We loved our trip. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The housekeeping staff were around all the time. The food was great, so much choice. They did themed nights at the buffet - Mexican, Mediterranean, Turkish, Italian but they always had salad, pasta and pizza if the other food wasn't to your liking. There is a separate kids buffet where the counters are lower and the food is more plain. The pools are excellent! Slides were fantastic. we used the pools on all 3 properties but our favourite was the Nemo Castle or the main pool between the Royal and the Resort hotels. Fantastic entertainment on each night. Take extra money for the candy floss, popcorn or neon rides.

There wasn't much to do in walking distance. $40 for a taxi into Antalya. There were additional costs for the indoor bowling.

We stayed at AQI Pegasos Royal and were absolutely delighted with our experience! We loved everything about the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. We would especially like to mention the beautiful sandy beach and the clean, crystal-clear sea — it was a real pleasure to relax there. The swimming pools were also excellent, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the food as well. There was a great variety of dishes, and everything was delicious and fresh. The restaurant was always clean, and the dishes and cutlery were perfectly clean, which was also very important to us. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. AQI Pegasos Royal is an excellent hotel that we would definitely love to visit again. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable and for creating such a pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We had another wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. We were here last year as well, and once again we were very happy with our holiday. A special thank you to Tarik, our waiter, who is always very attentive and kind to us and especially to our children. We noticed his caring attitude last year too, and it was lovely to see him again this year. He always makes us feel welcome and comfortable. We would also like to thank Svetlana at the reception for her kindness, helpfulness, and warm smile. The food was very good, with plenty of variety, and we really enjoyed the evening shows. The beautiful sandy beach was also perfect for relaxing and spending time with our children. Thank you to the whole team for a great family holiday! We would happily come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beach is amazing, the sea is very shallow for about 50metres from the shore, though almost never calm. The person responsible for the restaraunt is doing great job both in terms of food and service. For kids there's also a choice of "beige food", incl chips, pasta, nuggets, burgers and pizza every breakfast and lunch. Cleaning was good and cleaning ladies nice. The rooms are exactly as on the photos - the design is a bit dated but looks like bathrooms have been renovated recently. Aircon worked fine, room fridge was noisy so I switched it off.

On most nights, there's either a live music or karaoke blasting from Buddah bar into hotel rooms facing the sea until midnight, so I couldn't sleep properly at night. The alternative was probably a highway view rooms but I didn't want it either. I asked the management to reduce the volume after 10pm, they did it maybe once but then it continued as usual. We had to walk to Pegasos Resort to get beach sunbeds, getting sunbeds near the pool was also a struggle.

Had everything you could possibly ask for and entertainment was brilliant for all ages .

With all them hotels on that road there’s nothing about to explore or just get away from the hotel .

Le personnel très sympathique a l’accueil. Le personnel du restaurant très agréable. Mr Ferdi était au top. Ceux des différents bars n’étaient pas très avenants. La nourriture était globalement bonne avec beaucoup de choix. La sécurité était bien gérée. Les maîtres nageurs faisaient bien leur travail, ils ne laissaient rien passer, ce qui est rassurant quand vous avez des enfants. Très belle plage avec sable fin agréable.

L’eau des piscines devraient être contrôlées et vérifiées. Durant notre séjour ma fille et plusieurs autres enfants sont tombés malades (ma fille avait bu la tasse) et les autres enfants aussi après avoir discuté avec les parents que j’ai croisé devant l’infirmerie de l’hôtel. Une bonne gastro qui les a couché plusieurs jours. Je suis quasiment sûre que cela vient de la piscine.

Die poolanlage ist zu klein für so viele leute dementsprechend bei 3 hotels überfüllt, die parkplatz situation sehr schwach, das essen ist ok aber es ist immer das gleiche mehr oder weniger.

Allt var verkligen perfekt! Personalen var helt fantastisk, trevlig och hjälpsam. Personalen som serverade drycker kom ofta fram och frågade om vi behövde något och såg alltid till att vi hade det bra. Även personalen i barerna runt hela hotellet var otroligt trevliga och serviceinriktade. Maten var jättegod, hotellet fint och stranden och havet fantastiska. Vi kände oss verkligen väl omhändertagna under hela vistelsen. Även städpersonalen var så gulliga och trevliga och städade vårt rum jättefint varje dag. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka! ❤️☀️

The food buffet was very good, with a wide variety of options. The kids' buffet was also great. The beach access is convenient, and the beach itself is beautiful.

The facilities overall were good, although some areas, such as the corridors leading to the rooms and a few outdoor spaces, had unpleasant odors at times. Most of the staff, especially in the restaurants and bars, were friendly and attentive. My experience with the reception team was just acceptable, it did not stand out compared to the rest of the service. One aspect to consider is the location, as the hotel is nearly two hours from Antalya Airport, which made the journey feel quite long. Overall, I had a good stay. However, given the price, I was expecting a more exceptional experience. While the resort is nice, I did not find enough unique features to clearly distinguish it from other quality resorts.

