Location was fine

There was a noisy ventilation fan that couldn't be switched off. The fridge made a loud noise, I had to power it off to be able to sleep. Construction was happening literally next to the building, it was really noisy during the day. A lot of noise issues, I couldn't get much sleep, wearing earplugs is a must. No lift, stairs are narrow, could be tricky if you carry a large suitcase.

This was the best stay I think I’ve ever had, and the staff was by far the highlight. The introduction when I was checking in was so in depth, and the staffs English was wonderful as well, which was a surprise. He also gave me a map along with recommendations on where to go to sightsee and eat, along with even giving me safety tips, it was a wonderful experience and I truly felt cared about. The room was wonderful, extremely clean, the cleaning staff was extremely fast and detail oriented. I 100% recommend staying here, and I will definitely be staying again

There is no elevator, but the highest floor is the 3rd floor and there’s not too many stairs, so not a problem

Нам все понравилось, но имейте ввиду что с большими чемоданами подниматься придется по лестнице без лифта, если вы живете на верхних этажах

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, in einer etwas ruhigeren Gegend. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles.

I like the lighting design in bed room and bathroom are nice, thé kitchen is nice, thé project is nice but the remote doesn’t work well.

It’s difficult to control water temperature at shower, and the bed frame cut shin easily when climbing to bed.. ; it’s difficult to lock the door.

The staff were very helpful and nice the location was just off main street restraunts and shops 2 mins away only 10 15 mins from the centre a loverly little place

Très bon accueil, la chambre est propre, le balcon est très agréable avec chaises et table . L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le district 1 , au fond d'une impasse ce qui fait que l'on a aucun bruit de circulation ( très rare dans une grande ville) Il y a un arrêt de bus ( n° 93 ou n° 150 ) qui nous amène directement aux centres d'intérêts comme le marché de Cholon Tout a été parfait

Ik zat op de 3e verdieping en hoorde een aggregator ook snachts. Maakte veel lawaai. Oordoppen aanbevolen. En ik miste een kleine lamp bij het bed en/ of tafel. Er was alleen groot licht.

In the middle of district 1 which has a lot of large hotels that don't really give you the homely Vietnamese homely feel that this small 6 bedroom hotel gives you.At the end of a small original ally is this converted house which has been nicely turned into a hotel.It's magical if you want this vibe in the middle of a large city. If you want all the big hotel amenities don't book it but the bonus is there is a old fashion cobblers in the alley which repaired my broken suitcase for about £1.50 .At the entrance of the ally there are 2 coffee shops and around the area there many good places to eat ,ranging from street food to Aircon restaurants ...the coffee culture around the area is 😎 cool..stayed in the rear rooms 102,202,302 ...the front the hotel have a balcony onto the ally 😚

Please let everyone know there are a lot of stairs to the top floor in case anyone cannot do stairs and requires a lift .If your a able person it's no problem.

La chambre était propre. La literie est confortable. Il y a de l eau chaude. Nous avions un balcon. Il y a un video projecteur connecté. Le logement est situé dans une impasse au calme. Nous avons pu louer un scooter à proximité (5min de marche). Il y a une climatisation qui fonctionne bien et peu bruyante.

Location was great, close to convenience stores, food etc. Quiet escape and the alley entrance and front of hotel was so cute and magical. We unfortunately dodnt get as much rest time as we would have liked to use the projection screen more :( Outdoor table and chairs on balcony and plants - veey comfortable and enjoyable. Air con worked great. Separate kitchenette space as well. Good comminication via whatsapp too

The stairs are a killer when you are on top floor lol, but we got used to it. Shower pressure was not great and took awhile to heat up but very spacious and plenty of toilet paper and toiletries. No soap but there was body wash. Much appreciated. If you drink normal tea (we are Australian) bring your own lol. And buy milk and sugar lol

We had a mixed stay at Aire living (more below). That said there were positives. The staff were very nice and tried hard to resolve/compensate the issues we had. They were also helpful in letting us leave our bags at the property before and after we had to check out. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location is decent you’re a 20min walk away from most attractions and close to some very nice coffee shops.

