Het ontbijt was goed, je moet echter geen ontbijtbuffet verwachten. Je krijgt een voucher (één p.p. per dag) waarmee je één item van de ontbijtkaart en twee drankjes mag bestellen (of meer tegen bijbetaling). We hebben er heerlijk ontbeten!

Staff generally not recommendable for work in customer facing roles except the chap working hard quite alone to serve all breakfast guests. I rate including breakfast which at this place means you can only have a bowl of granola or a croissant not both. Room was generally very cold and there is no way to turn up the heating. Interior walls are concrete so for example of when you shower in the bathroom, the whole place smells like wet concrete, unpleasant. There were two spoons on the floor in the corridor, they stayed there throughout my three nights stay so clearly whoever cleans the corridor keeps them there as part of the decoration?

Not so easy to get taxi, metro is 10 minutes walking distance. The bed is a bit dusty, and not well prepared.

The staff was very polite, the room was clean and quiet. The bed was excellent for us. There was always hot water in the bath. There was a path which lead you (in about 10 minutes by feet) strait to a very convenient metro station just 20 minutes from city center. Recommended.

The surround area is under construction (not hotel area). But is just esthetic not a big deal.

Amsterdam is an expensive city, and considering that, this was a nice and affordable alternative. I wasn't quite sure whether it was a hostel or a hotel, as it felt like a student residence with a touch of hotel comfort. The rooms were spacious and pleasant, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Our room included a cooking hob, fridge, kettle, and Nespresso machine. However, there were no cups provided, although you can borrow kitchenware from the shared kitchen areas. We also missed having washing-up liquid and a sponge, but for a two-night stay it wasn't a major issue. Some maintenance would be beneficial, as both the shower and sink drained quite slowly and could do with being unblocked from time to time. Also, if having a TV is important to you, be aware that there isn't one in the room.Before our stay, I requested two rooms next to each other and was assured this would be possible, but unfortunately that didn't happen in the end. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found it good value for money. However, despite the positives, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.

Vuile kamer gekregen bij aankomst (afwas die er stond en gerief van iemand anders), moeten wachten en andere kamer gekregen die ook niet helemaal proper was voor ons. Dus voelden ons niet helemaal op ons gemak. Locatie: wouden de metro nemen maar bleek dat we enkel met cash konden betalen wat we natuurlijk niet hadden, dus moesten verder stappen naar volgende halte.

A very interesting location and a convenient option if you are travelling by car. There is parking nearby, and the metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, with a direct line to the city centre. The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. The windows face the railway station, so there is some train noise, but our room was on the 9th floor and it did not bother us much.

Très très bon hôtel ! Nous nous y sommes rendus en couple du 16 au 17 juillet, pour le concert de The Weeknd au Johann Cruijf Arena. Étant arrivés tôt, nous avons laissé nos bagages dans leur salle réservée à cet effet, ils nous ont donné des petites étiquettes (sur lesquelles nous devons écrire nos noms) à mettre dessus, ce qui assure la sécurité. Le personnel est dans l’ensemble très gentil, l’hotêl est très propre, calme et design. La chambre, bien que très spacieuse, manque un petit peu de décoration. Énorme plus pour le lit queen size, c’est certainement le lit le plus confortable dans lequel j’ai dormi de ma vie. Tout fonctionne avec la carte de la chambre, que ça soit l’entrée de l’hotel, l’ascenseur, etc. Le check-out se fait à 10h mais le petit-déjeuner se fait jusqu’à 11h. Il est d’ailleurs bon et se passe dans une très belle salle. La station de métro est assez proche de l’hotel, il y avait 2-3 arrêts avant l’arena.
Si je reviens à Amsterdam, je n’hésiterais pas à revenir.

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à trouver l’hotel en raison de chantiers mais ce n’est pas un problème. Il n’y avait pas de télévision non plus (mais nous n’en avions pas besoin vu qu’on avait un concert).

Clean and simple hotel, good facilities and in a quiet part of the city.

We only got supplied one set of towels, even though we booked for two people. I went down to ask for another set in the reception but got told they were closing the bar so they would see if they had time. We waited in the room for a while but alas no towels so I graciously gave the one we had to my girlfriend while I had to air-dry before sleeping.

Everything in the room designed very ergonomically and esthetically pleasing. I was surprised that they have a nice hairdryer, normally I have to take my own one to really style and dry my long hair.

