Asansonlerde rezil 6 tane var 2 tanesi bozuk oburleride iyi sayilmaz 1ci kattan assaga inebilmek icin 10 dakika bekliyorsun. Asansoru kullanamadik hic merdivenden beşşikle inip cikmak zorunda kaldik. Chekout yaparkende cocugum bebeklik uyku ayicigini unuttuk icerde sonrasinda aradik ve bulamadilar soylediler ama yalan soylendi yada hic bakilmadi cunku orda oldugundan emindik . Rezil calisanin biri artik kime verdi cope mi atti Allahimdan bulsun Rezil insanlar rezil otel. Hic yardimci olmadilar , paralarini aldilarya baska birdeye bakmiyorlar . Sadece orada ascilara saygimiz var yemekleri guzel yaptilar.

Good food and entertainment, general facility was good

Very commercial and busy, parts of the facility is aging and broken , staff focus on the Turkish speaking guests , often rude to a point

Great facilities for families with young kids. The beach area was lovely and quieter than the rest of the resort. Aircon in rooms was good. Mini bar is stocked daily.

The bedroom decor is dated, unkept and underwhelming for a 5 star resort (Marks on furniture, ripped sofa bed, shower shelf not secure properly, curtains off rail, smelly balcony). Power cut in room when we arrived which gave a real bad first impression. Not a relaxing resort by any means - very chaotic and busy but I guess it’s catered towards families with young kids and has so many guests. The adult pool sun loungers were in poor condition (stained and dirty). Limitation on the alcohol options (wines specifically) which was a shame.

Goed personeel, veel personeel waardoor je veel werd geholpen. Eten was goed. Kamers waren proper.

Te druk veel, mijn mening is dat zwembad te klein is anders was alles oké.

The entertainment and animation programmes for both children and adults were very good. The kids’ facilities were a big reason we chose this hotel, including the kids’ pools, funfair, car rides and kids’ club. These are especially great for families and make the long journey from Antalya Airport worthwhile. The staff were amazing throughout our stay – very hardworking, helpful, attentive and quick to assist. The food was generally tasty and we had an enjoyable family holiday overall.

For a hotel advertised as 5-star, several areas really need upgrading. On our second day there were constant power cuts and guests were getting stuck in the lifts, which was concerning. There are also only six lifts for such a large and busy hotel, so waiting for them was often frustrating. The rooms and interiors could do with refurbishment, particularly the carpets and general décor. We stayed in a family suite for six people, but having only one shower and toilet was not practical, and the balcony was quite small. I had requested an upgrade, but unfortunately this was not acknowledged. Although the food was tasty, there could be more variety and better options. Some of the children’s play equipment and slides also need urgent maintenance. We noticed damaged poles and areas where paint/material was coming away, which could hurt children. The beach area could also be much cleaner and more modern. The small on-site market was extremely overpriced. Overall, the staff deserve praise because they work incredibly hard, but I feel the management and owners need to invest more into maintaining and modernising the hotel. So many families choose this hotel specifically for its facilities, but in its current condition I personally would rate the overall standard closer to 3-star than 5-star

J’ai tout aimé, mon séjour a été exceptionnelle avec mes parents, tout était parfait. En terme de nourriture c’était excellent nous étions carrément choqué de tout ce qu’il y avait, même au niveau des dessert et également du jus d’orange frais tout les matins ! Je recommande à 100%.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haydarpasha Palace und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Mehmet Alp Chef und sein Team im Restaurant. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Man hat sich vom ersten Tag an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein so herzlicher Service macht den Urlaub noch schöner. Auch das gesamte Hotelpersonal war immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Poolbereich, der Strand und das Unterhaltungsprogramm waren ebenfalls hervorragend. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Haydarpasha Palace für den unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

