Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The location was great, bed was very comfortable, there was an iron available to iron clothes which as very useful since we had an event to attend. We travelled in four people and a toddler, and the flat was a good enough size for us. I'd say for five adults it would be too tight.
The only toilet in the flat is inside one of the bedrooms. Since we were in four adults, it was a bit complicated with the toilet, as we had to go inside the bedroom (and be careful not to wake up our friends if they were sleeping) to use the toilet during the night. The boiler needs to be turned on 40mins before showering, which was also not very comfortable since we were coming back late at night with a toddler.

Realmente para nosotros fue una mala experiencia. Ya desde el principio nos esperamos otra cosa, por las fotos que vimos al alquilarlo. Pero nada no fue así, nos encontramos en un apartamento pequeño, asfixiante para 4 personas. Con una mínima terraza. Y con poca privacidad. Todo esto fue, por culpa del mix de fotos, que hay. Te lleva a confusión. Pensé que era un apartamento amplio con gran terraza, pero para fue así. Tampoco me gusto la zona, esta al lado de la plaza omonia, donde desgraciadamente hay mucha gente tirada en la calle y toxicómano.

The apartment was on a ground level so not a lot of natural light coming in (if that's what you want), but in summer it was nice, because it didn't got too hot. Nice big smart TV, comfy beds, everything was very modern and clean. The host had left coffee.
The couch is not the most comfortable.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Velice se mi zamlouvala lokalita i vybavení pokoje. Z ubytování se dá dojít pěšky do historického centra a v nejbližším okolí je spousta restaurací, barů a kaváren. Ulice jsou v okolí krásně barevné a pestré.
V noci šlo k mé posteli světlo a hluk z ulice. Hodně špatně se mi usínalo, protože za vstupními dveřmi, které byly hned vedle mé postele, pořád někdo chodil a nahlas mluvil nebo kolem pořád projížděla auta s hlasitou hudbou.

There’s a coffee machine but they don’t leave you not even a capsule. That is a nice detail and the cost it’s minimal. Since we arrived late and stayed for 1 night we did not buy the box of capsules. No shampoo either in the shower. All those things are nice to have when your stay is short. Bed was comfortable although small in my opinion.

Nous sentions une très forte odeur de cigarette/fumée en rentrant dans le logement. La rue étant passante avec un bar en face et l’isolation sonore de la porte inexistante, on entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dehors. Difficile pour dormir.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Tha apartment is located within a 15 minutes walk from the Akropolis, so its a great starting point for sightseeing. It not the most modern or fancy, but got all You need to freshen up after a long day, prepare meals and rest. The temeprature inside is also very comfortable even without having to turn on AC. A very comfortable bed is a plus. Also, a nice restaurant - Ouzeri Lesvos - is very nearby (mind though, that it fits most for a feast in a bigger group).
The apartment is on a street level, and its separated from it by the openwork (very solid, though) steel door. This means, that You hear all the noises from the street inside. If You travel in a bigger group, a bedroom which is on the route from the kitchen and living room to the bathroom migh also be problematic (for a pair its not a problem). There are also no windows in the apartment, but You don't choose such an apartment for the views :).