We arrived at night as a group consisting of a family (two adults and a 3-year‑old child) plus two additional adults. We had booked two separate rooms. Upon entering our family room, we immediately noticed that it contained two separate single beds and a sofa. The beds had a nightstand and lamp between them, making it impossible to combine them into one larger bed. The next day we raised this issue with the staff, but were told that the family could sleep together on the sofa. This is unacceptable - we paid for a family room, not for sleeping separately or on a sofa. Our 3‑year‑old cannot sleep alone in a bed, and the sofa bed was unsafe and too small. No child bed was provided until we specifically requested one. Later, we spoke with the manager, who offered free tea, coffee, and soft drinks in the room as compensation. However, every 5‑star hotel we have visited already includes tea and coffee in the room, so this gesture felt inadequate. Important note: If you book a family room, be aware that you may receive a room with separate beds. The rooms are outdated and the beds were uncomfortable, even after receiving an extra mattress. This did not meet the standards of a 5‑star hotel. On the positive side, the food in the main restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety and great flavors. We did not book à la carte, as the process was complicated - all meals must be chosen in advance, which is difficult for larger groups. The pools were crowded, but this is expected during high season. Water slides were closed between 12:00-14:00 and after 17:00. We did not book a la carte as it was somewhat complicated (you have to choose all meals in advance and for a big group of people this is not easy). Pools were crowded but nothing less can be expected from this kind of hotel in the high season. Water slides are closed at 12-14 and after 5 pm. The hotel has no dedicated room or storage space for suitcases. As a result, luggage is left in the reception area, making it look messy and unwelcoming. Summary: Service 2/5, Food 5/5, Rooms 3/5, Pools 4/5.

Очень старые и изношенные полотенца. Нужно обновить дизайн и ремонт комнат.

Myself and my 2 daughters have just come back from AQI Pegasos Royal for 10 days and we had the most amazing time! We didn’t want to come home!! From the delicious and varied food in the main restaurant each day and the very tasty Turkish Al a carte meal we had, to the fantastic Entertainment team who made each day and evening so much fun! Always pool games for people to join in if they want to and lots of laughter! The water slides were a big hit, the beach just a stone throw from the hotel with the most beautiful clear waters and so warm too! The customer service at this hotel was just great. The staff were so helpful and always with a smile on their faces.The evening Entertainment was always different with fantastic shows on and then more entertainment after at the Buddha Bar. A big shout out to Adhnan who was so cheerful and never let your glass be empty for long before he knew exactly what you had ordered and came over with another drink! We went on the Green Canyon River boat cruise which I would definitely recommend! They also have a foam party on the beach 3 times a week which is lots of fun, especially for the kids! We had the best time!!! thankyou Pegasos Royal for making our stay so wonderful!

Overall Verdict: All in all, a great family holiday with plenty to love, though a few classic resort annoyances and local tourist traps are worth keeping in mind. The Room & Hotel Standards • Accommodation: The room was nice, clean, and easily did the job for two adults and two kids (aged 13 and 11). • Housekeeping: Rooms were cleaned daily (except Tuesdays), and fresh water was bottled and restocked in the fridge every day. Sunbeds & Pool Area • Availability: Despite the usual rush, I never had to set a early alarm. Heading down around 8:00 AM, I always managed to secure four sunbeds together. • The "Towel Reservation" Issue: Unattended reserved beds are still an issue, but the hotel is actively trying to tackle it by removing hotel-owned towels left empty around 2:00 PM. Food & Dining • Buffet & Snacks: Food was lovely overall with enough variety for everyone. The pizzas were a massive hit, and the lunchtime chicken kebabs were unreal. • À La Carte Restaurants: We tried the Italian, Mediterranean, and Turkish options. Having table service was a welcome break from the buffet. • Waste Warning: You pick your courses, but they bring out tons of extra side dishes that end up sent back untouched—a lot of unnecessary food waste, even if it's delicious. • Cost: The Mediterranean didn't feel worth the extra charge. • Policy: The resort limits you to trying just two à la cartes per stay, meaning we missed out on trying Spice. It would be much better if guests could try them all over a longer stay. Drinks & Bars • Selection: Standard All-Inclusive drinks were a letdown. The wine tasted like vinegar, the juices were sickly sweet, and no Fanta Lemon for a gin was a major disappointment! I ended up paying for premium drinks quite often to get something palatable. Evening Entertainment • Shows: Typical AI fare on a weekly rolling timetable—meaning if you're there for two weeks, you'll see every show twice. The Michael Jackson tribute and the Fire Show were good, but after that, we preferred playing cards in the bar. Trips, Excursions & Local Area • Beach Paragliding: Booked directly with the team on the beach. Great value and highly recommended, though be prepared for them to make their real money on the photo packages afterward. • Shopping & Taxis: High-pressure sales locally make browsing nearly impossible. Be careful with taxis—a driver refused our request to go to Avsallar, claiming it was "rubbish," and took us to a huge, intimidating shopping venue where his friend tried to isolate us upstairs. • Local Dining: • Chico: Avoid. We were completely ripped off (£160 for two mains, two kids' pizzas, and four drinks). When challenged, staff played dumb and disappeared with the receipt. • Tower Bridge: Highly recommended! The owner of the nearby tattoo shop arranged a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Great atmosphere, fun entertainment, and fantastic food. The Main Negative • Smoking: Cigarette smoke is everywhere and completely unmanaged. People actively ignored non-smoking signs, blowing secondhand smoke over non-smokers and families. A bit more respect and enforcement from the resort wouldn't go amiss.

