Central Zermatt Hideaway

The location is very good and the room and bathroom were clean.

I had difficulties to find the room and the key because I had 2 different informations. I called the owner and he was very annoyed. He blamed me several times, that I didn't read the information sheed properly instead of being kind and just to help me out. I tried to tell him, I did but there were confusing informations. In the end with his help I found the key and the right room but I felt very bad. He gave me the feeling of being stupid and I couldn't enjoy my stay at all. The sink plug in the bathroom blocked the drain even when it was set open. The towels were very smelly, they need replacement as they seemed to be washed and used to many times which causes that kind of smell. The room was very small and with the owner not being kind it's really not worth the price.

The location, the apartment, the facilities and the cleanliness. Coop and Migros in walking distance. The apartment is 7 minute walking distance from zermatt train station. Best eateries nearby. Most mesmerizing view from the balcony.

I wish there could be a washing machine.

價錢不算低。可是卻是背對馬特洪峰的角落，房間面積小，浴室也小，床也很小，不舒適

Fairly small and a bit expensive, but that seems to be standard for Zermatt

Ligging op wandelafstand van station. Goede badkamer en douche.

Klein appartement met een heel klein bed dat in een hoek staat waardoor je niet aan beide zijden kan in- of uitstappen. Het is erg duur voor wat het is.

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Mir hat die zentrale Lage sehr gut gepasst.

Die Lage war Ideal und nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergaben hat problemlos funktioniert. Das war sehr angenehm und stressfrei, ohne grossen Aufwand. Einrichtung war zweckmässig und sauber und praktisch mit der grosszügigen Küchenzeile.

Lovely, homey little place, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Access to ski room to keep your gear (ski room has a boot drying wall, incredible).

Exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean with lots of helpful information. Excellent communication from owners who are clearly keen to ensure guests have the best possible stay. Lovely quiet location even though it’s just a few minutes from the town centre and station. Balcony with seating is a lovely feature for both mornings and evenings.

Smaller than I imagined - but there’s a floor plan on the property images page so I should have spotted that whilst booking - no fault of the property.

Property was clean and easily located, directions were really easy to follow.

Well maintained and perfect for what I needed it for.