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Great stay overall, we enjoyed it a lot! The bathroom is great, the AC was amazing in the summer heat and the whole apartment is very modern. The only downsides are that the neighborhood was a bit dirty and smelly at times, and one of the beds/mattresses was really uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep well and woke up with hip pain.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La struttura era pulita e con tanti elettrodomestici: macchinetta del caffe, lavatrice, fornetto e piastra induzione. C’erano due impianti per l’aria condizionata, funzionanti.
La stanza era al piano strada senza finestre in una zona non molto sicura e pulita di Atene. Nessuno ci ha accolti e per prendere le chiavi della struttura ci hanno mandato diversi messaggi molto complessi: aprire un portone con un codice, entrare nell’atrio ed aprire due cassette della sicurezza con ulteriori codici per prendere le chiavi, uscire dal portone ed andare al piano strada in quello che da fuori sembra un garage senza finestre e senza luce naturale. Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo un appartamento per 5 persone e ci siamo ritrovati con solo due letti matrimoniali e quello che doveva essere un divano letto era solo un divano non apribile. Abbiamo contattato subito la proprietaria che ci ha detto che in una camera era appoggiata una brandina da usare come letto… la proprietaria ha continuato a dirci che il divano della struttura era comodo da usare come letto, inutile dire che la persona che ha dormito lì per 4 notti ha la schiena piegata dal dolore. Dopo la discussione al telefono per farci cambiare appartamento, la proprietaria ha proposto di farci il reso del soggiorno ma ormai era sera ed era impossibile trovare un’altra sistemazione. Il giorno dopo la chiamata la proprietaria ha contattato booking per risarcirci €30 (con le spese amministrative €27,93) che equivalgono alla spesa della 5ª persona aggiuntiva. Siamo contenti che lei abbia capito il problema, ma questa struttura non può essere minimamente prenotata per 5 o 6 persone come la signora ha dichiarato di poter accogliere. Malgrado tutto, se si è in 4 persone la struttura ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, peccato che dalle foto non facciano vedere realmente l’appartamento di 10mq in cui siamo stati, senza finestre neppure in bagno, e pieno di umidità.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Gute öffentliche Anbindung. Ron hat alle Informationen vorab und rechtzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt. So war alles klar und einfach zu finden. Sehr empfehlenswert und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, und antwortet zuverlässig und schnell.
Kein Aufzug vorhanden, daher etwas anstrengender hochzukommen in das Penthouse. Für ältere Personen eher ungeeignet. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft :)

Районът около апаратамент е изключително кофти. Пълно е с престъпна дейност наоколо и изобщо човек не се чувства сигурно щом излезе навън от апартаментаз

Reviewed May 1, 2026I didn’t like anything about the apartment as The ad and photos were deceiving. it is a garage/street store that they transformed into an apartment.
It is a very deceiving advertisement and I informed the management that I can t climb the stairs due to a disability in my back and they offered another apartment on the street level but it also had stairs inside to climb to the bedroom (it looked like a cave with no windows and had steel covered doors similar to the prison doors). It seems the building is in a bad neighborhood as I was told by people on the street (graffiti all over and some empty buildings and unoccupied stores. It is close to EXARCHEIA square which is considered the anarchist area in Athens). After informing the management that I am not able to use this apartment due to my disability they showed no sensitivity about my medical condition and would not refund my money as their main concern is to deceive clients and take their money

Αναφέρομαι σε ένα από τα ισογεια δαμερισματσιΔε είναι σπίτι. Προέρχεται από αλλαγή χρήσης για αυτό δεν υπάρχει κανένα παράθυρο στο χώρο. Είναι καταθλιπτικό και μη αεριζόμενο. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι βρίσκεται στο πεζοδρόμιο, ένα στενό πεζοδρόμιο,με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει τρομερή φασαρία από το δρόμο καθως είναι πολυσύχναστη περιοχή. Πολλοί περνάνε από έξω και χτυπούν το βράδυ τη μεταλλική πόρτα . Δεν κοιμηθήκαμε από τη φασαρία. . Στο εσωτερικό,στο πίσω δωμάτιο και στο επάνω ,ακουγόταν ένας μηχανικός θόρυβος πάνω από την γυψοσανίδα. Ήταν περιοδικός . Δεν καταλάβαμε τι ήταν. Το μπάνιο έχει ένα μικρό παράθυρο για εξαερισμό, βρίσκεται κάτω από επίπεδο του δρόμου αλλά δεν τολμάς να το ανοίξεις γιατί δεν υπάρχει σίτα ,και φοβάσαι μη μπει ποντίκι.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Спасибо за уютную квартиру! Жаль, что мы так мало времени запланировали на отдых у вас. Было чисто, понятно как зайти в квартиру, предусмотрено всё для комфортного проживания (есть фен, утюг, телевизор, кофемашина и т.д.). Большое спасибо!

Il manque un peu d’équipement de cuisine de base (huile,vinaigre,poivre…)