Отелем оперируют TUI. Контингент - Западная и Восточная Европа + UK. Хорошее месторасположение. Отличный, чистый, песчаный пляж длиной примерно 1,2-1,5 км. Очень комфортно гулять в любое время суток. Три отеля объединены в одну территорию. Можно ходить везде но питаться только в своем отеле. Чистота в целом ок. Номера старые но чистые и ухоженные. Ванна и душ в хорошем состоянии. Анимация и шоу - все как положено. Еда! Еда на 8,5 баллов. Вообще учитывая уровень отеля, стоимость и соотношение цена/качество, еде можно поставить 9,5 баллов смело. Разнообразие, качество и вкус - отличные! Кровати удобные, кондиционеры работали. Обслуживание тоже ок.

Маленькая территория самого отеля. Отель требует реновации. Тесно у бассейна. Шезлонги и зонтики можно бы немного обновить. В номере в холодильнике не было напитков кроме воды… но не критично.

We had a fantastic time at Pegasos Royal and thought it was the best hotel of the 3 (though we were delighted to be able to use facilities in all 3 hotels, what a wonderful idea!). Staff were super friendly, which made our holiday special. Special thanks to Adil and Mahmut at the restaurant who took great care of us, remembered our drinks orders and we're always smiley and helpful. Another lots of huge thanks goes to Adnan at the Buddha Bar - an incredible man, who is the heart and sole of the place, it would not be the same without him! Everywhere was very clean, the food was great and we could not have wished for more. We also had a great experience with the Atlantis Dive club (located at Pegasos Club), highly recommended.

Wat ons het meest beviel was dat de hotel aan zee was. Fijne zandstrand, perfecte ligging.

1. Zwembad is wel te klein voor zo een groot hotel. 2. Je kan niet overal roken (aan zwembad). Aangewezen rookplekken waren vies en geen zit mogelijkheden

Jak powiedziałem, że łóżko jest tak twarde, że nie da sie na nim spać, to przynieśli dodatkowy materac. Ciśnienie wody w kranie ma chyba z 10 atmosfer, niektórym może splukać tatuaże ;)

W zasadzie wszystko mnie irytowało. Jedzenie monotonne, (choć raz trafiły się krewetki) a tak to all inclusive tylko z nazwy. Za wszystko na każdym kroku trzeba dopłacać.. popcorn, lody, trampolina na wodzie.. w barach jest tylko woda z kranu, cola, sprite i lód ..plus jakiś tani alkohol. Reszta dodatkowo płatna. Na samo pytanie o owoce, czy mojito barmanów ogarnia śmiech. Siłownie całe zardzewiałe. Pan wydający ręczniki miał problem, aby po wyjściu z basenu dac mi ręcznik do wytarcia, bo karty ręcznikowej nie miałem przy sobie. Masakra.

Очень старый душ и все внутри ,ужасные и хитрые люди которые тебе ехидно улыбаются и обманывают на каждом шагу.в этом же отеле работают машенники которые кидают вас на деньги и все это прикрывается всеми органами от полиции до прав потребителей ,там все заодно!!!все куплено!!!на частном пляже отеля находятся много людей не с отеля и пропадают вещи!!!предлогают очень завышенные цены за услуги например массаж в отеле 100 евро со скидкой ,который даже в букинге стоит 20-25 евро!и так там во всем!!!!

We had a wonderful 10 days at the royal! We haven’t been all inclusive or to Turkey for 10 years but decided to go for a relaxing, no cooking holiday. I must first mention the lovely staff in the restaurant especially Tarik! What a lovely member of staff you have there, so polite and kind and could not do enough for you. I hope you can pass on our thanks. You have access to all 3 hotel pools which was a bonus as we preferred the middle pool (though please enforce no smoking round the pool, it’s so unfair on non-smokers!) In July it was busy but I’m an early riser so went to the pool at 7:30 for a coffee and read in the quiet. I think if you came after breakfast you’d struggle to find a sunbed but there seemed to be plenty on the beach. The beach was lovely and sandy with crystal clear warm waters and felt safe as the life guards were very on it. The food in the restaurant was amazing! Such a wide choice for all tastes, freshly cooked and you didn’t feel like anything had been recycled from previous meals. We’re not really animation fans so just sat in the bar after dinner but from what we could see it was busy there. Rooms a bit dated and tired and get a sea view if you can as the road is noisy but you can’t hear it with the patio door shut. However we only slept in the room and it was very clean so all good. The whole hotel was spotless, the staff work very hard. All in all a brilliant holiday!

Had a lovely week at the royal with my friend and her granddaughter, rooms where a little dated but where very clean ,beds where very comfy shower was very good and powerful paid for a sea view room which was really nice . The hotel was spotless and gardens where well kept ..pool area I felt was a little cramped felt like everyone was on top of each other I prefer a bit more space to move my sunbed around but that’s my preference. The beach was really nice the water was so warm and clear we spent everyday at the beach and it was nice to have a private beach . The staff make this hotel they work none stop I never seen any staff just standing around talking they where always doing something , they where all very polite and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them , the tables where always cleared very quickly and cleaned never waiting for a table and the hotel was very busy . The food was really good there was so much choice one of the best choices I have seen and even though it was really busy they replenished the food very quickly when it was running out which I was impressed by . The entertainment for the children was good and we seen some really good acts of a night as well .overall it was a very good hotel especially if you have children there is something to keep them occupied with the beach ,pools, slides and mini discos and kids club . Special mention to Efe on reception who was so kind and helpful sorting our ipad to work also Mahmut in the restaurant who always got us our table and drinks everyday .

