Appartamento molto grande e luminoso, stupenda terrazza con vista sulla Cupola di Santa Maria del Fiore. Molto fornita anche la cucina, con tutti gli utensili e anche caffè, zucchero, etc. La posizione è eccezionale, da qui è possibile visitare praticamente tutto a piedi. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Da raccomandare senza indugi!

Siamo stati a Firenze per quattro giorni nell'agosto del 2026. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dalla nostra ospite, che ci ha fornito consigli e informazioni utili. La posizione dell'appartamento è eccezionale e molto tranquilla. I letti sono comodi.. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Grazie.

Gli unici inconvenienti sono stati la mancanza di aria condizionata in una camera da letto e la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia un po' debole.

Mi è tanto piaciuta l’accoglienza, squisita. Struttura da luci e ombre soprattutto con questo caldo. Aria condizionata solo in camera da letto e la cosa strana è che il condizionatore è stato depotenziato con una maschera in legno visibile. Quindi la stanza non sarà mai realmente fresca. Il resto dell’appartamento è invivibile con questo caldo. La posizione è meravigliosa e invidiabile.

Ne ho già parlato. Ormai l’aria condizionata in tutta casa non può essere considerata un plus ma uno standard. La doccia non scaricava, l’ho dovuta svuotare io dai capelli nello scarico. Alla fine potrebbe essere una struttura da 10 e lode ma si ferma a 6. Peccato.

Der Stil der wohnung hat uns nicht so angesprochen. Aber es war sauber, alles da, die Terrasse gab es!

La ubicación, justo al lado del Duomo

Notre Hôte a été très réactive et extrêmement sympathique. Elle nous a expliqué patiemment tout ce qu'il fallait voir et visiter et à quel moment . L'appartement était très spacieux avec un grand séjour cuisine, une vraie cuisine et non pas un petit coin kitchenette, une machine à laver et une vraie chambre . De plus l'appartement est à 50 mètres de la Cathédrale , c'est juste génial.

Tolle Lage und doch sehr ruhige Zimmer. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Vor allem der Balkon war wunderbar. In der Küche war fast alles Nötige vorhanden. Zuverlässige Klimaanlage und viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Wir haben die Spülmaschine nur 1x benutzt, mussten dafür aber extra ein Spülmaschinenmittel kaufen, weil keines zu finden war. Angesichts des doch recht hohen Preises für die Wohnung hätten wir uns gefreut, wenn wir nicht selbst dafür hätten aufkommen müssen.

広くて洗濯機が使えました！ ドゥオーモからも近くて周辺の観光をするにはとても良い立地です。 チェックイン時に美味しいご飯屋さんもたくさん教えていただきました。どこもとても美味しかったです！

鍵を開けるに少しコツがいります。 ただ回すだけじゃなくて、最後に少し力強く回すと鍵が空いた音がします。 オーナーの方もそこら辺は理解していてチェックインのタイミングで丁寧に教えていただきました。

Prachtig zeer comfortabel appartement, mooi ingericht en een geweldig uitzicht! De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en nam uitgebreid de tijd om ons te voorzien van tips. Wij waren helaas maar 1 nacht, eigenlijk veel te kort om de stad te verkennen. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. I booked this property because of the advertised rooftop terrace with views of the Duomo. Unfortunately, that side of the terrace was under construction during our stay, so we weren't able to enjoy the view.

The property felt quite run-down, and the cleanliness was well below expectations. It didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We found ants and other bugs on the floor, as well as dust on the tabletop and bedsheets. The refrigerator door didn't close properly, and the hand soap provided was heavily diluted and nearly empty. We were also surprised to find the drawers and cabinets filled with the owner's personal belongings, including holiday decorations, used candles, and other miscellaneous items, which made the space feel cluttered and less welcoming. Overall, this property did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it.

We loved the friendly, personal greeting and information upon arrival. The central location was amazing! Beautiful place to stay. Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. Wonderful nights rest. Having air conditioning was also very important to our stay, as Florence was very hot in July, having a cool place to return to was beyond bliss!

Second bedroom could have had a/c.

A localização é excelente, a poucos passos da Catedral de Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), com muitos restaurantes, cafés e atrações turísticas por perto. Foi muito fácil conhecer Florença a pé.

Infelizmente, a acústica do quarto é muito ruim. Era possível ouvir constantemente as pessoas entrando e saindo, portas batendo e até o sino da igreja, o que prejudicou bastante o descanso. Além disso, o ar-condicionado fazia muito barulho, parecia um motor funcionando, e ainda saía um cheiro forte. As toalhas também tinham um cheiro de vinagre, o que não foi agradável. A localização compensou a estadia, mas o conforto deixou a desejar.

Il suo punto forte è la posizione, in pieno centro a Firenze a 2 minuti dal Duomo. Bella la struttura storica e molto cordiale la signora che ci ha accolto e ci ha indicato sulla cartina tutti i punti principali della città .

Migliorerei il bagno e la cucina, dove c’erano dei fili scoperti, questi sono piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene .

Great location. Very easy to get to major points of interest. Our hostess was fantastic. She sat down with us and mapped out all the great spots to go. 15 min walk to train station. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to eat in. We would stay here again.

Location was amazing. Staff nice to try to accommodate early check in.

Due to maybe attempt at early check in, couple things missing including trash bags, fridge not plug in. Easily fixed.

The apartment had everything we needed. It felt comfortable, was so accessible whilst exploring Florence. Host was really lovely and helpful by sharing lots of do’s and don’ts for Florence.

Whilst the aircon is great, they are very noisy.

