Too much noise, you can hear people from your room. If there is a wedding, get ready you can hear it as if you are in the ballroom. I left the hotel after 1 night instead of 2. That day as I couldn’t rest in my room.

They need to renew the property, the bedroom was clean but we can see that it’s not well maintained.

It’s a dated hotel and not well maintained. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars. Also bit out of the way and nothing around the hotel so need to book taxis to get around.

I got trapped in the bathroom as the wood got stuck on door and I could not get out. Extremely distressed as I was there on my own.

The access little bit dark, in the night but it was totally good for enjoy the ambience and for quality time

The staff once we were on site were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is very impressive. The breakfast was quite good and the food we had in the restaurant was great. Staff there also friendly and efficient. One of our rooms had a toilet block (not great) but it was attended to quickly.

This hotel is not very suitable for larger families. The rooms contain 1 large bed which cannot be split into two. There are no connecting rooms. There are no cots available. We travelled with 8 adults and 7 children. This meant that mums and dads had to split between two rooms and share the bed with children. We were attending a wedding so needed to stay on site for child minding. The communication with the hotel was terrible. It took considerable effort to confirm the room set ups and our request for an additional bed to be added to the room could not be done. One of the rooms endured a block toilet in the morning and the air conditioning stopped on the second day. The rooms are very clean but definitely show age, wear and tear.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Wifi worked well. Got a free upgraded room. (disappointing though) Had a 2am checkin which was fine with hotel.

Location wasn't great - Dreamland beach wasn't 1km away as you can't cross the river it's more like 8kms away (listed as 1km away. not true). no nearby cafes/restaurants for convenience. Buffet breakfast - paid extra and was disappointed with selection. all food was cold, dry or slimy, not worth the money each morning Additional amenities - no pool bar, spa was permanently closed at time of reservation, no hot tub General room - no outlets near the beds as listed (only one near the mini fridge), room and furniture was run down. Has been 3+ months since reservation and no refund or credit has been issued for false and misleading information. Booking.com has tried to contact property with no response. as per the guidelines nothing can be issued until they respond. I stayed one night 2am-10am when we decided to leave as this isn't what we booked from the website. we wanted a relaxing accomodation with everything we need (pool/spa/food) was very disappointed in what we got.

No hay enchufes al lado de la cama lo que imposibilita la conexión de celulares. El gimnasio es muy malo y no cumple con el standard de un hotel de esa calidad.

L’accueil et le service du personnel. Le lit était le plus confortable de tout mon séjour à Bali. la vue est magnifique sur l'océan et l'hôtel est à 15-20 minutes des endroits intéressant les plus proche. Il est dans un parc de golf donc très propre les alentours. la plage dreamland est très proche.

L'emplacement est bien mais il faut compter 5-10 minutes pour sortir du parc de golf en grab à chaque fois. Je pense que j'avais une chambre en rénovation car les finitions était mal faites mais cela n'était pas dérangeant

Das Hotel Ululani hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sind die Zimmer sehr schön und die großen Betten sorgen für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Badezimmer sind typisch für Bali und absolut angemessen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Negativ aufgefallen ist, dass das Hotel inzwischen einige deutliche Gebrauchsspuren aufweist und an manchen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Außerdem liegt es etwas abgelegen, sodass man für die meisten Ausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche auf ein Taxi oder einen Roller angewiesen ist. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Старый ремонт. Видно что все давно не ремонтировалось все потерто, хотелось бы ремонт гораздо свежее. Касается и номеров и лобби и других мест внутри отеля. Плохое расположение недорогих номеров. Доплата только за вид из номера. Качество номеров относительно не очень. Есть неприятный запах иногда. Особенно в ванной.

the pool was very nice and the lobby styling is modern. food was great at the restaurant in the lobby. 24 hour room service is good. minimart in the hotel lobby is very convenient. also motorbike rental in the lobby is decently priced and convenient to have close by if you want to explore beaches. we went to el kabron one night and the location is beautiful but be aware it is very expensive.

the first room we got put into was not great (room 5726), paint peeling everywhere, mold in lots of places, balcony balustrades were not securely attached, bathroom door did not close (like at all), floor was very dirty, blinds into the bathroom were stained, shower had mold and was stained yellow, sinks had mold in the silicone underneath, lights above bed didn’t work, room smelled musty and power went out twice, no power point next to the bed (room was listed with that), sink taps had been painted over but were still rusting through, we weren’t given hand soap or hand towels but after we expressed our concern they moved us to the same style room (room 5756) but it was much nicer with updated shower heads and tiles with no issues and had a fresh coat of paint with all the amenities in good condition. gym is a bit dilapidated. no safe in room.

