生活するには良かったが… テーブルと椅子が部屋にないので、物を置くにはちょっと大変。 ベランダに椅子とテーブルがあるので、のんびりするにはとてもよかった。 洗濯するにはシャワールームしかないので、やりにくかった。洗面台がないので、顔を洗うには小さ過ぎたりと微妙。 場所的にはかなり奥まった農地と民家の間にあるので、タクシーを拾うには不便。近くの飲み物買いに行ったりコンビニ的な商店も歩くには遠くて不便だった。 朝ごはんたっぷりと用意してくれたり、観光から帰ったらジュースを用意してくれたりとちょっとしたサービスはいい。

メインストリートからかなり奥まってるのでかなり遠い、冷蔵庫にジュースとか補充しに行きたい場合、不便。 テイクアウトご飯とか買いに行くのも不便。レストラン付いてるが、料金高い。 メインストリートまで歩いて行くのも遠くて不便。

The host was very approachable, he always answered our texts within minutes. He also arranged the Abu Simbel tour for a very good price. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the towels were really soft.

広い部屋に、しっかり効くエアコン。洗濯機とキッチン、冷蔵庫も完璧でした。オーナーは笑顔で迎え入れてくれて、WhatsAppで近くのスーパーマーケットの情報まで教えてくれました。わからないこともすぐ返信が来たので安心できました。

エジプトはどこでもそうですが、夜中まで騒音やクラクションが聞こえてきます。

Io ho soggiornato in diversi appartamenti e camere di albergo qui in Egitto, non valuto mai il soggiorno in base all'ingresso perché un po tutti sono sempre in via di ristrutturazione o sistemazione, ma trovare fuori dall'ascensore mozziconi di sigarette e sporcizia e una cosa che mi irrita. Accolti dall'host ci invita a togliere le scarpe prima di entrare in appartamento, e noi accettiamo dato che è un usanza comune per le case egiziane in cui ci sono molti tappeti, ma entrare in appartamento e trovare capelli negli angoli senza tappeti non è stato piacevole. Un altro fatto che mi ha fatto pensare alla poca pulizia è stato il il trovare dei coprivano monouso, come se la tavoletta del water non fosse indispensabile lavarla. Nel bagno non esiste una mensola dove poter appoggiare gli effetti personali ma devi utizzare il bordo intorno al lavandino, dove trovi uno shampo alla termine e un barattolo con il sapone per le maniL'appartamento è fornito di bollitore per il tè e il caffè solubile , peccato che ti devi andare a comprare il te per poterlo bere. È situato in una zona molto trafficata e con una portafinestra che affaccia sul un piccolo terrazzo che ha il materiale per l'impellacciatura dei mobili non insonorizza nulla. Il costo è stato più alto dell'appartamento dove jo alloggiato a Luxor, ma in quello ho trovato pulizia, kit di benvenuto.

The location is central to everything. There is a supermarket very close. The host went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

Its located in a good place,near shops and restaurants.you can take a stroll to the nile river from here.

It is centrally located. You can walk to the Nile, to the souk (market) and up the road to the ancient quarry where the unfinished obelisk is lying on its side. There is also a grocery store a couple blocks away . All missing things- in previous reviews have been remedied. You should have everything you need..

There weren’t any decent restaurants around. You can get a nice “shawarma “- which is a Lebanese’s gyro just up the road….

住了三个晚上，客观的说一下这个住宿的好坏吧。首先好的方面是他这个wifi是真的很不错。我们来埃及都快一个月了，这个地方的wifi是我们体验的最快的。其次就是他的地理位置近邻主街，kfc那边走回来大概五百多米就到了这两个点，对于住宿来说已经不错了。洗澡水很热，水流大，我觉得还算是不错的.再者老板是我见到过回复消息最快的，他无论是凌晨1点还是凌晨3点，你找他，他总是在线的。他有微信，你微信找他，他总是能很快的回复，然后我们入住的时候，这个楼栋是在一个十字路口的，所以他的门不确定在哪一边，老板会在门口等你。

不好的方面，当然也很明显，就是我们订的那个房型是花园两卧室，各位亲爱的同胞们，起码我的同胞们千万不要订我这个房型，为什么呢？因为我们本身已经不是一个睡眠需要很安静的地方的人了，但是这个地方吵的你心脏疼，晚上三四点那摩托车还在旁边拉缸，他就好像在你耳边拉一样，实在是没有办法入睡，他一直要到5点多才会消，而且阿斯旺这个城市特别热，所以白天很少会有很多的活动，一般都是晚上年轻人就出来跑了。我觉得这个房型他可能是比较老的关系，所以他的窗户应该不是那种隔音，就是普通的那种玻璃。然后这个房型它进去之后就是一个隔断门，里面就是简单的安了卫生间和厨房，你可以想象他原本可能是一个客厅，他做了两个隔断间这个样子的，反正这个房型非常的不好，性价比特别的低。然后卫生程度的话就比较一般，因为这个房型他没有光照，整体来说，他可能已经很用心了，犄角旮旯的地方我们也不去追求，但是你总感觉有一点灰尘，尤其是他的厨房，我觉得如果有的话，就是既然已经标注了这个功能，那它就不应该是一个摆设，还是应该去打扫一下。

The bed was very comfortable, the location was good, plenty of hot water and it air conditioning.

