to your room with enough for four. The private, outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the sea was awesome. 10 minute walk to the major restaurants.

All was excellent

The hotel is brand new and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and made great suggestions for dinner and breakfast spots. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and lying by the pool on a sunny day. The hotel is also really close walking distance to both Fira and Firostefani centres

Initially coming from Oia, we were a bit surprised about the location that didn't feel like we expected - however once you're inside the hotel it is very nice and walking distance from everything. The beds are also very soft and as I am 7 months pregnant I woke up very uncomfortable with bad back pain from the beds, however I just prefer firm beds and someone that likes a soft bed won't have an issue

I liked everything really. Great location only a short walk to town center. Also there was a good restaurants and a shop just beside the apartment. The room was great with the extra long bed. And the hot tub was excellent. Reception were very helpful with food, drink and even marked out some activities/attractions on a map of the island for me!

Very nice accomodation at the centre of Fira. Just minutes away from the Fira central bus station and yet it is quiet during night time. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I LOVED this accomodation. Beautiful property with lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them to organise - they organised for us to go on a sunset catamaran cruise last minute, which we were very thankful for. Rooms were very clean, with the option of housekeeping daily. Located a 5 minute walk into the town was ideal. Would definitely come back here next time I am in Santorini.

I recently stayed at Kudos Apartments and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, and everything was spotless. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Kudos for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

We’ve just finished a four night stay here at Kudos Suites. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The staff, location, cleaniness, facilities etc. If we are ever to come back to Santorini we will most definitely book Kudos suites again.

Beautiful property, staff are excellent and attentive, they provide you with everything you need. Location is the best, your about 5 mins away from main bit of Fira.

Everything was exceptional, the suite was immaculate and roomy. We loved the view at sunrise! The location was great with the restaurant’s overlooking the caldera just a few minute walk. The property is very new and has a luxurious feel. .Our host Panos was the best! He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make our stay amazing. Stay here, you won’t regret it!
