Nobody serve us after 12am. We failed to reach anyone, although we tried out to contact the property as refer to the information provided in their Greystone CentreStage email. We end up have to book another hotel in the early morning, too bad!

Refund takes soooo long! Paid cash via online bank transfer. Still taking so long to process the refund.

There is 24hours enews. The bed is good and comfy.

1. Only 2 elevators/ lift. Sunday morning, only 1 out of 3 lifts functional . 2. The cleanliness of the wall and the floor. I suggest to do some maintainance.

The location is the best cause is near the meeting place.

A lot of faulty item in the room. i.e. the sofa is broken. The toilet door lock is faulty. No hair conditioner provided. Cannot get extra room card even we have 2 person staying in the room. We stayed for 5 days but it seems like we cannot get new towels.

Comfy bed, spacious room, .excellent staff, near the mall .. Equip with the window that can be open for fresh air Tv need your own Netflix account , but I enjoyed just with YouTube , plenty of dramas/movies that can be watch .. Wifi not function on first night😮, bathroom light brokedown on second night😁, aircond slowdown on third night 😂, However staff took action swiftly 💯🤩.. so, no hard feeling about the events.. Overall, we enjoy our stay.. 🥳 .. If I even be to PJ next, will stay here again .. 😊

Bad maintenance, room is dirty, gloomy Air conditioner is seem not service for long time as we are having cough and sore throat.

Property not cleaned. All the dirts & rubbish left my the previous tenant not cleaned by them. Rubbish in the bin, hairs on the floor, left over food in the sink & fridge, cockroach on the floor . Bed sheet not changed, full of hairs on the pillow case & bedsheet . I need to call them up to clean the room.

I booked 2 rooms, when I try to checked in the second room the staff is rude when I’m asking for the pin for the locker. 1 of my room the water heater is not functioning and the Ac also was not cold. But they manage to change room. When time for refund, I only received 1 room refund although I booked and pay for 2 room deposit. I’ve texted them to look on this matter but they didn’t bother to check until i reached out again and again.

my dissatisfaction with the quality of my stay unfortunately, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience: The bed linens (including the blanket) had an unpleasant, musty odor. The veil or curtains in the room also emitted a stale smell. The towels provided were similarly odorous and uncomfortable to use. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and inconsistent, making it difficult to use my devices. The TV in the room did not function properly, despite multiple attempts to use it.

3 days 1 time bath towel changing is not hygiene ❌ No garbage bags inside the room.

The room was comfortable. There were many parking spaces

I think it's been a while since the bathroom had been checked. Because the water drains slowly. So when you take a shower, the water just stays in the shower area for a while. It's also the same for the sink

The room just nice for a quick rest for an event. Access nearby are available with 24h store. Fast reply from the owner and very helpful.

As for the parking, if you park inside, total would be RM12/per entry (imagine if you need to go out 2-3 times perday). And for the underground parking, should you seek advices from the property. As for outside park, first comes first served & pay to the government. The place should be like a mall but no outlet (like a ghost mall) so you need to get out to search for halal food, etc (reflect back to the parking rates per entry).

I prefer the atmosphere of this room compared to the previous one. However, the check-in process was a bit difficult because they have changed their system. But actually, I like this new system.

It’s convenient.

No toothbrush and toiletries. There is stain on the bedsheet and the edges of furnitures are dirty. The room is full of cigarette smell when first entered. No check in counter and no staff encountered during the stay, and it is inconvenient for foreigners to pay deposit only being able to transfer the deposit back via duitnow or Malaysia bank account.