I did not like that there was no refrigerator in the "fully equipped kitchen".

La gentilezza del proprietario è davvero un grande punto a favore di questa struttura! Sarà che non avevamo la stanza vista moschea, la nostra era vista “città” quindi molto brutta… la stanza era davvero sporca, i bicchieri presenti erano usati! Lo scarico del wc non funzionava.. La posizione non è così ottima come dicono tutti, sarà vicino alla moschea ma tutte le attrazioni si trovano vicino al Nilo quindi ci si deve sempre spostare (15 minuti a piedi o taxi)… la zona della struttura è bruttina, non c è niente ed è tutto mal tenuto… Costerà anche poco, ma non me la sento di mettere una bella recensione!

Lits superposés confortables. L'hôte est très gentil. A proximité de plusieurs petits resto pour manger et pas loin de la promenade le long du Nil.

La douche n'est pas "à part", c'est-à-dire avec un espace délimité, avec un rideau ou un bac de douche. Le pommeau est suspendu à côté du lavabo et des toilettes, et vous avez une raclette pour essuyer l'eau par terre. Ce n'est pas pratique, mais visiblement courant dans le sud de l'Egypte. Mauvaise insonorisation, mais c'est partout pareil.

Le propriétaire est très accueillant, la chambre est propre et l'appartement est plutôt bien situé.

Je pense que des travaux sont à prévoir, la douche collée aux toilettes (sans pression), porte vétuste. Le matelas est très dur ainsi que les oreillers.

Nice apartment, good value for money. One of the best showers among the hotels we stayed in Egypt. Good pressure and stable water temperature. Kitchen and utensils also available.

Mohamed est réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. L' appartement est petit mais c'est confortable. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Un bon emplacement, en face d'une mosquée magnifique et dans un quartier populaire très vivant et très sympathique !!

实际住宿环境比图片里好太多了，类似酒店套房的面积，不仅打扫得干干净净还做了气味管理，有洗衣机和两个阳台很方便。灶台和冰箱不知道怎么开还没用。电视也挺新的。非常不错。睡觉戴耳塞根本听不到噪音。

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! L'appartement est grand, très propre, proche de tout avec une super vue. Notre hôte, très gentil et très réactif, nous a organisé une journée à Abou Simbel, pour un bon prix et très bien organisé. Il nous a gentiment gardé nos sacs pour que nous profitions de notre dernière journée sans être encombré.

此次住宿体验超出预期，入住时遇到了住在楼上的一个姐姐hagar，全程都在帮助我们，非常友好。民宿内环境和图片一致，虽然大楼外观比较陈旧，但是室内显然是新装修的，阳台看出去就是大清真寺，睡觉一定要带耳塞。

The room was very close to center of Aswan. Just 15 minute walk to Nile river. The building was old but the room that we stayed in was very good for Egyptian standards. It was worth value for money. But the that highlight of our stay was our host Ammar. Before staying in Aswan we stayed in Luxor. We arranged all the tours with Ammar from Abydos to Abu Simbel nearly 12 temples, felucca and so on. The timing of the tours were amazing with good pricing. All tour drivers were very kind & punctual. We had a very good host for accommodation and tours. We were very happy with our stay. we also got sick from food poising in Luxor and ammar got us medicine which very kind of him.

A bit noisy location. We found out that Egypt is a very noisy country. :)

Very close to busy street and very loud all day and night. Wifi was not working and host did try to rectify the problem and offered mobile data credit until it was resolved. But wifi cut off again the next day and could not use. Floor was dirty, it felt like it has not been vacuumed or swept. Did not feel clean overall.

We stayed 1 night. The apartment was really spacy and beautiful, located on the 8th floor of a building just next yo Tabya mosque, from the window we enjoyed a spectacular view of Aswan! Rooms were clean and beds comfy. It is equipped with a brand new tv (which my kids enjoyed for the first and only time in our 12 days trip along the Nile), and there is a lift to reach the floor. I liked the position (two steps from the souk and the corniche) and the neighborhood (local bakery, friendly people, local shops...) although, since it's a very busy street, it's quite loud also at night (because of traffic). The owner kindly came to pick us up at the train station with his car.

We lacked some utensils in the kitchen to prepare some food on our own: the owner brought us a pot, but what the apartment offered was really a bit too basic, on our opinion. In my booking breakfast was included, and the owner brought it to the flat in the morning upon request, but it seemed a bit "improvised", as if not meant to be (compared to all the other places we stayed). The owner has also an agency and we agreed with him for a private transport to and from Abu Simbel, although my first idea was to catch the 8am public bus at the bus station. He said that bus didn't exist, that there are only mini-vans, but then in Abu Simbel we met people who did catch that bus... so just to know: there is a bus going to A.S. at 8.00 and it costs 200E£ each. Probably due to a misunderstanding I also expected that the private car would be with us to make extra stops, but it wasn't, and we had to leave an extra tip (agreed over whatsapp) for it.

the host is very friendly and helpful. the apartment as a whole is very tidy and has everything needed for a short stay. its quite central.