Közel van a medencékhez a part , ami homokos .Tiszta a part . Sok a gyerekeknek a csúzda. Jó a medencék hőfoka és tiszták a medencék is. Jók az ételek , bő a választék,nem unalmasak / nem egyhangúak. Külön főztek nekem gluténmentes tésztát is , csak kérni kellett a séftől Bárjaik hajnali 1 -ig vannak nyitva.Jó a kids clubjuk. Esténként van mindig minidisco, majd azt követően a felnőtteknek műsor . Finom a csavaros fagyijuk napközben . Ha délután vagy este indul a géped hazafele, akkor ott tudsz maradni a szállodában még , van lehetőségük a vendégeknek szobán kívül letusolni , és átöltözni , hajat szárítani. Ingyenesek a napágyak. Egész nap van kávé , és többféle szénsavas üdítő és gyümölcslevek.

Szobák nem valami újak , de aludni teljesen jók.Fürdőszoba lehetne jobb… szebb, de fontos , hogy tiszta . Szobákban nincsen bekészítve vízforraló nekünk ez probléma volt a kicsi gyermekünk miatt a tápszer elkészítésénél. Külön kérni kellett a recepción . Klima nem működött valami jól a szobában. (15 fokon volt de nem volt nagyon hideg … kértük a szobacserét , de mivel teltház volt , így esélytelen volt ). A liftből mikor kiszáll az ember nincsen valami kellemes illat , legalábbis a mi szintűnkön nem volt az .(4 emelet ) Aki ,éjjel érkezik a szállodába vagyis 21 óra után, az jobb ha visz magával elegendő ennivalót a repülő útra , mert a szálloda nem készül fel a későn érkezőkre étellel. 23:30 kor van kétféle leves és kész . Ha ízlik szerencséd van ,ha nem , akkor így jártál . Nincsen semmiféle snack, vagy sültkrumpli , akár nugettsel.. vagy tészta … szószokkal … egyéb más ételek, amik jópár másik török szállodáknál jól bevált módszer ,és jól működik. Nem figyelik , hogy ki érkezik későn ( főleg kisgyermekkell) hogy kapjon rendes ételt.( Nem kell terülj terülj asztalkámnak lennie , nem erre gondolok , de azért elindul a család délelőtt otthonról , és éjfél mire a szállodába ér, jól esne egy kis figyelmesség ezen a téren. Szendvicset vittünk magunkkal ,de elfogyott már bőven mire a szállásra odaértünk ). Aki 21 óra után érkezik , az éhes marad másnap reggelig . Gyerekmedencénél lévő wc nem valami illatos . Takarítják ahogy bírják , de ráférne a felújítás .

The hotel had good service; you had a choice of what kind of shows you wanted to watch, there was entertainment, and you could get drinks at all the hotels. The food was tasty and varied. Thankyou Chef Deniz from the kitchen. The staff was also very friendly and always made you laugh. The person we had a lot of contact with, and who did a good job, is Mahmut Güzel. Thank you for the good care. We had so much fun at the karaoke, the sea, the pool, and the shows.

We've just come back from 11 Nights at AQI Pegasus Royal and had the most amazing time. The hotel is always clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. Have to give a massive shout out to Ata Karataş and Mehmet from the restaurant. Great service and really nice really people who couldn't do enogh for you. Also Adnan at the Buddha bar, he takes service to another level and makes it hard to leave the bar 😂, when you meet him you'll understand what I mean, he's a legend!. Finally to Ekin on the entertainment team, what a guy, really made the week fun and all will be missed. The food was good and warm, but we did get bored after a week. Breakfast does need a little more but always found something to eat. The pools are really good, however there were a few times they had to shut them but that is not down to the hotel and staff, more about parents. The slides were really good and will keep the kids entertained. The life guards were very on point and took safety really seriously, both by the pools, slides and the beach. The beach is is one of the things I'll miss the most, the water is amazing and so close to the hotel so the sound of waves crashing is something you can hear all the time. If you are thinking of doing any trips, I can massively recommend the scuba diving with Atlantis Diving Centre, Serhat and Tuna are amazing and the dives are incredible for the cost. The turtle island boat tour with Baytek on the beach was an unforgettable trip and I'd recommend the sunset one, we saw baby turtles, lion fish and an octopus. The snorkeling was lovely. The team there are great and make the trip what it was. Lastly, the green canyon boat trip is stunning! The scenery is beautiful and the Riverside restaurant was lovely. The textile shop at the end is out of this world if you want to buy any clothes and the price and quality is spot on. We met some amazing people who made the trip for us and had the best time and would definitely go back to the hotel.

