Aswan sunrise

La verdad es que el alojamiento está genial, camas cómodas y muy cerca del Nilo que era justo lo que necesitábamos para coger el crucero. Mohamed nos gestionó el traslado del aeropuerto y eso que nuestro avión llegó hiper tarde. Muy guay!

Emplacement idéal en face de l’île Églantine. Hôte très réactif. Bonne explication pour trouver l’appartement.

The apartment was in an excellent location, with a market, shops, and local food places nearby. Communication with the owner was very good. There was hot water in the shower, and the apartment was clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is in a very central location, which may be inconvenient for some guests due to nighttime noise.

La vue sur le Nil

Le bruit de la rue, mais c'est le sacrifice pour avoir la vue

El hostal está ubicado en muy buen lugar justo al lado de la carretera general de Asuan, enfrente del puerto, desde la ventana ves el mar y los barcos y eso es genial, y además tienes todos los establecimientos muy cerca. La habitación es muy bonita, y las camas eran muy cómodas se estaba muy bien ahí

Lo único que no me gustó es que al estar en esa zona hasta con la ventana cerrada, se escucha demasiado ruido durante todo el día y la noche, todo el ruido del tráfico y los coches pitando y eso dificulta mucho que puedas descansar

Lo unico la vista , su ubicación es ideal. Lo demas no vale la pena. El dueño nos hizo esperar afuera media hora porque se había dormido. Falta de responsabilidad total.

Location it’s ok if you will stay for hours to take the cruise and the guy is so kind and happy.

The place looks a little in bad conditions

It was a brand new apartment though not the one we actually booked. The host did give options to either choose this or the original one and this was good enough. The location was little off the main road viewing the Nile but yet very happening amidst the markets, close to the Nile and easily accessible.

Only the stairs to the apartment was very unclean but manageable given the location of the apartment which was new and very beautiful

Perfectly located, nice view from the balcony, ac working perfectly, comfortable bed, towel provided.

The wall between the corniche street and the bed is very thin, so you need to have ear plugs to sleep decently. Also the shower head was a bit damaged.

Fantastic location in the heart of Aswan overlooking the Nile & cruise ships & never a dull moment between the local market. Excellent WiFi ,SATALITE TV, WETROOM, Air con & friendly helpful locals & owner with easy transport connections to anywhere.

No lift as 4 floors up but easy wide steps ( I am 75 yrs. old no problem) No washing machine ( but Owner will shortly install this) no hot tub Noice at weekends from street ( owner is going to rectify this with additional soundproofing)

Vue incroyable et situation géographique Réactivité propriétaire

Appartement sale voir insalubre (fuite des tuyaux dans la salle de bain), moquette au sol non attachée et mouillée à cause de la salle de bain, 5eme étage sans ascenseur, les lits n’avaient que des draps housses, pas de couette ou de drap (ou alors celle du placard sûrement utilisées par la personne d’avant), très très bruyant, les vitres isolent peu le bruit (bcp de klaxon jusqu’à 3h du mat)

My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. The place was clean and the location is perfect for exploring Aswan. The balcony offers an amazing view of the Nile River, which was a beautiful sight to wake up to in the morning. The service was excellent. Mr. Mohamed, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly on WhatsApp. His assistant, Mr. Ahmed, was a true gentleman who even helped us with our heavy bags—a huge thanks to him. I was especially impressed by the WiFi, which worked perfectly and was a surprise, as reliable internet can sometimes be an issue in Egypt. Overall, the apartment felt very safe and secure. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aswan.

There was nothing to dislike about this apartment.

That it had the most gorgeous front facing view of the river Nile

أعجبني تعامل صاحب الشقه وقبل كل ذالك نظافة الشقه مع الإمكانيات المتاحه فيها ومع الموقع الاستراتيجي لي جميع مدينه اسوان الشقه تقع في الدور الرابع تحت الغرفة الماليه جميع الطاقم ممتاز من ال Room cleaner إلى receptionistاحمد الخلاصه مع تجربتي لمدة اسبوع بالسكن ،انصح بالإقامه عندهم بشكل دايم سواء رحلة عمل او ترفيه

The owner is rude and not friendly at all. Needs to climb 7 floors.

Great location and Nile view. Close to city centre and easy access to all directions.

Very minor tap leaks in bathroom. However it was not an issue at all.

The location was very nice with a wonderful view of the river. The host arranged pick-up from the airport, and a boat ride. He was very helpful.

There was a lot of noise from the road outside. The room was on the third floor with no lift, only stairs.