The rooms are generally old and in need of a serious deep clean - the bathroom had a large patch of mould and most of the fixtures are rusty and dirty. Everything provided was old and didn’t always look clean - yellowing sheets, towels with stains on them. Some of the furniture was broken e.g. wardrobe drawers. There was minimal cooking equipment and cutlery - literally just enough for one cup each, one mug each etc. Some smaller issues like the fridge minibar was not stocked properly.

Gegend ist super, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gemütliche Kaffes gleich uns Eck wo man auch frühstücken kann. Grosser und ruhiger Balkon, da in einer kleinen Sackgasse gelegen sehr ruhig. ..ausser der Hahn ab 5:00 ;) Personals super freundlich, Erklärvideos über WhatsApp. Gutes Wlan - Videomeeting funktioniert!

Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen, ist einfach und mit Herz.

Für mich war Airie Living eine sehr gute Wahl! Bestens gelegen, mittendrin, dennoch ruhig. Ich laufe gerne und konnte daher alles zu Fuß erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation lief perfekt, vor und während meines Aufenthalts! Das es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt und das Gepäck nach oben getragen werden muss, war mir vorab bekannt und für mich kein Problem! Auch, dass das Taxi aufgrund der engen Gasse nicht bis vor die Haustür fahren kann. Die Küchenzeile ist mit den notwendigsten Dingen ausgestattet, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, etwas Besteck, Teller, Schalen, ich konnte mir damit mein Frühstück gut zubereiten. Man sollte allerdings nicht die Erwartung haben, dass man sich mit den Utensilien eine aufwändige Mahlzeit kochen kann. Warum auch? HCMC ist ein Food-Paradies… Restaurants, Straßenküchen, Cafés überall!

The room was clean, nice and warm just and more than advertised. Owner was very responsive and kind, and did everything she could to help us. Kitchen near family room was very useful. The kids loved the projectors!

No elevator, so cimbing up to the 3rd floor where we stayed was a little tiring.

Room was comfortable, worked well for us, staff were helpful and wanted to ensure everything was ok. Great communication throughout our stay.

The two young ladies who work on reception are polite, professional and marvellous and both communicated clearly with our needs and wishes in mind. Hats off to both of them for a job well done. The place itself in real Saigon, down a quiet alleyway, a short walk from the main road and bus stop. Public buses take you direct to Ben Thanh by the way. The room was spacious and had all mod cons. The shower was refreshingly hot and the bed comfortable. It is a home from home and very suitable not just for people wishing to stay in HCMC for a night or two but excellent location and value for those wanting a base there for longer. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations in many ways. When I booked, I was contacted by the staff on WhatsApp and they offered to assist me with my luggage. They were very responsive with their messages. When I checked in the staff were friendly and I had the option of paying with cash or card (other places I stayed were cash only). The room was very clean and spacious, and there was a large fridge, stove, microwave, and kettle. I didn't use all the items but would have if I stayed longer. The bathroom was very stylish and clean and there were basic amenities available for use. The towels smelled freshly laundered and the shower is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable (on the firm side which I prefer) and there was a projector with Netflix available. I didn't use this as my stay was short but I was impressed by it. The door is locked at the doorknob and has a chain so I felt safe at night. When I checked out, the staff were able to hold my luggage for the rest of the day before my flight in the evening. I had such a wonderful stay here and I will certainly come back next time I am in Ho Chi Minh city :)

As the area is under construction, the path to the hotel is a bit bumpy and dusty and there is some construction noise during the day. I imagine once construction is finished this won't be a problem. There is also no lift at the accommodation. I am happy to take stairs but if you have limited mobility this may be difficult for you, especially with luggage. Not much to complain about overall though!

Very nice hotel, it’s central in Ho Chi Minh, everything is nearby. The area is quite compared to other hotel stays in Ho Chi Minh. the stuff is really nice. The girls helped us with everything. Our room was clean and really big. Kitchen is also available. Even if we had some difficult requests, the girls helped us as much as they could. Perfect stay, thank you!!!