Our first impression of the hotel was very pleasant, thanks to Efe at the reception—a kind and personable young man. He always smiled during his shifts and took a moment to chat, say hello, or wave to us. :) I also have to highlight the staff as a whole; the way they looked after the guests was amazing. Everyone served us with a smile and ensured we were happy. We stayed there for a week. And it was amazing time spent there. Whole staff were very friendly and pleasant. Every day they tried to offer something different in their cousin. Food was fresh and very tasty. Location is very nice. In close nearby are several water slides for children and adults can have fun there too. What I must point out - lifeguards were literary everywhere. Very appreciate that. It was the safest vacation I have already had, because my child (and me either) was constantly under supervision. Room was comfy with land view. Cleaned every day, every day housekeeper made some funny animal from towels. Once, we had an issue with A/C in our room. Literary two minutes after I reported it at reception, there were service guys for check. Before lunch, same day, they replaced same engine inside. So, it was fixed up extremely fast. From sunbeds in pool, several steps and you are in the sea with drink from beach bar. Every day they did different animation, different funny activities, sports activities, 3x foam beach party. Hotel halls are conditioned (Resort version are not) - only Royal and Club. Wi-Fi works also on the beach and on the pier opposite Club Hotel. This hotel, I can really recommend for families and everyone who wants to spend wonderful time in place where you feel they do the best for your happiness. Definitely worth for a visit

Great family hotel. Kids club, great food, nice bars... You will never go hungry or thirsty! Big 👍 for Abdullah in the Ada bar... 😉 Pools are great, sea is lovely, a La carte is great ( especially the Mediterranean 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌)... First hotel I've ever been to twice... Зелёная территория. Потрясающая анимация в отеле. За две недели не везде смогли побывать. Ребенку понравилась детская программа , ведущая Даша, видно что с душой подходит и к детям, и к работе! Отдельно и прям с восторгом хотим отметить работу Кристины (стрельба из лука), таких позитивных и ответственных тренеров редко встретишь! Настолько с любовью человек подходит к своей работе!! Мы начинали на рубеже с -10 :) , закончили отпуск с результатом +52. Теперь о еде... Много , вкусно... дети в восторге. Рекомендации для Booking, измените описание!!!! Интернет на территории всего отеля бесплатный, достаточно мощный, позволяет звонить по видео связи. Дискотеки так же бесплатные! Стоимость теннисного корта 15 евро/час. Номера в отеле, немного уставшие. Немного напрягала работа персонала во время обеда/ужина в баре. Ребята болтали по телефону, писали СМС... понятно молодые, но все же. Городок батутный на море ,возле Pegasos Club, он подустал уже... нет ручек и прочее... стоимость 15 евро на день.

У отеля огромная красивая и ухоженная территория, чистый пляж, пологий вход в море, несколько бассейнов с чистейшей водой, очень вкусная и разнообразная еда и интересная анимация. Сам отель внутри красивый, внутри много картин, изысканная мебель и везде изображение Пегаса (летающего коня). На территории и в номерах - везде инструкции и полезная информация на разных языках для гостей отеля. Вся эта информация написана с уважением и заботой к отдыхающим. Но, самое главное это - персонал отеля. Все сотрудники отеля доброжелательные, улыбчивые, стараются помочь в решении всех вопросов. Наше знакомство с отелем и его персоналом началось со Светланы на ресепшн. Это удивительная девушка с прекрасным чувством гостеприимства. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, и Светлана не только сделала всё, чтобы мы долго не ждали, но предоставила номер категории выше, чем мы бронировали. Огромное ей спасибо за этот тёплый приём! В период проживания у нас возникла небольшая поломка в душе и перед завтраком мы сообщили об этом Светлане. Какого было наше удивление, когда вернувшись после завтрака в номер мы обнаружили, что поломка была оперативно устранена в наше недолгое отсутствие. Еще хотим поблагодарить Ольгу Шнайдер и её коллегу- симпатичную девушку из Guest Relations за инструктаж по отелю, за ежедневные улыбки и дружелюбие. Мы часто советовались с ними, как лучше и удобнее добраться до определенных мест в Алании, которые планировали посетить. Мы жили в номере 4058 и нашей горничной была Selma Arici. Хотим поблагодарить ее за доброжелательность, ежедневную чистую уборку, замену полотенец, снабжение минеральной водой и эстетичные фигуры из полотенец с лепестками роз.

A really lovely hotel; it’s not the newest, but it’s clean, and the swimming pools are cleaned every day at 4 am… The whole restaurant area is cleaned very thoroughly in the evening; I was pleased with that. It’s worth paying extra for a room with a sea view. I’ve attached a photo from our balcony. The food is varied, with plenty of vegetables, both fresh and cooked. There’s always a selection of fresh fruit: strawberries, cherries, peaches, apricots, plums, pears, watermelons, etc. The children were very happy with the slides. A sandy, clean beach with sun loungers right next to the hotel. With the ‘all-in’ option, you can make use of the facilities at neighbouring sister hotels. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The activity leaders were very dedicated and friendly. They ran interesting activities in the pool and in the evenings. Warm regards, and I’d like to recommend Pedro from Brazil, who was a real ray of sunshine! A really lovely holiday – we’d love to stay at this hotel again

The hotel is perfect for children. 10/10 in every respect, especially the appearance. The cleaning staff, waiters, lifeguards—the entire hotel team—are great. We recommend the waiter, Husan; he made our entire stay enjoyable; he was very kind and friendly. We'll be back.