Fantastic location! The apartment was large and the host was very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever return. My only suggestion is to have laundry detergent available for guests since there is a machine and one of the reasons for booking.

It was in a great location but still quiet inside. Close to the city centre and walking distance to main attractions. Our host was lovely and took the time to explain what was around us. It had AC which was great on the very hot days.

There was a mix up with our booking and room with anorher family. I had booked a room with 3 beds and we ended up in a room with two. Due to the heat and getting our cases up the stairs etc we just went with it but not ideal

Al Campanile apartment is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the Duomo. We loved the little balcony which had some shade at breakfast time (it was an early heatwave) and lots of lovely flowers, plus of course the wonderful view of the Duomo. The bed was large and comfortable, and the aircon was quiet and efficient. We appreciated having two bathrooms which made life easy. We were greeted on arrival and given lots of information; we tried two of the restaurants that were recommended in Oltrarno district and really enjoyed both.

The apartment is in a characterful old building and there was some occasional noise from the apartment nextdoor (music, whistling, loud phone conversations), but not enough to stop us sleeping or become a problem. We felt the cleanliness was OK but would not consider it spotless (eg microwave). The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed, and as is often the case it was not that comfortable for sitting on. Be aware that there is a lift to the second floor then there is one flight of stairs to the apartment on the third floor - our fault that we brought too much luggage!!

A deux pas du Duomo et au calme. Logeurs à l’écoute de nos demandes pour l’arrivée, garder nos bagages après l’heure de départ et nous trouver un taxi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Vue sur le Duomo. Cuisine bien équipée.

Excellent location, very conveniently and walkable to train station as well as leaving for airport! All attractions are walkable within 20 mins so we truly love how close and convenient. We can often come back to the house to recharged or change our clothes. Albena greeted and explained everything to us so we feel welcomed amd connected.

The washing machine was not working and needs to be fixed during our stay. Also a few appliances are not working: iron, espresso machine etc

Proximity to city center, AC was working fine, room was quiet, beside the churches ringing their bells from 7 am. The host was helpful in providing sightseeing information.

Wifi was intermittent. The shower as a whole was bad. The shower head kept sliding down its pole, not stay up right as needed and water temperature fluctuating. Some Kitchen pans were not clean as they should. This apartment need some major TLC. On the last day of our stay, our check out time was 11 am. Around 10 am, the host proceeded to unlock the door and enter into the room without knocking of saying anything. This is unacceptable. It violated our privacy.

The location was amazing. The host was very knowledgeable with recommendations and advice on what to do and where to eat etc. Communication with the host was excellent and very helpful, letting us drop our bags off early. The building is old and charming with an authentic feel.

Our only issue was the electrical facilities. There weren't many plugs in the room and some were strange connections we didn't have an adaptor for. However, it being an old building this kind of problem is inevitable.

Good location , close to the Duomo; yet far enough back nit to be overwhelmed by people. Most generous amount of coffee, sugar, soap etcetera I have ever seen!!

Tricky getting into shower, if you are immobile I suggest you don't book this apartment. Initial confusion as to where apartment is, it is in another building. I'd booked months ago and either didn't realise or had forgotten. Position is good however.

Albena nos recibió y nos enseñó el apartamento, fue muy amable con nosotras y nos recomendó tanto los sitios imprescindibles pata visitar como algunos sitos para ir a comer. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, cafetera, vajilla, micro...La ubicación sin duda lo mejor. Si vuelvo a Florencia sé donde me alojaré.

Hay algo que no sabíamos y es que en Florencia hay bastantes mosquitos, aunque sólo recibimos una picadura es molesto dormir oyéndoles a tu alrededor, recomiendo llevar repelente.

Ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Πολύ φιλική και βοηθητική η ιδιοκτήτρια, αφιέρωσε πολύ χρόνο στο να μας εξηγήσει τα πάντα για την πόλη και να μας προτείνει δραστηριότητες.

Καμία ηχομόνωση. Το μπάνιο ήθελα λίγη προσπάθεια παραπάνω στο καθάρισμα αλλά όχι ότι δεν ήταν καθαρό. Δεν παρείχε ένα μπουκάλι νερό.

ต้องติดต่อเจ้าของเองล่วงหน้าว่าจะนัดเจอกันกี่โมง ลิฟต์มีถึงแค่ชั้น 2 แต่ที่พักอยู่บริเวณชั้น 3 ถ้าหากมีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่ค่อนข้างลำบาก, ในห้องนํ้า ไม่มีสบู่ให้, บริเวณห้องครัวมีแก้วที่ใช้แล้วอยู่ในเครื่องล้างจาน อาจจะหักเรื่องความสะอาดเล็กน้อย

Posizione e vista top, non capita spesso di svegliarsi con vista Duomo. Anche l’accoglienza davvero gradevole!

La signora delle pulizie ha bloccato la chiave nella porta d’ingresso nel giorno del nostro checkout. Abbiamo avuto un po’ di ritardo. Però può succedere.

L'alloggio è un mini appartamento con tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere un weekend o anche più giorni, considerando che c'è anche la lavatrice. Ingresso con corridoio stretto ma luminoso, sulle mensole si possono trovare alcuni libri guida sulla città di Firenze. Cucinino pratico e fornito di frigo e anche condimenti. Camera da letto confortevole, la finestra apre sulla via che porta direttamente in piazza, infatti si può scorgere il Duomo, come in foto. Materasso a prima impressione duro ma secondo me è un memory perché poi si dorme benissimo. Bagno pulito, fornito di sapone e ben tre asciugamani per persona (mani, bidet, doccia); da donna ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza di acqua micellare per struccarsi.