It’s in an alley. Very quiet in a busy street. Love the room with the ‘moon’ and beamer. This hotel only has stairs. Really recommend this hotel in Saigon

Thuy and Que Lam helped to make this a wonderful stay. I can't begin to list all of the wonderful ways they helped me to adjust to a new environment. Whenever I travel to Ho Chi Minh City, I will stay at this hotel, because I know these two wonderful people will be there to help make my stay a very pleasant one.

Things to like: it's pretty quiet (hard to find in vn 😄), comfortable bed and family room has a nice balcony. Things to dislike : water pressure is very low in the shower and there is a bit of mold on the ceiling, they don't clean that well (my room had spiderwebs all over the ceiling) , a good amount of ants crawling around the ac unit (one was on my ear on the bed), some rooms are on the 4th floor (no elevator for those with luggage something to consider). Yet somehow it's 5 stars on Google 😂... Yeah, it's a comfortable place with some fixable issues and a decent location. I don't think there's much value with what the price is currently.

The stay was good - please consider accessibility requirements if you’re a person of reduced mobility. The property does not have an elevator. The staff was extremely helpful. There are v cute cafes around as well - recommend you try them out. The property is not centrally located. You would need a grab to the attractions like Walking Street and the very centre. Short ride. Was quite disappointed with their airport transfer service - the driver and the receptionist blamed it on traffic which I understand - but should this not have been planned for earlier…

The place was very nice and cozy! I appreciated that it was very quiet and still in a great location as well. The bed was more firm than I'm used to, but it's expected here. No complaints, and everything was great. I was greeted by friendly staff to make sure everything was great at check-in!

An excellent service and good communication with the staff. This hotel is perfectly located near the main points of interest. 7Eleven shop is nearby and a few restaurants around you may want to visit. There are 3 coffee shops just around the corner - must visit. They provide a fast WiFi and the room was equipped with a projector which worked surprisingly well - no screen share/mirror link support though. It was great for YouTube. It was a good value for money to stay in this hotel.

Please consider you will have to use steps. If you are a person of reduced mobility or using the steps is not your favourite excercise - you may dislike it. For us, a young couple, it was ok.

The Hotel was about 15 mins walk to the central district 1 location. Most tours do not offer pick up from this location even though it is in district 1. Hotel was clean and well presented. However there is limited access from the main road so you have to drag your luggage about 100m to uneven road to get to the hotel. Grab taxi will not drop you till the hotel doorstep. The hotel also has no elevator therefore either you do the heavy lifting or the staff will have to drag your bags up to one of the three floors to get your baggage up and bring it down. We ended sharing the load with the staff when we checked in but when we checked we were doing the lifting by ourselves ( no fault of the staff here as we checked out early). Staff was courteous and well presented. They were eager to help in anyway to make our stay comfortable and also allowed us early checkin as it was low season when we went here.

Area of town was great.

Room so dirty I had to leave. The manager was very helpful and apologized, but it definitely needs some love! Like actually cleaning the floors and surfaces, and the stairs, and the entire kitchen. Some new paint covering the endless stains on the walls would be a quick uplift too! Photos made it look amazing! It’s mediocre at best, even if it was clean. Again, nice owners.

Should consider to waive the fee on credit card payments . First it makes the price on booking not matching and second it’s not aligned with contemporary standards.

Our room was at the third floor and there is no elevator so keep that in mind if you are travelling with heavy luggage like we did! A part from that, all was comfortable and good!

There isn't 24 hour security + every guest just has a code to the main gate, so if you're concerned about safety I would say this spot is a little less secure than somewhere with a 24 hour front desk, but we had no safety issues. The only negative experience we had — which was not the hotel's fault — was that police came to our room at 10:30pm on our first day (when we were jetlagged/exhausted/already asleep) demanding to check our passports. Apparently this is a routine thing police do with hotels in Vietnam, but in 30+ years of coming here to visit family I've never experienced it and it was irritating/a little alarming to be woken up for what felt like bureaucratic security theater.

Location is good, even though the property is in an alley, main road is hardly 2min walk. Cafes, restaurants and convenience stores are nearby Rooms are spacious. Projector with Netflix was fun too. 24hours Hotline was very prompt and helpful.

There is no elevator, need to carry your luggage by stairs. Housekeeping was done daily.
