Bei geöffneten Fenster war es in der Nacht sehr laut.

It was clean, well maintained and modern.

Sehr schön modernisierte Altbauwohnung mit Charme. Super sauber, bequem. Kommunikation im Vorfeld einwandfrei.

Everything was amazing. Charmant building and enormous room (63 sq m). Perfect location - there is metro station line 4 around 150 m from the building and you are everywhere withing 15 mins - 3 stops from Belvedere, 3 stop in the other direction to Schonbrunn, 4 stops to Stephansdom, everywhere you want to go. The apartment had one double bed and one large sofa, perfect for 3 or 4. It has also a charmant terrasse. Bathroom was modern with Rituals products. It was soundproofed and you had everything from microwave to washing mashine. It was easy to find and pick up the keys and Mariella was also very friendly.

Every little thing, every detail, has been thoughtfully considered and perfectly arranged. This apartment made our stay in Vienna truly comfortable and enjoyable. We felt completely at home. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dall'atmosfera storica della struttura e dall'alto livello dei servizi offerti. I letti sono molto comodi e la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, la pulizia impeccabile. La metro per il centro è molto comoda, a pochi minuti a piedi.

Beautifully restored 1907 building fitted out to a very high standard using modern design elements within a loft that comes with a wonderful large verandah that you can watch a sunset from.

There’s nothing to dislike. 1st time Vienna visitors may find the location not as appealing as within the old town but it’s actually a good location with subway nearby

漂亮的公寓楼，房间很新，非常干净，床都很大也很舒服。距离地铁站非常近，3站就可以到市中心，超市也在很近的地方。厨房用品配置的非常非常全。院里可以提供停车位。入住的手续非常便利，从线上到房间里面的各种说明都非常的贴心和细致。后台工作人员回复消息也非常快。全家人都非常喜欢这里，下次来维也纳我一定还会选择这里。

Wenige Minuten von der U-Bahnstation und Einkaufsläden entfernt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in den Boutique Residences at Gaudenzdorfer. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und vor einigen Jahren umfassend renoviert. Der Check‑in funktioniert vollkommen automatisch und unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin hat auf unsere Fragen immer schnell reagiert und war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage war in der Sommerhitze ein großer Vorteil. Die Lage ist gut – ins Zentrum kann man zu Fuß gehen, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man deutlich schneller dort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe (Billa fast gegenüber, Hofer um die Ecke). Auch einige einfache Essensmöglichkeiten wie Döner, Pizza, ein Blinhaus und andere kleine Lokale befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Besonders gefreut hat uns das Willkommensgeschenk mit zwei Mini‑Sektflaschen, Waffeln, zwei kleinen Bierflaschen sowie Kaffee, Tee und Zucker. Die Parkplätze im Innenhof sind etwas eng, für kleinere Autos bzw. für unser Auto aber ideal. Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder sicher im Hof abzustellen – das werden wir beim nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall nutzen.

Sehr guter Standort zur Erkundung der Stadt. Straßenbahn, Bus und U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umfeld. Sehr schöne Suite mit Balkon im 4.OG mit Blick zum Innenhof und über die Dächer, daher auch sehr ruhig. Tolle Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr komfortabel alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr angenehm die Klimaanlage bei den heißen Sommertemperaturen. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, Check-in über Schlüsselbox sehr gut organisiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Alles war perfekt.

Das war bislang die beste und komfortabelste Unterkunft die wir je un Wien hatten. Einfach wunderbar. Es fahlte an nichts. Der Check-in und auch der Check-out wa Als Sahnehäubchen obendrauf ist die Hausmanagerin Mariella Pfoser zu erwähnen, eine kompetente, herzliche und immer hilfsbereite Frau. Wir werden sicher wieder vorbeikommen, vielen Dank die Unterkunft hat unseren Urlaub komplett gemacht.

L immeuble Art Nouveau très beau et classe. Apparemment très propre et moderne, climatisé. La station de métro Margareten Gurtel juste à côté (Schonbrunn dans un sens et la Karlsplatz dans l’autre ne sont qu’à 4 arrêts.

Pas de commerce à proximité immédiate, manquerait d’un peu de vaisselle quand on est à 4. Mais rien de bien embêtant en soi

Ótimo apartamento, espaçoso e muito equipado. Perto do metrô, bonde e ônibus, facil acesso às áreas turisticas. Supermercado em frente. A proprietária e muito atenciosa.

Não tenho do que reclamar.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Cudne! Zadbane. Wszystko mające. Ciche. Przytulne. No po prostu bajeczne! Na pewno tu wrócimy. Kamienica jest przepiękna, a apartament ma wszystko, czego potrzeba. Metro 3 min. pieszo. Sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy. Można zaparkować auto w podwórku za dodatkową opłatą. Polecam najmocniej!

Niczego nie brakowało.

