Location perfetta, esattamente dietro il Secret Garden (vicinissima ad un buon ristorante e a una un’ottima erboristeria). Il Riad è molto bello e suggestivo e il ragazzo che lo gestisce molto disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Super consigliato per il rapporto qualità/prezzo

Riad familiare, Karim e la moglie sono due persone gentilissime e accoglienti. Il Riad è molto carino, colorato pulito e la colazione molto abbondante. Zona centrale e tranquilla a 7 minuti a piedi dalla piazza jemaa el fna. Grazie Karim siete due persone speciali.

Traditional riad in an excellent location. Very lovely and friendly staff. Best breakfast of our trip -generous and delicious.

The studio is a little bit musty - and can get cold and drafty too. The electricity was off one night so my dads breathing machine stopped working. Maybe not a common issue but it impacted on our stay.

We loved the atmosphere at the riad. We stayed twice, booking two rooms before and after a desert trip. All rooms were both very comfortable. It was great coming back to the same place after the desert trip as it felt like coming home. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and for the day we left early, we were given a packed breakfast. Host, Karim, was kind, helpful and we trusted his local advice. It was a great location. Close to the medina but still quiet. It was great to be able to arrange an airport pick up for arrival.

Close to the main square, quiet, clean and just nice.

Breakfast was good on the rooftop terrace. Location is the medina was central. We walked everywhere.

Our room was small with an awkward layout. The bathroom couldn't be closed off from the room. Another room we were shown had it's toilet outside the room in a separate locking room.

Le riad est extrêmement bien placé au coeur de la medina. Le logement studio est spacieux et satisfaisant pour 3 personnes. Le personnel (Karim et les 2 cuisinières) sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, merci !

Le riad est assez sonore surtout pour la chambre du bas du studio. Mais avec des boules quies on s’y fait. Pour des voyageurs aiment la simplicité et l’authenticité le riad est parfait.

Très beau cadre et très cosy, très proche des souks mais très calme, très bon déjeuner, personnel très gentil et très bonne information pour démarrer le séjour

Petite chambre mais convivial

Karim was great! I got lost the first night trying to find the Riad and he checked in with me the next night to make sure I was okay! Really great touch! The Riad is in the middle of the old town, great walking distance to everywhere. Just make sure you get an e-sim as it is like a maze!!

Todo el hotel en general es precioso pero la atención del chico de recepción de 10. Nos ayudó en todo y estuvo súper atento a todas las peticiones que le solicitamos. Repetiría sin pensarlo.

It is a Riad and well decored in the living area. It is in the old city and we can walk to the walking street around and to the square.

The staff is not active enough, the breakfast time is from 8:30 and he told me to prepare the breakfast so we can bring it to the airport but he did not, the breakfast was even not ready at 8:30. The room floor and the floor carpet is not clean enough for my bare foot

Très bien situé, proche du jardin secret, de la place Jemaa El Fna… Jolie lent décoré avec les terrasses d’un bleu Majorelle très beau Très bon accueil avec un très bon échange avec le patron le temps d’un thé et gâteaux gentiment offert. La literie est confortable, tout est très propre. Très attentionné, ils m’ont préparé mon petit déjeuner à emporter car je partais à 6h du matin pour l’aéroport avec un taxi réservé par leur soin.

Parfait, en totale imprégnation avec le Pays et la culture.

Que era complicado llegar.

Not having stayed in a Riad before, the layout with the open "courtyard" area with a large palm tree offering shade, was delightful. The staff, Karim and the ladies, were lovely - very friendlyand helpful. Despite being very close to the hustle and bustle of the souks, it was silent in the Riad. This was a great location for exploring on foot and we were given very good breakfasts.

We should have booked a larger room as we had large backpacks, and there was very little space. That said, the courtyard area and terraces, were great for downtime The sheets did feel as though they might be a bit damp (though fine), probably because the shower in the room had nowhere to vent. The bed was way too soft for us, as we kept meeting in the middle. The toilet also did not flush well, (and leaked) with bodily functions requiring multiple flushes to clear!

La camera al piano terra è molto piccola quindi va bene per un paio di notti, non per un soggiorno più lungo

The shower area came close to flooding on a couple of occasions due to slow drainage of water. Had to turn the water off intermittently whilst showering

- Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, weshalb wir zwei davon gebucht haben.

Das hat uns gefallen: - unser großes Zimmer auf dem Dach - das Frühstück im Ruined Garden - die netten Mitarbeiter - die Lage in der Medina - der Blick von der Dachterrasse

- die düstere Beleuchtung im Zimmer - kein Fenster im Bad - die etwas schangelige Dachterrasse

La posizione in mezzo alla medina e la stanza su più livelli e con il terrazzino.

Le scale un po' troppo ripide e il lavandino intasato.

Pour une première expérience à Marrakech, on a trouvé la bonne adresse ! 😍 Idéalement situé dans la médina. Notre hôte sur place, Hakim a été parfait, disponible, serviable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le café epicé , les gâteaux, galettes, confitures maison ... Un délice 👌 . La chambre était très bien, la literie était confortable, de belles nuits passées dans ce riad. La décoration est jolie , le toit terrasse est un petit plus également 🤩 Une adresse que je conseille vivement !!

Gentile accoglienza e disponibilità del personale Hassan e Helena, ottima colazione in terrazza con prodotti cucinati al momento. Ottima posizione anche se un po' difficile da trovare, consiglio di farsi venire a prendere in aeroporto.

Eviterei in camera utilizzo di tappeti e copriletti troppo spessi.

El Riad por dentro.