Die Sauberkeit war leider bei Weitem nicht ausreichend und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel. Im Badezimmer fand ich hinter einer Shampooflasche des Hotels noch den Rasierer der vorherigen Gäste. Unter den «dekorativ» auf dem Tisch platzierten Coffee-Table-Books lagen zudem noch Notizen und Dokumente anderer Gäste. Besonders irritierend war ausserdem die Situation auf dem Flur vor meinem Zimmer: Dort standen während meines gesamten Aufenthalts ein Teller und ein Messer. Der Stapel bzw. die darauf liegenden Gegenstände veränderten sich allerdings regelmässig, was bedeutet, dass Personen daran vorbeikamen und Dinge hinzufügten oder entfernten. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass das Geschirr während meines gesamten Aufenthalts von Dienstag bis Samstag nicht weggeräumt wurde – auf einem Flur, den auch das Hotelpersonal mit Sicherheit mindestens einmal täglich passiert. Insgesamt hatte ich nicht nur den Eindruck einer nachlässigen Reinigung, sondern bin aufgrund der zahlreichen Hinterlassenschaften vorheriger Gäste überzeugt, dass das Zimmer vor meiner Ankunft gar nicht gereinigt wurde.

The rooms are cool, nice decor, exposed concrete, clean bedroom and shower, comfy beds. Hotel is close to a metro station, which takes you to Centraal in some 10min, very convenient. Also kinda close to airport (40mins or so, really good). Locality is much quieter than the city centre, and much cleaner. There is a shared kitchen with a couple of tables, so you can cook or have breakfast there.

The kitchen and especially the tables could be cleaner and better organised (e.g. whoever washes dishes, they leave them there to dry and then they are there forever). Also, not the hotel fault, but there doesn't seem to be any grocery shop anywhere close so you gotta buy everything somewhere else and bring it home by metro.

The location was close to the Sparklweg metro station with a 5 min short walk along the canal path - the room was nice with exposed concrete walls which was different to other hotels i have stayed in

The dining table light wasnt working so either had to have the two small bedside lights on or the ceiling light - there was no shower mat so had to use one of the hand towels and the water was slow moving into the shower drain

Quarto espaçoso, ventilado/fresco, ótima iluminação, silencioso, banheiro grande com ótima ducha para banho. Instalação para pequenas refeições funcional. Em geral, foi uma estadia muito confortável e agradável.

A localização até o metrô mais perto leva em torno de 15 minutos de caminhada, o que pode se tornar um pouco cansativo ao longo dos dias e não se torna prático para ir e vir a hora que quiser. Limpeza poderia ser um pouco mais minuciosa, encontrei uma bituca de cigarro embaixo da cortina. O blackout da janela não é 100% efetivo, então se alguém tem dificuldade para dormir com claridade, talvez seja um problema.

Die Unterkunft war modern und das Personal jung und freundlich. Toll war das Café im Haus und das Frühstück. Ansonsten gab’ es nette Features wie die coole Musik in Aufzug, Flur und Café.

Im Zimmer fehlte so etwas wie eine Garderobe oder ein paar Haken. Ein Duschvorleger wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Der Weg von der U-Bahn zum Hotel (ca. 10 Minuten) war leider abends nicht beleuchtet.

The position is not so far from center

Very disappointing experience with the receptionist on Sunday, August 16. My room key was not working, so I handed it to her to check. She kept my key at reception, then went upstairs with another key and told me everything was fine. When I asked for my key back, she refused and told me to go downstairs myself to get it. She even blamed me for not keeping my own key, although I had given it to her for checking. Her attitude was dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional. Very poor customer service

Nous avons adoré ces journées à cet hôtel qui se trouve à 10 minutes de métro du centre-ville ! Il est extrêmement confortable, moderne et il y a la possibilité de faire une lessive, un peu en mode une vie étudiante mais luxueuse, je recommande beaucoup ce logement pour son emplacement, la qualité de la prestation et le prix proposé.

Pulizia pessima. Dicono che cmbiano la biancheria sporca ogni 2 giorni . Nella piccola zona cucina non vengono sostituiti né lavati i bicchieri utilizzati. Non era stata passata l'aspirapolvere dopo 2 giorni in camera e nel bagno non c'era minimo segno di lavaggio. Vetri della finestra sporchi con manate dei precedenti ospiti.

It was not so clean. The desk at toilet wasn’t clean there was pee on it and there was hair also. Staff was ok but to order food I should wait I twice they are forget to give me a menu and I was waiting on order too, some after people get it before me and they has arrived after me.

Buona posizione, a circa 15 minuti dalla metro del 53 e 54 i due treni che portano alla stazione centrale. Albergo giovanile, staff disponibile e cordiale. Camera da letto ampia, con una buona vista. La colazione, da pagare a parte, veramente molto buona, accompagnata da una playlist di musica veramente molto carina. Facilmente accessibile in autonomia quando si rientra in ritardo. La zona estremamente tranquilla.