I stayed here two nights and was hoping to stay for another 2 but it was already fully booked. I loved it here. So so central, access to everything! Local food, markets, the marina, and a wonderful space to connect with locals. The apartment itself was very clean, hot water, private and very comfortable. Moa the host was super friendly and helped with whatever I needed! I felt very cared for and at ease! Thank you!!!

Good value for money. The room itself was spacious with fairly good equipment.

Major issue with the host. There is no stated policy on Booking.com regarding guests, yet I was told that my local friend - who was only coming to bring my luggage - could not stay more than 10 minutes. I respected this and informed the host on WhatsApp of the exact arrival time, as he requested. However, the host showed up at the flat door within only 4 minutes of my friend arrival, insisting that my friend leave immediately, claiming that the building owner was watching the cameras and “did not see any luggage.” In reality, I chose not to bring my luggage inside because I no longer felt comfortable with the host’s WhatsApp monitoring request - but this is none of the host’s business (if I bring luggage or not or whatever for a single night). The host was clearly watching the cameras facing the door constantly and intervened in a way that felt intrusive and inappropriate. I stayed less than 20 minutes and decided to leave. No cancellation option, apology for the intrusion, or refund was offered despite the situation and the invasion of privacy. If you value honesty and, more importantly, privacy, I recommend avoiding this place. If you are comfortable being monitored closely and having your movements watched, you may still have an acceptable stay.

El propietario pendiente de nuestra llegada y muy agradable. Nos facilitó la ubicación exacta. Nos esperábamos menos y el apartamento estaba muy bien. Muy limpio todo. Buena ubicación. Buenas vistas. Nos facilitó la consigna y se organizó con nuestro taxista para dejar las maletas.

Por poner un pero, se oye bastante ruido por la noche.

Bina dışarıdan eski görünse bile dairenin içerisini harika bir şekilde yapmış hakikaten Biz evin içine girince İnanamadık. Yani bir villa'ya girmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz kendinizi müthiş yapılmış, çocuklarla kaldık ailece, çocuklarımız da çok sevdi. Ve evin manzarasına olan Et Tabiia Camiisi var Dehşet bir güzellik var. Bir gece kaldık keşke iki gece kalsaydık diye düşündük. Yemek yeri ve restoran konusunda da tavsiyede bulunduğu gittiğimiz yer güzeldi yemekleri lezzetliydi. Ayrıca Ammar dönüş yolculuğu için bizim şoförümüz İngilizce tam bilmediği için tercümanlık yaptı ve bana yardımcı oldu şoförle aramda pazarlık yaptı. Gezeceğimiz yerlerin rehberliği ve yönlendirmesi de çok güzel bu konuda çok bilgi sahibi. Bir daha gelsem en az iki gece kalırım. Sevgili kardeşim ya habibi Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Sadece binanın dışı ve sokak biraz kirli o da Mısır'da çok normal. Mısır'da temiz bir sokak veya yeni bir bina bulmak çok zor çünkü.

Équipement sommaire mais pour une ou deux nuits c'est bien. Ammar est accueillant, très gentil et disponible à tout moment si on a la moindre questions ou besoin d'informations. Le logement est très bien situé à Assouan

Lo unico malo del lugar es la falta de un lugar donde compartir, como una sala o living. Y una de las piezas tiene unos colchones muy duros. Pero para quedarte una noche, estuvo perfecto 👌

1.住宿位於亞斯文中心點，去超市及餐廳都很方便 2.有電梯(雖然很破舊)，但起碼大型行李可以不用自己搬到8樓 3.屋主很友善，少數遇到友善的埃及人之一 4. 有客廳空間大，不怕沒空間開行李箱(但我們是兩個人住)

以下寫的不一定是屋主問題，而是亞斯文或是埃及的問題 1. 住宿周遭環境差，一開門就有蒼蠅飛進來，住宅建築外觀看起來簡直像犯罪集團的老窩 2. 因位在市中心，真的很吵，清真寺半夜會放音樂念經、馬路上的汽車喇叭聲直到深夜都還有 3. 浴室乾溼分離不完全，只有一個方向有玻璃，但可接受

Aunque la calle aledañas eran de tierra. Tenía muy linda vista desde la ventana. El anfitrión fue muy amable. Siemore dispuesto a ayudarnos. Nos tenia aire acondicionado y trato de aislar el intenso ruido del exterior

Nous avons choisi ce logement pour la proximité des activités sur le Nil. Équipement sommaire mais pour une nuit ça passe. Amar nous a très bien accueilli même tardivement et nous a trouvé un chauffeur pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. Il est très réactif et répond rapidement.

Il manquait un miroir dans la salle de bain.
