Delizioso Hotel situato in una posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo perfetta per girare a piedi. Struttura pulita ed elegante Staff gentilissimo ed accogliente. All arrivo ci hanno ricevuto offrendoci dell ottimo te e meravigliosi dolcetti turchi e dandoci le camere prima dell orario previsto. Ottima colazione servita sulla meravigliosa terrazza con vista mozzafiato sulla moschea e sul Bosforo. Un grazie particolare al ragazzo in training alla reception gentilissimo e disponibile ci ha accolto sia all arrivo che alla partenza offrendoci un piccolo souvenir. Grazie mille per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente

Petit déjeuner en terrasse sur la mer superbe. Accueil et gentillesse incroyables de tout le personnel. A deux pas des principaux monuments historiques du vieil Istanbul, du Tram 1 (super pratique) et en même temps à l'abri du flux touristique. Petit côté désuet. Je recommande chaudement.

Emplacement idéal au calme à deux pas de la mosquée bleue. Très bon petit déjeuner avec une vue magnifique depuis la jolie terrasse fleurie. Personnel très gentil. Très propre.

Perfect location to visit old Istanbul. Great views of the Marmara Sea and the Blue Mosque from the breakfast area in the rooftop. Very professional and warm staff. Small but comfortable room. The breakfast was amazingly delicious! Mensura made delicious food and ensured we tried the Turkish food. Our favorite was the beet salad!

Sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Personal. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder hierhin! Topfrühstück. Sehr zentral, daher kann vieles zu Fuss erreicht werden. Uns hat die spezielle Ausstattung sehr gefallen.

The staff were all very helpful, and made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was a good mixture of local and standard fare, in the rooftop dining room (looking out over the Sea of Marmara). The hotel's location is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the Blue Mosque and other major tourist sites.

Although we were not impacted, anyone planning to stay at this hotel should be aware that the rooftop dining room is only accessible via stairs.

It is a lovely little hotel. The location is great, and the breakfast on the terrace is super delicioius with a fantastic view. We liked it so much we stayed again after our tour of Turquie, and would go back again. thanks!

The decor is a little old fashioned but was definitely, clean tidy and a great experience. Maybe it is just my liking for new v old furniture etc..

Fantastyczna lokalizacja z okien widać Morze Marmara z balkonu Błęktny Mczet. W centrum Sambułu a bardzo zacisznie. Wszędzie blisko do największych atrakcji można dojść piechotą. Bardzo troskliwa opieka personelu bardzo pomocny we wszystkim czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani przez wszystkich pracowników a równocześnie z wielką kulturą i dyskrecją. Bardzo polecam to miejsce warto tam wracać. Zabytkowy osmański dom.

The bathtub needs a thorough maintenance, also switching to a shower would be more suitable and convenient, especially for elderly people and those with special needs.

L'emplacement est parfait pour passer quelques jours et voir les monuments principaux de la ville accessibles à pieds. Le personnel est très attentif et sympathique, le petit déjeuner est varié, de très bonne qualité et propose des plats et produits locaux, pris en toit terrasse avec vue magnifique.

La décoration qui se veut régionale est vieillotte. Les salles de bains méritent une rénovation.

It was in a fabulous location and the staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. The hotel was full of character and had great view of the water and Blue Mosque from the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast.

We LOVED the hotel. The staff is wonderful and they treat you like family. We also loved the roof top terrace for breakfast and then drinks in the evening. The breakfast was outstanding and had so many choices. The location is walkable to all of the main sites.

If I were to stay again, I would be sure to book a room with a larger bed than the small double bed. Not sure if they offer bigger beds, but that would be my suggestion for those who are used to a king size bed.

Loved the sea view and the full Turkish breakfast. Also the staff was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations, calling transportation and general questions. Showers were nice and hot. Location couldn’t be better. Lots of comfy pillows and bed. Plenty of room. Beautiful lace works on the top sheet of the bed.

I would have preferred fitted sheets on the bed, but it wasn’t worth asking for those at midnight when I discovered it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, pre arrival communication was great including airport transfer organisation. Location is great for the Sultahnamet historical sights. It's a cute hotel, not trying to be super luxury, just a simple sweet place to stay.

Although the decor is an olden style which adds to the charm, it is looking a little tired.

