Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The location is great. Seaside close. Famous old building and bazars are close to the hotel. T1 station is also close . The receptionist guy Called Amir is doing an excellent job really taking care of the guests.
The breakfast was boring a little bit. I mean the same food every morning.

Manager called Arif was very generous, knowledgeable. housekeeping/breakfast staff called Dalyalia was very kind and helpful although language was a barrier. Had very comfortable stay with my family. Rooms are average size.
Breakfast was not good enough. There is room to improve (more variety). If you have more than 2 checked luggage, rooms are not accompanying.

Unsere Tür ließ sich nicht versperren! 4 Nächte lange. Täglich habe ich 2-3 Mal gebeten, dass das jemand repariert-ich wurde immer nur vertröstet. TV hat auch nicht funktioniert und das Bett war bereits extrem abgenutzt und somit leider auch sehr schlecht geschlafen. Die Isolation ist nicht vorhanden, man hört einfach ALLES!

The hotel was clean, but unfortunately the service and breakfast were very disappointing. The breakfasts were generally poor. On one morning, there was almost nothing available apart from jam and cookies. I asked the staff for something more substantial to eat and eventually received an omelette. The day before our departure, I informed reception that we would be leaving at around 4:00 a.m. I specifically asked whether any food would be available or whether I should arrange something myself. I was assured that croissants would be waiting for us in the morning. However, there was nothing. I could easily have bought food the previous evening, but I did not do so because I trusted the information given by the receptionist. I also asked the hotel to arrange transport to the airport. We were told to be downstairs at 3:45 a.m. We arrived on time and waited until 4:10 a.m. During this time, the reception staff repeatedly told us that the driver was on the way. Eventually, I arranged an Uber myself, which arrived within one minute and was also cheaper than the transport offered by the hotel.

Very ugly looking like building. Old and dirty looking. The common spaces were small and not pleasant. One was not feeling like spending time in there, and we tried to be at the hotel the lesser time possible.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The hotel room was cozy and comfortable, loved the hospitality of the receptionists… The breakfast was awesome as well. Would respectfully give it a solid 10/10. If i will plan to visit istanbul again then i’ll definitely stay in this hotel. There were e-sim and sim facilities as well which made it easier for us to travel around the city. it also maximised our time to explore the city fully without any hassle.
The room’s doors had unsafe locks and by this i mean the door lock was opened by a key which made the stay a bit risky.. nonetheless i didn’t felt like someone was preying upon us.

-Rooms Outdated -Location on google maps / waze is wrong, it is sending you to another timeks hotel, and going with the car on those streets is a nightmare -The fridge in the room looks old, dirty and it is very small -The breakfast could be a little more diverse, for example, i missed some fried eggs, they had only boiled.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Mi è piaciuta soprattutto la posizione, perché si raggiungono a piedi Santa Sofia, la Moschea Blu e il Bazar delle Spezie. La camera era sempre pulita e ogni giorno cambiavano gli asciugamani e rifornivano shampoo e sapone. La colazione era semplice ma varia, con sia dolce che salato. Il personale è stato davvero il punto forte: tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Un ragazzo della reception mi ha persino accompagnata fino alla fermata dell’autobus per l’aeroporto aiutandomi con le valigie e assicurandosi che prendessi quello giusto. Un gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo.
Sinceramente non ho trovato aspetti particolarmente negativi. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, la stanza non era molto grande, ma per qualche giorno e considerando il prezzo è stata più che sufficiente.

Springs of mattress visible through sheets, I had to put a towel down on the bed so I wasn’t getting poked directly by springs.

A felszereltség szegényes. A reggeli nagyon gyenge, minden nap ugyanaz a kínálat. Volt hogy 9- re elfogyott a választék. A "konyha" tisztasága hagy maga után kívánni valót. A szép terasz elég nagy túlzás.

Nu are vedere , apă caldă nu prea a fost, am înțeles că a existat o problemă în perioada respectiva, micul dejun slab , dar nu rămâi flamand , doamna care face curat foarte receptiva, intra zilnic în cameră, schimba prosoapele, chiar foarte ok . Apartamentul mare , camerele separate , fiecare cu baie proprie. Pe spate nu au vedere deloc, mai bine nu te uiți, nu au balcon , pentru pretențioși nu merge , dar dacă vrei zonă centrală, calitate preț este ok .

Il personale mattiniero stato sempre gentile e disponibile Purtroppo la pulizia della stanza e sopratutto il bagno non sono stati puliti; cambiavano i asciugamani puntualmente tutti giorni

Le gérant a contacté un chauffeur de taxi pour m'amener à l'aéroport, il m'a dit que le montant serais de 1400Tl, au final j'en ai eu pour plus de 3000Tl

Como aspectos a mejorar, el desayuno es poco variado; se agradecería una oferta más tipo continental. Además, la ropa de cama y las toallas estaban bastante desgastadas. Por último, las instalaciones en general resultan algo antiguas.

Saltelele erau vechi și murdare, televizorul nu era funcțional ,apa caldă era și nu era.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026La proximitat a la plaça sultanhamet. Aprop de les mezquita blava i sophia. A 15 minuts caminant del Gran Bazar. A uns 25 minuts del pont de Galata. Es pot anar caminat a totes les zones mes importants de la zona occidental. El personal molt amable L’habitacio espaiosa i els llits molt còmodes Molt silencioses Sens dubte tornaré i molt recomanable El primer cop que arribes, l'entrada es veu molt cutre, però és una sensació enganyosa perquè després l'estada és molt agradable

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal que trabaja en el hotel y la buena ubicación respecto al centro histórico de Estambul. Es de destacar su servicio de traslado al aeropuerto y la recepción 24 horas y que disponga de ascensor para subir el equipaje.
Hotel sencillo.Instalaciones viejitas. Necesita renovar toallas y colchones y mejorar limpieza. El agua caliente fallaba a ciertas horas de la noche..El desayuno poco variado y de baja calidad.
