Bien situé à proximité (2kms environ) de Portmagee. Le logement est propre, spacieux et les équipements récents.

Contact impersonnel avec le propriétaire qui semble habiter pourtant juste à côté. Malgré une chambre spacieuse, les équipements pour déjeuner sont limités au plus strict minimum dans un espace étriqué. Une desserte dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre pour poser ses affaires seraient appréciables.

La camera si trova in una dependance e gode di un'ottima privacy. È pulita e arredata con gusto. Il bagno ha dimensioni generose. Abbiamo trovato anche un mini frigo, il necessario per the e caffè e alcune stoviglie per un rapido pasto in camera. La posizione è molto panoramica.

L'ultimo tratto di strada non è l'ideale se si dispone di una macchina bassa.

Skellig Nest is a wonderful place with the most wonderful hosts you can have. June and Declan and the whole family welcomed us like friends. Their hospitaltiy is just outstanding. They took us with them whenever we liked so we enjoyed local music and events. The room itself is absolutely lovely. 50 metres from the water! If you are a stable walker try the path along the shore to the bridge. A lovely shortcut to Portmagee. June and Declan, we thank you very much for your hospitality, your warmth, help and advice, lifts and the wonderful time we had with you! See you again :-)

Very quiet and cosy room on beautiful Valentia Island, easy to reach just a cross the bridge from Portmagee. Friendly and welcoming host, ready to share infos about the area.We spent just one night there while driving the Wild Atlantic Way and we loved It!

Lovely little place, clean and warm and just perfect for our one night stay. Declan and June were perfect hosts, giving us good advice about the local area and ensuring we had very good instructions on how to get there and enter the property. Many thanks to both!

Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location The location is superb—right in front of the canal and close to the bridge to Portmagee. However, a sign at the entrance would greatly help with finding it. The pictures are accurate: the house is new and very comfortable. The host was very kind and went out of her way to help me locate the place. There’s complimentary water, tea, and coffee, and I even had the chance to swim in the canal right at my doorstep.

Clean, warm and spacious. The little studio was quiet and in a gorgeous location ideal for anyone going out to the Skelligs. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful.

The location was great - on the water just across from Portmagee on Valencia Island. June was a welcoming, responsive, and helpful host! The room was perfect for our one-night stay.

Excellent location with close proximity to Portmagee,very accommodating host and if it’s only a base with bed and shower facilities that is required this place certainly ticks all boxes.

Nicely decorated , plenty of socket points, very comfortable bed, just across the bridge from Portmagee, with beautiful scenic views. Complementary tea, coffee and herbal teas . June and Declan were great hosts.

The only negative I could find was no shower gel , it did not state toiletries would be provided on list of facilities, so the onus is on me.

Beautiful place to stay on the Ring of Kerry :) The appartment is very new, but very comfortable to stay at. We really enjoyed it. Would recommend for sure :)

A clean,quiet and comfortable room Good service

The location is superb, close to Portmagee for Skellibg trips and the local restaurants. It is beautifully quiet and self contained(no adjoining rooms so no other guests) and on a clear night you can see the stars. Safe and secure with plenty of parking. Both the room and bathroom are newly decorated so everything is very fresh, having a fridge is a nice touch. Declan the host was super helpful and his food recommendations were spot on. Looking forward to going back.

Absolutely nothing, you couldn’t ask for better. I only expect that this place will prove to be very popular and will be hard to book again.

June, our hostess, was very accommodating when we rang to say we were delayed and would not make the 8 pm check-in. In fact she advised us to stop and have a meal along the way as local restaurants would be closed.

Some small amenities were missing, but we have been in touch with June about them and are confident this will be rectified. We recognise that this is a new venture for her.