La posizione dell’hotel è davvero ideale: perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Mi ha permesso di esplorare la città con grande facilità. La stanza era molto bella, curata nei dettagli e dotata di ogni comfort. Un ambiente accogliente e rilassante, perfetto per rientrare dopo una giornata intensa. Quello che però ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero speciale è stato lo staff. Accoglienti, premurosi, sempre attenti a ogni dettaglio e pronti ad aiutare con un sorriso. Fin dal primo momento mi hanno fatta sentire la benvenuta, la loro gentilezza è autentica, si percepisce che amano davvero il loro lavoro. La colazione, servita su una splendida terrazza affacciata sul Bosforo, è un altro punto di forza. Un panorama mozzafiato a cui si aggiungono le marmellate artigianali semplicemente pazzesche! Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. The most delicious breakfast is served on the terrace with the sea view! All staff are kind, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I come to Istanbul.

Great location. Walking distance to the main attractions, including the historic Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar. Terrace cafe is nice.

L'emplacement, la vue sur la mer depuis notre chambre au 3eme étage, le calme de l'hotel. Les petits dejeuners sur le roof top sont un vrai plaisir et le buffet est très varié. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à aider.

The breakfast and cleaving services was the highlight of our stay. The front staff at reception was also amazing

Unfortunately the room itself was not nice. It had no iron for your guests, the air conditioning was absolutely filthy and dusty. We were sneezing and felt sick after using it. The fridge was not working and we were unable to use at all to keep anything cold. Sorry but I would not recommend to friends to stay there.

We be had the corner suite, so it was not as small as regular room. There is one bed plus a sofa/day bed. And it was not made as a bed. We had to do it and ask for sheets

The breakfast is incredible. The hotel is located in a quieter neighborhood which was also nice.

We had some very odd interactions with staff that left us with a disappointing experience. The service was not as helpful or friendly as other reviewers indicated. Perhaps this is because we were two female travelers, but perhaps that will be a helpful warning for other female travelers in the future.

Wir bewohnten die Sultansuite. Sie ist sehr geräumig und der Blick über den Bosporus ist sensationell. Der Service vor Ort war großartig. Das gesamte Team war, vom ersten Willkommenstee über gute Tipps für unsere Aktivitäten bis hin zu liebevoll hergerichteten Snacks zum abendlichen Wein auf der Terrasse, rundum präsent, freundlich und super organisiert. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gefallen, liebevoll zubereitet, sehr abwechslungsreich und mit grandiosem Blick.

Glad I booked this hotel! From the initial, professional and friendly meeting/hotel orientation/greeting with delicious tea, to the nice room and comfortable bed and good-sized bathroom, to the wonderful fresh breakfast up on the charming terrace with those fantastic views (something to really look forward to!!), the friendly staff, a clean and quiet environment, period architectural integrity and details plus the traditional Ottoman/French decor that added to the historic feel of the hotel. Not to mention they offer (extra) a mini-sampler meal I believe until 10:30pm, which was perfect for me plus I ordered a glass of wine with it!...as I arrived later than planned after a delay at the airport plus I had a tiring long day arriving from another part of Türkiye and had no energy to go out. They also have great restaurant recommendations nearby of which one I went to during my stay and was delicious. As mentioned online, the location is close to the main sites by an easy walk, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the many tourists. Shops and restaurants to explore nearby. I stayed here as a single tourist, and yet was able spend lots of time with my NY friends who were staying in another district of the Old City 15 minutes walk away. For my departure, I let them book my ride to IST airport (to catch flight for my next Türkiye destination). I stayed here four nights.

Second visit to Dersaadet. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Hippodrome, Mosques, public transportation, and restaurants. Excellent breakfast in view of Blue Mosque. Multiple Turkish food items at breakfast buffet. Outstanding staff, desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff. Warm and welcoming. Staff really makes for a positive stay. Always helpful.

L’hôtel est situé, dans la vieille ville, tout près à pied, des principaux monuments à voir. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, et la propreté des lieux. J’ai passé un excellent séjour, et je tiens à remercier, toute l’équipe. J’ai également apprécié la terrasse, du petit déjeuner, avec vue sur le Bosphore.

On peut entendre, de temps en temps, des bruits de l’extérieur, ou du parquet qui grince, mais c’est normal vu l’âge du bâtiment.

Bel hôtel très bien entretenu . Très bien situé à 5mn à pied de la mosquée bleue . Belle terrasse pour le super petit déjeuner.

Le bruit extérieur venant de la rue . Une bouteille d eau à l arrivée mais plus rien pour les autres nuitées.

Zentral gelegene Hotel, alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Beim Frühstücken sehr schöne Aussicht.

Die Badausstattung wie Duschtrennwand und die Duschkopfbrause waren in sehr schlechten Zustand. In der Zimmerbeschreibung soll Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett rausgenommenen werden, da nicht vorhanden. Mir persönlich fehlte etwas Wurst zum Frühstück.
