Late night pool use not policed. Staff non existent at all hours. Room cleaned once in a week, after searching for staff for 20 minutes. Acceptable in a guest house, not accommodation like advertised.

Шикарный отель. Я считаю ему нужно добавить еще одну для рейтинга Красивые дома , чистый бассейн с прохладной водой. Очень атмосферный дизайн всего отеля Территория очень ухоженная , как будто я где то на Сицилии , а не в Кампоте 🥰 Вкусные завтраки До центра на тук туке 5 минут доехать.

Большой чистый просторный номер. Очень ухоженная территория. Чистый бассейн. Мягкая большая кровать. Хорошо работает кондиционер. В этом месте наслаждаешься отдыхом❤️😍

Nettes Personal/ Zimmer und Bad sauber und groß /Pool / Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer/ fußläufig ins Zentrum

Lekker zwembad. Goede bedden. Locatie is dichtbij het centrum maar rustig.

Onpersoonlijk. Hoewel alles goed schoon werd gehouden, zijn er ratten bij het zwembad in de tuin. Ook op de straat voor het hotel zie je soms een dood gereden rat.

Alles war sehr gut.

Iets ver vanaf centrum maar wel beloopbaar. Personeel spreekt nagenoeg geen Engels. Badkamer met open douche is niet praktisch

- good location with lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. Easy walk around the city of Kampot.

- Deluxe Rooms are on the ground floor with no privacy. Every other guest has to walk past your room. Anybody at the pool can also look into your room. So you will always need to keep the curtains closed. Is that supposed to be Deluxe? Online, it shows that Deluxe Rooms have a balcony so I assumed it was upstairs. When asked to change to an upstairs room, they lie about it “sorry, fully booked”. If you keep asking, they offer it to you for additional 5 USD per night, even though it is a downgrade to a Standard Room. That’s questionable practice. - Mold in the bathroom. - Safety deposit box didn’t work, nobody could help. - A/C takes ages to cool down. - Nobody speaks English.

I liked the pool side, it’s was well set up. The rooms were very clean and organized.

Alles, bis auf die kleinen Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten Neues Hotel, gutes Design hochwertige Ausstattung. Toller Pool.

Air Condition musste dringend gereinigt werden. Die Erklärung dazu an Rezeption nach der ersten Nacht war schwierig. Englisch? Reservierungsbestätigung zeigt Zimmer mit Balkon, d.h. in einem oberen Stockwerk. Es wurde behauptet, dass alle belegt sind? Ich k Ich onnte das aber in 4 Tagen nicht erkennen. Der Zugang zu allen Zimmer geht immer an den Parterrezimmern vorbei. Also alle Vorhänge zu, sonst gucken alle rein. Für 4 Tage war das nur schwerlich erträglich.

I couldn't fault the place. I thought it was pretty perfect. Very clean. Lovely room. Lovely pool. I even liked the location as it's quiet and easy to walk to town unless it's really hot but you can easily get a tuk tuk on grab.

It’s a really lovely clean hotel not far from the river, room,pool and surroundings were fantastic, staff are great too, especially the night shift man that looked after our motorcycle

Shower was cold

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout mais au calme. C’est très propre. La piscine est top. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

The lack of basic provisions, no coffee cups, a plate, a knife, the fridge didn’t get cold enough. No ice!

Super clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom facilities and a comfy bed with lovely comfortable bedding. A nice clean pool in beautiful surroundings. Close to the centre. Could walk (though of course tuk tuks are plentiful!)

Everything was great bar some persistent banging on the roof near my room - perhaps a loose pipe or something banging in the wind. Drove me bonkers in the night and struggled to sleep because of it. I hope they fix it as everything else was perfect

Lovely rooms and pool

Nice small hotel with comfortable rooms. A good swimming pool.

The staff has really done tremendous efforts to help us during our stay. Most notably, they moved us to a fresh new room when our kid was sick, and even sent us back his toys through a delivery company (in less than 48h) when we noticed we had forgotten them after our stay. Truly an amazing staff.

In one of my rooms that I had booked …. When I turned on the shower it immediately sprayed the toilet. Also there were a handful of cockroaches in my bathroom that crawled all over my toothbrush.

The place is still new, so everything in nice condiion. Staff is helpful and friendly, everything is clean, and its very walkable To the City Center. The street around it might Not be the prettiest yet, but that didnt bother us. Dont be offset by bad reviews, everything is totally alright. It wont be the place to Fall in Love with (a bit Too unpersonal for that), but its an absolute valid Option To stay at.

Poolwater gets quite Hot over the day since no shade. No option for breakfast, but thats OK because Theres many Options in town.

Limited English, however it was not a problem.

It is a brand new hotel. The room was beautiful with an outdoor bath and spacious bathroom. The swimming pool was very nicely done and kept very clean.

We couldn’t pay by card upon arrival. It was hard communicating with the staff about anything as they did not speak English at all. We stayed over the weekend and we didn’t know that people can buy themselves in to use the pool and have a pool party on Friday and Saturday night. With all rooms facing the pool, this was a bit loud at moments.