We visited three years ago and so this was our second time as a family, this time with three kids, including a young toddler. And just as a preface, we LOVED this hotel, but felt that just a few tweaks would make it perfect, because with 3 kids we would struggle to return unless these are implemented I'll start with the opportunities for improvement first... With an additional 1.5yr toddler this year, we booked the bigger "Family Suite", because it mentioned on the Nazar website "Two separate bedrooms", we needed this so that our two bigger kids had a room, and a room for us and our baby, plus a lounge area with balcony so that we could relax as adults in the evening. Unfortunately it's not two "separate" bedrooms, it's an apartment with one bedroom (double bed), and two separate single beds in the main lounge area, therefore once baby was in bed and the big kids asleep, us tired parents had nowhere to relax in peace/privacy, even opening and closing the balcony door was too noisy and the balcony for this room type was tiny. We escalated to the reception but we're told that it's their biggest room, and Nazar refused to do anything about it too, this was our biggest negative for this hotel. This hotel needs a bigger room option for families with more than 2 kids, 2 actual bedrooms or 3 would be even better, because we'd pay the extra for it. Also, the website needs a floorplan adding for each room type so that there are no surprises. Next is the bar situation, we've visited other hotels where you can scan a QR by your parasol around the pool and a drink is delivered to you, but at the Pegasos Royal you've never got a bar very close unless you choose to sit next to one of the two outdoors, and it's a big outdoor area. So, more bars would be good, or even better a QR code system/waiter service, to deliver drinks to you - we would even pay extra for the waiter service! Next, it's a massive family hotel and yet there's not a single indoor play area for young kids with soft play and some basic fun/toys. There are many big lounge areas which are just always empty, these would be an ideal location, especially the one which overlooks the kids pool, it's air conditioned and feels largely unused. Next, the water-slides turn off at 1700 and that's too early. The days got 43c at times and the kids could barely cope, as the evening approaches it's cooler and an ideal time for water-slides, please consider extending this by just an hour or two. Finally, the Russians and Middle-Eastern guests seem to think that they are above the "No Smoking" rules around the pool/kids, I had to "tell off" at least 5 individuals to stop smoking and to go to the designated areas because the Life Guards felt that it wasn't their job. I want to see more strictly enforced rules, I don't want my kids near smoke, it's unhealthy, selfish and unfair. NOW onto the positives, and there are many, but as highlights, the pools are really lovely and really well maintained, the grounds are beautiful and the flowers/decor are all so professionally managed. The hotel is always spotless clean and the food is incredible for an all-inclusive buffet, we didn't once feel that there wasn't something for us all to eat, the options were just fantastic. The entertainment was also really good, a little late for the smaller kids but it's holiday so it's fine, but perhaps have a bar at the entertainment, otherwise it's a 10 minute roundtrip to the bar and back to get a top-up. The staff are absolutely brilliant, all so friendly at all times, never hesitating to help and always a smile on their faces. Every single one of the team looked happy to be doing what they do. But the staff that really excelled for us were Deniz at the beach bar, and in the restaurant Zefer, Askin, Evren and Seyit, all of whom made our experience a really positive one. We also met the General Manager Mr Cemal, incredibly friendly, and he commited to looking at the play area idea. Overall, if the above improvements actually happen, we would return for a third time to this hotel, so we're keeping our fingers crossed, we really are!

Great hotel, I stayed with my wife and two small children, everything was amazing. I would especially like to mention the beach. I have vacationed in many places in Turkey, but this beach is the best, especially if you are traveling with children.

Lovely hotel, nice and big with a clean vibe everywhere. Shops and barbers underneath ground level , food was good and the staff were even better , we had hasin raj waiting on us all week very friendly and so helpful with everything we asked for and there was 10 of us , great with the kids in the group also im only sad we never got to say goodbye to him.

We simply love booking this hotel with TUI it has everything to offer. We went last year for two weeks and decided to go back this year for three and it still didn't feel long enough, no e of us were ready to go home. Rooms are clean spacious and the shower has amazing pressure, balcony was spacious and the views were beautiful. The flowers and landscaping at the hotel are exquisite. Value for money is great as the food is amazing l, fresh breads pasta salads beautiful meats. The lady on the pasta bar is lovely and always smiling. The hotel itself is immaculate and the toilets smell lovely, all the cleaners always say hello and are smiling. The shoes are amazing we enjoyed them all especially the one with the motorbikes and fire. Entertainment at the hotel is amazing from foam party's to pool games and discos, big shout-out to Abdullah from the team as he is al aye so smiley pleasant and loves people to have a good time and he is so polite he is a true credit to royal and he is fantastic with children. Our waiters were amazing Adil Mamut and Mikael especially, they always went the extra mile and our glasses were never empty and we never had a dirty plate near, on our last day they dressed the table with cloths and petals as it was our last dinner we were very sad to leave. Deniz and Adnan are amazing bar staff and always make you feel welcome. Lifeguards are great at doing their job at keeping us safe. The beach is so safe for children, clean clear no jellyfish it's fantastic and the sand is beautiful and great for making sandcastles. The cabbanas were a special treat as you felt like a queen for the day in paradise. There just aren't enough words to say how much we love this place and all the staff that goes the extra mile to make your holiday special. We cannot wait to come back

The place is amazing. Food, and hospitality is unreal. The best bar man is anil who pours unbelievable beer and makes great paradises. Ekin is also great entertainer.

Great hotel, perfect clean large rooms. Unfortunately little support for family with three children (we had to take two rooms). The hotel has great WiFi coverage and speed, good coverage of water/beverages around pools and on the beach, all day snack bars, free ice cream (although only soft serve), great variations of food.