The location was perfect (close to the ferry to Elephant Island, the downtown and local market). The host greeted us with his perfect English, the check in and WhatsApp communication were uncomplicated. The room was cozy, well furnished and clean. The water was hot and the shower pressure was high, which is not granted in Egypt. We had also a kettle and glasses in the room. We got a good quality for a fair price.

Be aware of booking tours from the host - we booked a tour to Abu Simbel (after a long negotiation of the price) and we found out later from other tourist, that we could have got the same tour for the half of the price. Otherwise it is perfect to let him to arrange a tour if you are in rush and don’t have time to search for a cheaper option (it was our case).

It was clean, responsive and friendly host, amazing location!

Little downside is the noise from the street during the night, so better bring some oropax or so for your ears. I am sure though most visitors (like me) will be tired enough from the trip to be able to sleep through the night

Very clean, nice view and super kind owner.. He reminds us immediately after booking that the Apartment is in 4 floor without elevator which we really appreciate . They helped us also to organize our trip for the next day

A nice room with a balcony overlooking the Nile river waterfront. It is close to good restaurants and the Souk. The owner is helpful and can be contacted by WhatsApp.

1) we got the wrong location, while the host was writing us to be fast and reach him . 2) extremely noise, window not closing and could not sleep at all 3)no covering sheet on the bed, and dirty blanket. 4)electricity plug doesn't work 5)it's advertised with bath tub, that of course doesn't exist.

Mr. Mohamed is a gentleman and knows how to treat his guests. The view is extremely unique. Everything was just perfect. I recommend it for everyone cause you won't get a view like this at any other place.

location on main Street with good view of nile river and cruises. the owner is nice, friendly and helpful. arranged Abu simble and Luxor trips when i was in desperate situation.

the building is old and under renovation. apartment on fourth floor without lift could be troublesome for some. but facilities were enough for the price we paid. good for a short stop.

The location closed to the market and nice view of Nile river. The room is spacious and the staff Ammar is very friendly and helped us arranged the following trips with good prices

The sockets in the room are a bit loose but they provided some expended socket wire to solve our charging issue temporarily. The room may need more cleaning as it's a little bit dusty

The hotel was in the city center of Aswan and near the Ferry to reach Elephantine Island and the West Bank. The hotel met all our expectations and we were welcomed by the friendly hotel staff. Muhammed was a great host and assisted us throughout our trip. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

The room is in fourth floor. Very big room with the attached bathroom. Balcony view is stunning. And super good location.

A little bit noisy from the main road. And the bathroom have problem with the flow of water. Water comes little in the morning. I told the host and I hope host already fix.

I f you want a fabulous view of the Nile, this is your place. I can't say enough about the graciousness of my host. I had a post midnight check in after my plane was delayed. He kindly waited and also carried my heavy bag up the stairs. I also left something behind when I left, and he went well beyond all expectations to arrange it's delivery into Cairo. He has been the kindest and most helpful person I have met in my 3 weeks in Egypt.

Cozy lovely place ,perfect for a short stay. The view is a plus Big thanks to Mr .mohammed the host, he went an extra mile to make sure everything is ok.

Really nice little apartment for a good price. Big comfy beds with clean sheets with lots of room to settle in. The balcony is very nice looking over the Nile, even if a little misleading as it actually faces the sunset 😉 The bathroom was decent with everything you need. The room had good aircon and very good WIFI. The room was very secure with 2 locking doors and there is everything you need around the nearby area

The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator so it wouldn’t be accessible to some folks. The shower wasn’t great, despite there being a plug in water heater none of us could get it heat up so there were a lot of cold showers.

The street noise, although earbuds help. And if you can't climb stairs it might be difficult as it's around 100 stairs, yes I am geek enough to count them :) I like stairs so it didn't bother me

The place is not suitable for people getting tired with stairs

The room is on the 5th floor of building. Clean enough. To find the room, you should chat to owner because it is not possible to find yourself. The owner was VERY kind. This is best thing of this guest house. I enjoyed tea on river side outdoor cafe with him.

The address is correct but the rooms were on the fourth floor, no lift. The payment was made by me earlier and so I had to book a hotel elsewhere. Not good if you are with family, maybe ideal for budget solo travellers

The view is so awesome!!!! Airco perfect, there were 3 towels available and also toiletpaper. Ammar is so friendly, he even took me for a tea and Elephant Island and a walk around, I really appreciated it. Pictures are just the same as what to expect.

For me it was fine but if you can't walk stairs good this is not then place for you as it is at the 5th floor. But they view is definitely worth it.

The over-the-top hospitality made it easy to experience Aswan. The owner has a lot of contacts with okay prices to get around the area. Communication was extremely fast. The location was near the main road, and the view of the nile lovely.

Even though the place was basic with a cheaper price for Aswan, a bed sheet and some towels would have been nice.
