- Great location, close to restaurants, night market, souvenir shops, but also 24/7 laundromat and ensures free pick up if you buy any tour - Fridge and kitchen (we didn't use it, but it's confortable enough) - Balcony - Good sound insulation. With closed windows we didn't hear steeet noise (it's also a small, not busy street) - Clean - Comfortable mattress - Really good value for money

- 3/4th level (not a problem for us, but good to know before booking)

Such an amazing location and the room was so clean !! I have been travelling for 5 months now and this has to be the comfiest bed I’ve slept in yet !! The room was amazing value for money we loved staying here that much we kept extending our stay. Recommend staying here 100%

There were bugs on the bed, and the towels were dirty. We had to leave in the middle of the night.

Me gustó todo en relación al precio que pagué. Excelente ubicación, cama cómoda, todo limpio.

Todo bien. Pero hay que considerar que puede ser complicado subir maletas sin ascensor. Pero por el Precio no hay problema.

its a little bit noisy because the room so close to the street, but acceptable for me. Suggest to prepare a disposable noise-cancelling earplugs for guests :)

The location was great with everything in walking distance. The balcony was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The aircon was a life saver.

very central spacious room with fridge and kitchen (stove and cooking utensils). The mattress is very comfy. Also great staff who helped me with ice when i needed it after a dental surgery. Rooms on 4th floor are equivalent although the one with the balcony is noisier because the road is very busy so ask for the room without balcony if possible. Large smart TV to stream in both rooms was also very convenient during my resting day after the operation

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre nuit dans cet établissement.

Il y a une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Et c’était un peu désagréable de constater que les propriétaires étaient insistants pour que le paiement soit fait dès notre arrivée à minuit, alors que nous réalisions un self check-in. Quitte à venir nous réclamer l’argent à des heures si tardives, ils auraient pu avoir l’amabilité de nous accueillir, plutôt que de frapper à notre porte à peine deux minutes après notre arrivée.

There are not many places that genuinely deserve a 10/10 but this one does. Great location, great host. The room we had felt like home away from home. We had a double room on the top floor with a kitchen and a massive smart TV. It was great to have a sofa too. You can also have your laundry done here and Mimi is super helpful and quick to answer WhatsApp messages.

Nothing to dislike, everything was perfect. We were sad to leave.

There is no sound insulation. It's very dirty, there's mold in the bathroom, torn towels, stained bed linen, and the hood has never been cleaned.

Would not mind staying here again. Good location and not to noisy at night, friendly and helpful staff, provided prompt response, and advice and helped with booking shuttle. we had 2 rooms booked, Bigger and smaller family rooms, both were well equipped and good size. Good size beds and security.

Property was lacking of cleanliness in some area, especially the kitchenette in bigger apartment had lot of dust, and crockery and utensils could do with tidy and deep clean before arrival of guests. other areas of the property were clean, which was shame. Bathroom could do with good squeegee set to ensure that it's possible to clean the floor after showers so that bathroom can be used safely again. Entrance hallway from street and stair could do with clean and pain to make it more welcoming.

The location is great and within walking distance from the main Old Quarter and all the restaurants

The bed is wonky and has a huge dip on the side, the bedroom is very old, dirty and moldy. Worth mentioning that the next door neighbor has an open kitchen outside of the room (so you’ll see them cooking there) which makes you feel a bit in their space as well as the smells and the grease from the cooking. If you’re looking to have a good night sleep, I’d suggest finding somewhere else as it feels as if you were sleeping in the street with all noise.

Nice property in Hanoi. We stayed one night after the Ha Giang loop and it was perfect. We arrived late at night and we were able to let ourselves into the apartment. The communication was great with the host, the room was clean & spacious. Definitely recommend for any length of stay in Hanoi as it’s extremely well located in the Old Quarter.

Très bonne communication. Logement au calme alors que l'on est au début de la vieille ville qui peut être bruyante. Très bien placé du coup ! On y a passé un excellent séjour.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad! De hosts van mimi housing waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de communicatie verliep heel goed. Het appartement 201 was fijn, en de locatie perfect!! Een beetje verstopt in het oude centrum van Hanoi. Alles was op loopafstand, wat we geweldig vonden. Het gebouw voelde lokaal aan. We hoorde de geluiden van straat, wat sfeervol was maar met slapen soms wat lastig. Het balkonnetje had leuk uitzicht!

The owner went ABOVE and beyond to help me with everything I needed! Waited for me at the door on arrival and carried my very heavy bag up the stairs, and woke up extremely early to help me carry the bag back down!! She was so warm and kind and sweet and let me extend multiple times last second. This place was comfortable, in a perfect location, and I would 100% stay again!!

The facilities aren’t the greatest and it’s not the cleanest but it’s super comfortable and I felt safe and cozy!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The staff were very helpful and extremely attentive throughout my visit. The room offered great value for the price, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to get around and explore. I also appreciated the airport pick-up service, which made my arrival smooth and convenient. I reached the accommodation quickly without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Buena ubicación, silencio por las noches para dormir. La cama y el colchón estaban bien.

Al salir de la habitación había una persona durmiendo en el pasillo, no se sentía seguro. La entrada a la casa era muy fea. Se podría mejorar un poco mas la limpieza.

It’s right in the middle of the old quarter so everything is only a short walking distance away. Very clean & modern & even has a mini kitchen. We came back to Hanoi for Halloween for 1 night & decided to stay back here as we loved it so much

Sehr stelle Treppe und der Eingang ist etwas versteckt, dunkel und seltsam (Etage 1 und 2 sind privat, dann folgt das Hostel. Etwas unpersönlich

The lady was really kind and available for everything. The bedroom was clean, perfect zone and the bed really comfortable. I highly recommend! We needed to take a shower before leave and we had already done the check out. But she helped us.