Tolles lichtdurchflutetes Apartment mit wunderschöner Dachterasse. Die Suite war sehr komfortabel und super ausgestattet. Durch die Straßen- und U-Bahnen erreichte man ebenfalls super schnell das Zentrum.

Leider war es nachts durch die angrenzende vielbefahrene Straße sehr laut. Mittags ist das eher weniger ins Gewicht gefallen.

Kiváló helyen van a városi közlekedést tekintve. Kedvességekkel fogadtak minket, pezsgő, sör, Manner édesség. Mindenhez tökéletes leírást kaptunk.

Tutto era fantastico. Struttura molto accogliente, bellissima, pulitissima e nella posizione strategica La comunicazione con lo staff prima dell'arrivo era molto veloce ed efficace.

Splendida struttura, ideale per un soggiorno a Vienna. Appartamento grande, ben arredato, molto fornito, confortevole ed estremamente pulito. L'host ha pensato a ogni dettaglio, si trovano istruzioni precise per tutto. A due minuti a piedi da una stazione della metro tramite cui si raggiunge il centro in una decina di minuti.

Bardzo wygodne, czyste i estetycznie urządzone mieszkanie. Duży taras oraz dobrze wyposażona kuchnia zapewniają komfortowy pobyt. Świetnym dodatkiem była instrukcja dotycząca obiektu oraz przewodnik z polecanymi restauracjami – odwiedziliśmy kilka z nich i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Jedynie lokalizacja kamienicy (pięknej!) okazała się być niezbyt atrakcyjna. Mieszkanie jest jednak dobrze skomunikowane z centrum miasta, do najbliższej stacji metra jest jedynie 5min spaceru. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Шикарное место очень близко к центру Вены. Метро в шаговой доступности, до Штефансплатц 4 станции. В апартаментах есть всё, что можно (даже мансардная терраса в номере 16). Приветственные вафли, кофе, шампанское, пиво. Два кондиционера. Автоматические жалюзи затемнения на окнах. Всё внутри снабжено картинками-инструкциями. Внутренняя уютная парковка и место утилизации мусора. Короче, всё в лучшем виде.

Явная случайность - в ванной комнате строители перепутали наружную сторону с внутренней, в результате чего ручка закрытия замка оказалась снаружи. В принципе, при должном усилии замок можно закрыть и изнутри, вращая двумя руками "пятачок" под ручкой, так что общего впечатления это вообще не испортило.

Хорошая чистая квартира, есть парковка во дворе. Есть терраса. Гостинцы в холодильнике, мелочь, но приятно😊 . Нам всё понравилось.

Staying at Boutique Residences Gaudenzdorfer is luxurious. We felt welcomed and thoroughly spoilt. Mariella is a warm, thoughtful and generous host. The location is fabulous.

Es ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wunderhübsch, komplett ausgestattet, ruhig trotz der Lage, Mariella ist toll und wir haben selten so gut gewohnt. Vielen Dank für dieses Kleinod! Wir kommen wieder.

This place is in a historic building. Very modern and excellently maintained. We stayed there for 16 days. The host Mariella is always present in the building and looks after the wellbeing of her guests. She made sure we had a good time and did everything to make our stay great.(Like fixing the ceiling glass panels’ curtains etc.) There was wine,beer and chocolate to welcome us. Words can’t describe the high level of comfort we experienced when we stayed there. Will certainly stay there again if we visited Vienna in future.

the apartment has great location and it is managed by a supertb host. we were able to use the electric charger as well. very close to subway station. the balcony is great after a long day.

there is some traffic in front of the house, but double widows are sealing well. The garage entry is narrow, but I was able to park in with an Hunday Ioniq5 without issue.

Ein wunderschönes Appartement. Modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Selbst Check In unkompliziert. Vom Vermieter gute Infos erhalten und er hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit . Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr leise Klimaanlage. Strassenlärm ist wegen der guten Fenster nicht zu hören. Wenige Gehminuten zur U- Bahnstation. Man ist schnell mitten im Stadtzentrum. Einkaufsgeschäft ganz in der Nähe. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen!

Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe suchen würde... Für uns persönlich war die Verdunkelung mit dem Vorhang unzureichend. Wir haben eine Schlafmaske getragen, dann ging's.

After a month of travelling it was lovely to spend a few days in an apartment that felt like being at home. We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on the dining table, and a some nice little gifts to make us welcome. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Access was easy, with good instructions about getting the keys and getting into the apartment. Communication with the property manager was easy, and we felt that all our needs were met.

The beauty of an old historical building mixed with modern conveniences. Having champagne, cookies, and options for making expresso made our stay especially nice. After a long day of travel, accommodation for an early check in was very much appreciated. We were met with a gracious host upon our arrival!

La qualità dell'alloggio durante una vacanza è importantissimo. Boutique Residences at Gaudenzdorfer è da 10 e lode sotto tutti i punti di vista e Mariella è di gran lunga un host fantastica.

