It is clean and very good location

Bardzo niska cena,a warunki naprawdę dobre. Mieszkanie czyste, łazienka dość przestronna, klimatyzacja i wentylacja dobrze działają.

Highly recommend Grand Duplex in Aswan! Great location in the lively market, huge and comfortable space, all facilities available, very clean and nice AC, great value for money. The host Mohamed is so kind and friendly. Had a lovely stay!

nothing

Perfect Review for Grand Duplex in Aswan I had an excellent stay at Grand Duplex in Aswan. The location is fantastic, right in the lively local market. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. The owner Mohamed is kind and genuine. I left my headphones behind when I was in a hurry to leave, and he immediately sent a staff member to deliver them to me at the station. Highly recommend Grand Duplex to everyone!

The design of the bathroom is risky not comfortable to use. 1/ the deposition of shower room is not reasonable. It is not closed for the shower room while it has led the water overflow to the floor of the bathroom. It is risky . 2/there is no curtain when it is under shower to avoid the water outflow 3/drainage in the bathroom is so old to drain the water thus led so wet to fall in down to the floor. Since I am a mid-age man , when I fall in down to the floor, it has hurt my back , luckily , it has not hurt my head, but when it comes to an old man, I have no idea what will happen. And when I ask for help from the hotel guys when I am ached, I have just gotten some ice bag , no official guy gets up to help me and no sorry for me.

Location is good, close to the river and you can walk around. Our room (grand duplex) is on 3rd floor with no elevator but the receptionist guy helped to carry our luggages. The bedroom upstair was comfortable and lovely. There is a parking nearby and we paid 100 EGP for 1 day.

The room is more suitable for 2 persons. For our family of 4, the room downstairs (living room and bathroom) is too small. The bathroom has too much detergent smell.

The host Mohamed is a wonderful man. He helped us to take back our luggages which Egypt airline lost in Cario. He also kindly dealt with the compensation issue with the airline, arranged a trip from Aswan to Luxor. A very honest and reliable man. I appreciate everything he did for us.

Very central. Very nice place with separated sleeping area.

Apartment was very nice, clean and spacious, great location.

- Beds could be more comfortable. - Quite loud around and after midnight due to closing down the market.

Emplacement

Very convenient location. You need to ask the name of the guest house in order to find it. Else, it’s hard to find just with the instructions sent through WhatsApp. There are two rooms, one above the other. The bedroom has the AC. It’s a very good deal.

It has two floors, very cozy vibes. I really enjoyed the interior decor. It has great air conditioning system. The staff member “Mohammed” was very nice and helpful. He guides me towards my property, he helped me find it. He gave his number in case I had any question. He also proposed us activities for a great affordable price. Mohammed provided amazing hospitality

It was hard to find. Post a video and/or more photos of where the property is exactly located. One of the bed was broken but I was still able to sleep. But for the price, it was really worth it

The location is perfect — close to everything you need.

Location is very nice in the center of Aswan. My Mohamed is very kind and polite Accommodation value vs. booking price is very good. Your beside the market and the river Nile. Thank you for the hospitality Mr Mohamed.

Just Need flat TV

The location and the quality of the apartment.

Very nice and cozy duplex. Extremely clean and tidy, with all the amenities you may need. Beds are big and comfortable. The lighting are fantastic, you have all sorts of lights, from strong ones to soft ones in order to create a relax atmosphere. The duplex is located in a small quiet alleyway from the souk, just 50 metres from the corniche!! Muhammed is a very friendly guy and easy to contact!!

Very nice property, very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Just one detail, the shower head is not practical. There's only one exit from the top and the jets are too scattered, which wets a large part of the bathroom.

Location. Just write to Mohamed and he will send you the exact position of the flat. Check- in. We arrive late in the night and Mohamed makes us no problem For 1 night the flat was ok for us. Suggested

The only thing that could be improved is the shower. There was hot water, but with no separation.

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable, cozy, and clean. Its location is excellent, conveniently close to essential amenities and just a short distance from the Nile. The host Mohamed is a kind person and were happy to help with anything, he always responded quickly.

Unfortunately, there were times at night when the neighbors caused a lot of noise. Better window insulation might help address this issue.

The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Its location was ideal—close to everything, from local shops and restaurants to key attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. The host was fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and attentive to any needs or questions I had during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Aswan

N/A

Is difficult to find the location the owner found me in the corner finally.

convenice transportation

no hot water, maybe we use it in a wrong way.

Everything was great on that stay (clean, comfortable, location just perfect and near to the center) and especially the Appartment owner Mr Mohamed, very kind person, flexible and make arrangements on everything you need...

The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The host is extremely welcoming and kind, always ready to assist with any needs. The room is newly renovated, spacious, and spotless, with a clean and well-maintained toilet. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. A nice, quiet, and clean place offered at a great price. Ideal for those looking for comfort without breaking the bank.

The accommodation is located in a building tucked inside a bustling bazaar, giving it a unique charm. Despite being in such a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet inside. However, the stairs to the 2nd floor can be tough to manage with luggage, though the host was very helpful. The room is spread over two floors, so if you keep your bags on the 1st floor, you'll find yourself climbing up and down frequently, which can be a bit inconvenient. And please add a mirror in bedroom for getting ready.

The host was really nice and we arranged with him to pick us up at the airport. The hotel is perfect for a few Hours to freshen up, rest and go for an early tour included in a Nile cruise.

Clean and neat

Stairs will not be suitable for my Mom.

Location

The property was missing basic amenities such as towels and toilet roll. The windows did not have glass so heating was constantly coming thought the window into the flat. The entrance to the building was dirty, messy and very dark with no lights.

Everything was fine and nice new and clean