أود مشاركة تجربتي بكل شفافية، وأتمنى أن تؤخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين مستوى الخدمة. للأسف، كانت إقامتي دون التوقعات للأسباب التالية: * كانت رائحة الطعام في الطابق الخامس قوية ومزعجة بشكل مستمر. * لا تتوفر خدمة الغرف؛ فعند طلب مشروبات تم إبلاغي بأنه يجب النزول إلى الأسفل للحصول عليها بنفسي. * في يوم المغادرة، اتصلت بمكتب الاستقبال مرتين لطلب المساعدة في نقل الحقائب، ولم يجب أحد على الاتصال، مما اضطرني إلى حمل الحقائب وإنزالها بنفسي. * طلبت سريراً للأطفال، لكن الذي تم إحضاره كان قديماً وغير نظيف، ولا يليق بمستوى أي فندق. * طلبنا مياه للشرب وأكياس قهوة في الساعة 11:00 صباحاً، ولم يتم إحضارها إلا حوالي الساعة 5:00 مساءً بعد عدة اتصالات ومتابعات. * الغرفة قديمة وتحتاج إلى صيانة شاملة. والأخطر من ذلك أنه أثناء نومنا سقط جزء من ديكور ظهر السرير على رؤوسنا، وهو أمر كان من الممكن أن يتسبب بإصابة خطيرة. * نظافة المصاعد كانت غير مرضية. * تقييمي لنظافة الغرفة هو 4/10. * الوسائد غير مريحة ولا تساعد على الحصول على نوم جيد. * طلبت غطاء لحاف، وكان الرد بأنه لا تتوفر لحافات أو بطانيات بسبب فصل الصيف، رغم أن احتياجات النزلاء تختلف من شخص لآخر. * العزل الصوتي بين الغرف والممرات ضعيف جداً، حيث يمكن سماع جميع الأصوات داخل الغرفة، مما أثر على الراحة والخصوصية. * لا تتوفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل الشامبو، وفرش الأسنان، ومعجون الأسنان. * السعر مبالغ فيه مقارنة بمستوى الخدمات والتجهيزات المقدمة. بناءً على هذه التجربة، لن أكرر الحجز في هذا الفندق مستقبلاً، ولا يمكنني التوصية به ما لم يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة، والاهتمام بالنظافة، ورفع معايير السلامة وجودة الصيانة. شكراً لكم.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and good in size, you can reach restaurants and pools without walking too much. The hamam is nice, but slightly over priced, and the people working there are a bit too pushy to sell their services. Food was ok, some drinks were quite nice. The daily ice cream was a nice touch. The few themed parties we attended were good, especially the DJ was excellent. The room was very spacious with lots of storage space for clothes, two balconies and two bathrooms, which was great for our family of five. The main pool was large, water slides were good enough. Indoor pool was a nice surprise, it was also quite big and a nice place to cool down from the heat. Location is good as it is walking distance from many shops. All in all, it was an ok stay for us, but not good enough for us to return. Compared to some other resorts, this was not up to our standards.

Unfortunately there were many things that put us off during our stay. During check in, nobody told us about the hotel and the area, the different restaurants, areas, hamam, kids play area - we found these out ourselves after some days. There was barely any greenery in the hotel area, no park or garden to walk around. The rooms had no blankets, we had to call reception several times to get anything close to a proper blanket. The mini bar was not stocked until day 4. The queueing situation at meal times was just not right. There are very long queues, with people cutting in between, and by the time you make it to your table, the food is cold. Many resorts use visitor data to improve their services - this hotel really needs to study which foods are popular, and then add serving stations for those. Most of the food was quite oily. We ended up eating the few same safe choices every day. There were quite less options for kids. Another massive negative side was the sun bed situation by the pools. Apparently people get up before 8am to reserve the beds with their towels, which is forbidden in the rules but not enforced by the hotel. We almost never found a single free bed after breakfast, so we had to go to the beach or leave our bags on the floor. This issue really needs to be solved. People reserved a group of 5 or 6 beds and then never returned - in the meanwhile our family of 5 could find maybe 1 random chair far from the pool and had to share that. The beach had more space, but unfortunately the water was really dirty. It wasn't only the muddy sea bed, there were actual pieces of plastic and other trash floating around. The area was also quite small, and the water sports guys kept playing music from their boats very loud. Same was by the pool. Another complaint is that people openly and excessively smoked everywhere, including by the kids pools and outside on the terrace where people are having food.

Wszystko było super, w szczególności kuchnia bardzo tóżnorodna w której każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, bardzo dobrze rozwiązany dostęp do basenów, były strefy dla dzieci i tylko dla osób dorosłych, jedzenie i napoje dostępne całą dobę, brak walki o leżaki dla każdego były dostępne , przy plaży zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci i dorosłych. Wszędzie prysznice żeby się opłukać, bardzo czyste łazienki. Bardzo dużym plusem był przy plaży nieduży lunapark dostępny dla gości hotelowych i amfiteatr gdzie codziennie odbywały się różnorodne wydarzenia artystyczne.

Śmieci w morzu ale to nie wina hotelu tylko raczej nas wszystkich.

Personalet ude ved pool området særligt animation folket tog på ingen måder ansvar. Selvom der vsr skilte som viste åbne og lukke tider kunne ting være lukkede. Når man spurgte personalet vidste de intet. En prøvede at fortælle os at det ikke var tyrkisk tid der fremgik af skiltene men “world time”. Hvad end det så er. Personalet ude ved pool områderne tog desværre ikke ansvar. Jeg savnede også livreddere ved indendørs pool området.

Wifi didnt work in room (5th floor). No milk in room for coffee. Water in communal fridges was often warm. Disappointing that ala carte was payable, most 5 star hotels include 1 or 2 visits a week. Suggestion - a hotel map would really help guests.

Food was 5/10. Rooms need renovated. We had a two floor room and the banister was extremely wobbly/unsafe. Definitely not a 5* with their food or rooms. Hotel overall on first glance is huge and looks 5* but the detail didn’t quite get that.