La zona è molto isolata e trascurata, non ci sono pub o ristoranti. Spero che sia una cosa momentanea visto che stavano facendo diversi lavori. Gli asciugamani del bagno letteralmente contati, quindi non c’è ad esempio l’asciugamano per uscire dalla doccia da mettere a terra. Sempre sul bagno manca un po’ di privacy non essendo insonorizzato anche il minimo.

Siamo stati fortunati 11esimo piano stanza angolare che da verso il centro, magari non è la migliore vista di Amsterdam ma ha il suo fascino. Abbiamo preso la colazione pensando fosse a buffet, non lo è, comunque tutti i piatti provati erano buoni e lo staff gentile e sorridente.

Personnel peu aimable. Emplacement géographique plus que douteux et introuvable par les plate-forme de transport de personnes. Le chemin qui accède a l'hôtel est infesté de rats. Les éléments de la chambre étaient très poussiéreux. Je réitère la non amabilité du personnel a tel point que nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner pourtant payé à l'avance. Aucune bienveillance. Je n'y retournerais jamais et je déconseille a tous les français d'y aller si c'est pour être reçu de la sorte. On préférera y mettre le prix dorénavant. Ces gens ont des problèmes avec les français visiblement. De plus des chambres étaient disponibles a l'avant de l'hôtel mais ils ont trouvé plus judicieux de nous mettre vue sur rien et surtout sur l'arrière de l'hôtel....beaucoup plus fun. Ah j'oubliais les ascenseurs sont impraticables pour les clients entre 10h et 15h car mobilisés par l'équipe de ménage, je vous laisse imaginer descendre et remonter vos valises by stairs surtout si vous êtes aux étages supérieurs.... merci mais NON MERCI JANSEN HOTEL

Zur Metro 6 Minuten zu Fuss. Hotel auch im heissesten Sommer , Kühl ( riesen Fensterfront) Frühstück vom Menü, kaltes Getränk, warmes Getränk. Im Hotel hat man Kühlschrank , Tücher alles Mögliche. 5 min MC Donalds für Spätsünder . Metro Sparklestraat - Amsterdamcentral max 5 min. Es war alles toll !

Il check in molto spiccio e con poche informazioni. Non ci hanno comunicato che le camere venivano pulite ogni due giorni! Camere mediocre. Piu' che un hotel sembrava la casa dello studentato.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind top mit Kühlschrank :) cooles Design. Angenehme Atmosphere und die Angestellten sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Kurztrips oder weitere Tage ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Mit der Metro kommt man innerhalb von 10 min in die Stadt, Mit dem Rad kommt man über die vielen Radwege ins Zentrum oder über eine angenehme Runde in den Wald (Bos).

Локация на карте которую предоставляет отель не совпадает с реальным местоположение. Это большая проблема. Ходили долго кругами пока нашли. По предоставленой локации приходишь на стройку. Нужно проити дальше от места на 500 метров вдоль метро. Первое фото это дорога вдоль метро до отеля. Второе фото вид из окна номера.

Very little to like in this hotel. The breakfast items are good quality, but note that only one item is free when bfast is included in accommodation rate... the rest is extra payment. The location is good to catch the Metro into Amsterdam, but note that there are no eateries or supermarkets in the surrounding vicinity on foot.

Disliked · This hotel is a case study of how to charge hotel prices while having shoddy standards. Let's start from the bed as it ended up injuring my leg... the bed base is made from wood pieces at front and back that jut right at leg level. I sat down by the pillow area and this piece of wood rammed into the back of my leg... I had a painful black-blue hematoma for about two weeks. No bath carpet, while the shower floor appears to slant outwards... result: shower water runs out from the gap under the cubicle door to pool around the toilet and sink. Walking in shower room was very dangerous on very slippery polished concrete floor without even a carpet. Bfast items are good quality. But note that when you choose accommodation with bfast included you can only have one item and then anything else you take is charged extra. This should be stated upfront at point of booking. Note that there are no eateries or supermarkets in the surrounding area of hotel. We arrived in evening, ready for dinner to be told that the hotel restaurant is actually not opening for dinner - as misleadingly stated on website. Room is only tidied up after three days. This was not stated when we booked or when we checked-in. We were informed of this only when we asked why our room wasn't made for three days.. we left on the fourth morning. The concrete with rust decor all around the room may be described as minimalist modern. Personally it left me feeling cold, somewhat feeling I was in some bunker or prison. Of course this could just be my personal take and others might like this interior design style. The staff are all very young, trying to do their best but appear understandably inexperienced and overwhelmed as they juggle multiple roles - to be bar tenders, receptionists, bfast servers and room cleaners all a