Cogimos dos días con desayuno y en el primer día no pudimos ir porque se nos canceló el vuelo y el segundo lo pedimos para llevar. Recibimos fruta en mal estado y demás cosas que dejaban que desear. En otros riad les preparaban cosas caseras ese mismo día. El Riad NO nos devolvió nada de la primera noche a pesar de insistir y de que fue por causas meteorológicas. El sitio está en un callejón muy oscuro y muy dificil de llegar si no sabes cual es. Tienes que ir de día o contratar los servicios si quieres llegar a este sitio, no está indicado. Podéis encontrar cosas mejores y con mejor atención al cliente.

Karim was our host. He was a great host, and told us everything we needed to know while staying in Marrakech. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the souk. We had to check out early before breakfast, but he made sure we got breakfast to-go. I recommend this riad if staying in Marrakech.

Very cold at night, but luckily i had something warm to sleep in.

The place is awesome, staff friendly and caring. At any time they offered us tea with homemade biscuits without any charge. The rooms were clan and cleaned every day, providing everything (hairdryer, body milk, shampoo, towels, bathrobes …). It is well located next to the best souks and close to each attraction. We had a problem with the toilet flush but the staff immediately solved it. We strongly recommend it.

Very lovely authentic Riad. Good sized rooms Staff were really Lovely people Location was ideal. Not too hard to find, is easy with google maps.

A bit chilly at night but can be fixed with the extra cosy blankets in the room. Bathroom had no extractor so quickly got steamy but it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Personnel très accueillant et arrangeant ! Ils ont été compréhensif et serviable tout le long du séjour. Nous avons pu avoir de nombreux conseils sur les activités mais également les choses à éviter. La chambre était agréable avec un lit très confortable ! Un très bon petit déjeuner également !

Rien. Juste un peu surprises des toilettes privés en dehors de la chambre (nous avions surement mal lu lors de la réservation).

I found the place to be a fantastic experience, it is unique style and staff made me feel at ease while in a new place on a solo trip. The room was comfy, the place was close to the city center and had a great experience here.

La ubicación es perfecta,cerca de todos los monumentos que hay que visitar y en pleno zoco. La acogida de Karim, los trabajadores son muy serviciales y te Dan indicaciones interesantes.

Quizás las escaleras del estudio donde estuvimos, un poco estrechas algo bastante normal por la antigüedad de la casa.

Przepiękny Riad umieszczony bardzo blisko głównego placu. Niesamowite przyjęcie z podprowadzeniem i pysznym jedzeniem. Niezwykle mili i uprzejmie ludzie.

Mieliśmy wybór... pokój z toaletą w pokoju lub na zewnątrz. Wybraliśmy na zewnątrz, co było błędem

Super emplacement

Ambiance très locale, les couleurs, la déco, ... Le petit déjeuner également très local, le café parfumé, les confitures (orange, citron, ...), le miel, ce qui remplace le pain, le jus d'orange pressé quotidien, ... Ce Situe juste à côté du Jardin secret (très beau site à voir), au coeur des soucs.

Impossible de fermer à clef la chambre car une fois le cadenas mis sur les portes inférieures de la chambre, il est possible d'ouvrir les volets supérieurs à la porte ce qui ouvre alors les portes inférieures (cadenas mis ou pas). Pas de coffre fort, donc nous avons mis nos objets précieux dans une valise avec code pour ne pas tenter le diable, nous ne sommes pas au Japon. Vous pourriez éventuellement prendre avec vous un cadenas pour verrouiller les volets du dessus en plus du cadenas Riad sur les portes inférieures et tour est joué.

The Riad was lovely and authentic, we particularly loved the rooftop restaurant and terraces. The staff were lovely, nothing to much trouble.

The only thing we did not like was having to go home!

Super séjour en plein cœur de la Médina, dans ce Riad idéalement situé. Endroit très calme, propre, apaisant. Accueil et accompagnement parfaits grâce à Karim et l’équipe du Riad. Merci pour leur gentillesse et leur service.

Karim et le reste du personnel sont très accueillants, gentils et disponibles. Il donne de bonnes explications et conseils sur vos sorties à Marrakech. Il répond rapidement à vos questions et demandes. Le riad est très bien placé. Le petit déjeuner et repas sont copieux et très bon, c est top ! Les différents espaces et salons sont très sympas. Je conseille ce riad.

Struttura bellissima e caratteristica. Karim e tutto il suo staff sono stati impeccabili, gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza. La colazione e il tè di benvenuto sono stati super! Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo e consiglierei assolutamente questa struttura! Grazie ragazzi ❤️

De locatie van de Riad is top. Je zit dadelijk in de souks en je vindt gemakkelijk je weg terug.

Het toilet was in de douche ruimte wat nogal onhandig is als je juist gedoucht hebt.

Staying in the riad was a great experience. The riad is beautifully made, and the owner, Karim, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast was served every morning, and it changed daily, which made it feel special every time—delicious, homemade, and very local. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina, just a 30-second walk from the markets, making it easy to explore everything Marrakech has to offer. The room was very cute, with a small private bathroom and lovely decorations. A wonderful place to stay.

Fijne locatie midden in de Medina. Schoon en voorzien van airco voor koeling of verwarming. Zelfs voor badjassen werd gezorgd. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, erg smakelijk met veel zelfgemaakte producten. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Taxi-service van en naar airport tegen betaling. Perfect geregeld en wel aan te raden als je niet eerder in Marokko in de Medina bent geweest. Prima uitvalsbasis om Marrakech te ontdekken. Oude stad vanuit hier lopend alles goed te doen.

Verbeter punt zijn de bedden die royaal breed zijn maar wel end of life zijn wat betreft de matrassen.

We visited Marrakech in December and this was by far the warmest of our three accommodations! Also location is a big plus, right in the heart of the city.

Overall it was very pleasant stay, nothing negative stands out
