Drift Backpackers Hostel

One of the best hostels in Hanoi , the common area has a pool where you can play with different fellow travelers. Such a lively and sociable place. Dorms are good and have a good space. Breakfast here is also very tasty and full filling. Overall I would rate it 10/10 everything that you expect from the hostel it's here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay in the heart of Hanoi! We had a really pleasant stay at Drift Backpackers Hostel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter and very close to St. Joseph’s Cathedral, cafés, restaurants, and many of the main attractions. It was very convenient for exploring Hanoi. The room and beds were comfortable and clean, and the hostel had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was one of the highlights—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we had questions or needed information. We also really enjoyed the common areas and the overall backpacker atmosphere. For the price, location, comfort, and service, we felt it was excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend Drift Backpackers Hostel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again! 🇻🇳❤️

Ithe only thing I didn’t like is the the space of the dormitory. It was very small and crowded. It would be nice if it was more spacious

El desayuno está muy bien y ese comedor es muy chill, un espacio muy relajante donde empezar el día. Facilidad para dejar la mochila durante todo el día antes del checkin o después del checkout

No había wifi en las habitaciones, solo en recepción y en el comedor

Wir hatten leider mit unseren Dorm-Kollegen etwas Pech, durften aber Problemlos das Zimmer wechseln. Sind auch nach dem Ha Giang Loop wiedergekommen :)

La ubicación

Una experiencia bastante decepcionante. El principal problema fue la actitud del personal, que se mostró desinteresado y poco atento durante la estancia. La limpieza fue apenas regular y las instalaciones evidencian falta de mantenimiento, especialmente los baños. La ducha estaba en muy malas condiciones: el agua salía por diferentes partes en lugar de hacerlo correctamente por el cabezal, algo que claramente requiere reparación. Lo más llamativo fue la falta de atención al huésped. Al momento de marcharme, ni siquiera advirtieron mi salida, lo que refleja el nivel de desinterés que percibí durante toda la estancia. El hotel podría mejorar considerablemente con mayor mantenimiento, mejores estándares de limpieza y, sobre todo, un personal más comprometido con la atención al cliente.

Perfect location and budget friendly. Clean washrooms and we booked Ha long bay tour with them which was also a good decision. They provided everything needed.

Mi cama no era muy limpia y el baño no era muy limpio pero por ese precio no se puede pedir más

They very very accomodate and helped me check in early and also find the way to the bus stop.

It was difficult to communicate with no common language and the guests in my room did not sleep till 2 am

Servicio al cliente excelente, el desayuno básico pero muy bueno y el precio imposible de superar. El guardado de cosas muy práctico y seguro. Las conexiones de recarga en cada cama perfectas. $2.5 por noche es increíble realmente excelente. Si quieres gastar más por más privacidad se entiende pero si lo que quieres es ahorrar y dormir bien este lugar es excelente. Cercano a todo y el complejo de Ho chi min tomas un grab y por menos de$2 dollars te lleva.

Завтрак нормальный и на ресепшне сидят толковые внятные люди и технический персонал хорошо убирается.

Нет женской комнаты. Шум общих комнатных вентиляторов и слишком громкий шум вентиляторов в каждой полке - ощущение что в комнате трактор. Нельзя включить в полке только свет, чтоб вентилятор отдыхал. Полки повернуты узкой частью (вход-выход)- поэтому воздуха внутри мало.

Il faisait trop chaud dans les chambre de 12 , quand on est loin de la clim et dans le lit du haut on étouffe même avec le petit ventilateur de lit allumé

De locatie is perfect! Uitgebreid ontbijt en fijne bedden.

Alles was goed vond ik! Badkamers in hostels kunnen altijd ietsje schoner maar vond het allemaal prima hier, ben tevreden.

Towel had to be rented separately

The air condition is cool enugh for the room. And the breakfirst is good enugh for the room price. The bed size is big enugh as well.

Thanks for upgraded my beb. But it seems the room has less towel for the full six beds. Fortunately I was the third guest in the room abd used tge last towel. It will be much better if we can rent a lock for our locker, such as 5000/day with a depisit.

2段ベットの上が寝返りを打つとすぐミシミシ音が鳴っていたので、自分も深夜快眠できず、ルームメイトにも申し訳なくなりました。

A cama é confortável, a localização é excelente e o café da manhã é muito bom.