Kiváló szállás. Tiszta, mindennel tökéletesen felszerelt. Modern és kellemes környezet, nagyon szép ház. Kellemes volt a teraszon is üldögélni. A zárt, saját parkoló is tökéletes. Közel voltak a közlekedési eszközök. Zökkenőmentes kulcsfelvétel és leadás. Szívesen visszajövünk még ide. :-)

Ev çok kullanışlıydı. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Check-in ve check-out saatlerinde de yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca evde konaklama rehberi olması da işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Son olarak, konumu da tam istediğimiz gibi ulaşım hatlarına 5-6 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Excellently planned. Guide is a must read. Reasonably close to trams and subway. Fantastic value for money especially if you are traveling with family.

Turistik yerlere yürüyerek yarım saat uzaklıkta. Toplu taşıma ile max 20 dakikada her yere ulaşılabiliyor. Ev çok temiz, çok keyifli, güvenli. İhtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Biz çok keyif aldık.

Location is perfect, close to transport. The premises are clean, comfortable beds, spacious and well equipped kitchenette. Would come back.

Wij konden geen fietsverhuur in de buurt vinden (was bijv. gesloten op zaterdag en zondag) zodat we terug moesten naar het Hbf. Die verhuur was overigens prima - Wenen is zo goed te bekijken op de fiets!

We had excellent communication from the first booking to the arrival and even during our stay. Our host prepared everything and we were able to book parking, find the accommodation, enter the building, locate the keys and understand everything about our apartment easily and confidently. The block is delightful and elegant and the apartment is designed with comfort and flair. The bed was exceptionally comfy and huge. I especially liked the soft headboard, something often overlooked. The location was perfect for trams, buses, and trains and we used them all with a travel pass. There were shops, post offices, bank tills and everything needed locally and we were treated to goodies in the fridge on our arrival. Tea and coffee was aplenty, with great tea, coffee, toaster and cooking facilities should you want to cook. The booklet provided gave so much information before we arrived and then a further booklet in the apartment ensured that we could access everything that it had to offer. Simple things like not having to bring our own cleaning products or salt and pepper, were great touches and very much appreciated. Would come back again and again. Thank you. Forgot, great balcony, blinds, and outside area. Gosh, I could go on forever......

Small towels. But everything else was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our 40th wedding anniversary in our Viennese apartment.

The property is centrally located to a metro stop and other public transportation. It was literally one block away. Going into town to see the sights was so easy. The apartment is decorated and furnished so nicely--very modern and clean. There was a welcome surprise in the fridge by way of some sweets and a welcome drink. The patio is a definite bonus where we enjoyed an afternoon drink while taking in the sunset. The washing machine and clothes drying rack also came in very handy. The most helpful item in the apartment is an instruction book, full of pictures and clear info, on almost everything you need. Highly recommend, and you won't be disappointed!

Everything was so wonderful, but we Americans enjoy larger bath towels rather than the small hotel size. It certainly didn't detract from the stay though.

I had a wonderful stay at Gaudenzdorfer apartments. The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-located. However, the highlight of our trip was definitely the hostess. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Her hospitality made our visit to Vienna even more special. Highly recommended to everyone, and we will definitely be coming back!

Dopo giorni di ricerche per il nostro soggiorno a Vienna abbiamo deciso di prenotare una Suite con balcone in questa favolosa "boutique residence" e non potevamo fare scelta migliore!! Tutto è eccelso ed estremamente pulito e ordinato. La struttura è stata totalmente ristrutturata e la Suite che ci è stata assegnata è stata un alloggio perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di 5 notti a Vienna. L'appartamento dispone di una cucina totalmente attrezzata: forno, tostapane, microonde, lavastoviglie, condimenti essenziali, thè, zucchero, spugne, asciughini. Tutto è spiegato alla perfezione: dove buttare la spazzatura, come regolare l'aria condizionata e il riscaldamento, come chiudere le tapparelle delle finestre. Il bagno è ampio e funzionale con doccia walk-in, lavatrice, phon, termo-arredo regolabile...un sogno! La zona notte dispone di un letto gigante e comodissimo. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!!! Inoltre, la zona soggiorno relax è studiata nei minimi dettagli e arredata con estremo gusto: dalla scelta della poltrona alla scelta dei quadri e della carta da parati alle lampade che illuminano la stanza in modo funzionale, rendendo l'ambiente accogliente. Merita una menzione speciale anche il balcone che, seppur semplice, ci ha regalato tramonti fantastici su Vienna! Concludo dicendo che la struttura è collegata benissimo con il centro di Vienna, con l'aeroporto e la stazione. La zona è tranquilla di giorno e di notte ed abbiamo sempre percepito un forte senso di sicurezza durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Da sottolineare l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Un caloroso grazie a Mariella e a tutto lo staff che collabora con lei per averci fatto vivere una vacanza che non dimenticheremo! Grazie mille!! <3

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet.Komfortabel, gemütliches Bett,gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin.Es gibt alles,was man benötigt und ist eine sehr gute Lage in Wien.Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