Stranden var otroligt fin med tillräckligt många lediga solstolar under vårt besök. Men under högsäsong är det säkerligen en utmaning att få solstolar. Poolen var mindre än vi sett framför oss, men fanns tillräckligt med utrymme för barnen att leka på. Man kunde även använda de andra poolerna på hotellen, och de var lite bättre för lek med boll. Men överlag är vi väldigt nöjda med besöket och närheten till havet.

Ett minus att de skulle ha betalt för att använda tennisbanan såväl som vattenparken på området fast det står att det finns. Vi testade även a la carte restaurangen, asiatiska vilket vi inte tyckte om. Buffén var över förväntan dock.

As a single mother I went with my daughter to this hotel. We had the best time and felt sooooo safe!!! I was a bit curious how everything would turn out but we had a great time. Everyone was really nice and respectful. Especially Erol the server at the food was really nice and helped us every day. I am thankful for this holliday and will recommend this to everyone!

Staff were amazing, so friendly, we arrived at 23:30 and the receptionist was so lovely, they have midnight soup available or if you didn’t want that they had pre made lunch bags with a sandwich, piece of fruit a cake and a small drink. The hotel is very clean, cleaners are very vigilant. Food was alright I’m a very fussy eater and still managed to have something everyday. There is a separate kids buffet and seating area if you want to use it. Restaurant staff were excellent especially Ata and Adil, they were so observant for example as soon as they noticed your glass was empty they’d bring you a refill and remembered what everyone in our party drank which was a challenge in itself as we were a group of 10. The waiters and waitresses were also very good, have to give Nevzat a very special mention as he was so good with us all. Only complaint I have is we had a child with a nut allergy with us, although everything is very well sign posted for allergies there wasn’t any desserts he could have as it all contained nuts. Pools are very well maintained and very clean, overall I highly recommend the hotel. There wasn’t much around location wise however if you don’t want to leave the resort you wouldn’t have to as it has everything you need there. We did find a small row of shops and a pharmacy just across the road from the hotel as well. The entertainment was very good as well, we were there for 11 nights in total, only thing that lets it down is that it’s a weekly rotation so we seen the same shows twice. We had 2 big birthdays to celebrate whilst we were there which was no problem for the staff at all they set us a nice table, we paid for the cake and requested it to be nut free which it was, staff brought the cake over and sang happy birthday it was lovely.

We keep returning here for a reason. Gorgeous sea front location with plenty to do for the whole family of all ages. Year after year we are greeted like family. The hotel is immaculate , the food is delicious and plentiful and the staff are fantastic from start to finish. Adnan and his team in the Buddha bar are brilliant 5* every day.. Everyone is always happy there with a full glass with no waiting ever and a lovely atmosphere. Tarik in the restaurant is always a pleasure. He always goes the extra mile for everyone which is very much appreciated. Lots of choice for entertainment in the evening across the hotels We’ll be back again :) Thankyou :) M.

I had a wonderful stay at AQI Pegasos Royal. This was my second visit, and it was definitely worth coming back. The long sandy beach and clear water make it perfect for swimming and relaxing walks along the shore. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste, including different themed cuisines in the evenings. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, especially with the evening shows, which were both enjoyable and professionally organized. I also appreciated the sports activities, particularly the archery sessions. They were fun and well supervised, and even more enjoyable thanks to Kris, the archery instructor. Her enthusiasm and helpful tips helped everyone improve their skills while keeping the sessions relaxed and entertaining. Overall, it was a great holiday experience that I would happily recommend, and I look forward to returning.

Been coming to this hotel since 2019. Never fails to live up to expectations. Very clean and tidy. Staff are welcoming and can’t do enough to ensure we have a great time. Adnan and the staff at the Buddha bar are amazing. Seems to know what everyone drinks and you never seem to have an empty glass. Tariq and the staff in the restaurant always go above and beyond what I’d expect from a hotel. There’s a reason we keep coming back. Rooms are cleaned daily so they’re always immaculate. We spent our holidays at Pegasos Royal in June 2026 and left with great memories. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options that cater to both adults and kids, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes—from hearty classics to lighter choices. The quality was consistently solid, and meals felt enjoyable. Everywhere we went felt spotless and well-maintained. Rooms, common areas, and especially the pool and kids’ zones were kept clean throughout our stay, which added a lot to our comfort and peace of mind. There was daily entertainment during the day, with activities continuing well into the night. The schedule kept the atmosphere lively without feeling overpowering, allowing for a nice balance between relaxation and fun. The entertainment team did an excellent job of keeping everyone cheerful and engaged; their energy was infectious, and they made an effort to involve guests of all ages, which really boosted the holiday vibe. The pool house turned into a lively hub with a well-organized daily programme. It wasn’t just about swimming; there were fun games, activities, and friendly competitions that added an extra layer of enjoyment for both kids and adults. We would also like to mention the food! Everything was absolutely delicious, and we’re definitely going home with a few extra kilos! 😅🍰🍉 The late-night soup was an absolute highlight 🔝. One evening, there was even borscht. Of course, it wasn’t exactly like our traditional homemade Ukrainian borscht, but it was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that truly warmed our hearts ❤️. A special thank you to Deniz, the bartender at the beach bar, for his friendliness, positive attitude, and especially for serving beer in perfectly chilled glasses 🥇🍺. Those little details make a huge difference! We would also like to thank Adil, who greeted us every single breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a genuine smile. After just a few days, we didn’t even have to mention what we wanted to drink anymore—he already knew our preferences, and when we arrived at our table, our drinks were already waiting for us. 😊 That level of care and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome. This was my 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel. We arrived early hours and the reception staff were lovely and provided food for us to take to our rooms. The room itself is spacious and the bed is a great size and all very clean. Bottled water is provided by the cleaners in the room. There is also a decent size fridge in the room. The food is amazing, so much choice and the views from the restaurant are stunning. All the waiters were very helpful, massive thanks to Tariq who went above and beyond for our party of 10. The pool and all the amenities are great and again everything is very clean. Aqua aerobics is a must, Ricky the instructor was brilliant and so much fun. Definitely join in if you can. Plenty of sun beds around all the different pools. The grounds and gardens around the hotel are immaculate and very well kept. The beach is stunning and the sea is lovely and shallow. We did the banana boat which was a lot of fun and the kids went to the foam party on the beach. The evening entertainment was brilliant, there were some very good shows and the kids disco was a hit with the kids and adults. The hotel has 2 sister hotels which you can use and have plenty of shops and little markets between them. I don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel or the staff. It was a memorable holiday for all the right reason and I would definitely visit again.