Müthiş ötesi bir deneyimdi, resepsiyonundaki yaklaşımdan, odasındaki hizmet, restoranlar, çalışanlar Herşey harikaydı. Şezlonglarda hiç yetersizlik yoktu, restorandaki yemekler çeşit çeşit, neredeyse her gece başka bir konsept lezzet eklenmesi, hiçbir zaman bitti denmemesi, garsonların hızlı çalışması ve masaya anında gelip içecek servis vs desteği vermesi çok konforluydu. 2 yetişkin bir bebek gittik, bebeğimiz çooook eğlendi, havuzlarda ayrı eğlence deniz tarafında ayrı eğlence. Ücretsiz lunapark, aquaparkı herleyi. Akşam animasyonları çok iyiydi, çok fazla yatırım yapıldığı belli oluyor. Her gece başka bir gösteri. Beklentimin çok üzerinde bir hoteldi. SPA deneğimimiz en güzellerinden biriydi, müthiş bir yaklaşım, samimiyet arkadaş canlısı çalışanlar. Çok huzurlu, çok konforlu ve iyi hissettirdi bize. Yaptırdığımız masajlar en iyisiydi, kesinlikle öneriyoruz çünkü çok memnun kaldık. Eşim ve bana Hamam hediye ettiler ( ilk kez denedik, oda çok güzeldi) ❤️ Deneyimlenmeniz gereken bir tecrübe! :) çok güzel bir işletme

Çoçuk animasyonu 10 üçerinden 2-3 veririm. Akşamları çocuk diskosu sadece müzik sebebi ile eğlenceliydi, yoksa hep aynı iki üç şarkıda aynı dansı yapıp geceyi kapatıyorlar. 9 gecelik konaklamamızda güzel olan bebeğimizin eğlendiği sadece bir sihirbazlık gösterisine denk geldik. Eğer aktivitelere biz denk gelemediysek demek ki bilgilendirme zayıf.

Allt var suveränt, vilket fantastiskt hotell å vilken underbar personal på alla avdelningar, allt från städ, restaurang, reception å underhållnings personal var fantastiska på alla sätt, så hårt arbetande å sliter å ger allt för att gästerna ska ha det bästa på sin semester. Underhållningsperonalen är bäst, vilken energi å vilka roliga aktiviteter det erbjuder, gör semester roligare! Underhållningen om kvällarna också väldigt bra. Stor eloge till hotellet å dess underbara personal!

Enda vi saknade var lite basic mat till våra kräsna barn, saker som pommes, chicken nuggets, margarita pizza fanns ej tillgänglig var dag vilket va synd för kräsna barn.

Everything was wonderful. Especially in the restaurant area, Mehmet Aslan (the chef) and Hilal were very attentive, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. They made our experience even more enjoyable.

However, having tip boxes everywhere, even in the rooms for the cleaners, was quite uncomfortable and unnecessary. Also, the constant foreign music and lack of Turkish music were a bit disappointing. To be honest, the hotel seemed to cater more to international tourists than to local guests.

The kids activities, my children had so much fun and that is what we came here for.

The maids didn’t clean the rooms properly. The food options were not many and repetitive everyday. The alcoholic drinks felt like soft drinks. But the biggest downside is the distance (1 hour and 50 mins) from the airport.

Absoluut premium ultra all inclusive! Alles klopt, over alles is nagedacht. Eten was zeer boven verwachting, heel veel variatie. Entertainment idem, ieder avond wordt weer uitgepakt. Privé strand, zwembaden, kermis (incl bots auto’s en reuzenrad!), kids club, spa / sauna, alles was uitstekend! Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

De verwarmde zwembaden waren minder warm dan ik gewend ben. Dit was ook echt enige wat ik vond tegen vallen. Daarom een 9 ipv een 10.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it. Every day they clean your room and change towels. As well every morning they refill your minibar. Stuff is very nice. Loved the ice cream. We spent beautiful time and definitely we will be back.

Quality of the wine. There is only one kind of white/red/sparkling wine. Medical staff aren’t professional.

Essen rund um die Uhr, Getränke rund um die Uhr, Zimmer waren sauber, Pool war sauber.

Rauchmelder im Zimmer blinkt die ganze Nacht. Für Leute mit empfindlichen Augen leider sehr nervig. Hinzu kommt, dass die Minibar alle 10 Minuten sich einschaltet und runter kühlt. Leider ist dies ziemlich laut und nervig.

The place is stunning, clean and great for families. Great food around the clock, huge pools and the beautiful beach made our stay unforgettable, highly recommended!

Coffee. I mean the lack of a decent one. There’s only one place in entire reaort (patiseriet) where they have a decent espresso machine, but for some reason, staff tried to avoid using it. Only when we specifically asked for it AND stayd there looking that they actuallybuse that one, we could get a good cappuccino.

Wunderschönes Hotel.. mit einem Hauch von Disney.. sehr gutes Essen.. tägliche Überraschungen.. sogar die Minibar im Zimmer inklusive.. Hammer gut..💝