Too old tapware, swollen and binding doors, outdated amenities. We had booked a couple of rooms and for one of the them the main door latch got stuck and for the other one the battery ran out leaving us without access. Staff was very prompt and allocated another room.

Booking rides are twice as expensive because the Ululani is in a surrounded cliff. You can walk the cross section at dreamland beach to get normal rates and less travel time.

Paid for view, no views as trees surround the whole property. Also hot water is yellow… two sinks, try for yourself one cold one hot… hot is DEEP YELLOW

Из плюсов: очень живописная локация прямо среди гольф-полей, хорошая дорога (что для Улувату редкость), приятное соотношение цена–качество. Удобно, что в самом отеле есть хорошая прачечная, что вообще находка для района. Также есть мини-маркет на первом этаже, ресторан и выход на крышу.

Из минусов: номера довольно старые и местами обшарпанные. Но если ехать без завышенных ожиданий, то это вполне классный вариант, чтобы провести пару дней.

The bed, was giant and very comfortable

I always feel so good when staying at Ululani. What you get for the price is absolutely amazing. The rooms are sooo big, and very well equipped, the staff incredibly friendly (particularly Hendra who was so kind to me during my stay and helped me with any requests I had), Asas and Sarah were also super kind when helping me to checkout. I’ve been staying here in a couple of different occasions and everytime I felt super comfortable, safe and well looked after 🫶 Balagan Caffe is also so good, great coffee, tasty pizza and beautiful ocean views, and again incredibly friendly staff 🫶 Ah and the ocean view from the hotel’s rooftop are spectacular

Wifi in the room wasn’t working very well

This is a very large hotel, and the lobby is quite impressive when you first arrive. Every morning there are musicians playing traditional Balinese music with bamboo instruments similar to xylophones, which creates a really nice and authentic atmosphere to start the day. The room was very spacious. There were three of us, and we had more than enough space. Our child even had room to play comfortably, which made a big difference for us. The internet worked well in the room, with plenty of routers along the corridors to ensure good coverage, and the air conditioning was reliable and effective. Breakfast was included and served as a buffet. Once you figure out what you like, it’s very enjoyable. There was white and brown sandwich bread and a wide variety of pastries, which we especially appreciated after spending a month in Bali and missing these kinds of options. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything they could. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay in a well-run, spacious hotel. Ah! I forgot, the hotel finally finished the swimming pool, that's a good point because I saw many complaints about this, but no more, you can enjoy it now.

Although the room was cleaned every morning, the floor still felt dusty. If you walked barefoot, your feet would end up a bit dirty, especially if you stepped out onto the terrace. The surroundings are generally pleasant, but from some balconies facing the golf course you can see quite a lot of rubbish. Even if this area is not directly managed by the hotel, it would be great to see some effort to keep it cleaner from time to time. The hotel feels a bit dated. It must have been very beautiful around 15 years ago, but now it could use some extra care and maintenance to bring it back to its former charm. The beach is not within walking distance and the hotel does not offer a shuttle service, so you need to use a motorbike or taxi. Dreamland Beach is the closest one, but during the time of our visit it was far from a “dreamland”: very little sand, a lot of rubbish, and the area felt rather neglected. I assume this is very seasonal and that it’s probably quite different during the summer months, when there are fewer storms and the beach has been cleaned.

Добрый день! Очень дружелюбный персонал. Комфортная обстановка. Беспроблем арендовали байк на необходимое количество дней, выдали шлемы, даже на ребёнка нашёлся размер. Очень хорошие завтраки, шведский стол, большой выбор: мясо, овощи, фрукты, десерты. Смело рекомендуем отель.