أقمت في هذا المنتجع وكانت التجربة ممتازة من جميع النواحي. المنتجع نظيف جداً، واسع وكبير، ومن أجمل ميزاته أنه مرتبط بمنتجعين آخرين، مما يتيح للنزلاء التنقل بينها والاستفادة من جميع المرافق والفعاليات وحضور الحفلات في أي منتجع منها. الفعاليات والأنشطة كانت متنوعة وممتعة، كما أن وجود عدد كبير من الموظفين المتحدثين باللغة العربية جعل التواصل سهلاً ومريحاً. أما فريق الأنشطة والترفيه فكانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وكانوا يحرصون باستمرار على التأكد من راحة الضيوف وتقديم المساعدة عند الحاجة. وأود أن أخص بالشكر Ali على تعامله الراقي واهتمامه الكبير بالضيوف، فقد كان مثالاً للود وحسن الاستقبال. شكراً لجميع العاملين، وكانت إقامة مميزة بكل معنى الكلمة، وأتطلع للعودة مرة أخرى

This is my 5th time coming to this hotel. I have brought family friends grandchildren and finally my husband. I travel 4 to 5 times a year all over the world and I can honestly say this hotel is my favourite. Why you may ask???? Cleanliness, food choice, entertainment , gorgeous beach and most of all the staff. Every single staff member goes out of there way to do so much for you. They make you feel like a long time friend..... too many names too mention but Olga who sorts out A la Carte dining was fantastic with sending us up a kettle tea and coffee and remembering our names every time she saw us...... please don't leave the place wouldnt be the same without you. And also Deniz the beach bar waiter. You kept me and my husband topped up with drinks without having to ask..... cant wait to see you all next year. X

I went as part of a big group with kids, and it was perfect for our needs. The accommodation was very clean and well organised. Food was brilliant, loads of variety and the views when dining outside were stunning. The waiters were lovely, especially Tariq who went out of his way to accomodate our larger group. The pool/slides were brilliant and had enough variety. The aqua aerobics was so much fun due to the charismatic instructor. It was perfect for the kids as it was all in one gated community and they had loads to do, including pool and arcade etc. It was convenient having the shops within the hotel and the ability to go anywhere within the three hotels was great. The entertainment was good, and the fire act I would have paid good money to see. The beach was on the doorstep, with its own entertainment including platonk and a foam disco. Special shout out to Ali who was so friendly and kind. He was very accomodating in the karaoke when we changed our mind about our song choice, and really encouraged everyone to engage during the platonk game. 10/10 for encouraging us to get involved. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, and really made the holiday. Only great things to say about this resort, excellent value for money, beautiful views and a holiday I won't forget.

Well where do I start? This was our first trip to Turkey and also our first all-inclusive holiday and we were completely blown away with Pegasos Royal Hotel! The staff went out of their way to make our holiday even more special and a huge thank you to Tariq our waiter who looked after all 10 of us and did an extra special table for our last night, and to Ali in the entertainment team - how he remembered our names I'll never know but was so friendly and welcoming! Even the reception staff were so happy and welcoming in the early hours when we arrived and offered us some food for the room which we appreciated after a long trip. The food was incredible, the cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate and the evening entertainment and amenities were outstanding - we didn't want to leave!!

A wonderful holiday with an incredible atmosphere! Our stay at this hotel left us with very pleasant memories. The biggest advantage is its ideal location. The hotel is in a wonderful spot, and the beach and the sea are simply stunning. I’d particularly like to mention the atmosphere – it’s incredible here! There was a great vibe every day, and the hotel team did everything to ensure guests felt comfortable and carefree. The foam disco on the beach was especially memorable – it was great fun, vibrant and full of positive vibes. The service deserves top marks. All the staff are very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. We’d like to give a special thank you to Nevzat.❤️❤️❤️ He literally brightened up our evenings with his friendliness, professionalism and wonderful attitude towards guests. It’s thanks to people like him that we want to come back here again. As for the rooms, they were clean and comfortable, though the decor is a bit dated, so we’d give this aspect a 3.5 out of 5. That said, it didn’t spoil our holiday at all, as all the hotel’s other strengths far outweigh this minor drawback. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates a warm atmosphere, high-quality service and unforgettable experiences.
