الاستقبال كان ممتاز الموقع قريب من شارع الاستقلال سوو لي ترقيه لغرف اكبر بدون دفع اي مبلغ يوجد بقالة بجانب الفندق ومطاعم

العزل في الغرفه ليس جيد طلب منهم تمديد مقابل مبلغ مالي إلى الساعه 5 رفضوا ولكن مددوا لي ساعه فقط في العموم اذا سافرت إلى اسطنبول عادي اسكن فيه مره ثانية

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Hauptstraße bei Taksim ist nur eine Minute entfernt, Metro in 3–4 Minuten. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Rund um die Uhr gibt es kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

The staff were very kind. Every day when I returned to the hotel, they talked to me and engage in conversation. Thanks to them, I had a very comfortable stay.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Hauptstraße bei Taksim ist nur eine Minute entfernt, die U-Bahn in 3–4 Minuten, und der Havabus ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt – ideal, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Rund um die Uhr gibt es kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee. Das Hotel ist neu und modern eingerichtet.

Unser Zimmer war klein und hatte eine wenig ansprechende Aussicht. Die Klimaanlage unter dem Fenster fiel nachts manchmal für etwa eine halbe Stunde aus. Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut, aber notwendig, da sonst Gerüche von Abwasser und Zigaretten in den Raum ziehen. Außerdem war bei unserer Ankunft der Duschgriff kaputt – offenbar wurde dies bei der Reinigung nicht bemerkt.

Me and my mum booked our stay the day before as a spontaneous thing, we are very happy with everything from the room, the location and the staff. The room was fresh and the staff was welcoming. The hotel owner Pavin was a star!

Sehr zuvorkommend und familiär. Tägliche Reinigung. Hatten unsere Wertsachen auf dem Tisch liegen gelassen. Am Abend kamen wir zurück alles wurde aufgeräumt und Wertsachen wurden nicht angefasst. Kann man mittlerweile nicht erwarten in Hotels in Istanbul

It’s an amazing place in the heart of istanbul, 2 minutes walk from taksim. The staff made me feel at home with their smile, conviviality and generosity. The balcony and the view are amazing and rooms are so very clean and charming. I would definitely go back

The property had a very modern look making it extremely comfortable and cozy! The staff were extremely friendly and were always ready to help 24/7. Parvin, the hotel manager was very helpful and welcoming. The best thing about the hotel is the location, it’s a 5 minute walk from Istiklal street making it very easy to get there. I highly recommend staying at this hotel !!

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet hôtel neuf, idéalement situé à seulement 50 à 100 mètres de la place Taksim. Métro, bus, cafés et restaurants se trouvent à deux pas — un emplacement à la fois central, pratique et parfaitement sécurisé. L’établissement est conçu avec un réel souci du confort et de la tranquillité des clients : les chambres sont modernes, bien insonorisées, impeccablement propres, soigneusement équipées (WIFI inclus), et dotées d’une literie très confortable. Sans même en faire la demande, on nous a attribué deux chambres voisines — une attention délicate et pleine de considération qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Le gérant, Parvin, ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel, se montrent attentifs, disponibles et d’une grande bienveillance. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur sourire et leur professionnalisme nous ont véritablement fait sentir comme chez nous. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans réserve — et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Diana and her colleague, who went above and beyond to assist us. They even helped us with parking, which saved us extra fees. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with drinking water available and very good Turkish coffee. Highly recommended!

The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, in a lively area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our rooms was upgraded, so a good surprise there. There’s coffee, tea and water always available, rooms have good sized safes and a fridge. Bed was okay but two pillows instead of one would have been appreciated.

It’s a bit of a quirky hotel, the photos look better than reality. Tile joints in the shower needed cleaning. There is no breakfast. There’s a bit of noise in rooms facing the street, other rooms have a sad, small courtyard view.

Truly Felt Like Family – A Birthday Trip to Remember at Marlon Hotel Our stay at Marlon Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Parvin and the team treated us like family. They warmly welcomed us, carried our suitcases to our rooms, and made sure we were comfortable in every way. We were on a birthday trip — my friend's birthday had been the week before, and mine was on the day we checked out. To our surprise and absolute delight, the staff brought us a beautiful birthday cake and sang to us! The cake had a sweet note attached that read, “Congratulations and Best Wishes,” making it such a personal and memorable moment. Beyond that, the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our trip. They recommended and arranged some lovely activities for us and even organized a taxi to the airport — completely free of charge. Their generosity and attention to detail truly touched us. Marlon Hotel isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel cared for. We’re so grateful to Parvin and the whole team for making our trip so special. We left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for their incredible hospitality. Highly, highly recommended — we can’t wait to return!

The Hotel manager Mr Parvin is extremely passionate and goes to maximum length to ensure comfort and relaxed experience for the guests. Can’t beat the location. My family loved our stay. New hotel and very clean.

Perfect hotel. Ideally located for the Istanbul tourist. Five minutes walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi, and an easy walk to the Galata tower, the Galata bridge and onwards to Topkapı Palace, yet still a peaceful room with a comfortable bed and a great shower that didn’t flood the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff including Parvin and Gün. Would highly recommend and stay here again

Beautiful hotel (exactly like pictures) in a great location (Taksim) with many great restaurants & stores/shops nearby. Can’t say enough about Parvin & the entire staff who were welcoming, friendly yet professional, attentive, knowledgeable & helpful. They recommended an all day tour where we boated up the Bosphorus Strait with sites of both Europe & Asia (highly recommend). This is definitely the place to stay!

Очень внимательный и приветливый персонал. Объяснили всё и показали. Предложили супер круиз с ужином и программой. Подруге сделали подарок на день рождения по желанию. Организовали трансфер. В целом отель очень новый и чистый. Так же очень внимательный владелец который лично с нами познакомился и рассказал про отель. Спасибо большое за отпуск, мы были спокойны и счастливы.

Очень удобное расположение, очень близко к главной улице. Очень приятный и хороший персонал. Помогут во всем что вам нужно. Расскажут покажут любые пожелания. Номер удобный чистый, ежедневная уборка поддерживает чистоту и порядок на протяжении всего проживания. Остались очень довольны этим отелем - рекомендуем. Владелец отеля Парвин отдельное спасибо, разговаривает на русском и предупреждает об частых уловках этого города что бы не попасть в них.

Если у вас много вещей нужно выбирать номер побольше, не самый маленький. Иногда были перебои с водой, но это проблема скорее всего городская не качающееся отеля.

Great location. Modern rooms. 24 hour reception. Very friendly, english-speaking and helpful staff (so helpful they ran across the street outside and tried to take my wife's bag into the hotel for her before explaining they were staff and she thought she might be getting mugged haha. They more than made up for the initial misunderstanding with how friendly and helpful they were and we loved them!)
