Hotel Perseo

Very friendly and helpful reception staff

Central location and pleasant staff. Comfortable room.

Wi-Fi was unreliable for team’s calls. It is on the top floors of the building, which on entering is a little shabby. More like a bed and breakfast.

Everything was great from location to staff and breakfast

I love that they have 24/7 concierge and free breakfast. The location is impeccable - very central to everything. Special mention to their so soft towel. Overall, our stay was comfortable and could not ask for more.

Nothing.

A nice team works here and they offer a terrific complimentary breakfast. It was relatively close to most of the attractions. The room was stunning and I appreciated the view from my window.

You have to drop your key off before leaving on the 3rd floor. Several times the elevator was unavailable because the other customers did not close the door. I had to march up steep stairs to retrieve my keys on a few occasions. This also occurred as I was checking out with my luggage. I had to drag two pieces of luggage down the stairs. The staff cannot control the actions of visitors but they can educate them to shut the elevator door so it's usable to others. There is only one elevator.

Stayed for 2 nights during August as a family of 4 in a quadruple room, and what a wonderful stay it was! The location is fantastic, just a ten minute walk from the train station and then a few minutes from the Duomo. Despite how central it is, we found it a lovely quiet stay as the hotel itself is up on the third and fourth floor. Every member of staff we encountered was lovely, especially at check in. The breakfast options were fantastic and the location felt really safe, you need a code to enter the building. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Loved the location, accommodations and staff were nice.

Nothing

Amazing find, a real gem, and the best night sleep I have had in ages. Florence was 39 degrees but the whole hotel was lovey and cool. Immaculately clean, fresh towels every day, 1 minute from the centre. I was so impressed and will definitely be back

nothing - loved it all

Air conditioning was great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit small and odd location for the lobby

Nada.

The AC was amazing, but a bit noisy.

I had an issue checking out in the morning. I went down to checkout after 6am as I had an early train and there was no one behind the desk. I had to wait several minutes and was just leaving my key on the desk when the desk clerk finally returned. They need a bell/sign or something for this situation.

Excelente! Cama, chuveiro, limpeza, café da manhã. É possível pegar água gelada a qualquer hora.

Nada a reclamar

Location was perfect, right in City center.

Overall very pleased but there are a lot of stairs to the top room. With that said, there is a small elevator and only two flights to the top floor. We were happy with the property.

Amazing location. Breakfast was excellent and espresso bar with custom drinks were nice touch! Room was lovely- had a great view and was much quieter than expected being so close to duomo. Staff went above expectations to help recommend restaurants and attractions to see. Will absolutely be back again.

Only 1 room key per room. Sometimes tricky with multiple family members.

Unbeatable location. Nice stay, friendly staff. Breakfast was solidly good.

No major issues.

Location, cleanliness of room and nice breakfast.

No Kleenex (tissue)

Very close to center, very friendly staff. Spacious room, nice breakfast.

Parking not easy but there are options.

Habitación amplia y limpieza.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and room clean & comfy. Nice breakfast.

Location was great and breakfast was excellent.

Dated. Terrible pillows.

great location, the staff was extremely accommodating and so helpful.

The Perseo hotel has wonderful location in Florence - near the Cathedral but nevertheless quiet. The facilities are very limited and the room size is modest but it is a reasonable value in highly sought-after area.

the location close to the duomo

Utmerket beliggenhet, god frokost, veldig rent, superhyggelig personal.

Ingenting.

Perfect location and very helpful staff!

Habitació molt neta i confortable.

Posizione ottima

Camera piccola

Sehr zentrale Lage, nettes und freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber

Start your day with happy staff and a delicious breakfast.

Location and very friendly staff

Great location!

Elevator was tiny and rooms on 5th floor.

Perfect little place, comfy, just whats needed , especially if solo and on the go. Very convenient. Amazing staff, especially Oscar. Grazie mille!

Localização, simpatia do time, café da manhã.

Kahvalti icerigi gayet guzel ve calisanlar cok guleryuzluydu

Odalarda minik sinekler vardi ve odalar yeterli hijyene sahip degil

Asia and the rest of the staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was outstanding.

The revelers were up late..but it was Saturday.😊

We had a fantastic visit to Hotel Perseo! The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked great! They made-to-order coffee drinks with the breakfast and when we first checked in. Fantastic location, steps from the Duomo. Also had an elevator!

Rien

Fantastic location right in the heart of Florence for access to sight seeing, shots and restaurants, and easy short walk to and from the train station. Good value and quality for a 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and allowed us to setup for a days sightseeing. Secure access and entry.

The staff, breakfast and courtyard

Very friendly staff, excellent location to the duomo and restaurants

The location. The bed.

The size of the bathroom no

Breakfast was delicious and staff was super helpful

No parking anywhere 😬
